Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de fixation rachidienne, comprenant : une vis de fixation rachidienne destinée à être fixée à une vertèbre ; une ligne de raccordement insérée dans et fixée à la vis de fixation rachidienne de manière à raccorder la vis de fixation rachidienne à une autre vis de fixation rachidienne adjacente ; et une pluralité de plaques élastiques montées sur la ligne de raccordement et fixées entre les vis de fixation rachidienne. Dans la fixation rachidienne basée sur l'insertion de vis pédiculaires rachidiennes, les plaques élastiques améliorent le mouvement rachidien chez un patient.
