Description

异构网络的寻呼方法及设备、系统
本申请要求于2010年11月18日提交中国专利局、申请号为201010576149.6、发明名称为“异构网络的寻呼方法及设备、系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种异构网络的寻呼方法及设备、系统。
发明背景
目前的LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)异构网络中,在宏基站(Macro eNB)覆盖范围内放置小型基站,如Pico、HeNB(Home eNB,家庭基站)、Femto、Relay等无线接入点,UE(User Equipment,用户设备(终端))处于宏基站和小型基站的双重覆盖下,这个系统能够获得最大的容量是宏基站与小型基站的容量之和,整个通信系统较以往传统的LTE宏基站网络具有更高的容量。在办公楼宇、商场、校园网等场景下,利用这些小型基站和宏基站的异构部署,可有效增强网络覆盖,提升频谱效率,这些小型基站可以采用有线或无线方式接入网络。
在这种异构网络下,一个基站一般可以有一个或多个小区,UE只能连接到一个小区中,这个小区称为UE的服务小区。若小型基站和宏基站采用同频部署,所有基站在同一个载波上发送下行信号,包括下行控制域信号和下行数据域信号。UE与它的服务小区通信时会收到另一个基站的小区信号干扰,特别是下行干扰。如图1所示,A线代表UE的服务小区,B线代表UE收到的干扰小区。Pico下的UE3收到了宏基站的干扰,处于HeNB附近的宏基站的UE1,因为没有接入权限,收到HeNB的干扰。通常,将被干扰的小区称为受害小区,而干扰这个UE的小区称为侵害小区。
为了降低干扰,现有技术中提出了一种降低干扰的时分复用的机制。侵害小区在某些子帧的特定时频资源处发送信号,子帧内其他时频资源块上不发送信号,这种在一个子帧内的多数时频资源块上不发送信号的子帧称为近乎空白子帧(若子帧上所有时频资源都不发送功率,称为近乎空白子帧)。受害小区的UE在近乎空白子帧对应的子帧处收到的侵害小区的干扰降低,从而达到降低干扰的目的。
现有技术的LTE寻呼机制中,UE只能在指定无线帧(PF)的固定子帧(PO)处接收寻呼消息,即在某个寻呼周期内某一个无线帧的0、4、5、9号子帧中的某一个子帧处接受寻呼消息,获取寻呼消息内容后,更新系统消息或者发起业务。引入了上述的降低干扰的机制后,原有的LTE的寻呼机制将出现问题。为了保证受害小区的UE,特别是空闲态下受到干扰的UE能够接听到寻呼消息,目前是让侵害小区根据受害小区UE的PF和PO,严格设定近乎空白子帧子帧,进而保证受害小区UE的成功接收到Paging消息。采用这种方法,将使侵害小区的近乎空白子帧设置受限于受害小区的每一个UE的PF和PO,过多近乎空白子帧的设置将影响侵害小区自己UE的调度,降低了侵害小区自己的负载和系统容量,且需要在侵害小区和受害小区的通信接口上传输基于UE等级的信息,增加了信令开销。
发明内容
本发明实施方式提供一种异构网络的寻呼方法及设备、系统,能根据用户设备受到干扰的情况,配置接收服务小区的寻呼消息的时间资源,避免现有异构网络的寻呼方法降低了侵害小区自己的负载和系统容量,增加信令开销的问题。
本发明实施方式提供一种异构网络的寻呼方法,包括:
当满足干扰上报条件时,向受害小区所属基站上报干扰报告,使受害小区所属基站能根据收到的所述干扰报告生成并下发寻呼配置更新消息;
接收所述受害小区所属基站生成并下发的所述寻呼配置更新消息,根据所述寻呼配置更新消息将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
本发明实施方式还提供一种异构网络下的寻呼方法,包括:
接收用户设备在满足干扰上报条件时所上报的干扰报告;
根据收到的所述干扰报告生成寻呼配置更新消息,并将所述寻呼配置更新消息向所述用户设备下发,使所述用户设备能根据收到的所述寻呼配置更新消息,将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
本发明实施方式又提供一种终端设备,包括:
干扰确认单元、干扰报告上报单元和更新处理单元;
所述干扰确认单元,用于确认是否满足干扰上报条件;
所述干扰报告上报单元,用于在所述干扰确认单元确认满足干扰上报条件时,向受害小区所属基站上报干扰报告,使受害小区所属基站能根据收到的所述干扰报告生成并下发寻呼配置更新消息;

由上述本发明实施方式提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例中的方法使得用户设备处于空闲态或连接态,均可以主动将自身受到干扰的状态告知受害小区所属基站,使受害小区所属基站选定避开干扰的配置调度用户设备,使得在异构网场景中,侵害小区为了保证自己的负载和降低小区(或基站)等级接口上的信令开销,配置有限的近乎空白子帧条件下,可以保证受害小区受到干扰的UE也能够接收到寻呼消息。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种异构网络的寻呼方法,可用在异构网络中,避免侵害小区对受害小区的用户设备(UE)造成干扰,而无法接收寻呼消息,如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤S1,当用户设备满足干扰上报条件时,向受害小区所属基站上报干扰报告,使受害小区所属基站能根据收到的所述干扰报告生成并下发寻呼配置更新消息;
上述步骤S1中,用户设备满足干扰上报的条件包括:当检测到干扰值超过预设的阈值;或者,出现寻呼消息接收异常;或者,预设的干扰上报时间到达设定的周期性上报时间。若满足其中任一种条件,则用户设备上报干扰报告。上报的干扰报告中可以包含:干扰指示、干扰值及原因指示中的任意一项或任意几项;其中,所述干扰指示表示干扰严重等级,所述干扰值表示用户设备接受到的下行干扰值,所述原因指示表示收不到寻呼消息和收不到寻呼消息的原因。
上述步骤S1中,用户设备向受害小区所属基站上报干扰报告,可采用下述任一种方式,包括:
在随机接入过程第一步发送随机接入扰码(RACH扰码)时,携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告;
或者,在随机接入过程发送第三步的消息(Msg3)时,在无线资源控制(RRC)连接建立请求信令中携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告;
或者,在随机接入过程发送第三步的消息(Msg3)时,在媒介接入控制_控制元素(MAC_CE)中携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告;
或者,在连接到受害小区所属基站后,在无线资源控制(RRC)连接重建立请求信令中携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告;
或者,通过向受害小区所属基站发送新增的信令,通过所述信令携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告。
步骤S2,用户设备接收所述受害小区所属基站生成并下发的所述寻呼配置更新消息,根据所述寻呼配置更新消息将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
上述步骤S2中,用户设备根据收到的寻呼配置更新消息将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置具体是:
将监听寻呼消息的位置更新至所述寻呼配置更新消息中包括的子帧和/或无线帧的位置;所述寻呼配置更新消息中包括:寻呼消息所在子帧和/或无线帧的位置;或者预先约定的寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。更新后用户设备可避开干扰进行寻呼消息的监听。
在上述方法的基础上,可选的还可以在步骤S2后,在收到由所述受害小区所属基站发送的所述寻呼配置更新消息后,向所述受害小区所属基站回复更新响应消息。
本实施例的寻呼方法,用在异构网络中,通过由用户设备在满足干扰上报条件时上报干扰报告,使受害小区所属基站能根据收到的干扰报告生成寻呼配置更新消息,进而使用户设备利用收到的寻呼配置更新消息可将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。该方法使得用户设备无论处于空闲态或连接态,均可以主动将自身受到干扰的状态告知受害小区所属基站,使受害小区所属基站选定避开干扰的配置调度用户设备,使得在异构网场景下,侵害小区为了保证自己的负载和降低小区(或基站)等级接口上的信令开销,配置有限的近乎空白子帧条件下,可以保证受害小区受到干扰的UE也能够接收到寻呼消息(Paging消息)。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种异构网络的寻呼方法,与实施例1给出的方法基本相同,不同的是(见图3):该方法在用户设备发送所述干扰报告之前,还包括一步骤S0,接收受害小区所属基站用广播消息下发的预设的寻呼配置,所述预设的寻呼配置中包括避开干扰的寻呼配置。
上述预设的寻呼配置,可以是由受害小区所属基站与侵害小区所属基站预先协商好的寻呼配置,正常状态下,各寻呼配置均为低干扰的寻呼配置,若其中一个或几个寻呼配置进入高干扰状态,则未受到高干扰的寻呼配置则为避开高干扰的寻呼配置。
上述的方法中,可在步骤S1生成的寻呼配置更新消息中指定用广播消息已下发的预设的寻呼配置中的一个作为避开高干扰的寻呼配置。在步骤S2中,使用户设备可按照收到的寻呼配置更新消息的指定,从广播消息中收到的预设的寻呼配置中选择寻呼配置,更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
此时,寻呼配置更新消息中可设置一标识,标识指向的广播消息预设的寻呼配置中寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。通过该标识用户设备可更新至低干扰的监听位置。
这种用广播消息先下发预设的寻呼配置的方式,在后续下发的寻呼配置更新消息则不必再携带避开干扰的寻呼配置,只要按寻呼配置更新消息的指定从之前广播消息中收到的预设的寻呼配置中选择即可,减少了网络资源的占用,提高了更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置的效率。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种异构网络的寻呼方法,可用在异构网络中,避免侵害小区对受害小区的用户设备(UE)造成干扰,而无法接收寻呼消息,如图4所示,该方法包括:
步骤S11,受害小区所属基站接收用户设备在满足干扰上报条件时所上报的干扰报告,根据收到的所述干扰报告生成寻呼配置更新消息,并将所述寻呼配置更新消息向所述用户设备下发;
上述步骤S11中,根据收到的所述干扰报告生成寻呼配置更新消息具体包括下述几种方式:
第一种生成寻呼配置更新消息方式为:若受害小区所属基站没有与侵害小区所属基站协商好近乎空白子帧配置或者侵害小区所属基站没有激活近乎空白子帧配置,则受害小区所属基站与所述侵害小区所属基站进行协商确认自身可用的低干扰子帧;
根据所述自身可用的低干扰子帧来确定避开干扰的寻呼配置,并根据确定的所述寻呼配置生成寻呼配置更新消息。
上述第一种生成寻呼配置更新消息方式中,受害小区所属基站与所述侵害小区所属基站进行协商确认自身可用的低干扰子帧时,可采用一次协商或多次协商,分别进行说明:
一次协商处理过程如下:
A.受害小区所属基站向所述侵害小区所属基站发起近乎空白子帧设置的激活请求,使所述侵害小区所属基站根据收到的所述激活请求,配置近乎空白子帧并激活所述近乎空白子帧配置;
B.受害小区所属基站接收所述侵害小区所属基站返回的近乎空白子帧激活确认信息携带的近乎空白子帧配置信息,根据所述近乎空白子帧配置信息确定自身可用的低干扰子帧。
上述一次协商处理过程之后 ,还可以包括:由受害小区所属基站向所述侵害小区所属基站返回确定的自身可用的低干扰子帧配置。
在上述一次协商的基础上,可以进行二次或多次协商,具体为:
一次协商之后,受害小区所属基站接收所述侵害小区发送的当前近乎空白子帧配置,根据接收的所述当前近乎空白子帧配置重新确定自身可用的低干扰子帧;
将重新确定的低干扰子帧配置向所述侵害小区所属基站发送,则二次协商。
若准备多次协商,则重复上述二次协商的处理过程即可进一步重新确定自身可用的低干扰子帧。
第二种生成寻呼配置更新消息方式为:若受害小区所属基站已经与侵害小区所属基站协商好近乎空白子帧配置,且所述侵害小区所属基站已经激活所述近乎空白子帧配置,则获知所述侵害小区所属基站激活的近乎空白子帧配置信息,根据所述近乎空白子帧配置信息确认自身可用的低干扰子帧;
根据所述自身可用的低干扰子帧来确定避开干扰的寻呼配置,并根据确定的所述寻呼配置生成寻呼配置更新消息。生成的寻呼配置更新消息中包括:寻呼消息所在子帧和/或无线帧的位置;或者预先约定的寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。
上述两种生成寻呼配置更新消息的方式中,根据所述近乎空白子帧配置信息确定自身可用的低干扰子帧包括:
通过所述近乎空白子帧配置信息确认所述侵害小区所属基站的被设置为近乎空白子帧的子帧,从对应于被设置为近乎空白子帧的子帧中选择子帧作为自身可用的低干扰子帧。
上述步骤S11中,将所述寻呼配置更新消息向所述用户设备下发,采用下述任一种方式,包括:
将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在受害小区所属基站与所述用户设备之间的无线资源控制连接建立信令中,通过所述无线资源控制连接建立信令向所述用户设备下发;
或者,将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在受害小区所属基站与所述用户设备之间的无线资源控制连接重建立信令中,通过所述无线资源控制连接重建立信令向所述用户设备下发;
或者,将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在受害小区所属基站与所述用户设备之间的无线资源控制连接重配置信令中,通过所述无线资源控制连接重配置信令向所述用户设备下发;
或者,将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在增加的信令中,通过所述信令向所述用户设备下发;
或者,将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在随机接入过程的随机接入响应信令中,通过所述信令向所述用户设备下发。
步骤S12,使所述用户设备能根据收到的所述寻呼配置更新消息,将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
上述步骤S12中,用户设备可以根据受害小区所属基站生成的寻呼配置更新消息,将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置具体为:
将监听寻呼消息的位置更新至所述寻呼配置更新消息中包括的子帧和/或无线帧的位置;所述寻呼配置更新消息中包括:寻呼消息所在子帧和/或无线帧的位置;或者预先约定的寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。更新后用户设备可避开干扰的位置进行寻呼消息的监听。
本实施例的寻呼方法,用在异构网络中,使受害小区所属基站能根据用户设备在满足干扰上报条件时上报的干扰报告,生成寻呼配置更新消息,进而通过该寻呼配置更新消息可使用户设备将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。该方法使得受害小区所属基站在用户设备处于空闲态或连接态时,均可以根据用户设备主动上报告知的干扰状态,选定避开干扰的配置来调度用户设备,使得在异构网场景下,侵害小区为了保证自己的负载和降低小区(或基站)等级接口上的信令开销,配置有限的近乎空白子帧条件下,可以保证受害小区受到干扰的UE也能够接收到寻呼消息(Paging消息)。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种异构网络的寻呼方法,与实施例3给出的方法基本相同,不同的是(见图5):该方法在接收用户设备发送的干扰报告之前,还包括一步骤S10,受害小区所属基站用广播消息向用户设备下发多个预设的寻呼配置,所述多个预设的寻呼配置中包括避开干扰的寻呼配置。
上述多个预设的寻呼配置,可以是由受害小区所属基站与侵害小区所属基站预先协商好的多个寻呼配置,正常状态下,各寻呼配置均为无干扰的寻呼配置,若其中一个或几个寻呼配置进入干扰状态,则未受到干扰的寻呼配置则为避开干扰的寻呼配置。
上述方法可在步骤S11生成的寻呼配置更新消息中指定用广播消息已下发的多个预设的寻呼配置中的一个作为避开干扰的寻呼配置。在步骤S12中,使用户设备可按照收到的寻呼配置更新消息中的指定,从广播消息中收到的多个预设的寻呼配置中选择一个寻呼配置,更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
该方法中,受害小区所属基站生成的寻呼配置更新消息中可包括一个标识,该标识指向的广播消息预设的寻呼配置中寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。通过该标识用户设备可将监听寻呼消息的位置更新至该标识所指向的广播消息预设的寻呼配置中寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。更新后用户设备可避开干扰的位置进行寻呼消息的监听。
上述预设的寻呼配置,可以是由受害小区所属基站与侵害小区所属基站预先协商好低干扰子帧后,受害小区设置寻呼配置,正常状态下,各寻呼配置均为受低干扰的寻呼配置,若其中一个或几个寻呼配置进入受高干扰状态,则受干扰低的寻呼配置则为避开高干扰的寻呼配置。
上述方法可在步骤S11生成的寻呼配置更新消息中指定用广播消息已下发的预设的寻呼配置作为避开干扰的寻呼配置。在步骤S12中,使用户设备可按照收到的寻呼配置更新消息中的指定,从广播消息中收到的预设的寻呼配置中选择寻呼配置,更新成避开高干扰的寻呼配置。
这种用广播消息先下发预设的寻呼配置的方式,在后续下发的寻呼配置更新消息则不必再携带避开干扰的寻呼配置,只要按寻呼配置更新消息的指定从之前广播消息中收到的预设的寻呼配置中选择即可,减少了网络资源的占用,提高了更新成避开高干扰的寻呼配置的效率。
实施例5
本实施例结合上述寻呼方法在LET异构网络中的实现过程,对上述实施例1、3的方法作进一步说明,如图6所示,包括:
步骤1,当受害小区的UE检测到干扰值超过预设的阈值;或者,出现寻呼消息(Paging消息)接收异常;或者,预设的干扰上报时间到达设定的周期性上报时间时,向受害小区所属eNB(即受害小区所属基站)发送一个干扰报告,干扰报告中可包含:干扰指示、干扰值及原因指示中的任意一项或任意几项;其中,所述原因指示表示收不到寻呼消息和一个或多个收不到寻呼消息的原因;
上述步骤1中,UE可选择下述任一种方式,向受害小区所属eNB上报干扰报告,具体包括:
(1)如图7所示,UE利用随机接入过程的第一步发送RACH扰码时,携带干扰报告。
(2)如图8、9所示,UE利用随机接入过程的第三步,即利用UL发送Msg3时,携带干扰报告,可利用随机接入过程第三步的Msg3中包含的RRCConnectionRequest()、RRCConnectionReestablishmentRequest()两个信令之一;或者在RACH的MAC_CE中携带干扰报告。
(3)如图10、11所示,IDLE UE(空闲态的UE)通过随机接入过程连接到受害小区后,或者Connected UE(连接态的UE)已经连接到受害小区时,利用RRC连接重建立请求信令(即RRCConnectionReestablishmentRequest()),在该信令中携带干扰报告;或者在RPACH的MAC_CE中携带干扰报告;
(4)如图12所示,UE利用增加的向受害小区所属eNB发送的新的信令,在该信令中携带干扰报告。
步骤2、3,受害小区所属eNB接收到UE上报的干扰报告后,若受害小区所属eNB(即受害小区所属基站)还没有和侵害小区所属eNB(即侵害小区所属基站)协商好近乎空白子帧的配置,或侵害小区所属eNB还没有激活近乎空白子帧,则受害小区所属eNB向侵害小区所属eNB发起近乎空白子帧设置的激活请求,侵害小区所属eNB收到该激活消息后设置近乎空白子帧并激活该近乎空白子帧配置;
步骤4,侵害小区所属eNB返回近乎空白子帧激活确认信息,可在步骤4回复的激活确认信息中携带具体的近乎空白子帧的配置信息,通过该配置信息受害小区所属eNB可获知侵害小区所属eNB的哪些子帧被设置为近乎空白子帧,从而确定自身可用的低干扰子帧;
在该方法的处理流程中,也可以在一次协商之后,再通过多次协商(如图中虚线所示)确定合适的近乎空白子帧配置的过程。
步骤5,根据确定合适的近乎空白子帧配置,即可生成寻呼配置更新信息,并向UE下发该寻呼配置更新信息(即图7中的Paging消息配置更新消息)。
在上述步骤5生成的寻呼配置更新信息中,指定了UE在哪些固定无线帧的固定子帧监听Paging消息(下行消息),以避开干扰,即将UE的寻呼配置更新。如图15所示,侵害小区在无线帧的第1#、6#子帧处设置了近乎空白子帧,而受害小区的子帧为了最大程度的匹配侵害小区的近乎空白子帧,将0#子帧与5#子帧对应为低干扰子帧。原本在4#子帧或9#子帧上监听Paging消息的UE,由于4#子帧或9#子帧受到干扰而不能正确接收Paging消息。而此时,可在下发的寻呼配置更新信息中通知该UE改变自己的PO位置,停止在原有设定的子帧,如4#子帧或9#子帧监听Paging消息,改在其他低干扰Paging子帧位置,如0#或5#子帧监听Paging消息,也可以选择其他非0、4、5、9号子帧作为PO, 或者多个子帧上都监听Paging消息。从而使UE更新成避开了干扰的寻呼配置。
实际中,除在下发的寻呼配置更新信息中指定更改UE的固定子帧的位置,即PO的位置, 也可以根据近乎空白子帧配置的密度,更改UE的对应Paging的无线帧的位置。
上述步骤5中,生成的寻呼配置更新消息中可以包括:寻呼消息所在子帧和/或无线帧的位置;或者预先约定的寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。
上述步骤5中,受害小区所属eNB可通过下述任一种方式,将寻呼配置更新消息向用户设备下发,具体包括:
(1)通过RRC专用信令携带向用户设备下发的寻呼配置更新消息,如RRC连接建立信令(RRCConnectionSetup())(见图8)、或RRC连接重建立信令(RCConnectionReestablishment())(见图9)、或RRC连接重配信令(RRCConnectionReconfiguration())(见图10、11);或随机接入过程的随机接入响应行令(见图7)
(2)通过增加的向用户设备发送的新的信令,携带向用户设备下发的寻呼配置更新消息(如图12);
上述受害小区所属eNB通过RRC专用信令携带向用户设备下发的寻呼配置更新消息时,用户设备均可以采用随机接入过程第一步发送扰码时上报干扰报告。
如图6所示的处理流程中,若在步骤1中的UE上报干扰报告后,若受害小区所属eNB已经和侵害小区所属eNB协商好近乎空白子帧配置,并且侵害小区已经激活该配置,则受害小区所属eNB可根据获知的侵害小区所属eNB激活的近乎空白子帧配置,确定自身可用的低干扰子帧(与近乎空白子帧对应的子帧)(即确定合适的近乎空白子帧配置),则直接转入步骤5。
在步骤5之后,还可以增加可选的步骤6,在UE收到Paging消息配置更新信息(即寻呼配置更新消息)后,发送Paging消息更新响应,通知eNB自己已经收到更新消息。该响应消息可以利用RRC专用信令回复,如在RRCConnectionSetupComplete(),RRCConnectionReconfigurationComplete()或RRCConnectionReestablishmentComplete中,携带该响应消息。
若UE在指定时间内没有收到干扰报告的反馈(即没有收到受害小区所属eNB下发的Paging消息配置更新信息),则重新发起上述过程。
如图6所示的处理流程中,在上述步骤1中,若用户设备利用随机接入过程第一步发送扰码时发送干扰报告,则步骤5中,受害小区所属eNB也可以利用随机接入过程的第二步发送Paging消息配置更新(即寻呼配置更新消息)(参见图7)。
实施例6
本实施例结合在LET异构网络中实现寻呼处理的过程,对上述实施例2、4的方法作进一步说明,如图15所示,包括:
在步骤1的受害小区的UE上报干扰报告之前,通过一步骤10,由受害小区所属eNB通过广播消息,向用户设备下发Paging更新的配置的集合,所述Paging更新配置的集合可以是受害小区所属eNB与侵害小区所属eNB协商好得到的Paging更新配置的集合,其中包括避开高干扰的Paging配置;
这样不需要进行步骤2~4的处理,直接进入步骤5,生成Paging消息配置更新(即寻呼配置更新消息),并下发给用户设备即可。生成Paging消息配置更新(即寻呼配置更新消息)中可包括一个标识,该标识指向的广播消息预设的寻呼配置中寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。通过该标识用户设备可将监听寻呼消息的位置更新至该标识所指向的广播消息预设的寻呼配置中寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。更新后用户设备可避开干扰的位置进行寻呼消息的监听。
本实施例的方法中用户设备向受害小区所属eNB上报干扰报告的方式,与实施例5中给出的相同,可参照实施例5,在此不再重复。
本实施例的方法中受害小区所属eNB向用户设备下发Paging消息配置更新(即寻呼配置更新消息)的方式,与实施例5中给出的相同,可参照实施例5,在此不再重复。
这种利用广播消息的方式下发Paging更新的配置,在受害小区所属eNB收到UE的干扰报告后,可在生成的Paging消息配置更新中指定UE要更新的Paging位置即可,而UE收到受害小区所属eNB下发的Paging消息配置更新后,即可根据其中指定的Paging位置,结合广播消息已下发的Paging更新的配置,更新监听Paging的位置即可。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种终端设备,可作为异构网络中的用户设备(UE),如图16所示,该终端设备包括:干扰确认单元21、干扰报告上报单元22和更新处理单元23;
其中,干扰确认单元21与干扰报告上报单元22连接,用于确认是否满足干扰上报条件;干扰确认单元21可以由处理器实现;
所述干扰报告上报单元22用于在所述干扰确认单元21确认满足干扰上报条件时,向受害小区所属基站上报干扰报告,使受害小区所属基站能根据收到的所述干扰报告生成并下发寻呼配置更新消息;所述干扰报告上报单元22可以是接口;
所述更新处理单元23,用于接收所述受害小区所属基站生成并下发的所述寻呼配置更新消息,根据所述寻呼配置更新消息将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。所述更新处理单元23可以是处理器;
上述终端设备还可以设置响应消息回复单元24,用于在收到由所述受害小区所属基站发送的所述寻呼配置更新消息后,向所述受害小区所属基站回复更新响应消息。响应消息回复单元24可以是接口。
如图17所示,所述干扰确认单元21包括:检测模块211和确认模块212,可以分别是处理器。
其中,所述检测模块211,用于检测干扰是否超过预定的阈值;或者,用于检测是否出现寻呼消息接收异常;或者,用于检测是否到达设定的周期性上报时间;
所述确认模块212,用于在所述检测模块211检测到干扰值超过预定的阈值,或者检测到出现寻呼消息接收异常,或者检测到干扰上报时间到达设定的周期性上报时间时,则确认满足干扰上报条件
如图18所示,所述干扰报告上报单元22包括:信令处理模块221和添加模块222;可以是不同的处理器单元。

本实施例提供一种通信设备,可作为异构网络中的作为基站侧的通信设备,如图20所示,该通信设备,包括:接收单元31、更新消息生成单元32和下发单元33;
其中,所述接收单元31,用于接收用户设备在满足干扰条件时所上报的干扰报告;所述接收单元31可以是接口;
所述更新消息生成单元32,用于根据所述接收单元31收到的所述干扰报告生成寻呼配置更新消息;所述更新消息生成单元32可以是处理器;
所述下发单元33,用于将所述更新消息生成单元32生成的所述寻呼配置更新消息向所述用户设备下发,使所述用户设备能根据收到的所述寻呼配置更新消息,将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。所述下发单元33可以是接口。
如图21所示,上述通信设备中的更新消息生成单元32包括:确认模块321、处理模块322和生成模块323,这三个单元可以时处理器单元;
其中,所述确认模块321,用于确认是否与侵害小区所属基站协商好近乎空白子帧配置,或者确认侵害小区所属基站是否激活近乎空白子帧配置;
所述处理模块322,用于在所述确认模块确认没有与侵害小区所属基站协商好近乎空白子帧配置,或者确认侵害小区所属基站没有激活近乎空白子帧时,与所述侵害小区所属基站进行一次或多次协商确认自身可用的低干扰子帧;

如图22所示,上述通信设备中的发送单元33包括:信令处理模块331和添加模块332;

实施例11
本实施例提供一种通信系统,用在异构网络中,避免因侵害小区的干扰,导致UE无法保证接收寻呼消息的问题,如图24所示,该系统包括:
终端设备41和通信设备42,所述通信设备42设置在基站侧;终端设备41与所述通信设备42通信连接,作为通信设备42的用户设备。
其中,所述的终端设备41采用上述实施例7、8中给出的终端设备;所述通信设备42采用上述实施例9、10中给出的通信设备。
该通信系统通过终端设备在满足干扰条件时上报干扰报告,而通信设备根据干扰报告生成配置信息更新消息,并下发给终端设备,使得终端设备可根据收到的配置信息更新消息,将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置,从而实现避开干扰的目的。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一可读取存储介质中,所述的存储介质可以为,如:ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等。
综上所述,本发明实施例的寻呼方法,可以使异构网络中受到干扰的空闲态UE连接到网络,报告自己收到干扰,然后eNB根据UE的需要,交互Paging配置;让受到干扰的连接态UE上报干扰,eNB根据UE的需要重新配置的Paging配置,使得UE能够在其他无线帧和子帧上监听到Paging消息。

  1. 一种异构网络的寻呼方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当满足干扰上报条件时,向受害小区所属基站上报干扰报告,使受害小区所属基站能根据收到的所述干扰报告生成并下发寻呼配置更新消息;
    接收所述受害小区所属基站生成并下发的所述寻呼配置更新消息,根据所述寻呼配置更新消息将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在收到由所述受害小区所属基站发送的所述寻呼配置更新消息后,向所述受害小区所属基站回复更新响应消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在发送所述干扰报告之前,接收受害小区所属基站用广播消息下发的预设的寻呼配置,所述预设的寻呼配置中包括避开干扰的寻呼配置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述满足干扰上报条件包括:
    当终端检测到干扰值超过预设的阈值;或者,出现寻呼消息接收异常;或者,终端干扰上报的时间到达设定的周期性上报时间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告中包含:干扰指示、干扰值、和原因指示中的一种或多种,所述干扰指示表示干扰严重等级;所述干扰值表示接受到的下行干扰值;所述原因指示表示收不到寻呼消息和收不到寻呼消息的原因。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述方法中,采用向受害小区所属基站上报干扰报告的方式,包括:
    在随机接入过程中,发送随机接入扰码时,携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告;
    或者,在随机接入过程中,在无线资源控制连接建立请求信令中携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告;
    或者,在随机接入过程中,发送消息Msg3时,在媒介接入控制_配置控制元素中携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告;
    或者,在连接到受害小区所属基站后,在无线资源控制连接重建立请求信令中携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告;
    或者,向受害小区所属基站发送新的信令,通过所述信令携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告。
  7. 根据权利要求1或3所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述寻呼配置更新消息将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置包括:
    将监听寻呼消息的位置更新至所述寻呼配置更新消息中包括的子帧和/或无线帧的位置;所述寻呼配置更新消息中包括:寻呼消息所在子帧和/或无线帧的位置;或者预先约定的寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置,或者一个标识,该标识指向的广播消息预设的寻呼配置中寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。
  8. 一种异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户设备在满足干扰上报条件时所上报的干扰报告;
    根据收到的所述干扰报告生成寻呼配置更新消息,并将所述寻呼配置更新消息向所述用户设备下发,使所述用户设备能根据收到的所述寻呼配置更新消息,将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在收到所述干扰报告之前,通过广播消息向用户设备下发预设的寻呼配置,所述预设的寻呼配置中包括避开干扰的寻呼配置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述根据收到的所述干扰报告生成寻呼配置更新消息包括:
    若没有与侵害小区所属基站协商好近乎空白子帧配置或者侵害小区所属基站没有激活近乎空白子帧配置,则与所述侵害小区所属基站进行协商确认自身可用的低干扰子帧;根据所述自身可用的低干扰子帧来确定避开干扰的寻呼配置,并根据确定的所述寻呼配置生成寻呼配置更新消息;
    或者,
    若已经与侵害小区所属基站协商好近乎空白子帧配置,且所述侵害小区所属基站已经激活所述近乎空白子帧配置,则获知所述侵害小区所属基站激活的近乎空白子帧配置信息,根据所述近乎空白子帧配置信息确认自身可用的低干扰子帧;根据所述自身可用的低干扰子帧来确定避开干扰的寻呼配置,并根据确定的所述寻呼配置生成寻呼配置更新消息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述与所述侵害小区所属基站进行协商确认自身可用的低干扰子帧包括:
    向所述侵害小区所属基站发起近乎空白子帧设置的激活请求,使所述侵害小区所属基站根据收到的所述激活请求,配置近乎空白子帧并激活所述近乎空白子帧配置;
    接收所述侵害小区所属基站返回的近乎空白子帧激活确认信息携带的近乎空白子帧配置信息,根据所述近乎空白子帧配置信息确定自身可用的低干扰子帧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述侵害小区所属基站返回确定的自身可用的低干扰子帧配置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述与所述侵害小区所属基站进行协商确认自身可用的低干扰子帧,还包括:
    接收所述侵害小区发送的当前近乎空白子帧配置,根据接收的所述当前近乎空白子帧配置重新确定自身可用的低干扰子帧;
    将重新确定的低干扰子帧配置向所述侵害小区所属基站发送。
  14. 根据权利要求10或11所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述近乎空白子帧配置信息确定自身可用的低干扰子帧包括:
    通过所述近乎空白子帧配置信息确认所述侵害小区所属基站的被设置为近乎空白子帧的子帧,从对应于被设置为近乎空白子帧的子帧中选择子帧作为自身可用的低干扰子帧。
  15. 根据权利要求8或9所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述生成的寻呼配置更新消息中包括:
    寻呼消息所在子帧和/或无线帧的位置;或者预先约定的寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置,或者一个标识,该标识指向的广播消息预设的寻呼配置中寻呼消息的子帧和/或无线帧的位置。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的异构网络下的寻呼方法,其特征在于,所述将所述寻呼配置更新消息向所述用户设备下发采用下述方式中的任一种,包括:
    将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在与所述用户设备之间的无线资源控制连接建立信令中,通过所述无线资源控制连接建立信令向所述用户设备下发;
    或者,将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在与所述用户设备之间的无线资源控制连接重建立信令中,通过所述无线资源控制连接重建立信令向所述用户设备下发;
    或者,将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在与所述用户设备之间的无线资源控制连接重配置信令中,通过所述无线资源控制连接重配置信令向所述用户设备下发;
    或者,将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在增加的新的信令中,通过所述信令向所述用户设备下发;
    或者,将所述寻呼配置更新消息携带在随机接入过程的随机接入响应信令中,通过所述信令向所述用户设备下发。
  17. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    干扰确认单元、干扰报告上报单元和更新处理单元;
    所述干扰确认单元,用于确认是否满足干扰上报条件;
    所述干扰报告上报单元,用于在所述干扰确认单元确认满足干扰上报条件时,向受害小区所属基站上报干扰报告,使受害小区所属基站能根据收到的所述干扰报告生成并下发寻呼配置更新消息;
    所述更新处理单元,用于接收所述受害小区所属基站生成并下发的所述寻呼配置更新消息,根据所述寻呼配置更新消息将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括:
    响应消息回复单元,用于在收到由所述受害小区所属基站发送的所述寻呼配置更新消息后,向所述受害小区所属基站回复更新响应消息。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括:
    广播消息接收单元,用于接收受害小区所属基站通过广播消息下发的预设的寻呼配置,所述预设的寻呼配置中包括避开干扰的寻呼配置。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述干扰确认单元包括:
    检测模块和确认模块;
    所述检测模块,用于检测干扰值是否超过预定的阈值;或者,用于检测是否出现寻呼消息接收异常;或者,用于检测干扰上报时间是否到达设定的周期性上报时间;
    所述确认模块,用于在所述检测模块检测到干扰值超过预定的阈值,或者检测到出现寻呼消息接收异常,或者检测到干扰上报时间到达设定的周期性上报时间时,确认满足干扰上报条件。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述干扰报告上报单元包括:
    信令处理模块和添加模块;
    所述信令处理模块,用于将随机接入过程中发送的随机接入扰码,或者将随机接入过程中的无线资源控制连接建立请求信令,或者将随机接入过程中发送消息Msg3的媒介接入控制配置控制元素,或者将连接到受害小区所属基站后的无线资源控制连接重建立请求信令,或者将增加的向受害小区所属基站发送的新的信令,作为携带向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告的信令;
    所述添加模块,用于将向受害小区所属基站上报的干扰报告添加到所述信令处理模块确定的所述信令中,由所述信令携带所述干扰报告向所述受害小区所属基站上报。
  22. 一种通信设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元、更新消息生成单元和下发单元;
    所述接收单元,用于接收用户设备在满足干扰条件时所上报的干扰报告;
    所述更新消息生成单元,用于根据所述接收单元收到的所述干扰报告生成寻呼配置更新消息;
    所述下发单元,用于将所述更新消息生成单元生成的所述寻呼配置更新消息向所述用户设备下发,使所述用户设备能根据收到的所述寻呼配置更新消息,将寻呼配置更新成避开干扰的寻呼配置。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述通信设备还包括:
    广播消息处理单元,用于在所述接收单元接收用户设备在满足干扰条件时所上报的干扰报告之前,向用户设备通过广播消息下发预设的寻呼配置,所述预设的寻呼配置中包括避开干扰的寻呼配置。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述更新消息生成单元包括:
    确认模块、处理模块和生成模块;
    所述确认模块,用于确认是否与侵害小区所属基站协商好近乎空白子帧配置,或者确认侵害小区所属基站是否激活近乎空白子帧配置;
    所述处理模块,用于在所述确认模块确认没有与侵害小区所属基站协商好近乎空白子帧配置,或者确认侵害小区所属基站没有激活近乎空白子帧时,与所述侵害小区所属基站进行协商确认自身可用的低干扰子帧;
    或者,若已经与侵害小区所属基站协商好近乎空白子帧配置,且所述侵害小区所属基站已经激活所述近乎空白子帧配置,则获知所述侵害小区所属基站激活的近乎空白子帧配置信息,根据所述近乎空白子帧配置信息确认自身可用的低干扰子帧;
    所述生成模块,用于根据所述处理模块确认的自身可用的低干扰子帧来确定避开干扰的寻呼配置,并根据确定的所述寻呼配置生成寻呼配置更新消息。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元包括:
    信令处理模块和添加模块;
    所述信令处理模块,用于将与所述用户设备之间的无线资源控制连接建立信令,或者将与所述用户设备之间的无线资源控制连接重建立信令,或者将与所述用户设备之间的无线资源控制连接重配置信令,或者将增加的向用户设备发送的新的信令,或者将随机接入过程的随机接入响应信令,作为携带向用户设备下发所述寻呼配置更新消息的信令;
    所述添加模块,用于将所述寻呼配置更新消息添加到所述信令选择模块选择的信令中,由所述信令携带所述寻呼配置更新消息向所述用户设备下发。
  26. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括:
    终端设备和通信设备,所述通信设备设置在基站侧;其中,所述终端设备采用上述权利要求16~21任一项所述的终端设备;所述通信设备采用上述权利要求22~25任一项所述的通信设备;
    所述终端设备与所述通信设备通信连接。
