但以上所述的通信方式, 存在如下局限:
(1)、 用户使用可视电话业务, 需要网络升级至第三代移动通信技术 ( 3rd-generation, 3G ), 手机需要更换为 3G式手机, 同时因为网络速率、 图像质量及高额话费问题, 可视电话的通信方式无法普及。
(2)、 其他通信业务, 通过在网络增加用户信息管理服务器或网元, 并 在用户信息管理服务器或者网元增加业务, 供用户上传或下载。 但实时性 效果差, 且用户还需额外付费。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种实现信息共享的呼叫方法、 主叫终端、 被叫终端和系统, 实现实时信息共享。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明的方案是这样实现的:

主叫终端将预先设置的第一共享信息插入寻呼信息中, 将寻呼信息发 送给被叫终端;

本发明的实现信息共享的呼叫方法, 在发起呼叫之前, 主叫终端预先 设置第一共享信息, 被叫终端预先设置第二共享信息。 主叫终端和被叫终 端也可以根据用户的喜好选择关闭或开通信息的共享功能。 本发明的以下 方法实施例中, 主叫终端和被叫终端已开通信息共享的功能。

本步骤中, 主叫终端的第一应用模块查询预先设置的第一共享信息, 将查询的结果发送给主叫终端的第一协议模块, 第一协议模块再根据第一 应用模块的查询结果, 提取对应的第一共享信息, 为后续步骤做准备。

进一步地, 参见图 5 , 主叫终端 10还包括: 第一应用模块 12 , 用于查 询预先设置的第一共享信息; 所述第一协议模块 11还用于根据查询结果提 取对应的第一共享信息。
进一步地, 上述第一协议模块 11 , 还用于接收被叫终端发送的寻呼应 答信息;
另外, 第一协议模块 11 , 还用于将接收的寻呼应答信息转换为振铃指 令信息。
第一应用模块 12 ,还用于提取寻呼应答信息中的第二共享信息并显示。 即用于对第一协议模块 11接收的寻呼应答信息进行解析, 查询寻呼应答信 息中的第二共享信息, 然后将查询到的第二共享信息提取出来, 并显示该 第二共享信息。 使主叫终端 10用户可以及时查看到被叫终端用户的第二共 享信息, 实现了信息的实时共享, 且无需额外支付费用。
另外, 第一应用模块 12 , 还用于根据振铃指令信息生成振铃事件, 用 以提示主叫终端 10用户已收到被叫终端的第二共享信息。
上述第二共享信息包括: 表情符号信息、 状态信息和心情文字信息。 其可以根据用户的喜好进行设置, 并可以在发起呼叫前和结束通话后随时 更新。
参见图 6, 提出本发明实现信息共享的主叫终端 10另一实施例, 其还 包括第一共享模块 13 , 用于存储预先设置的第一共享信息。 该第一共享模 块 13 , 在发起呼叫之前, 预先设置好第一共享信息, 该第一共享信息可以 在发起呼叫之前和结束通话之后随时更新, 也可以根据主叫终端 10用户的 喜好选择开通或关闭第一共享模块 13的信息共享功能。
参见图 7, 提出本发明实现信息共享的被叫终端 20—实施例, 其包括 第二协议模块 21和第二应用模块 22;
第二协议模块 21 , 用于接收主叫终端发送的寻呼信息; 另外, 第二协 议模块 21 , 还用于将接收的寻呼信息转换为来电指令信息。
第二应用模块 22 , 用于提取寻呼信息中的第一共享信息并显示。 即用 于对第二协议模块 21接收的寻呼信息进行解析, 查询寻呼信息中的第一共 享信息, 然后将查询到的第一共享信息提取出来, 并显示该第一共享信息。 使被叫终端用户可以及时查看到主叫终端用户的第一共享信息, 实现了信 息的实时共享, 且无需额外支付费用。
另外, 第二应用模块 22 , 还用于根据来电指令信息生成来电事件, 用 以告知被叫终端 20用户有呼叫来电。
进一步地, 上述第二应用模块 22, 还用于查询预先设置的第二共享信 息; 第二协议模块 21 , 还用于根据查询结果提取对应的第二共享信息, 将 第二共享信息插入寻呼应答信息, 将寻呼应答信息发送给主叫终端 10。
寻呼应答信息先由第二协议模块 21发送给移动交换中心, 移动交换中 心寻呼应答信息发送给主叫终端 10。
参见图 8, 提出本发明实现信息共享的被叫终端 20另一实施例, 其还 包括第二共享模块 23 , 用于存储预先设置的第二共享信息。 该第二共享模 块 23 , 在发起呼叫之前, 预先设置好第二共享信息, 该第二共享信息可以 在发起呼叫之前和结束通话之后随时更新, 也可以根据被叫终端 20用户的 喜好选择开通或关闭第二共享模块 23的信息共享功能。
进一步地, 上述第一共享信息包括: 表情符号信息、 状态信息和心情 文字信息; 第二共享信息包括: 表情符号信息、 状态信息和心情文字信息。 第一共享信息和第二共享信息可以根据用户的喜好进行设置, 并可以在发 起呼叫前和结束通话后随时更新。
参见图 9 , 提出本发明种实现信息共享的呼叫系统, 其包括主叫终端 10和被叫终端 20, 主叫终端为 10上述所描述的主叫终端 10; 被叫终端 20 为上述所描述的被叫终端 20。 在此不再赘述。
本发明的实现信息共享的呼叫方法、 主叫终端、 被叫终端和系统, 实 现了信息的共享, 无需增加网络信元, 另外主叫终端和被叫终端的共享信 息可以根据用户的喜好任意更新, 不受网络上传速度等因素的影响, 保证 了信息共享的实时性, 同时相对现有的信息共享技术, 节省终端用户的信 息共享费用。
此外, 本发明的空中接口没有增加任何信令, 不影响移动终端其它业 务的正常实现, 原有的业务基础上, 灵活地实现信息的共享功能, 从而提 高了系统设计的灵活性。
应当理解的是, 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例, 不能因此限制本发明 的专利范围, 凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流 程变换, 或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明 的专利保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现信息共享的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤: 主叫终端将预先设置的第一共享信息插入寻呼信息中, 将寻呼信息发 送给被叫终端;
被叫终端接收寻呼信息 , 提取寻呼信息中的第一共享信息并显示。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现信息共享的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所 述主叫终端将预先设置的第一共享信息插入寻呼信息中, 将寻呼信息发送 给被叫终端的步骤之前, 该方法还包括:
主叫终端查询预先设置的第一共享信息, 根据查询结果提取对应的第 一共享信息。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的实现信息共享的呼叫方法,其特征在于, 所述被叫终端接收寻呼信息, 提取寻呼信息中的第一共享信息并显示的步 骤之后, 该方法还包括:
被叫终端查询预先设置的第二共享信息, 根据查询结果提取对应的第 二共享信息, 将第二共享信息插入寻呼应答信息, 将寻呼应答信息发送给 主叫终端;
主叫终端接收寻呼应答信息, 提取寻呼应答信息中的第二共享信息并 显示。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的实现信息共享的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 第一共享信息和第二共享信息包括: 表情符号信息、 状态信息和心情 文字信息。
5、 一种实现信息共享的主叫终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一协议模块, 将预先设置的第一共享信息插入寻呼信息中, 将寻呼 信息发送给被叫终端。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的实现信息共享的主叫终端, 其特征在于, 还 包括第一应用模块, 用于查询预先设置的第一共享信息; 所述第一协议模 块还用于根据查询结果提取对应的第一共享信息。
7、根据权利要求 5或 6所述的实现信息共享的主叫终端,其特征在于, 所述第一协议模块, 还用于接收被叫终端发送的寻呼应答信息; 所述第一应用模块 , 还用于提取寻呼应答信息中的第二共享信息并显 示。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的实现信息共享的主叫终端, 其特征在于, 第一共享信息和第二共享信息包括: 表情符号信息、 状态信息和心情 文字信息。
9、 一种实现信息共享的被叫终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二协议模块, 用于接收主叫终端发送的寻呼信息;
第二应用模块, 用于提取寻呼信息中的第一共享信息并显示。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的实现信息共享的被叫终端, 其特征在于, 所述第二应用模块, 还用于查询预先设置的第二共享信息;
所述第二协议模块, 还用于根据查询结果提取对应的第二共享信息, 将第二共享信息插入寻呼应答信息, 将寻呼应答信息发送给主叫终端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的实现信息共享的被叫终端, 其特征在于, 第一共享信息和第二共享信息包括: 表情符号信息、 状态信息和心情 文字信息。
12、 一种实现信息共享的呼叫系统, 其特征在于, 包括主叫终端和被 叫终端; 其中,
所述主叫终端包括:
第一协议模块, 用于将预先设置的第一共享信息插入寻呼信息中, 将 寻呼信息发送给被叫终端;
所述被叫终端包括: 第二协议模块, 用于接收主叫终端发送的寻呼信息; 第二应用模块, 用于提取寻呼信息中的第一共享信息并显示。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的实现信息共享的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 主叫终端还包括: 第一应用模块, 用于查询预先设置的第一共享信息; 所述第一协议模块还用于根据查询结果提取对应的第一共享信息。
14、 根据权利要求 12或 13所述的实现信息共享的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二应用模块, 还用于查询预先设置的第二共享信息;
所述第二协议模块, 还用于根据查询结果提取对应的第二共享信息, 将第二共享信息插入寻呼应答信息, 将寻呼应答信息发送给主叫终端。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的实现信息共享的系统, 其特征在于, 第一共享信息和第二共享信息包括: 表情符号信息、 状态信息和心情 文字信息。
