Abstract

L'invention concerne des modes de réalisation d'un module de sécurité pour aiguille dans un dispositif de canule jetable. En conséquence, le module de sécurité comprend deux bras inclinés l'un vers l'autre et délimitant une cavité entre une extrémité de chacun des deux bras. La cavité repose coulissante contre une surface extérieure de l'aiguille disposée entre les deux bras, ce qui permet de délimiter une première surface de contact entre les deux bras et l'aiguille. Le module de sécurité comprend en outre un organe de liaison reliant les deux autres extrémités des bras, l'élément de liaison comportant un trou débouchant circulaire de sorte que le centre du trou débouchant et la première surface de contact définissent un axe le long duquel l'aiguille se déplace tout en traversant le trou. Le module de sécurité comprend également deux composants brides s'étendant depuis les deux extrémités des bras partant de la première surface de contact et deux composants de blocage de module s'étendant depuis les deux composants brides conçus pour mettre en prise de façon sécurisée le module de sécurité avec le dispositif de canule jetable. Le module de sécurité comprend en outre une microlance fixée au niveau d'un des bras, comportant une cavité semi-cylindrique reposant contre l'aiguille délimitant une seconde surface de contact. La microlance peut être conçue pour venir en prise de façon sécurisée dans une fente située sur l'autre bras. Le module de sécurité comprend également un composant base fixé aux deux bras et à l'élément de liaison d'une manière telle qu'une première tension agit au niveau de la première surface de contact entre les deux bras et l'aiguille et qu'une seconde tension agit au niveau d'une seconde surface de contact entre la microlance et l'aiguille.
