如图 1 所示, 本发明一实施例提供的一种实现无线固话小区间差异计 费的方法, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 101 , 判断终端位置是否更新, 当终端位置更新时, 生成位置更新 信息;
以无线固话终端为例, 当无线固话终端从一个小区切换到另一个小区 内使用时, 终端的位置发生了改变, 并将终端新的位置信息与存储在终端 内的原有位置信息进行比较; 当终端新的位置信息与原有位置信息不同时, 用新的位置信息覆盖原有位置信息, 并生成含有新的位置信息的位置更新 信息。
步骤 102, 将位置更新信息发送给服务器,服务器根据预先设定的资费 策略、 和所述位置更新信息, 判定需要更改终端的资费策略时, 服务器向 计费中心发出更改资费策略的请求信息。
本步骤中, 当终端生成位置更新信息后, 便将该位置更新信息发送给 服务器, 服务器对收到的位置更新信息进行解析, 比如服务器中的 SID (系 统识别码)、 NID (网络识别码)等能够判断终端所在小区的位置信息参数, 同时, 服务器预先有一份运营商针对无线固话终端用户的资费策略, 服务 器参考运营商预先设置的计费策略, 判断是否需要更改此无线固话终端的 资费策略; 如果判断位置更改需要更改资费策略, 服务器会自动通知计费 中心, 即向计费中心发出更改资费策略的请求信息。
请求信息至少包括: 需要更改资费的号码信息、 更改的资费类型即更 改为何种资费类型以及鉴权信息。
本发明实施例通过无线固话终端将位置更新信息主动发送给服务器, 由服务器将此更新信息进行解析, 并判断是否需要更改终端 (号码) 的资 费策略, 如果需要更改, 则由服务器向计费中心发送更改资费策略的请求, 计费中心实时更改此终端 (号码) 的资费策略, 进行准确计费, 从而实现 了对需要区分不同小区资费规则的无线固话类产品实时更改资费策略, 解 决了移动运营商在推动无线固话类产品时遇到的计费问题, 充分利用现有 设备, 如短信中心服务器、 计费中心等, 运营成本低, 有效的满足了运营 商的营销策路, 并且提高了用户的满意度。
图 2是本发明实现无线固话小区间差异计费的方法另一实施例流程示 意图。
如图 2所示, 本发明另一实施例提出的一种实现无线固话小区间差异 计费的方法, 在上述步骤 101之前还包括:
步骤 100,终端在开机或在小区间切换时,通过注册请求获取注册信息; 终端在开机、 不同小区间切换等情况下, 需要重新发起注册请求, 获 得新的系统参数消息的注册信息, 新的系统参数消息包括: 终端新的位置 信息。
在上述步骤 102之后还包括:
步骤 103 , 终端接收由服务器转送的计费中心更改资费策略的反馈结 果。
本步骤中 , 反馈结果是计费中心进行资费策略更改后发送给服务器的 更改结果。 当计费中心收到服务器发送的请求信息后, 计费中心将针对该 请求信息进行实时资费策略更改操作, 更改成功后, 计费中心将更改结果 即更改后的资费策略通知服务器, 服务器负责将更改结果用短信方式告知 无线固话终端。
上述步骤 101具体包括:
步骤 1011 , 将终端新的位置信息与存储在终端内的原有位置信息进行 比较;
步骤 1012 , 当终端新的位置信息与原有位置信息不同时, 用新的位置 信息覆盖原有位置信息, 并生成含有新的位置信息的位置更新信息。
以本实施例中, 终端为无线固话终端, 当无线固话终端从一个小区切 换到另一个小区内使用时, 终端的位置发生了改变, 并将终端新的位置信 息与存储在终端内的原有位置信息进行比较; 当终端新的位置信息与原有 位置信息不同时, 用新的位置信息覆盖原有位置信息, 并生成含有新的位 置信息的位置更新信息。
图 3是本发明实现无线固话小区间差异计费的终端一实施例结构示意 图;
如图 3 所示, 本发明一实施例提出的一种实现无线固话小区间差异计 费的终端 30, 包括:
判断操作模块 301 , 用于判断终端 30位置是否更新, 当终端 30位置更 新时, 生成位置更新信息;
短信接收发送模块 302 , 分别与判断操作模块 301及服务器 31连接, 服务器 31与计费中心 32连接。
另外, 本发明实施例中的服务器 31包括: 接收发送模块 311和与接收 发送模块 311连接的解析模块 312。 其中, 短信接收发送模块 302与服务器 31 中的接收发送模块 311连接, 服务器 31通过解析模块 312与计费中心 32连接。
则短信接收发送模块 302用于将位置更新信息发送给服务器 31中的接 收发送模块 311 , 由接收发送模块 311 将此位置更新信息发送给解析模块 312, 以便服务器 31 中的解析模块 312对位置更新信息进行解析, 并根据 预先设定的资费策略和解析后的位置更新信息判定当需要更改终端 30的资 费策略时, 服务器 31的解析模块 312向计费中心 32发出更改资费策略的 请求信息。
请求信息至少包括: 需要更改资费的号码信息、 更改的资费类型即更 改为何种资费类型以及鉴权信息。
短信接收发送模块 302还用于接收由服务器 31转送的计费中心更改资 费策略的反馈结果, 反馈结果是计费中心 32进行资费策略更改后发送给服 务器 31的更改结果。 当计费中心收到服务器 31发送的请求信息后, 计费 中心 32将针对该请求信息进行实时资费策略更改操作, 更改成功后, 计费 中心 32将更改结果即更改后的资费策略通知服务器 31 , 服务器 31负责将 更改结果用短信方式告知无线固话终端 30。
本实施例中, 服务器 31可优选为短信中心服务器。
图 4是本发明实现无线固话小区间差异计费的终端另一实施例结构示 意图;
如图 4所示, 本发明另一实施例提出的一种实现无线固话小区间差异 计费的终端 30, 在上述实施例的终端 30基础上还包括:
信息注册模块 300, 与判断操作模块连接, 用于在终端 30开机或在小 区间切换时, 通过注册请求获取注册信息, 注册信息为新的系统参数消息, 新的系统参数消息包括: 终端 30新的位置信息。
如图 5所示, 在本实施例中, 判断操作模块 301具体包括:
位置判断单元 3011 , 用于将终端 30新的位置信息与存储在终端 30内 的原有位置信息进行比较;
短信生成单元 3012 , 与位置判断单元 3011连接, 用于当终端 30新的 位置信息与原有位置信息不同时, 用新的位置信息覆盖原有位置信息, 并 生成含有新的位置信息的位置更新信息, 由短信接收发送模块 302将此位 置更新信息发送给服务器 31。
图 6是本发明实现无线固话小区间差异计费的系统一实施例结构示意 图;
如图 6所示, 本发明一实施例提出的一种实现无线固话小区间差异计 费的系统 601 , 包括终端 30、 与终端 30连接的服务器 31以及与服务器 31 连接的计费中心 32; 其中:
终端 30, 用于判断终端 30位置是否更新, 当终端 30位置更新时, 生 成位置更新信息; 将位置更新信息发送给服务器 31 ; 本实施例中, 可优选 地终端 30为无线固话终端。
服务器 31 ,用于根据预先设定的资费策略和终端 30的位置更新信息判 定需要更改终端 30的资费策略时, 向计费中心 32发出更改资费策略的请 求信息; 并将计费中心 31对资费策略的更改结果反馈给终端 30。 本实施例 中, 服务器 31包括: 接收发送模块 311和解析模块 312。
计费中心 32 , 用于根据服务器 31发送的请求信息进行资费策略更改, 并将更改结果的反馈给服务器 31。
本实施例中, 终端 30还用于: 接收由服务器 31转送的计费中心更改 资费策略的反馈结果; 以及在终端 30开机或在小区间切换时, 通过注册请 求获取注册信息, 注册信息为新的系统参数消息, 新的系统参数消息包括: 终端 30新的位置信息。
本实施例终端 30与上述实施例中的终端 30内部结构设置相同, 在此 不再赘述。
本实施例中, 服务器 31可优选为短信中心服务器。
本发明实施例通过无线固话终端 30将位置更新信息主动发送给服务器 31 , 由服务器 31将此更新信息进行解析, 并根据预先设定的资费策略判断 是否需要更改终端号码的资费策略, 如果需要更改, 则由服务器 31向计费 中心 32发送更改资费策略的请求, 计费中心 32实时更改此号码的资费策 略, 进行准确计费, 从而实现了对需要区分不同小区资费规则的无线固话 类产品实时更改资费策略, 解决了移动运营商在推动无线固话类产品时遇 到的计费问题,充分利用现有设备,如短信中心服务器 31、计费中心 32等, 运营成本低, 有效的满足了运营商的营销策路, 并且提高了用户的满意度。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并非因此限制本发明的专利范围, 凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或流程变换, 或直接或 间接运用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现无线固话小区间差异计费的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包 括:
判断终端位置是否更新, 当终端位置更新时, 生成位置更新信息, 并 将所述位置更新信息发送给服务器;
所述服务器根据预先设定的资费策略、 和所述位置更新信息判定需要 更改终端的资费策略时, 所述服务器向计费中心发出更改资费策略的请求 信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现无线固话小区间差异计费的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述服务器向计费中心发出更改资费策略的请求信息之后, 该方 法还包括:
所述终端接收由服务器转送的计费中心更改资费策略的反馈结果。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现无线固话小区间差异计费的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述判断终端位置是否更新, 当终端位置更新时, 生成位置更新 信息之前, 该方法还包括:
终端在开机或在小区间切换时, 通过注册请求获取注册信息; 所述注 册信息为新的系统参数消息; 所述新的系统参数消息包括: 终端新的位置 信息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的实现无线固话小区间差异计费的方法, 其特 征在于, 判断终端位置是否更新, 当终端位置更新时, 生成位置更新信息, 具体包括:
将终端新的位置信息与存储在终端内的原有位置信息进行比较; 当终端新的位置信息与原有位置信息不同时, 用新的位置信息覆盖原 有位置信息, 并生成含有新的位置信息的位置更新信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现无线固话小区间差异计费的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述更改资费策略的请求信息至少包括:
需要更改资费的号码信息、 更改的资费类型以及鉴权信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的实现无线固话小区间差异计费 的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端为无线固话终端。
7、 一种实现无线固话小区间差异计费的终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 判断操作模块, 用于判断终端位置是否更新, 当终端位置更新时, 生 成位置更新信息;
短信接收发送模块, 分别与判断操作模块及服务器连接, 服务器与计 费中心连接, 所述短信接收发送模块, 用于将所述位置更新信息发送给服 务器, 使服务器根据预先设定的资费策略、 和所述位置更新信息判定需要 更改终端的资费策略时, 向计费中心发出更改资费策略的请求信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的实现无线固话小区间差异计费的终端, 其特 征在于, 所述短信接收发送模块, 还用于接收由服务器转送的计费中心更 改资费策略的反馈结果。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的实现无线固话小区间差异计费的终端, 其特 征在于, 还包括:
信息注册模块, 与所述判断操作模块连接, 用于在终端开机或在小区 间切换时, 通过注册请求获取注册信息; 所述注册信息为新的系统参数消 息; 所述新的系统参数消息包括: 终端新的位置信息。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的实现无线固话小区间差异计费的终端, 其 特征在于, 所述判断操作模块包括:

短信生成单元, 用于当终端新的位置信息与原有位置信息不同时, 用 新的位置信息覆盖原有位置信息, 并生成含有新的位置信息的位置更新信 息。
11、 一种实现无线固话小区间差异计费的系统, 其特征在于, 包括终 端、 与所述终端连接的服务器以及与所述服务器连接的计费中心; 其中: 所述终端, 用于判断终端位置是否更新, 当终端位置更新时, 生成位 置更新信息; 将所述位置更新信息发送给服务器;
所述服务器, 用于根据预先设定的资费策略、 和所述位置更新信息判 定需要更改终端的资费策略时, 向计费中心发出更改资费策略的请求信息; 并将计费中心对资费策略的更改结果反馈给终端;
所述计费中心, 用于根据服务器发送的更改资费策略的请求信息进行 资费策略更改, 并将更改结果反馈给服务器。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述实现无线固话小区间差异计费的系统, 其特 征在于, 所述终端还用于:
接收由服务器转送的计费中心更改资费策略的反馈结果; 以及 在终端开机或在小区间切换时, 通过注册请求获取注册信息; 所述注 册信息为新的系统参数消息; 所述新的系统参数消息包括: 终端新的位置 信息。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述实现无线固话小区间差异计费的系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务器为短信中心服务器。
