Abstract

A method of installing a well intervention component (54) for well intervention, comprising lowering the component towards an intervention riser or a surface flow head (200), and connecting the component to the intervention riser or surface flow head, wherein the component is guided into position by a pair of guide lines (208, 210) fixed relative to the intervention riser or surface flow head.
