本实用新型再进一步设置为:所述的控制阀芯包括与端盖固定的第一阀芯体、端部贯穿透孔以与联动杆联动且可在中空凸柱中滑移的第二阀芯体以及设于第一阀芯体和第二阀芯体之间并连接两者的压缩弹簧,第一阀芯体在靠近第二阀芯体一端设有与控制腔导通的导通孔,压缩弹簧将第二阀芯体抵触在透孔上,所述的第二阀芯体与透孔的密封处设有密封膜,该密封膜随第二阀芯体的滑移构成其与透孔的抵触或分离配合。
具有上述设置的无水箱节水型抽水马桶,通过第一阀芯体固定,第二阀芯体在联动杆的联动驱动下打开透孔,控制腔就能进行泄压操作,继而在压缩弹簧的弹力作用下使密封件重新抵触在透孔上,关闭透孔,通过电机轴的往复运动或者单向运转实现控制腔的开启和关闭。
本实用新型再进一步设置为:所述的第一阀芯体周面上设有导槽,且其远离第二阀芯体一端的端面上设有周向的定位凸缘,中空凸柱通过定位凸缘将第一阀芯体抵压在端盖上,第二阀芯体设有与所述的导槽适配的折钩,该折钩置于导槽中构成第二阀芯体的滑移定位。
具有上述设置的无水箱节水型抽水马桶,第一阀芯体能牢固实现定位,且导槽除了方便第一连接体和第二连接体的安装及第二连接体的运动之外,还为透孔和控制腔之间的导通增加的途径。
本实用新型再进一步设置为:所述的第二阀芯体与透孔的密封处设有密封凸缘,所述的密封膜通过与密封凸缘的卡接套设于第二阀芯体上。
具有上述设置的无水箱节水型抽水马桶,密封膜就能牢固固定在第二阀芯体上且能充分实现透孔的密封操作。
本实用新型再进一步设置为:所述联动杆的周面上设有抵压凸块,所述的第二阀芯体的端部与联动杆的抵压凸块形状适配。
具有上述设置的无水箱节水型抽水马桶,就能通过抵押凸块很好的抵触第二阀芯体,将第二阀芯体和密封膜抵离透孔,且优选抵压凸块是错位设置以更适应水压的分配。
本实用新型的有益效果为:取消了原有水箱的设置,通过设置一个冲水装置,一方面节省了抽水马桶的安装体积,另一方面在不削减冲水力度的前提下节省了抽水马桶的冲水用水,且达到了静音冲水的目的。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1—10所示,本实用新型实施例,为一种无水箱节水型抽水马桶,包括桶体7、设于桶体7中的冲水管9,所述的桶体7设有盆腔72以及与盆腔72底部连通的排污管71,抽水马桶还包括设于桶体中的冲水装置,该抽水马桶冲水装置包括有壳体1,与壳体1固设的端盖2及进水通道11、出水通道12,所述的进水通道11设于壳体1与端盖2的衔接处,进水通道11与水管连接,出水通道12与冲水管9连接,所述壳体1内设有连接通道13,进水通道11及出水通道12通过连接通道13连通,所述壳体1与端盖2之间架设有隔膜片3,所述的端盖2与隔膜片3之间构成一个控制腔4,隔膜片3与连接通道13和进水通道11离合构成进水通道11和出水通道12之间的通断配合,所述的隔膜片3上开设有节流孔31,进水通道11及连接通道13与控制腔4通过节流孔31导通,所述的控制腔4与一控制阀5连接,该控制阀5通过动力源控制构成控制腔4的开启或关闭,且所述的动力源为驱动电机6,该驱动电机6的控制开关61置于桶体7上,所述的控制阀5包括有外壳51、插设于外壳51内的联动杆52以及与联动杆52联动的控制阀芯,所述的联动杆52与驱动电机6的电机轴联动,所述的端盖2上设有与控制腔4导通的孔21,控制阀5的外壳51上设有与端盖2的孔21适配的中空凸柱511,控制阀芯设于中空凸柱511中,中空凸柱511朝向联动杆52的一端设有隔板512,隔板512上设有透孔513,所述的控制阀芯通过该透孔513与联动杆52联动并构成控制阀芯在中空凸柱511内的滑移及透孔513的开启或关闭。其中,驱动电机6的电机轴插设于联动杆52内构成两者的联动。
在本实施例中,所述的冲水装置置于桶体7一端的容置腔74中,壳体1上设有至少两个出水通道12及连接通道13,各连接通道13相互导通,壳体1与端盖2之间至少架设有两个隔膜片3,所述壳体1相对于安装端盖2的另一端上设有与连接通道13连通的排压腔8,该排压腔8与连接通道13之间设有供其导通及关闭的滑动密封件81,所述的排压腔8与壳体1连接通道13的衔接处设有导孔82,所述的滑动密封件81吊设于该导孔82中,并与之构成轴向滑移配合,且排压腔8与所述控制阀5的外壳51通过一连通管83连通,抽水马桶设有两根分别与冲水装置两个出水通道12连接的冲水管9,其中一根冲水管9置于桶体7与盆腔72口处对应的侧壁上,另一根冲水管9置于桶体7中,与盆腔72底部对应设置,且其与盆腔72底部对应的端部连接有喷管91。当然,我们也可以是在控制阀5的外壳51上开一个小孔以排积水,但这显然不如本实施例的设置更为合理。
在本实施例中,所述的冲水管9包括一根套管92以及置于套管92内的水管本体93,与盆腔72底部对应设置的冲水管9的套管92端部与喷管91连接,所述的水管本体93呈挠性设置,一端进水,另一端置于套管92与喷管91的连接处,管壁侧向内凹,其水流通道931横截面呈弧形,且水管本体管壁在冲水时可膨胀复位。
在本实施例中,所述喷管91内壁一体设有的引导水流的斜块911,该斜块911的外端面与喷管91外端面齐平,所述斜块911的高端为一台面,该台面上设有纵向倾斜、横向弧形过渡的喷射台912,所述的喷射台912与管壁形成喷管91的出水口913,该出水口913的横截面为弧形。
在本实施例中,所述的控制阀芯包括与端盖2固定的第一阀芯体53、端部贯穿透孔513以与联动杆联动且可在中空凸柱511中滑移的第二阀芯体54以及设于第一阀芯体53和第二阀芯体54之间并连接两者的压缩弹簧55,第一阀芯体53在靠近第二阀芯体54一端设有与控制腔4导通的导通孔533,第二阀芯体54在相应位置设有与该导通孔533抵触分离配合的密封凸块543,压缩弹簧55将第二阀芯体54抵触在透孔513上,所述的第二阀芯体54与透孔513的密封处设有密封膜541,该密封膜541随第二阀芯体54的滑移构成其与透孔513的抵触或分离配合,且该密封膜541是置于透孔513靠近端盖2的孔21一侧的,当然,其也可以是置于透孔513的另一侧,这要根据隔板512的位置设置,另外,密封凸块543也可以不需要,只要第二阀芯体54的端面能与导通孔533抵触分离配合即可。
在本实施例中,所述的第一阀芯体53周面上设有导槽531,且其远离第二阀芯体54一端的端面上设有周向的定位凸缘532,中空凸柱511通过定位凸缘532将第一阀芯体53抵压在端盖2上,第二阀芯体54设有与所述的导槽531适配的折钩544,该折钩544置于导槽531中构成第二阀芯体54的滑移定位。
在本实施例中,第二阀芯体54与透孔513的密封处设有密封凸缘542,所述的密封膜541通过与密封凸缘542的卡接套设于第二阀芯体54上,也就是说,密封膜541是类似于倒扣在密封凸缘542上的,中间有一个供第二阀芯体54穿过的穿孔。当然,密封膜541也可以是通过其他方式固定,只要能保证其与透孔513的密封能达到要求。
在本实施例中,所述联动杆52的周面上设有两个抵压凸块521,所述的第二阀芯体54的端部与联动杆52的抵压凸块521形状适配,且该两个抵压凸块521在联动杆52上错位分布的,当然,两个抵压凸块521可以是同时触动第二阀芯体54,但这样会使水压分流,每个出水通道12的出水量减少。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种无水箱节水型抽水马桶,包括桶体、设于桶体中的冲水管,所述的桶体设有盆腔以及与盆腔底部连通的排污管,其特征在于:还包括设于桶体中的冲水装置,该抽水马桶冲水装置包括有壳体,与壳体固设的端盖及进水通道、出水通道,所述的进水通道设于壳体与端盖的衔接处,进水通道与水管连接,出水通道与冲水管连接,所述壳体内设有连接通道,进水通道及出水通道通过连接通道连通,所述壳体与端盖之间架设有隔膜片,所述的端盖与隔膜片之间构成一个控制腔,隔膜片与连接通道和进水通道离合构成进水通道和出水通道之间的通断配合,所述的隔膜片上开设有节流孔,进水通道及连接通道与控制腔通过节流孔导通,所述的控制腔与一控制阀连接,该控制阀通过动力源控制构成控制腔的开启或关闭,所述的动力源为驱动电机,该驱动电机的控制开关置于桶体上,所述的控制阀包括有外壳、插设于外壳内的联动杆以及与联动杆联动的控制阀芯,所述的联动杆与驱动电机的电机轴联动,所述的端盖上设有与控制腔导通的孔,控制阀的外壳上设有与端盖的孔适配的中空凸柱,控制阀芯设于中空凸柱中,中空凸柱朝向联动杆的一端设有隔板,隔板上设有透孔,所述的控制阀芯通过该透孔与联动杆联动并构成控制阀芯在中空凸柱内的滑移及透孔的开启或关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无水箱节水型抽水马桶,其特征在于:所述的冲水装置置于桶体一端的容置腔中,其壳体上设有至少两个出水通道及连接通道,各连接通道相互导通,壳体与端盖之间至少架设有两个隔膜片,所述壳体相对于安装端盖的另一端上设有与连接通道连通的排压腔,该排压腔与连接通道之间设有供其导通及关闭的滑动密封件,所述的排压腔与壳体连接通道的衔接处设有导孔,所述的滑动密封件吊设于该导孔中,并与之构成轴向滑移配合,且排压腔与所述控制阀的外壳通过一连通管连通,抽水马桶设有两根分别与两个出水通道连接的冲水管,其中一根冲水管置于桶体与盆腔口处对应的侧壁上,另一根冲水管置于桶体中,与盆腔底部对应设置,且其与盆腔底部对应的端部连接有喷管。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的无水箱节水型抽水马桶,其特征在于:所述的冲水管包括一根套管以及置于套管内的水管本体,与盆腔底部对应设置的冲水管的套管端部与喷管连接,所述的水管本体呈挠性设置,一端进水,另一端置于套管与喷管的连接处,管壁侧向内凹,其水流通道横截面呈弧形,且水管本体管壁在冲水时可膨胀复位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无水箱节水型抽水马桶,其特征在于:所述喷管内壁一体设有的引导水流的斜块,该斜块的外端面与喷管外端面齐平,所述斜块的高端为一台面,该台面上设有纵向倾斜、横向弧形过渡的喷射台,所述的喷射台与管壁形成喷管的出水口,该出水口的横截面为弧形。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的无水箱节水型抽水马桶,其特征在于:所述的控制阀芯包括与端盖固定的第一阀芯体、端部贯穿透孔以与联动杆联动且可在中空凸柱中滑移的第二阀芯体以及设于第一阀芯体和第二阀芯体之间并连接两者的压缩弹簧,第一阀芯体在靠近第二阀芯体一端设有与控制腔导通的导通孔,压缩弹簧将第二阀芯体抵触在透孔上,所述的第二阀芯体与透孔的密封处设有密封膜,该密封膜随第二阀芯体的滑移构成其与透孔的抵触或分离配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的无水箱节水型抽水马桶,其特征在于:所述的第一阀芯体周面上设有导槽,且其远离第二阀芯体一端的端面上设有周向的定位凸缘,中空凸柱通过定位凸缘将第一阀芯体抵压在端盖上,第二阀芯体设有与所述的导槽适配的折钩,该折钩置于导槽中构成第二阀芯体的滑移定位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的抽水马桶冲水装置,其特征在于:所述的第二阀芯体与透孔的密封处设有密封凸缘,所述的密封膜通过与密封凸缘的卡接套设于第二阀芯体上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的抽水马桶冲水装置,其特征在于:所述联动杆的周面上设有抵压凸块,所述的第二阀芯体的端部与联动杆的抵压凸块形状适配。
