본 발명은 퍼프 등을 이용하여 볼을 화장하는 과정에서 용기 본체에 담긴 화장품 내용물이 안전하게 보호되도록 할 뿐만 아니라 알뜰한 사용이 가능토록 한 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기는 화장품 내용물이 상부가 돔 형태로 성형이 된 상태가 유지되게 하기 위한 베이스가 상부에 형성된 원통형의 용기 본체 및 용기 본체의 상부에 조립되어 화장품 내용물이 보호되게 하는 뚜껑을 포함하여 구성된 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에 있어서, 일정 두께를 갖는 용기 본체의 내주와 외주 사이의 몸통에 상부가 개방된 형태로 형성되는 한편 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽 둘레 상에는 나사산이 형성된 가이드 조립공간; 가이드 조립공간 내측에 조립 설치되어 가이드 조립공간의 나사산을 따라 상하방향으로 이동되는 가운데 상측 내주는 상기 화장품 내용물을 감싸는 원통 형태의 가이드; 및 뚜껑의 내주와 가이드의 상측 외주에 각각 상호 맞물리는 치형으로 형성되어 사용자가 뚜껑을 회전동작시킬 때 가이드가 상하방향으로 이동되게 하는 가이드 높이 제어수단; 을 더 포함하여 구성이 이루어진다.
Description
본 발명은 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 퍼프 등을 이용하여 볼을 화장하는 과정에서 용기 본체에 담긴 화장품 내용물이 안전하게 보호되도록 할 뿐만 아니라 알뜰한 사용이 가능토록 한 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 페이스 터치(face touch)로 불리는 볼 화장은 메이크 업(make up)의 마무리 단계에서 이루어지는 화장으로써 건강하고 밝은 혈색을 만들어 주는 한편 얼굴 윤곽을 수정해주어 입체감 있는 얼굴로 표현해주는 화장이다.
도 1 은 흔히 돔 치크(dome cheek)라고도 불리는 볼 화장용 화장품을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 1 에 도시된 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(10)는 용기 본체(12)의 상부에 화장품 내용물(20)이 돔 형태로 돌출된 구조로 담기도록 형성된 것으로, 용기 본체(12)의 하측에 보관되는 퍼프(puff)에 용기 본체(12)의 상부 측에 담긴 화장품 내용물(20)을 묻혀 얼굴에 바를 수 있도록 구성이 된다. 한편, 용기 본체(12)의 상부에는 돔 형태의 화장품 내용물(20)에 대응하는 형태로 성형이 된 뚜껑(14)이 씌워진다.
전술한 퍼프는 용기 본체(12)와 세트를 이뤄 용기 본체(12)의 하측 공간에 보관이 될 수 있는데, 퍼프는 용기 본체(12)의 하부에 조립 설치되는 하부 받침(16)과 일체로 이루어지기도 한다. 즉, 퍼프는 용기 본체(12)에 대하여 조립 및 분리 가능한 구조로 이루어질 수 있다.
그런데 전술한 종래의 볼 화장용 화장품 용기는 화장품 내용물이 용기 본체의 상부로 돔 형태로 돌출된 구조로 담아짐에 따라서 사용을 위해 뚜껑을 열고 닫는 과정 또는 퍼프 등에 화장품 내용물을 묻히는 과정 등에서 고형 상태의 화장품 내용물이 변형되는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 전술한 바와 같은 종래기술의 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 창안이 된 것으로서, 퍼프 등을 이용하여 볼을 화장하는 과정에서 용기 본체 내에 화장품 내용물이 안전하게 보호되도록 하는 볼 화장용 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 화장품 내용물의 알뜰한 사용이 가능토록 한 볼 화장용 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 있다.
전술한 바와 같은 목적의 달성을 위해서 본 발명은 다음과 같이 구성이 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기는 화장품 내용물이 상부가 돔 형태로 성형이 된 상태가 유지되게 하기 위한 베이스가 상부에 형성된 원통형의 용기 본체, 용기 본체의 상부에 조립되어 화장품 내용물이 보호되게 하는 뚜껑 및 용기 본체의 개방된 하부에 조립 설치되는 하부 받침을 포함하여 구성된 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에 있어서, 일정 두께를 갖는 용기 본체의 내주와 외주 사이의 몸통에 상부가 개방된 형태로 형성되는 한편 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽 둘레 상에는 나사산이 형성된 가이드 조립공간; 가이드 조립공간 내측에 조립 설치되어 가이드 조립공간의 나사산을 따라 상하방향으로 이동되는 가운데 상측 내주는 상기 화장품 내용물을 감싸는 원통 형태의 가이드; 및 뚜껑의 내주와 가이드의 상측 외주에 각각 상호 맞물리는 치형으로 형성되어 사용자가 뚜껑을 회전동작시킬 때 가이드가 상하방향으로 이동되게 하는 가이드 높이 제어수단; 을 더 포함하여 구성이 이루어진다.
본 발명에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에서 가이드의 높이는 가이드의 하단이 가이드 조립공간의 하면에 맞닿은 상태에서 가이드의 상단이 용기 본체의 상단에 일정 구간 노출되는 높이로 형성된다.
본 발명에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에서 용기 본체의 베이스 상에는 다수의 구멍이 관통 형성된 구조로 이루어진다.
본 발명에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에서 가이드 조립공간의 내부에는 가이드의 상승 높이가 제한되게 하기 위한 고정 스톱퍼가 형성되는 한편 고정 스톱퍼에 대응하여 가이드 상에는 가동 스톱퍼가 형성된다.
본 발명에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에 의하면 퍼프 등을 이용하여 용기 본체에 담긴 화장품 내용물을 묻혀 화장을 하는 과정에서 가이드에 의해서 용기 본체에 담긴 고형의 화장품 내용물의 형태가 변형되는 현상이 방지되는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에 의하면 화장품 내용물의 잔여량에 따라서 가이드의 높이를 낮추면서 알뜰한 사용이 가능해지는 장점이 있다.

이하에서는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기의 구성 및 사용 상태 등에 대해서 첨부된 도면을 참조하면서 더욱 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
도면 중에 표시된 도면부호 100 은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따라 구성된 볼 화장용 화장품 용기를 지시하는 것이며, 도면부호 200 은 화장품 내용물을 지시하는 것이다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(100)는 화장품 내용물(200)이 담기는 원통형의 용기 본체(110), 용기 본체(110)에 대하여 일정 스트로크 범위 내에서 상승과 하강 동작이 되며 화장품 내용물이 안정적으로 유지되게 하는 가이드(130) 및 용기 본체(110)의 상부에 조립되어 화장품 내용물(200)을 보호하는 뚜껑(140)을 포함하여 구성이 이루어진다. 한편, 용기 본체(110)의 개방된 하부 측에는 하부 받침(160)이 조립 설치될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(100)에서 원통형으로 형성되는 용기 본체(110)의 상부에는 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 베이스(112)가 형성되는데, 이 베이스(112)는 화장품 내용물(200)이 성형이 된 상태가 유지되게 하는 기능을 하게 된다. 베이스(112)에는 베이스(112)의 상측과 하측에 위치된 화장품 내용물(200) 상호 간이 연결되게 함으로써 화장품 내용물(200)이 안정되게 부착된 상태가 유지될 수 있도록 하기 위해서 다수의 구멍(114)이 관통 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 베이스(112) 상에 형성되는 구멍(114)은 도 2 에 도시된 바와 같이 원형으로 형성될 수도 있고, 도 4 에 도시된 바와 같이 부채꼴의 형태로 형성될 수도 있을 것이다.
전술한 바와 같이 용기 본체(110)에 형성된 베이스(112)의 상하 측에는 구멍(114)을 매개로 하여 화장품 내용물(200)이 소정 두께로 채워지게 되는데, 이때 화장품 내용물(200)의 상부면은 도 3 에 도시된 바와 같이 돔 형태를 이루도록 성형이 된다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(100)에서 용기 본체(110)의 내주와 외주 사이에 일정 두께를 갖는 몸통 상에는 상부가 개방이 된 형태로 가이드 조립공간(120)이 형성이 된다. 아울러, 가이드 조립공간(120)의 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽 둘레 상에는 나사산(122)이 형성이 된다.

또한, 전술한 가이드 조립공간(120)에 형성된 고정 스톱퍼(124)에 대응하여 가이드(130) 상에도 가동 스톱퍼(134)가 형성이 된다. 따라서, 가이드(130)가 일정 높이로 상승하게 되면 가동 스톱퍼(134)가 고정 스톱퍼(124)에 걸리게 되면서 가이드(130)가 필요 이상의 높이로 상승하게 되는 것이 방지된다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(100)에서 뚜껑(140)은 화장품 내용물의 상부면 형태에 대응하여 돔 형태로 형성이 된다. 뚜껑(140)은 용기 본체(110)의 상부 외곽에 대해 상호 조립 및 분리될 수 있게 용기 본체(110)의 상부 외곽에 대하여 대응하는 형태로 형성이 된다.
특히, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(100)에서 가이드(130)의 승강 동작이 뚜껑의 조작에 의해서 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 가이드 높이 제어수단(150)이 마련이 된다. 가이드 높이 제어수단(150)은 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 뚜껑(140)의 내주와 가이드(130)의 상측 외주에 각각 상호 맞물리는 치형으로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(100)에서 가이드 높이 제어수단(150)의 예로 뚜껑(140)의 내주에 형성되어 있는 이빨(150a)과 가이드(130)의 상부 외주에 형성되어 있는 이빨(150b)이 상호 맞물린 상태에서 사용자가 뚜껑(140)을 회전시키게 되면 가이드 조립공간(120) 내측에 위치된 가이드(130)가 나사산의 안내를 받으면서 나선방향으로 회전 이동이 되면서 일정 스트로크 범위 내에서 상승 또는 하강하게 된다.
전술한 가이드(130)의 높이는 가이드(130)의 하단이 가이드 조립공간(120)의 하면에 맞닿은 상태에서 가이드(130)의 상단이 용기 본체(110)의 상단에 일정 구간 노출되는 높이를 갖도록 형성이 된다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(100)에 화장품 내용물(200)이 담기는 과정은 대략 다음과 같이 이루어질 수 있다.
우선, 가이드 조립공간(120)에 가이드(130)가 조립 설치가 된 상태에서 용기 본체(110)는 상하방향이 역전이 된 상태로 실리콘 등으로 제작된 성형틀(300)에 얹혀진다. 그리고 화장품 내용물이 일정 높이까지 채워지게 된다.

그리고 화장품 제조의 마지막 단계에서 뚜껑(140)을 회전시키게 되면 가이드(130)가 상승이 되면서 돔 형태로 성형이 된 화장품 내용물(200)의 둘레를 안정되게 감싸게 된다.
따라서, 도 3 에 도시된 단면도에서와 같이 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(100)에 화장품 내용물(200)이 담긴 상태가 된다.
이후, 사용자는 필요에 따라 도 5 및 도 6 에 도시된 바와 같이 뚜껑(140)을 회전시켜 가이드(130)의 높이를 적절하게 낮춰가면서 볼 화장용 화장품을 사용하게 된다.
전술한 바와 같이 구성된 볼 화장용 화장품 용기(100)에서는 용기 본체(110)의 상부로 가이드(130)의 일정 구간이 노출됨에 따라서 화장품 제조시 돔 형태로 채워진 화장품 내용물(200)이 더욱 안정되게 보호될 수 있게 된다.
또한, 소비자의 조작에 의해서 가이드(130)의 상단이 노출되는 정도가 조절될 수 있음에 따라서 화장품의 소비량에 맞춰 가이드 높이를 조절해가면서 볼 화장용 화장품의 알뜰한 소비가 가능해질 수 있게 된다.
본 발명은 전술한 실시 예에 국한되지 않고 본 발명의 기술사상이 허용하는 범위 내에서 다양하게 변형 실시될 수가 있다.
Claims (4)
- 화장품 내용물이 상부가 돔 형태로 성형이 된 상태가 유지되게 하기 위한 베이스가 상부에 형성된 원통형의 용기 본체 및 상기 용기 본체의 상부에 조립되어 상기 화장품 내용물이 보호되게 하는 뚜껑을 포함하여 구성된 볼 화장용 화장품 용기에 있어서,일정 두께를 갖는 상기 용기 본체의 내주와 외주 사이의 몸통에 상부가 개방된 형태로 형성되는 한편 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽 둘레 상에는 나사산이 형성된 가이드 조립공간;상기 가이드 조립공간 내측에 조립 설치되어 상기 가이드 조립공간의 나사산을 따라 상하방향으로 이동되는 가운데 상측 내주는 상기 화장품 내용물을 감싸는 원통 형태의 가이드; 및상기 뚜껑의 내주와 상기 가이드의 상측 외주에 각각 상호 맞물리는 치형으로 형성되어 사용자가 상기 뚜껑을 회전동작시킬 때 상기 가이드가 상하방향으로 이동되게 하는 가이드 높이 제어수단을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 화장용 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드의 높이는 상기 가이드의 하단이 상기 가이드 조립공간의 하면에 맞닿은 상태에서 상기 가이드의 상단이 상기 용기 본체의 상단에 일정 구간 노출되는 높이로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 화장용 화장품 용기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 용기 본체의 베이스 상에는 다수의 구멍이 관통 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 화장용 화장품 용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 조립공간의 내부에는 상기 가이드의 상승 높이가 제한되게 하기 위한 고정 스톱퍼가 형성되는 한편 상기 가이드 상에는 상기 고정 스톱퍼에 대응하는 가동 스톱퍼가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 화장용 화장품 용기.
