Abstract

Fixing system for a panel with anti-piercing alarm. The panels are sandwich panels with two metal outer faces and an inner zone made of electrically-insulating material. The system is characterized in that it has at least two holes or bores at the ends of the panel such that each hole has two different diameters to prevent the two metal outer faces from communicating with one another once the screws or bolts have been positioned in the holes to fix the boards to the metal sections (the support structure for the panels). The hole of greater diameter spans one of the metal sheets, while the hole of lesser diameter spans the insulating material and the other metal sheet. Thus, the head of the metal fixing member sits on the core of insulating material without touching one of the metal sheets but in contact with the other. An electrical installation can therefore be put in place on the metal sections, and will constitute the conducting part, to activate an alarm when the panel is pierced, torn or broken.

Description

SISTEMA DE FIJACIÓN PARA PANELES SANDWICH  FIXING SYSTEM FOR SANDWICH PANELS
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The invention, according to its title, refers to a fixing system for the so-called sandwich panels and more specifically to a fixing system, on a metal support structure that acts as an electric conductive phase, the particularity of constituting a reticular surface , organized or disorganized, of connection members and in particular of connection of an electrical installation, continuous, which at the time of serving for a lighted, decorated or similar surface, or parts of said surface, has the mission of ensuring a circuit closed that in case of being altered, attacked, violated, short-circuited or manipulated, it automatically triggers an alarm of determined range as it has been arranged in the installation, to avoid theft or damage of the protected place.
Ultimately, the object of the invention is a sandwich panel assembly system for composing active walls, partitions, covering surfaces for construction or decorative purposes that, attached to the walls of the building, walls, partitions, walls in general, ceilings or others they suppose an effective and safe protection for the establishment, premises, housing or similar because it acts as an "anti-patron" parapet against theft, forcing walls or medians, especially in establishments or premises that have a high risk of being docked so that, the fracture or alteration thereof, triggers the activation of an alarm to which they are connected, while the active surfaces are isolated to personal contact, protected from any branch against leakage or current branch even if it is continuous. According to the definition given by the dictionaries of the language: "butrón" is a hole made in floors, ceilings or walls to steal.
Therefore the present invention is related to the translocation of sandwich panels (composite) on walls, ceilings or floors, for decorative purposes or for insulating reasons, either radiological, meteorological and mainly, as a security measure of "anti-pattern" alarm.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As the main antecedent of the State of the art, we highlight the record U ES 1 060 425 in favor of Mr. Pedro IZQUIERDO ALONSO, who appears as an inventor in this patent, for: ALARM AGAINST BUTRONEROS, in which a composite sandwich panel assembly is described of layers of conductive material and of at least one intercalated layer of insulating material so that, through said conductive layers, an electric current is circulated that is disconnected by the intervention of the insulating plate and that is short-circuited if the previous arrangement because of an action that breaks the circuit layout, such that the partition is broken by the effects of "buffing", acting so that an alarm is activated that is deactivated as long as the circuit is unaltered.
ACTIVIDAD INVENTIVA INVENTIVE ACTIVITY
In accordance with the invention, a light construction of a partition wall partition is proposed, so that by installing these on a conventional grid, currently used for the placement of plasterboard, type "" COMPOSITE "® or" PLADUR ® ", achieved by the object of the invention described, in addition to fulfilling the constructive function, decorating or covering, using the walls in active function as electric current phase, thus converting a traditional wall into a high security wall or "anti-patron" wall.
DESCRIPCIÓN DEL INVENTO DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this case, according to the invention, what is proposed is that the plates constituting the "sandwich" panel of the "COMPOSITE ®" type, which as is known are composed of a thermoplastic core filled with insulating mineral and fire-resistant dielectric preferably 2.4 mm, pressed between two metal sheets of preferably 0.3 mm, are specially drilled, drilled, regardless of the measures of these, so as to prevent said holes, once the plates are installed and fixed in the profiling or support framework, communicate the front face with the back face, the previous one with the back face, that is, keeping them isolated from each other.
Another detail of the invention is that it comprises two options:
.- One consists of drilling them to mount a metal fixing member, for example a screw in general and of thread-plate in particular. In one case, leaving an area, annular space or seat around the head of said fixing member so that the hole or perforation cuts the aluminum metal sheet of the "sandwich" panel, so that the screw head sits on the thermoplastic core, without touching the sheet, thus isolating the front face of the back of the "COMPOSITE ®", and in another, letting the screw pass with the head making contact with the front plate and communicating it with the back plate, being able to this way to place an electrical installation on the metallic profiles of the installation that will be the conductive part.
The front and rear faces are perforated with the same combination of holes, that is, perforated with a diameter greater than the head and with a diameter smaller than the head of the screw but in reciprocally inverse positions, that is to say, the perforations of greater diameter correspond to the opposite side with those of smaller diameter and vice versa.
Thus the electrical installation can be done through the support profiles, entering one phase through one end of the back plate and the other phase through the other end so that if the two plates come into contact, as provided for cause of a break (butrón) of the "sadwich" panel; of a bad manipulation, of an alteration or of any other cause, the conductive plate produces a short circuit that causes the activation of an alarm that was inactive in the regular situation of the installation.
And the other option is to perforate the front or front plate with a perforation of a diameter double that of the perforation of the back or rear plate, inserting an insulating washer of rubber, plastic or similar, between a perforation and another, skewered in the metallic member and so in this way we will use the face we want as a phase.

PREFERRED REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION A preferred embodiment of the invention is determined by the representations of the drawings that in its reference (1) shows the known sandwich panel assembly formed by an insulating and fireproof thermoplastic core (2) pressed between two metal sheets: (3) which we will call front , and the metallic sheet (4) that we will call back; which is preferably a set with a thickness of 3 mm in which, the core (2) has 2.4 mm; and the plates (3) and (4) 0.3 mm each.
Dichos paneles (1 ) son tratados según el invento de la siguiente manera: Said panels (1) are treated according to the invention as follows:
They are drilled at points equidistant from the panel (1) with at least two perforations at each end. One (5) that begins with a through hole (7) of smaller diameter that ends in a surface hole (8) of larger diameter and another hole (6) that begins with a surface hole of larger diameter (8) and ends with a through hole of smaller diameter (7). Preferably, the proportion of the diameters is 2 mm the smallest and 7 mm the largest.
The through holes (7) cross the panel (1) and the surface holes (8) only cut the front (3) and rear (4) sheet metal.
Through said perforations (5) and (6), fixing screws (9) that fix said panels (1) are passed to the metal support profiles (10) so that, in one function, the head (1 1 ) of the screw in the perforation (5) makes contact with the metal plate (4) and does not make contact with the surface perforation (6) of the metal plate (3), while, in another function, the head (1 1 ) of the screw in the hole (6) does not make contact with the metal plate (3) and if it would make contact with the metal plate (4). The contact with the profiles (10) is used to pass a continuous electric current, whose phases are connected to the rear metal plate (4) closing a circuit that in an inactive state keeps deactivated an alarm to which it is connected and that when the panel undergoes an alteration as a result of being forced by a "butron", broken, manipulated or similar, the plates (3) and (4) are short-circuited causing the activation of the alarm, thus ensuring the protection of the premises, establishment, housing or other where it is installed; therefore, the panels (1) can be arranged as a translocation or covering of the walls, walls or others even with purely decorative character.
