技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 具体涉及定点服务提示方法、移动性管理网元 和通信系统。
背景技术
为改善无线接入环境及提升用户业务体验等,运营商可能在一些热点区域 配置提供一些定点服务。例如,运营商可能在用户密集接入的一些商务区域部 署无线局域网 (WLAN, Wireless Local Area Network ) 网络, 以便向此区域的 一些用户提供 WLAN接入服务。
目前普遍存在这样一些现状,配置提供定点服务的某些区域提供的某些定 点服务的使用率很低, 这样在一定程度上造成服务资源的浪费,对运营商的运 营收入也可能造成影响。 例如, 数据显示大部分 WLAN热点的使用率很低。 调 查发现,造成某些定点服务的使用率很低的可能原因主要包括: 进入该区域的 大量普通用户并不知晓该区域提供哪些定点服务( WLAN接入服务)、 或者用 户设备(UE, User Equipment )需通过搜索特定信号来发现该区域是否提供的 对应的定点服务(如通过搜索 WLAN信号来发现该区域是否提供 WLAN接入服 务), 而这样的操作对于某些用户而言颇感繁瑣。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供定点服务提示方法及设备和系统,以期提高定点服务的 使用率。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例中提供以下技术方案:
一种定点服务提示方法, 包括:
移动性管理网元接收来自接入网元的第一消息,该第一消息携带有用户设 备 UE的标识;
获得所述 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识;
根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对所述 UE进行定点服务提示; 若确定需要对所述 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息推送设备发送携带 所述 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发所述 短消息推送设备向所述 UE发送定点服务提示消息; 或者, 向需提示的定点服 务对应的应用服务器发送携带所述 UE的标识的触发提示消息, 以触发所述应 用服务器向所述 UE发送定点服务提示消息。
一种移动性管理网元, 包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收来自接入网元的第一消息, 该第一消息携带有用 户设备 UE的标识;
第一获得模块, 用于获得所述 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服 务标识;
提示确定模块, 用于根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对所述 UE进行定 点服务提示;
提示触发模块, 用于在所述提示确定模块确定需要对所述 UE进行定点服 务提示时, 向短消息推送设备发送携带所述 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的 服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发所述短消息推送设备向所述 UE发送定点服 务提示消息; 或者, 向需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送携带所述 UE 的标识的触发提示消息, 以触发所述应用服务器向所述 UE发送定点服务提示 消息。
一种通信系统, 包括:
接入网元, 用于向移动性管理网元发送第一消息, 该第一消息携带有用户 设备 UE的标识;
移动性管理网元, 用于接收来自接入网元的第一消息; 获得所述 UE所处 位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识;根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需 对所述 UE进行定点服务提示; 若确定需要对所述 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向 短消息推送设备发送携带所述 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触 发提示消息, 以触发所述短消息推送设备向所述 UE发送定点服务提示消息; 或者, 向需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送携带所述 UE的标识的触发 提示消息, 以触发所述应用服务器向所述 UE发送定点服务提示消息。
由上可见, 本发明实施例提供的技术方案中,移动性管理网元在接收到来 自接入网元的携带有 UE的标识的消息后; 获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个 定点服务的服务标识; 并根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对该 UE进行定点 服务提示; 若确定需要对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息推送设备发送 携带该 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该 短消息推送设备向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息, 基于该机制, UE可及时准确 获知当前所在区域所提供的一种或多种定点服务, 进而为 UE快速准确的发起 定点服务奠定了基础, 这就有利于提高定点服务的使用率,有利于减少服务资 源的浪费, 提升运营商的运营收入。

首先说明的是,本发明实施例所指接入网元是指可实现用户设备无线接入 管理功能的实体,本发明实施例所指移动性管理网元是指可实现用户设备移动 性管理逻辑功能的实体,而接入网元和移动性管理网元在不同的网络中可能具 有不同的名称、 位置和产品形态。
举例来说, 本发明下述实施例中提及的接入网元例如可指: 演进通用移动 通信系统(UMTS, Universal Mobile Telecommunications System ) 陆地无线接 入网 (E-UTRAN, Evolved UMTS Territorial Radio Access Network ) 中的演进 基站(eNodeB )、 家庭基站( HeNB )或其它类型的基站; 或 UMTS陆地无线 接入网 (UTRAN, UMTS Territorial Radio Access Network ) / GSM EDGE无线 接入网 (GERAN, GSM EDGE Radio Access Network ) 中的基站控制器、 或无 线网络控制器(RNC, Radio Network Controller ); 或者也可指宽带码分多址接 入( CDMA, Code Division Multiple Access ) 网络中具有高速率分组数据接入 网 ( HRPD-AN, High Rate Packet Data Access Network )接入网逻辑功能的实 体、 无线局域网 (WLAN, Wireless Local Area Network ) 中具有演进分组数据 网关( EPDG, Evolved Packet Data Gateway )接入网逻辑功能的实体; 微波存 取全球互通 ( WiMAX, Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access ) 网给 中的接入服务网络基站( ASN-BS , Access Service Network Base Station )或其 它网络中实现终端无线接入管理的实体。
举例来说, 本发明实施例提及的移动性管理网元可指: 与 E-UTRAN连接 的移动性管理实体 MME、 与 UTRAN/GERAN连接的通用分组无线业务服务节 点 ( SGSN, Serving GPRS ( General Packet Radio Service ) Support Node ); 或 非 3GPP网络中的接入网关(AGW, Access Gateway )、 WLAN中具有移动性管 理逻辑功能的实体 ePDG、微波存取全球互通 WiMAX网络中的接入服务网络网 关( ASN GW, Access Service Network Gateway )、 或 CDMA网络中具有高速率 分组数据接入网 HRPD- AN移动性管理逻辑功能的实体、 或其它网络中实现用 户设备移动性管理逻辑功能的实体。 下面首先从移动性管理网元的角度,介绍本发明实施例提供的一种定点服 务提示方法。
本发明一种定点服务提示方法的一个实施例, 可包括: 移动性管理网元接 收来自接入网元的第一消息, 该第一消息携带有 UE的标识; 获得该 UE所处位 置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识;根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对 该 UE进行定点服务提示; 若确定需要对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息 推送设备发送携带该 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消 息, 以触发该短消息推送设备向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息; 或者向需提示 的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送携带该 UE的标识的触发提示消息, 以触发 该应用服务器向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息。
参见图 1 , 具体步骤可以包括:
101、 移动性管理网元接收来自接入网元的第一消息;
其中, 第一消息携带有进入该接入网元所服务小区的 UE的标识, 还可携 带该 UE的位置信息 (该 UE的位置信息指示 UE当前所处位置), 第一消息携带 的该 UE的位置信息可以包括如下信息的一种或多种: UE所在小区的小区标 识、 UE所在跟踪区的跟踪区标识、 UE所在路由区的路由区标识、 UE所在位置 区的位置区标识、 UE所处位置的经纬度等。 其中, 第一消息例如可以是附着 请求( Attach Request ) 消息、 位置更新(例如 RAU Request或 TAU Request等 ) 消息或位置上报消息或其它的消息等。 其中, 第一消息携带的该 UE的标识例 如可包括: 该 UE的国际移动用户识别码( IMSI: International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number ) , 综合业务数字网号 (MSISDN , Mobile Subscriber International ISDN/PSTN number )或其它标识中的至少一个。
当 UE进入到接入网元所服务的小区, 该接入网元可向核心网侧上报 UE当 前的位置信息 (例如核心网订阅了终端位置改变上报事件, 在 UE位置发生改 变时接入网元上报 UE当前的位置信息), 由于 UE当前的位置位于 UE当前进入 的接入网元所服务的小区内, 因此 UE当前的位置信息可包括如下信息的一种 或多种: UE当前所进入小区的小区标识、 UE当前所进入小区所属跟踪区的跟 踪区标识、 UE当前所进入小区所属路由区的路由区标识、 UE当前所进入小区 所属位置区的位置区标识、 UE当前所处经纬度等。
102、移动性管理网元获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务 标识;
其中, 例如若第一消息中还携带有 UE的位置信息, 则移动性管理网元可 根据上述 UE的位置信息, 查询区域服务配置数据库获得该所处位置对应的至 少一个定点服务的服务标识。 或者, 若第一消息中携带还有 UE所处位置对应 的至少一个定点服务的服务标识,则移动性管理网元可从该第一消息中获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识。 当然, 移动性管理网元亦 可通过其它方式, 获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识。
在一种应用场景下, 区域服务配置数据库中可记录多个区域(该区域例如 可指小区、 跟踪区或其它类型的区域)配置的各种定点服务(例如 WLAN接入 服务等)的服务标识, 移动性管理网元可根据 UE的位置信息获得 UE所处位置 的区域标识, 利用该区域标识查询区域服务配置数据库, 获得该 UE所处位置 对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识。 举例来说, 若某小区(或者跟踪区、 路 由区、 位置区等)配置了 WLAN接入服务, 则区域服务配置数据库中可将该小 区的小区标识(或跟踪区标识、 路由区标识、 位置区标识等 )和 WLAN接入服 务的服务标识作为一条记录,移动性管理网元可以利用小区标识(或跟踪区标 识、 路由区标识、 位置区标识等)查询区域服务配置数据库, 获得该小区(或 者跟踪区、 路由区、 位置区等) 配置的 WLAN接入服务的服务标识。
其中, 若该区域 务配置数据库为该移动性管理网元专用的, 则该区域月良 务配置数据库中可记录该移动性管理网元可访问的区域配置的各种定点服务 的服务标识, 若该区域服务配置数据库为多个移动性管理网元共享的, 则该区 域服务配置数据库中可记录各个移动性管理网元可访问的区域配置的各种定 点服务的服务标识。
其中, 区域服务配置数据库可部署在移动性管理网元中, 或者也可部署在 HSS、 其它核心网设备中或独立部署。
103、移动性管理网元根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对该 UE进行定点 服务提示。
在实际应用中, 定点服务提示策略可基于如下参考量的一种或多种来制 定: UE的能力(例如 UE是否支持某些服务)信息、 UE的签约信息、 移动性管 理网元本地配置等。
以 WLAN接入服务为例, 若 UE的通信能力允许(UE支持 WLAN接入)且
UE已签约了 WLAN接入服务、 则移动性管理网元可确定需对该 UE进行对应 WLAN接入服务的定点服务提示, 即确定提示 UE当前所在小区提供 WLAN接 入服务。 或者, 若 UE的通信能力不允许(UE不支持 WLAN接入)、 和 /或 UE未 签约 WLAN接入服务(或者签约额度(如时长 /流量) 已经用尽)、 移动性管理 网元可确定无需对该 UE进行对应 WLAN接入服务的定点服务提示, 即确定无 需提示 UE当前所在小区提供 WLAN接入服务。 又或者, 在设定的时长内 (例 如 30分钟或 1小时等), 移动性管理网元已经就 UE进入相同区域的情况, 对该 UE进行对应 WLAN接入服务的定点服务提示, 即已向 UE提示当前所在区域提 供 WLAN接入服务(移动性管理网元可记录给 UE进行定点服务提示的历史, 以便根据之前对此 UE的定点服务提示频度来决定当前是否需要再提示 ), 则此 时移动性管理网元可确定无需再向 UE提示当前所在区域提供 WLAN接入服 务。
又例如,移动性管理网元中可预先配置某些号段的用户(终端的标识中包 括某 1号段)都具有某项服务功能(如 WLAN接入服务), 该号段的用户可进行 定点服务提示(如 WLAN接入服务提示 ),移动性管理网元根据 UE对应的号段, 可确定是否对其进行定点服务提示。
104、 移动性管理网元若确定需要对上述 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消 息推送设备发送携带该 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示 消息, 以触发该短消息推送设备向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息; 或者向需提 示的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送携带该 UE的标识的触发提示消息, 以触 发该应用服务器向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息。
在实际应用中,短消息推送设备例如可以是短消息平台或其它可推送短消 息的核心网设备。 此外, 移动性管理网元向短消息平台发送的触发提示消息还可携带, UE 对应该定点服务的可用额度(例如时长 /流量等)信息等。
进一步的,短消息推送设备或定点服务对应的应用服务器可生成定点服务 提示消息, 在寻呼到 UE后向 UE推送该定点服务提示消息。 其中, 短消息推送 设备或应用服务器生成并向 UE推送的定点服务提示消息, 用于向 UE提示当前 所在区域所提供的一种或多种定点服务(例如 WLAN接入服务等), UE可据此 及时准确获知当前所在区域所提供的一种或多种定点服务。其中, 该定点服务 提示消息中例如可包括: 定点服务的服务标识(或其它 UE可识别的定点服务 指示信息), 还可包括该定点服务的可用额度(例如时长 /流量等)信息等。
由上可见,本实施例中移动性管理网元在接收到来自接入网元的携带有进 入该接入网元所服务小区的 UE的标识的消息后; 获得该 UE所处位置对应的至 少一个定点服务的服务标识; 并根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对该 UE进 行定点服务提示; 若确定需要对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息推送设 备发送携带该 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 或 向需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送携带该 UE的标识的触发提示消 息, 以触发短消息推送设备或应用服务器向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息, 基 于该机制的 UE可以及时准确获知当前所在区域所提供的一种或多种定点服 务, 进而为 UE快速准确的发起定点服务奠定了基础, 这就有利于提高定点服 务的使用率, 有利于减少服务资源的浪费, 提升运营商的运营收入。 下面从接入网元的角度,介绍本发明实施例提供的另一种定点服务提示方 法。 本发明定点服务提示方法的另一个实施例, 可包括: 接入网元在发现 UE 进入其服务的小区后, 查询区域服务配置数据库, 获得该 UE所处位置对应的 至少一个定点服务的服务标识; 向移动性管理网元发送第二消息, 该第二消息 携带有该 UE的标识和 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识。
参见图 2, 具体步骤可以包括:
201、 接入网元在发现 UE进入其服务的小区后, 查询区域服务配置数据库 获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识;
在实际应用中, 当 UE进入到接入网元所服务的小区 (可认为 UE的位置或 工作状态发生了改变), 接入网元可获取该 UE的位置信息; 接入网元例如可查 询区域服务配置数据库获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标 识, 其中, 区域服务配置数据库中可记录多个区域(其中, 此处的区域例如可 指小区、 跟踪区或其它类型的区域 )配置的各种定点服务(例如 WLAN接入服 务等) 的服务标识, 因此, 接入网元可根据 UE的位置信息获得 UE所处位置的 区域标识, 利用该区域标识查询区域服务配置数据库, 获得该 UE所处位置对 应的至少 1个定点服务的服务标识。 例如, 若接入网元服务的某个小区 (或者 跟踪区、 路由区、 位置区等)配置了 WLAN接入服务, 则区域服务配置数据库 中可将该小区的小区标识 (或跟踪区标识、 路由区标识、 位置区标识等)和 WLAN接入服务的服务标识作为其一条记录,接入网元可利用小区标识(或者 跟踪区标识、 路由区标识、 位置区标识等)查询区域服务配置数据库, 获得该 小区 (或者跟踪区、 路由区、 位置区等) 配置的 WLAN接入服务的服务标识。
其中, 若该区域服务配置数据库为该接入网元专用的, 则该区域服务配置 数据库中可记录该接入网元可访问的区域配置的各种定点服务的服务标识,若 该区域服务配置数据库为多个接入网元共享的,则该区域服务配置数据库中可 记录各个接入网元可访问的区域配置的各种定点服务的服务标识。

202、 接入网元向移动性管理网元发送第二消息, 该第二消息携带有该 UE 的标识和 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识。
在实际应用中, 第二消息例如可为 Attach Request消息、 TAU Request消息 或位置上报消息或其它的消息等。 其中, 该第二消息携带的该 UE的标识例如 可以包括如下标识的一种或多种: UE的 MSISDN号、 UE的 IMSI、 UE的其它标 识等。

在此场景下,移动性管理网元在接收到来自接入网元的携带有进入该接入 网元所服务小区的 UE的标识及 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务 标识的第一消息后; 便可并根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对该 UE进行定 点服务提示; 若确定需要对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 则移动性管理网元可进 一步向短消息推送设备定点服务对应的应用服务器发送携带该 UE的标识和需 提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该短消息推送设备向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息; 或者向需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送 携带该 UE的标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该应用服务器向该 UE发送定点服务 提示消息。而短消息推送设备或需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器可生成定 点服务提示消息, 在寻呼到 UE后向 UE推送该定点服务提示消息。
由上可见, 本实施例中的接入网元在发现 UE进入其服务的小区后, 查询 区域服务配置数据库, 获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标 识; 向移动性管理网元发送携带有该 UE的标识和 UE所处位置对应的至少一个 定点服务的服务标识的消息,进而使得移动性管理网元能够在接收到来自接入 网元的该消息后。 触发对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 这就可为 UE及时准确获知 当前所在区域所提供的定点服务奠定基础, 进而可为 UE快速准确的发起定点 服务奠定基础, 这就有利于提高定点服务的使用率,有利于减少服务资源的浪 费, 提升运营商的运营收入。 下面从移动性管理网元的角度,介绍本发明实施例提供的另一种定点服务 提示方法。

进一步的,短消息推送设备或需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器可生成 定点服务提示消息, 在寻呼到 UE后向 UE推送该定点服务提示消息。 其中, 短 服务提示消息,用于向 UE提示当前所在区域所提供的一种或多种定点服务(例 如 WLAN接入服务等 ) , UE可据此及时准确获知当前所在区域所提供的一种或 多种定点服务。其中,该定点服务提示消息中可包括:定点服务的服务标识(或 其它 UE可识别的定点服务指示信息 ), 还可包括该定点服务的可用额度(例如 时长 /流量等)信息等。

402、 eNodeB向 MME转发 Attach Request或 TAU Request;

其中, 若 eNodeB上部署了区域服务配置数据库(区域服务配置数据库中 记录了小区对应配置的各种定点服务的服务标识, 如小区对应配置了 WLAN 接入服务, 区域服务配置数据库中可记录 WLAN接入服务的服务标识), 则 eNodeB可查询区域服务配置数据库, 获得该小区对应配置的至少一个定点服 务的服务标识。
其中, 若该区域服务配置数据库为该 eNodeB专用的, 则该区域服务配置 数据库中可记录该 eNodeB可访问的区域配置的各种定点服务的服务标识, 若 该区域服务配置数据库为多个 eNodeB共享的, 则该区域服务配置数据库中可 记录各个 eNodeB可访问的区域配置的各种定点服务的服务标识。
在实际应用中, eNodeB可在向 MME发送的 Attach Request或 TAU Request 中添加小区对应配置的至少 1个定点服务的服务标识, 或者, 还可添加 UE当前 的位置信息。 此外, eNodeB亦可在位置上报消息或其它消息中携带小区对应 配置的至少 1个定点服务的服务标识和 UE当前的位置信息, 并向 MME发送。 本实施例中主要以 eNodeB在 Attach Request或 TAU Request等消息中添加 小区对应配置的至少 1个定点服务的服务标识和 UE当前的位置信息为例。
403、 MME接收 Attach Request或 TAU Request, 根据定点服务提示策略确 定是否需对该 UE进行定点服务提示。
在实际应用中, 定点服务提示策略例如可基于: UE的通信能力、 UE的签 约信息、 MME本地配置等参考量的一种或多种来制定。
以 WLAN接入服务为例, 若 UE的通信能力允许( UE支持 WLAN接入 )、 且 UE已签约了 WLAN接入服务、则 MME可确定需对该 UE进行对应 WLAN接入 服务的定点服务提示, 即确定提示 UE当前所在小区提供 WLAN接入服务。 或 者, 若 UE的通信能力不允许(UE不支持 WLAN接入)、 和 /或 UE未签约 WLAN 接入服务(或者签约流量已经用尽)、 则 MME可确定无需对该 UE进行对应 WLAN接入服务的定点服务提示, 即确定无需提示 UE当前所在小区提供 WLAN接入服务。 又或者, 在距今设定的时长内(例如 30分钟、 1小时), MME 已经就 UE进入相同小区的情况, 对该 UE进行对应 WLAN接入服务的定点服务 提示, 即已向 UE提示当前所在小区提供 WLAN接入服务( MME可记录给 UE 进行定点服务提示的历史, 以便根据之前对此 UE的定点服务提示频度来决定 此次是否要提示 ), 则此时 MME可确定无需再向 UE提示当前所在小区提供 WLAN接入服务。
又例如, 可预先配置某些号段的用户 (终端的标识中包括某 1号段)都具 有某项服务功能(如 WLAN接入服务), 都需要进行定点服务提示 (如 WLAN 接入服务提示), MME根据 UE对应的号段, 确定是否对其进行定点服务提示。
此外, 若 MME当前没有 UE的签约数据, MME可从 HSS或其它设备获取 UE的签约数据以及 UE当前(如当月或当日)可用服务(如 WLAN接入服务) 的时长 /流量等额度信息, 该签约数据中可能包括: UE能力 (例如 UE的型号) 信息和签约信息。
404、 MME若确定需要对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息平台发送 携带该 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该 短消息平台向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息。 此外, MME向短消息平台发送的触发提示消息还可携带, UE对应该定点 服务的可用服务时长 /流量等额度信息。
405、 短消息平台生成定点服务提示消息, 在寻呼到 UE后向 UE推送该定 点服务提示消息。

其中,若 RAN上部署了区域服务配置数据库(区域服务配置数据库中记录 了小区对应配置的各种定点服务的服务标识,如小区对应配置了 WLAN接入服 务, 区域服务配置数据库中可记录 WLAN接入服务的服务标识), 则 RAN可查 询区域服务配置数据库, 获得该小区对应配置的至少一个定点服务的服务标 识。
其中,若该区域服务配置数据库为该 RAN专用的,则该区域服务配置数据 库中可记录该 RAN可访问的区域配置的各种定点服务的服务标识,若该区域服 务配置数据库为多个 RAN共享的, 则该区域服务配置数据库中可记录各个 RAN可访问的区域配置的各种定点服务的服务标识。
在实际应用中, RAN可在向 SGSN发送的 Attach Request或 RAU Request中 添加小区对应配置的至少 1个定点服务的服务标识,或者还可添加 UE当前的位 置信息。此外, RAN亦可在位置上报消息或其它消息中携带小区对应配置的至 少 1个定点服务的服务标识和 UE当前的位置信息, 并向 SGSN发送。
本实施例中,主要以 RAN在 Attach Request或 RAU Request等消息中添加小 区对应配置的至少 1个定点服务的服务标识和 UE当前的位置信息为例。
503、 SGSN接收 Attach Request或 RAU Request; 根据定点服务提示策略确 定是否需对该 UE进行定点服务提示。 在实际应用中, 定点服务提示策略例如可基于: UE的通信能力、 UE的签 约信息、 SGSN本地配置等参考量的一种或多种来制定。

又例如, 可预先配置某些号段的用户 (终端的标识中包括某 1号段)都具 有某项服务功能(如 WLAN接入服务), 都需要进行定点服务提示 (如 WLAN 接入服务提示), SGSN根据 UE对应的号段, 确定是否对其进行定点服务提示。
此外, 若 SGSN当前没有 UE的签约数据, SGSN可从 HSS或其它设备获取 UE的签约数据, 该签约数据中可能包括: UE能力(例如 UE的型号)信息和签 约信息, 还可能包括 UE当前(如当月或当日)可用服务(如 WLAN接入服务) 时长 /流量等额度信息。

605、 MME若确定需要对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息平台发送 携带该 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该 短消息平台向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息。
此外, MME向短消息平台发送的触发提示消息还可携带, UE对应该定点 服务的可用服务时长 /流量等额度信息。

由上可见,本实施例中 MME在接收到来自 eNodeB的携带有进入该 eNodeB 所服务小区的 UE的标识及该 UE的位置信息的消息后;根据该 UE的位置信息查 询区域服务配置数据库, 获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务 标识; 并根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对该 UE进行定点服务提示; 若确 定需要对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息推送设备发送携带该 UE的标识 和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息,以触发该短消息推送设备向 该 UE发送定点服务提示消息, 基于该机制, UE可及时准确获知当前所在区域 所提供的一种或多种定点服务, 进而为 UE快速准确的发起定点服务奠定了基 础, 这就有利于提高定点服务的使用率, 有利于减少服务资源的浪费, 提升运 营商的运营收入。 实施例四
为便于更好的理解实施本发明实施例的技术方案, 下面以 GPRS/UMTS架 构下, 核心网触发短消息平台对 UE进行定点服务提示的过程为例, 做进一步 详细的介绍。
其中, 本实施例以在核心网部署区域服务配置数据库为例。
参见图 7、 具体步骤可以包括:
701、 UE通过 RAN向核心网发送 Attach Request或 RAU Request;
其中, 步骤 601可与步骤 401相同。
702、 RAN向 SGSN转发 Attach Request或 RAU Request;
其中, UE进入到 RAN所服务的小区 (UE的位置发生改变), RAN可向核 心网侧上报 UE当前的位置信息( RAN可在 UE位置发生改变时自动上报 UE当前 的位置信息, 和 /或, 如果 UE进入到预配置的小区内, 和 /或, 核心网订阅了终 端位置改变上报事件, 在 UE位置发生改变时上报 UE当前的位置信息), 由于 UE当前的位置为 UE当前进入的 RAN所服务的小区, 因此, UE当前的位置信息 可包括如下信息的一种或多种: UE当前所进入小区的小区标识、 UE当前所进 入小区所属跟踪区的跟踪区标识、 UE当前所进入小区所属路由区的路由区标 识、 UE当前所进入小区所属位置区的位置区标识、 UE当前所处经纬度等。
在实际应用中, RAN可在向 SGSN发送的 Attach Request或 RAU Request中 添加 UE当前的位置信息。 此外, RAN亦可在位置上报消息或其它消息中携带 UE当前的位置信息, 并向 SGSN发送。
本实施例中主要以 RAN在 Attach Request或 RAU Request等消息中添加 UE 当前的位置信息为例。 703、 SGSN接收 Attach Request或 RAU Request, SGSN查询区域服务配置 数据库, 获得 UE当前所在小区对应配置的至少 1个定点服务的服务标识;
其中, 区域服务配置数据库可部署在 SGSN中, 或者也可部署在 HSS或其 它核心网设备中。
区域服务配置数据库中记录了小区对应配置的各种定点服务的服务标识, 如某小区对应配置了 WLAN接入服务,区域服务配置数据库中可对应记录该小 区的标识和 WLAN接入服务的服务标识, SGSN可查询区域服务配置数据库, 获得该小区对应配置的至少 1个定点服务的服务标识。
其中, 若该区域服务配置数据库为该 SGSN专用的, 则该区域服务配置数 据库中可记录该 SGSN可访问的区域配置的各种定点服务的服务标识, 若该区 域服务配置数据库为多个 SGSN共享的, 则该区域服务配置数据库中可记录各 个 SGSN可访问的区域配置的各种定点服务的服务标识。
704、 SGSN根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对 UE进行定点服务提示。 在一种应用场景下, 上述定点服务提示策略可基于: UE的通信能力、 UE 的签约信息、 MME本地配置等参考量的一种或多种来制定。
以 WLAN接入服务为例, 若 UE的通信能力允许( UE支持 WLAN接入 )、 且 UE已签约了 WLAN接入服务、 则 SGSN可确定需对该 UE进行对应 WLAN接 入服务的定点服务提示, 即确定提示 UE当前所在小区提供 WLAN接入服务。 或者,若 UE的通信能力不允许( UE不支持 WLAN接入 )、和 /或 UE未签约 WLAN 接入服务(或者签约流量已经用尽)、 则 SGSN可确定无需对该 UE进行对应 WLAN接入服务的定点服务提示, 即确定无需提示 UE当前所在小区提供 WLAN接入服务。 又或者,在距今设定的时长内(例如 30分钟、 1小时), SGSN 已经就 UE进入相同小区的情况, 对该 UE进行对应 WLAN接入服务的定点服务 提示, 即已向 UE提示当前所在小区提供 WLAN接入服务(SGSN可记录给 UE 进行定点服务提示的历史, 以便根据之前对此 UE的定点服务提示频度来决定 此次是否要提示 ), 则此时 SGSN可确定无需再向 UE提示当前所在小区提供 WLAN接入服务。
又例如, 可预先配置某些号段的用户 (终端的标识中包括某 1号段)都具 有某项服务功能(如 WLAN接入服务), 都需要进行定点服务提示 (如 WLAN 接入服务提示), SGSN根据 UE对应的号段, 确定是否对其进行定点服务提示。
此外, 若 SGSN当前没有 UE的签约数据, SGSN可从 HSS或其它设备获取 UE的签约数据, 该签约数据中可能包括: UE能力(例如 UE的型号)信息和签 约信息, 还可能包括 UE本月可用服务(如 WLAN接入服务) 时长 /流量等额度 信息。
705、 SGSN若确定需要对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息平台发送 携带该 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该 短消息平台向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息。
此外, SGSN向短消息平台发送的触发提示消息还可携带, UE对应该定点 服务的可用服务时长 /流量等额度信息。
706、 短消息平台生成定点服务提示消息, 在寻呼到 UE后向 UE推送该定 点服务提示消息。
其中, 短消息平台生成并向 UE推送的定点服务提示消息, 用于向 UE提示 当前所在小区所提供的一种或多种定点服务(例如 WLAN接入服务等), 该定 点服务提示消息中可包括: 定点服务的服务标识(或其它 UE可识别的定点服 务指示信息 ), 还可包括该定点服务的可用服务时长 /流量等额度信息。
由上可见, 本实施例中 SGSN在接收到来自 RAN的携带有进入该 RAN所服 务小区的 UE的标识及该 UE的位置信息的消息后;根据该 UE的位置信息查询区 域服务配置数据库,获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识; 根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对该 UE进行定点服务提示; 若确定需要对 该 UE进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息推送设备发送携带该 UE的标识和需提示 的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该短消息推送设备向该 UE发 送定点服务提示消息, 基于该机制, UE可及时准确获知当前所在区域所提供 的一种或多种定点服务, 进而为 UE快速准确的发起定点服务奠定了基础, 这 就有利于提高定点服务的使用率,有利于减少服务资源的浪费,提升运营商的 运营收入。 需要说明的是, 对于前述的各方法实施例, 为了筒单描述, 故将其都表述 为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉, 本发明实施例并不受所 描述的动作顺序的限制, 因为依据本发明实施例, 某些步骤可以采用其他顺序 或者同时进行。 其次, 本领域技术人员也应该知悉, 说明书中所描述的实施例 均属于优选实施例, 所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
可以理解的是,上述实施例一至四主要是以在 GPRS/UMTS架构、或在 EPS 架构下实施方案为例进行介绍的, 其它网络架构下的实施方式可类推, 此处不 再一一赞述。
为便于更好的实施本发明实施例的上述技术方案,本发明实施例中还提供 实施上述技术方案的相应装置。 参阅图 8, 本发明实施例提供的移动性管理网元 800, 可包括: 第一接收模 块 810、 第一获得模块 820、 提示确定模块 830和提示触发模块 840。
其中, 第一接收模块 810, 用于接收来自接入网元的第一消息, 其中, 该 第一消息携带有进入该接入网元所服务小区的用户设备 UE的标识;
第一获得模块 820,用于获得上述 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的 服务标识;
提示确定模块 830,用于根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对上述 UE进行 定点服务提示;
提示触发模块 840, 用于在提示确定模块 830确定需要对上述 UE进行定点 服务提示时, 向短消息推送设备发送携带上述 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务 的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该短消息推送设备向上述 UE发送定点服 务提示消息; 或者向需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送携带该 UE的标 识的触发提示消息, 以触发该应用服务器向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息。
在一种应用场景下,若第一接收模块 810接收的第一消息还携带有该 UE的 位置信息, 则第一获得模块 820具体用于, 根据该 UE的位置信息查询区域服务 配置数据库, 获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识。
而在另一种应用场景下, 若第一接收模块 810接收的第一消息还携带有该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识,则第一获得模块 820可具体 用于, 从该第一消息中获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标 识, 其中, 该定点服务的服务标识可由接入网元根据 UE的位置信息查询区域 服务配置数据库获得。
在一种应用场景下, 第一接收模块 810具体用于, 接收来自接入网元的携 带有进入该接入网元所服务小区的用户设备 UE的标识及该 UE的位置信息的 附着请求消息;
或者,接收来自接入网元的携带有进入该接入网元所服务小区的用户设备 UE的标识及该 UE的位置信息的位置更新消息;
或者,接收来自接入网元的携带有进入该接入网元所服务小区的用户设备 UE的标识及该 UE的位置信息的位置上报消息。
在一种应用场景下,提示确定模块 830具体用于,根据 UE的签约数据、 UE 的能力信息和移动性管理网元本地配置的至少一种, 确定是否需对该 UE进行 定点服务提示。
可以理解的是, 本实施例的移动性管理网元 800可以是上述方法实施例中 的 MME或 SGSN等移动性管理网元,其各个功能模块的功能可根据上述方法实 施例介绍的方法具体实现, 其具体实现过程可以参见上述实施例中的相关描 述, 在此不再赘述。
由上可见, 本实施例中移动性管理网元 800在接收到来自接入网元的携带 有进入该接入网元所服务小区的 UE的标识的消息后; 获得该 UE所处位置对应 的至少一个定点服务的服务标识; 并根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对该 UE进行定点服务提示; 若需要, 则向短消息推送设备发送携带该 UE的标识和 需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息,或向定点服务对应的应用服务 器发送携带该 UE的标识触发提示消息; 以触发该短消息推送设备或定点服务 对应的应用服务器向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息, 基于该机制, UE可及时准 确获知当前所在区域所提供的一种或多种定点服务, 进而为 UE快速准确的发 起定点服务奠定了基础, 这就有利于提高定点服务的使用率,有利于减少服务 资源的浪费, 提升运营商的运营收入。 请参阅图 9, 本发明实施例提供的接入网元 900, 可包括: 查询模块 910和 发送模块 920。 其中, 查询模块 910, 用于在发现 UE进入其服务的小区后, 查询区域服务 配置数据库获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识;
发送模块 920, 用于向移动性管理网元发送第二消息, 该第二消息携带有 上述 UE的标识和该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识。
可以理解的是, 本实施例的接入网元 900可以如上述方法实施例中的 eNodeB或 RAN等接入网元, 其各个功能模块的功能可根据上述方法实施例介 绍的方法具体实现, 其具体实现过程可以参见上述实施例中的相关描述,在此 不再赘述。
由上可见, 本实施例中接入网元 900在发现 UE进入其服务的小区后, 查询 区域服务配置数据库, 获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标 识; 向移动性管理网元发送携带有该 UE的标识和 UE所处位置对应的至少一个 定点服务的服务标识的消息,进而使得移动性管理网元能够在接收到来自接入 网元的该消息后。 触发对该 UE进行定点服务提示, 这就可为 UE及时准确获知 当前所在区域所提供的定点服务奠定基础, 进而可为 UE快速准确的发起定点 服务奠定基础, 这就有利于提高定点服务的使用率,有利于减少服务资源的浪 费, 提升运营商的运营收入。 参见图 10,本发明实施例还提供的一种通信系统,可包括:接入网元 1010 和移动性管理网元 1020。
其中, 接入网元 1010, 用于向移动性管理网元 1020发送第一消息, 该第一 消息携带有进入该接入网元 1010所服务小区的用户设备 UE的标识;
移动性管理网元 1020, 用于接收来自接入网元 1010的第一消息; 获得上述 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识; 根据定点服务提示策略确 定是否需对上述 UE进行定点服务提示; 若确定需要对上述 UE进行定点服务提 示, 则向短消息推送设备发送携带上述 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务 标识的触发提示消息, 以触发上述短消息推送设备向上述 UE发送定点服务提 示消息; 或向需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送携带该 UE的标识的触 发提示消息, 以触发该应用服务器向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息。 参见图 11 ,本发明实施例还提供的一种通信系统,可包括:接入网元 1110 和移动性管理网元 1120。
其中, 接入网元 1110, 用于在发现 UE进入其服务的小区后, 查询区域服 务配置数据库获得该 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识; 向移 动性管理网元 1120发送第二消息, 该第二消息携带有上述 UE的标识和该 UE所 处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识。
移动性管理网元 1120, 用于接收来自接入网元 1110的第二消息; 根据定点 服务提示策略确定是否需对上述 UE进行定点服务提示; 若确定需要对上述 UE 进行定点服务提示, 则向短消息推送设备发送携带有上述 UE的标识和需提示 的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发上述短消息推送设备向上述 UE发送定点服务提示消息; 或者向需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送 携带该 UE的标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该应用服务器向该 UE发送定点服务 提示消息。
在上述实施例中, 对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重, 某个实施例中没 有详述的部分, 可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
综上, 本发明实施例提供的技术方案中, 移动性管理网元在接收到来自 接入网元的携带有进入该接入网元所服务小区的 UE的标识后; 获得该 UE所处 位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服务标识;并根据定点服务提示策略确定是否 需对该 UE进行定点服务提示; 若确定需要, 则向短消息推送设备发送携带该 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发该短消息 推送设备向该 UE发送定点服务提示消息, 或, 向或需提示的定点服务对应的 应用服务器发送携带该 UE的标识的触发提示消息, 以触发应用服务器向该 UE 发送定点服务提示消息。 基于该机制, UE可以及时准确获知当前所在区域所 提供的一种或多种定点服务,进而为 UE快速准确的发起定点服务奠定了基础, 这就有利于提高定点服务的使用率,有利于减少服务资源的浪费,提升运营商 的运营收入。

10、 一种移动性管理网元, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收来自接入网元的第一消息, 该第一消息携带有用 户设备 UE的标识;
第一获得模块, 用于获得所述 UE所处位置对应的至少一个定点服务的服 务标识;
提示确定模块, 用于根据定点服务提示策略确定是否需对所述 UE进行定 点服务提示;
提示触发模块, 用于在所述提示确定模块确定需要对所述 UE进行定点服 务提示时, 向短消息推送设备发送携带所述 UE的标识和需提示的定点服务的 服务标识的触发提示消息, 以触发所述短消息推送设备向所述 UE发送定点服 务提示消息; 或者, 向需提示的定点服务对应的应用服务器发送携带所述 UE 的标识的触发提示消息, 以触发所述应用服务器向所述 UE发送定点服务提示 消息。

14、 根据权利要求 10至 12任一项所述的移动性管理网元, 其特征在于, 提示确定模块具体用于, 根据所述 UE的签约数据、 所述 UE的能力信息和 移动性管理网元本地配置的至少一种, 确定是否需对所述 UE进行定点服务提 示。
15、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入网元, 用于向移动性管理网元发送第一消息, 该第一消息携带有用户 设备 UE的标识;
