步骤 101、基站获取中继站系统消息修改周期信息。 本步骤是在设置有中 继站的通信系统中, 基站获取中继站系统消息修改周期信息, 并且针对不同 的实施方式, 基站获取中继站的系统消息修改周期信息可以具体的包括几种 情况, 例如可以是基站为中继站配置中继站系统消息修改周期, 并将其发送 给中继站; 或者是中继站配置中继站系统消息修改周期, 并将其发送给基站, 以使基站获取到中继站系统消息修改周期;或者是运营与管理系统 OAM/操作 与维护系统 0&M配置生成并将其发送给基站,还可以是中继站和基站协商确 定中继站系统消息修改周期。
步骤 102、基站根据所述中继站系统消息修改周期信息的指示,执行与中 继站同步的 Un子帧配置; 本步骤是在基站已知中继站系统消息修改周期后, 即可通过在基站与中继站预设的 Un子帧配置执行时间, 即第 N个中继站系 统消息修改周期执行 Un子帧配置, 或者是接收中继站回复的在第 N个中继 站系统消息修改周期执行 Un子帧配置的指示, 协调基站与中继站之间的 Un 子帧配置, 并实现基站与中继站同步执行 Un子帧配置。 另外本发明上述实施 例中的同步执行可以不是绝对时间意义上的同步, 例如是可以一种帧同步, 即可以允许在基站和中继站之间有一定的偏移时间, 可以用 offset表示, 例如 基站的 1子帧, 对应着中继站的 2子帧, 则两者的子帧 offset就是 1。
本发明上述实施例中通过基站获取中继站系统消息修改周期信息, 并使 得基站根据上述获取的中继站系统消息修改周期与中继站同步执行 Un 子帧 配置, 不仅实现了基站与中继站之间在 Un子帧配置处理上的同步, 也能够进 一步的提高通信质量。 本发明各个实施例中的 Un子帧配置包括两种情况, 一 种是指在接入系统过程中的 Un子帧初始配置的过程, 还有一种情况是 Un子 帧配置信息更新时的配置过程, 也称 Un子帧配置。 即本发明实施例中的 Un 子帧配置可以是 Un子帧重配置, 也可以是 Un子帧初始配置。
具体的上述的 Un子帧可以是用于多媒体广播多播业务的 MBSFN子帧, MBSFN子帧的配置信息可以通过系统消息 SIB2通知用户设备。 另外的系统 中上述实施例中的中继站系统消息修改周期信息可以是初始设置的中继站系 统消息修改周期信息, 也可以是之后更新的中继站系统消息修改周期信息。 并且上述的中继站系统消息修改周期信息具体可以是包括修改周期系数和基 本寻呼周期, 由上述二者的乘积确定中继站系统消息修改周期, 即中继站系 统消息修改周期=修改周期系数 X基本寻呼周期, 其中修改周期系数的取值范 围是 1、 2、 4、 8 等,而基本寻呼周期的取值范围可以是 320ms、 640ms, 1280ms 或 2560ms 等等。 修改周期, 例如还可以表示为: (2"_ " 320 7^ , 其中 n 为正整数, 具体的修改周期系数和基本寻呼周期的值可以通过系统消息广播 给用户设备。
另外上述步骤 101 中的基站根据中继站系统消息修改周期信息执行与中 继站同步的 Un子帧配置可以具体包括:
基站向中继站发送包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息;
基站执行与中继站同步的 Un子帧配置, 其中执行 Un子帧配置的时间可 以为基站发送包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息后的第 N个中继站系统消息修改 周期,例如可以是基站发送包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息后的第一个或第二个 中继站系统消息修改周期, 且上述的执行时间是可以预先设置的。 并且在具 体的实施过程中, 上述在第 N个中继站系统消息修改周期执行可以是在该系 统消息修改周期的边界执行, 或者说是起始端执行。
上述实施例是针对基站侧进行 Un子帧配置的处理方法实施例,另外针对 中继站侧的 Un子帧配置的处理方法可如图 2所示, 图 2为本发明 Un子帧配 置处理方法实施例二的流程示意图, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 201、 中继站获取中继站系统消息修改周期信息, 与图 1所示实施例 对应的, 上述的中继站系统消息修改周期可以是由基站发送给中继站的、 还 可以是中继站配置生成的, 或者 OAM/0&M通知给中继站的, 或者中继站根 据 OAM/0&M提供的配置信息, 最终配置生成的; 且在 OAM/0&M通知给 中继站的或中继站配置生成的时, 所述中继站还向基站发送包括所述中继站 系统消息修改周期信息的消息。 在所述中继站系统消息修改周期信息由基站 发送给中继站时, 中继站接收基站发送的包括中继站系统消息修改周期信息 的消息; 此时中继站系统消息修改周期信息可以是基站配置的, 或者是
OAM/0&M通知给基站的, 或者是根据 OAM/0&M的配置信息, 由基站最 终配置生成的。
步骤 202、 中继站接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息, 根据所述中继站系 统消息修改周期信息的指示, 并执行与基站同步的 Un子帧配置。
本实施例中是通过基站配置生成中继站系统消息修改周期, 或者是中继 站配置生成上述的中继站系统消息修改周期后, 将其发送给基站, 或者是 OAM/0&M通知给中继站, 中继站将其发送给基站, 或者是 OAM/0&M通 知给基站, 基站将其发送给中继站等情况, 都能够使基站和中继站根据中继 站系统消息修改周期预设 Un子帧配置的执行时间,或者^ ^站接收中继站指 示的在某个中继站系统消息修改周期进行 Un子帧配置的消息,从而使得中继 站接收基站发送的 Un子帧配置信息后, 与基站同步执行 Un子帧配置。
上述步骤 202中的中继站接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息可以具体为: 中继站接收基站发送的包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息, 所述 Un子帧配置 信息由基站或 OAM/0&M配置生成;或
中继站接收 OAM/0&M发送的包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息, 所述 Un 子帧配置信息由 OAM/0&M配置生成。 具体的 Un子帧配置执行时间可以在 中继站接收基站发送的包括 Un 子帧配置信息的消息后的下一个中继站系统 消息修改周期, 则上述步骤 202可以具体为:
2021、 中继站接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息;
2022、在接收基站发送包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息的当前中继站系统消 息修改周期, 中继站向用户设备发送 Un子帧配置更新指示消息, 例如可以是 paging消息或 SIB1消息;
2023、中继站在发送包含 Un子帧配置更新指示消息的下一个中继站系统 消息修改周期与基站同步执行的 Un子帧配置。 也即中继站在接收包括 Un子 帧配置信息的当前中继站系统消息修改周期的下一个中继站系统消息修改周 期与基站同步执行的 Un子帧配置。
上述步骤具体的可如图 3所示。
另外可预设在中继站接收基站发送的包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息后的 下二个中继站系统消息修改周期执行 Un子帧配置,则上述步骤 202可以具体 为:
2031 , 中继站接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息;
2032、中继站在接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息的下一个中继站系统消 息修改周期向用户设备发送 Un子帧配置更新指示消息;
2033、中继站发送包含 Un子帧配置更新指示消息的下一个中继站系统消 息修改周期执行与基站同步的 Un子帧配置。
也即中继站在接收包括 Un 子帧配置信息的当前中继站系统消息修改周 期后的第 2个中继站系统消息修改周期执行与基站同步的 Un子帧配置。上述 第 2个中继站系统消息修改周期是下(X+1 )个中继站系统消息修改周期的一 个特例。 上述 X为正整数。
具体的可如图 4所示。
本发明上述实施例中,中继站分别是在接收到包括 Un子帧配置信息的消 息的当前周期或者下一个周期发送 Un子帧配置更新指示消息,本领域内技术 人员也可以理解, 也可根据系统的实际情况设置为其他时间执行, 例如第 X 个周期, X为正整数。
另外在发送所述 Un子帧配置更新指示消息后,通常均是在下一个中继站 系统消息修改周期内执行与基站同步的 Un子帧配置。另外还有另一种实施方 式, 即可以通过中继站向基站发送指示消息的方式通知基站与中继站同步进 行 Un子帧配置, 具体的上述步骤 202具体为:
步骤 2041、 中继站接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息;
步骤 2042、 中继站判断将 Un子帧配置更新指示消息发送至用户设备时 的中继站系统消息修改周期, 若判断能够在当前中继站系统消息修改周期内 将 Un子帧配置更新指示消息发送至用户设备时执行步骤 2043 , 若判断能够 在下一个中继站系统消息修改周期将 Un子帧配置更新指示消息发送至用户 设备时执行步骤 2044;
步骤 2043、 向基站发送指示, 在下一个中继站系统消息修改周期进行 Un 子帧配置的消息;
步骤 2044、 向基站发送指示, 在第二个中继站系统消息修改周期进行 Un 子帧配置的消息;
步骤 2045、 中继站执行与基站同步的 Un子帧配置。 具体可如图 5所示。 另外在执行上述中继站向基站发送指示消息以指示基站与中继站同步进 行 Un子帧配置的实施例中, 也可以是: 在基站和中继站之间预设中继站接收 包括 Un 子帧配置信息的消息后下一个中继站系统消息修改周期为配置执行 时间,则若中继站在判断能够在当前中继站系统消息修改周期内将发送 Un子 帧配置更新指示的消息发送至用户设备时, 即可以实现在下一个周期执行 Un 子帧配置, 因为和预设情况一致, 因此不必再向基站发送指示在下一个中继 站系统消息修改周期内进行 Un子帧配置的消息;若判断能够在下一个中继站 系统消息修改周期内将 Un子帧配置更新指示的消息发送至用户设备时,即至 少需要在之后第二个中继站系统消息修改周期执行 Un子帧配置, 因此需要向 基站发送指示在发送指示后的第二个中继站系统消息修改周期内进行 Un子 帧配置的消息。
另外对于在基站和中继站之间预设的配置执行时间, 为中继站接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息后第二个中继站系统消息修改周期, 则若中继站在判 断能够在当前中继站系统消息修改周期内将发送 Un子帧配置更新指示的消 息发送至用户设备时, 即可以实现在下一个周期执行 Un子帧配置, 因为和预 设情况不一致, 因此需要向基站发送指示在下一个中继站系统消息修改周期 内进行 Un子帧配置的消息;若判断能够在下一个中继站系统消息修改周期内 将 Un子帧配置更新指示消息发送至用户设备时, 因为和预设情况一致, 因此 不必向基站发送指示在发送指示后的第二个中继站系统消息修改周期内进行 Un子帧配置的消息。
与上述的是由基站获取中继站系统信息修改周期不同, 以实现基站与中 继站之间同步进行 Un子帧配置相比, 本发明实施例还提供了一种 Un子帧配 置处理方法, 图 6为本发明 Un子帧配置处理方法实施例三的流程示意图, 如 图 6所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 301、 中继站接收包括基站系统消息修改周期信息的消息, 获得基站 系统消息修改周期;
步骤 302、中继站在当前或下一个中继站系统消息修改周期向用户设备发 送中继站系统消息更新指示消息;
具体的本步骤中可以通过 paging消息或者是系统消息 SIB1通知用户设 备, 例如中继站发送 Paging消息给其下属终端, 用于通知告诉终端系统消息 有更改或者有更新, 但是哪个系统消息更新了 paging消息中没有指明。 如果 终端收到 paging消息(包含了系统消息爹改 systemlnfoModification项),就知 道系统消息将在下一个修改周期边界 ( the next modification period boundary ) 进行修改。 那么终端在下一个修改周期边界 ( the next modification period boundary )接收新的系统消息, 里面将包含具体系统消息更新内容; 或者是中 继站通过广播 SIB1消息来通知终端有系统消息要更新, 该 SIB1消息中包含 了一项参数 value tag: systemlnfoValueTag, 用于指示系统信息是否更改。 本 发明各个实施例所谓下一个修改周期边界可以理解为下一个修改周期的起始 端。 本发明各个实施例所谓下一个中继站系统消息修改周期可以理解为下一 个修改周期边界, 或者下一个修改周期的起始端。
步骤 303、中继站在发送中继站系统消息更新指示消息的下一个中继站系 统消息修改周期向用户设备发送包括有关更新后的中继站系统消息修改周期 信息的消息, 上述更新后中继站系统消息修改周期与基站系统消息修改周期 一致;
步骤 304、 中继站接收到包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息后, 执行与基站同 步的 Un子帧配置。 该步骤具体可参见图 3〜图 5所示实施中的相应步骤。
本发明上述实施例中, 通过将中继站系统消息修改周期配置为与基站系 统消息修改周期一致, 从而使得基站侧和中继站侧都能够根据中继站系统消 息修改周期(也即基站系统消息修改周期)预设执行 Un子帧配置的时间, 或 者是接收中继站指示的在某个中继站系统消息修改周期 (也即基站系统消息 修改周期)进行 Un子帧配置消息, 从而使得中继站接收基站发送的 Un子帧 配置信息后, 能够与基站同步执行 Un子帧配置。
具体的在执行步骤 304时,可以在中继站与基站之间预设 Un子帧配置执 行时间,例如可以预设在中继站接收基站发送的包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息 后的下一个基站系统消息修改周期为配置执行时间 (此时中继站和基站的系 统消息修改周期是一致的), 此时步骤 304中的中继站接收基站发送的 Un子 帧配置信息, 执行与基站同步的 Un子帧配置, 具体步骤可参见图 3所示的实 施例。
或者是将中继站接收基站发送的包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息后的第二 个基站系统消息修改周期为配置执行时间 (此时中继站和基站的系统消息修 改周期是一致的 ), 具体步骤可具体参见图 4所示的实施例。
另外还可以不在中继站和基站之间预设执行 Un子帧的配置时间,即可以 通过中继站向基站发送指示消息的方式通知基站与中继站同步进行 Un 子帧 配置, 具体可参见图 5所示的实施例。
另外上述的基站也可以把中继站系统消息修改周期配置成和自己的一 样, 并且可以通过一个消息比特表示是否允许中继站系统消息修改周期配置 成和基站系统消息修改周期一致。 在获取指示比特信息后, 若所述指示比特 信息指示保持基站系统消息修改周期与中继站系统消息修改周期一致时, 将 中继站系统消息修改周期设置为与基站系统消息修改周期一致。 例如使用比 特值为 1时, 表示中继站系统消息修改周期配置需要和基站系统消息修改周 期保持一致, 比特值为 0时, 上述二者不一致。
还有一种 RN是在同一个修改周期内获得 Un子帧配置信息和基站系统 消息修改周期信息的情况, 此时上述实施例中的中继站接收包括基站的系统 消息修改周期的消息与所述中继站接收到包括 Un 子帧配置信息的消息在同 一个中继站系统消息周期内完成; 并进一步的, 中继站在向用户设备发送包 括更新后的有关中继站系统消息修改周期信息的同时, 还向用户设备发送包 括 Uu接口上 MBSFN子帧配置信息(由于 Un接口 Un子帧配置引起的 Uu接 口子帧的配置, 从中继站终端角度看来, 就是 MBSFN子帧配置)。 上述更新 后的有关中继站系统消息修改周期信息和上述 Uu接口 MBSFN子帧配置信息 (从中继站终端角度看来,就是 MBSFN子帧配置信息 )可以通过系统信息如 SIB2发送给终端。
在上述实施例中, 还可以设置指示比特信息, 该指示比特信息用于指示 是否保持基站系统消息修改周期与中继站系统消息修改周期一致, 因此上述 步骤还包括:
在中继站识别到指示比特信息为保持基站系统消息修改周期与中继站系 统消息修改周期一致时, 才将自身的系统消息修改周期设置为与基站的系统 消息修改周期一致。
本发明实施例还提供了一种能够实现在中继站和基站之间实现 Un 子帧 同步配置的方法,图 7为本发明 Un子帧配置处理方法实施例四的流程示意图, 本发明上述实施例中是由基站配置中继站系统消息修改周期。 如图 7 所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 401、 中继站接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息;
步骤 402、 中继站向基站发送包括配置执行时间信息的消息;
步骤 403、 中继站执行与基站同步的 Un子帧配置。
本发明上述实施例提供的 Un子帧配置处理方法,通过中继站在接收到包 括 Un子帧配置信息的消息, 并确定 Un子帧配置执行时间后, 向基站发送包 括配置执行时间信息的消息, 以使得中继站和基站能够同步执行 Un 子帧配 置。 该指示消息可以携带在现有的一个消息中, RN沿用现有流程中的某个步 骤和消息, 通过中继站给基站发送该消息, 携带了这个指示信息。 当然上述 指示消息也可以是新消息。
在具体的实施过程中, 上述实施例提供的配置执行时间信息, 可以为执 行配置的绝对帧号、 相对帧号、 当前中继站系统消息修改周期后的第 N个中 继站系统消息修改周期或当前基站系统消息修改周期后第 M个基站系统消息 修改周期, 其中 M、 N为正整数。 则上述的步骤 403可以具体为: 中继站根 据所述配置执行时间信息与基站同步执行 Un子帧配置。
图 7所述的实施例还可以是当中继站获知 Un子帧重配置信息后,确定什 么时候执行 Un子帧配置, RN发送一个指示消息给基站, 指示基站能够执行 重配置,基站接收到指示后的下第 N帧,或者第 N帧(相对帧号,绝对帧号), 或者下第 N系统消息修改周期或者第 N系统消息修改周期就执行重配置过 程。
指示消息中可以: 包含执行的时间, 如下 N帧, 或者第 N帧(相对帧号, 绝对帧号), 或者下 N系统消息修改周期或者第 N系统消息修改周期; 或者是 该指示消息没有包含具体的执行时间, 基站收到该指示后, 在下 N帧, 或者 第 N帧(相对帧号, 绝对帧号), 或者下 N系统消息修改周期或者第 N系统消 息修改周期就执行重配置过程。 此处所述下 N帧是以当前帧为参考, 表达的 是当前帧之后的第 N帧。 而此处所述第 N帧则釆用相对帧号或绝对帧号来表 示, 即不通过参考帧, 而直接在消息中携带执行重配置的帧号, 本实施例对 此不做限定。
该指示消息可以是现有技术中的一个消息, RN沿用现有流程中的某个步 骤和消息, 通过中继站给基站发送该消息, 携带了这个指示信息。 当然该指 示消息也可以是新消息。
图 7 实施例不限制基站是否知道中继站的修改周期。 基站可以知道, 也 可以不 口道。
对于图 7 实施例中, 特别地对于多个 RN的情况, 步骤 402 完成后, 基 站根据各个中继站反馈的执行时间, 如果执行时间各自不同, 那么基站需要 发送一个确定的公共执行时间信息给中继站 RN。 由此再执行步骤 403。
在本发明的各个实施例中, 基站和中继站普遍具有计算其发送的消息到 达目标网元所需的时间的能力。
以下是本发明 Un子帧配置处理方法的几个具体实施例,图 8为本发明第 一具体实施例的流程示意图, 如图 8所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 501、基站将初始配置或者重配置的中继站系统消息修改周期信息发 送中继站, 具体的可以通过一个专用的 RRC (无线资源控制, Radio Resource Control ) 消息发送, 消息中的内容为: 中继站系统消息修改周期 MP 为 modificationPeriodCoeff 和 defaultPagingCycle 的 乘 积 , 其 中 modificationPeriodCoeff是整数, 取值范围是 [ 1 ,2,4,8... ... ] , defaultPagingCycle 的取值范围是 [320ms, 640ms, 1280ms和 2560ms…… ] , modificationPeriodCoeff 和 defaultPagingCycle都是通过专用消息发送给 RN或者是基站下的多个 RNs。 方式是单播, 或者是多播。 其中 MP的长度要确保所有的 UE都能正确的收到 paging消息。
上述步骤, 例如可以是在中继站接入过程中执行, 或者是在 RRC重配置 过程中执行。
中继站系统消息修改周期, 可以是由基站配置生成或者 OAM/0&M系统 配置生成, 并且在 OAM/0&M系统配置生成时, 可以是由 OAM/0&M系统 直接发送给中继站, 也可以是由 OAM/0&M系统将配置生成的 Un子帧配置 信息先发送给基站, 基站再发送给中继站, 还可以是由基站和中继站协商, 使得中继站获得最终 Un子帧 (重) 配置信息等。
步骤 502、 中继站回复一个接收确认消息, 确认接收到基站配置的中继站 系统消息修改周期, 本步骤是可选的。
步骤 503、基站与中继站同步执行 Un子帧重配置。 可以是通过默认一个 Un子帧重配置执行时间:例如在基站向中继站发送 Un子帧配置信息后的第 N个中继站系统消息修改周期执行, 其中的 N可以为 1 , 2, 3等正整数, 另 外也可以默认在第 N帧执行。 中继站获得 Un子帧配置信息, 该配置信息也 可以是 Un 子帧初始配置时的配置信息, 也可以是重配置时的配置信息。 在 中继站获得继站获得 Un 子帧配置信息时的当前中继站系统信息修改周期, 中继站能够发送 paging信息, 通知其下属终端系统信息有更新, 那么中继能 够在下一个中继站系统消息修改周期更新其 Uu接口子帧 (MBSFN子帧配 置 ), 本发明实施例中的配置包括初始配置和重配置两种情况。
并且, 具体的上述基站可以将 Un子帧配置信息携带在 RRC或者 MAC 层消息中发送给中继站。 并且上述的 Un子帧配置信息可以是由基站配置生 成或者 OAM/0&M系统配置生成, 并且在 OAM/0&M系统配置生成时, 可 以由 OAM/0&M系统直接发送给中继站, 也可以是由 OAM/0&M系统将配 置生成的 Un子帧配置信息先发送给基站, 再由基站发送给中继站, 还可以 是由基站和中继站协商, 使得中继站获得最终 Un子帧配置信息。
在中继站获得 Un子帧配置信息时的下一个周期(下 X周期的特例, X 为 正整数), RN在发送 paging消息给自己的用户设备, 通知终端系统消息有更 新。 然后 RN在下两个周期 (下 (X+1 )周期的特例, X 为正整数)开始通 过发送广播系统消息给自己的终端,系统消息中包含了更新后的 MBSFN子帧 ( Un子帧) 配置信息, 如原来的 Uu接口中 MBSFN子帧配置是第 3子帧, 从在中继站获得 Un子帧配置信息时的下两个周期开始系统消息内容更新为 新的 MBSFN子帧配置,例如是第 3和 6子帧,并从在中继站获得 Un子帧配 置信息时的下两个周期开始执行这个新的配置。
由此基站和中继站在中继站获得 Un子帧配置信息时的当前中继站系统 信息修改周期的下两个周期执行 Un子帧 (重) 配置。
图 9为本发明第二具体实施例的流程示意图, 如图 9所示, 包括如下步 骤:
步骤 601、中继站将初始配置或者是重配置的中继站系统消息修改周期发 送给基站; 具体的在初始配置时, 中继站可以通过能力上报消息通知基站中 继站系统消息修改周期的配置, 或者是通过 RRC重配置完成消息通知基站; 在中继站系统消息修改周期更新时, 中继站通过 RRC消息将上述的信息通知 基站;
上述中继站系统消息修改周期可以是初始配置的中继站系统消息修改周 期, 也可以是重配置的中继站系统消息修改周期, 或者是更新的中继站系统 消息修改周期。
步骤 602、 可选的, 基站可以回复一个接收确认消息, 以确认接收到中继 站系统消息修改周期;
步骤 603、基站与中继站同步执行 Un子帧配置。 具体的执行过程可以参 见上述实施例中的步骤 503 ,由此基站和中继站在中继站获得 Un子帧配置信 息时的下两个中继站系统信息修改周期执行 Un子帧配置。
图 10为本发明第三具体实施例的流程示意图, 本实施例中是由中继站配 置生成中继站系统消息修改周期, 并且中继站与基站协商并最终确定中继站 系统消息修改周期, 如图 10所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 701与上述实施例中的步骤 601相同;
步骤 702、基站接收中继站发送的包括新中继站系统消息修改周期信息的 消息, 上述的新中继站系统消息修改周期由中继站配置, 具体的可以是在接 收到基站发送的中继站系统消息修改周期后, 根据中继站自己下属终端的个 数, 以及业务量信息等确定新中继站系统消息修改周期;
步骤 703与图 8所示实施例中的步骤 503相同。
图 11为本发明第四具体实施例的流程示意图, 本实施例中是由基站配置 生成中继站系统消息修改周期, 并且中继站与基站协商并最终确定中继站系 统消息修改周期, 如图 11所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 801与图 8所示实施例中的步骤 501相同。 步骤 802、中继站接收基站发送的携带有新中继站系统消息修改周期信息 的消息, 所述新中继站系统消息修改周期由基站在接收到携带有中继站系统 消息修改周期的消息后配置, 例如可以根据中继站自己下属终端的个数, 以 及业务量信息等确定新中继站系统消息修改周期。
步骤 803、基站与中继站同步执行 Un子帧配置。 具体的执行过程可以参 见图 8所示实施例中的步骤 503。
图 12为本发明第五具体实施例的流程示意图, 本实施例中是由中继站接 收基站发送的消息或者是 RRC消息, 并从上述消息中获取基站系统消息更新 周期, 并且中继站将自己的系统消息修改周期设置为与基站系统消息更新周 期一致, 如图 12所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 901、 中继站接收包括基站系统消息修改周期的消息, 如 SI消息或 RRC消息, 并从上述消息中获取基站系统消息修改周期。 并且上述的基站系 统消息修改周期的消息可以是初始的, 也可以是更新的。 也就是说可以适用 于是中继站初次获得基站系统消息修改周期的情况或者是获得更新的基站系 统消息修改周期情况。
以 RRC专用消息为例, 对于 RRC专有消息的情况, 中继站在中继站系 统消息修改周期后的第 N个周期收到基站的专用 RRC消息,消息中包含基站 的系统消息修改周期。
步骤 902、 中继站将自己的系统信息修改周期调整为与基站一致; a、 具体的对于 RRC 专有消息的情况, 在中继站接收包括基站系统消息 修改周期的消息的当前中继站系统消息修改周期的下 X个周期 (如 X=l , 2, 3... ... ), 此处以 X=l 为例继续描述。 即第 (N+1 )周期时, 中继站发送消息 给自己的用户设备, 通知用户设备自己的系统消息修改周期需要更新, 具体 的本步骤中可以通过 Paging消息或者是系统消息 SIB1通知用户设备,例如中 继站广播一个 Paging消息给其下属终端, 用于通知告诉终端系统消息将有更 新, 但是哪个系统消息更新了 paging消息中没有指明, 终端收到 paging消息 时刻起的下一个修改周期内接收新的系统消息; 或者是中继站通过广播 SIB1 消息来通知终端有系统消息要更新,该 SIB1消息中包含了一项参数 value tag: systemlnfoValueTag, 用于指示系统信息是否更改。 另外对于基站更新其系统修改周期的情况, 额外地, 同时基站也发送广 播系统消息给自己的用户设备, 通知用户设备系统消息更新周期需要更新; b、 在中继站发送消息给自己的用户设备的下一个中继站系统消息修改周 期,具体的本步骤中可以通过 Paging消息或者是系统消息 SIB1通知用户设备, 即第 N+2周期 (此处以 x=l为例, 因此为 N+2。 常规地为 N+x+1 ), 中继站 发送广播系统消息给自己的用户设备, 通知用户设备自己的系统消息更新, 其中该系统消息更新的内容包括新中继站系统消息修改周期。
另外对于基站更新其系统修改周期的情况, 额外地基站也发送广播系统 消息给自己的终端, 通知终端自己的系统消息更新, 其中该系统消息更新的 内容包括新的基站系统消息修改周期。
步骤 903、 中继站获得 Un子帧配置信息, 基站与中继站同步执行 Un子 帧配置。 具体细节步骤可以参考实施例图 1 , 或者图 2, 或者图 3 , 或者图 4, 或者图 5。 特别地, 关于基站与中继站同步执行 Un子帧配置过程也可以参见 图 8所示实施例中的步骤 503。
还有一种 RN是在同一个修改周期内获得 Un子帧配置信息和基站系统 消息修改周期信息的情况:
步骤 903a、 中继站接收包括基站系统消息修改周期信息的消息, 如 SI消 息或 RRC消息, 并从上述消息中获取基站系统消息修改周期。
在接收到基站系统消息修改周期信息的当前周期(第 N周期), 中继站也 接收到了 Un子帧配置信息。
有关于中继站如何获得 Un子帧配置信息可以参考其他实施例的内容,如 实施例图 1 , 2, 3 , 4, 8, 9, 10, 11等等。
步骤 903b、 中继站将自己的系统信息修改周期调整为与基站一致, 以及 与基站同步执行 Un子帧配置;
a、 在第 N周期的下 X个周期(如 X=l , 2, 3... ... ), 此处以 X=l为例继 续描述。 即第 (N+1 )周期时, 中继站发送消息给自己的用户设备, 通知用户 设备自己的系统消息修改周期需要更新, 具体的本步骤中可以通过 Paging消 息或者是系统消息 SIB1通知用户设备。
另外对于基站更新其系统修改周期的情况, 额外地, 同时基站也发送广 播系统消息给自己的用户设备, 通知用户设备系统消息更新周期需要更新; b、 在第 N+2周期 (此处以 x=l为例, 因此为 N+2。 常规地为 N+x+1 ), 中继站发送广播系统消息给自己的用户设备, 通知用户设备自己的系统消息 更新, 其中该系统消息更新的内容包括新中继站系统消息修改周期 , 还可以 包括新 MBSFN子帧配置 (Un子帧配置更新也就影响了 Uu接口 MBSFN子 帧配置, 因此对于中继站终端而言, 是新 MBSFN子帧配置)。
另外对于基站更新其系统修改周期的情况, 额外地基站也发送广播系统 消息给自己的终端, 通知终端自己的系统消息更新, 其中该系统消息更新的 内容包括新的基站系统消息修改周期。
由此可见只要是影响了 Un接口配置和 Uu接口配置的配置信息, 如 Un 子帧或者系统消息修改周期配置信息, 那么都可以使用本发明的实施例。 在 此不再过多列举。 本发明实施例多以 Un子帧配置信息为例说明问题。但是不 仅仅限于 Un子帧配置信息的情况。
本实施例中, 将中继站系统消息修改周期调整为和基站系统消息修改周 期一致, 可以是基站和中继站的系统消息修改周期相同, 还可以是两个周期 存在倍数关系, 如基站系统消息修改周期是中继站的 y倍或者中继站系统消 息修改周期是基站的 y倍, y可以是整数也可以是小数, 如 y=l , 2 , 3... ... , y=0.5 , 1.5等,例如:基站的修改周期是 1000ms,中继站 1的修改周期是 500ms。
另外中继站网络中一个基站下面存在多个中继站, 那么多个中继站的系 统消息修改周期可以保持和基站的一致: 具体地, 可以是多个中继站的系统 消息修改周期和基站的相同。 或者, RNs 与基站的修改周期是默认一个倍数 关系,如基站修改周期是 1000ms,而 RNs是 250ms; 或者基站给出一个倍数,如 基站修改周期的 x=0.5倍为 RNs的修改周期,该 X可以灵活调整,基站能够给 RN(s)提供这个倍数信息 (例如基站在 RN(s)接入过程时提供这个倍数关系, 或者基站能够重配置和调整这个 X倍数, 由此能够通知给 RN ( s ) )。
另外中继站网络中一个基站下面存在多个中继站, 那么多个中继站的系 统消息修改周期不一致的情况: 多个中继站的系统消息修改周期不相同, 或 者多个中继站的系统消息修改周期不相同, 但是彼此之间存在倍数的关系。 例如: 基站的修改周期是 1000ms, 中继站 1的修改周期是 5000ms, 而 RN2 的修改周期是 250ms。 图 13为本发明第六具体实施例的流程示意图, 本实施 例中是由中继站和基站协商基站系统消息更新周期, 达成一致, 并在发生改 变时也会相互通知保持一致, 如图 13所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 1001、 中继站和基站协商系统消息修改周期。 例如在第 N-1周期, 中继站和基站协商确定系统消息修改周期, 即基站系统消息修改周期和中继 站系统消息修改周期, 并使二者一致;
步骤 1002、 中继站和基站调整系统信息修改周期。 具体的可以包括: a、 在第 N周期时, 中继站发送广播系统消息给自己的用户设备, 通知用 户设备自己的系统消息要更新。
另外对于基站更新其系统修改周期的情况, 基站同时发送广播系统消息 给自己的用户设备, 通知用户设备自己的系统消息要更新。
b、 在第 N+1周期, 中继站发送广播系统消息给自己的用户设备, 通知用 户设备自己的系统消息更新, 其中该系统消息更新的内容包括新的中继站系 统消息修改周期。
另外对于基站更新其系统修改周期的情况, 基站同时发送广播系统消息 给自己的用户设备, 通知用户设备自己的系统消息更新, 其中该系统消息更 新的内容包括新的基站系统消息修改周期。
步骤 1003、 中继站获得 Un子帧重配置, 基站与中继站同步执行 Un子 帧重配置。 具体细节步骤可以参考实施例图 1 , 或者图 2, 或者图 3 , 或者图 4, 或者图 5。 特别地, 关于基站与中继站同步执行 Un子帧配置过程也可以 参见图 8所示实施例中的步骤 503。
本发明实施例内容主要以 Un子帧配置信息为例, 来说明为了达到 Un口 和 Uu口同时执行这个配置, 提出了解决的方案。 但是该解决方案不仅仅限于 Un子帧配置信息, 还可以是其它配置, 只要是需要 Un口和 Uu口同时执行 这个配置, 那么都可以利用到本发明的解决方案。 上述需要 Un口和 Uu口同 时执行的配置, 还可以是中继站的系统消息修改周期, 还可以是其它。
图 14 为本发明第七具体实施例的流程示意图, 本实施例中是由中继站 Un子帧重配置完成消息中携带配置执行时间, 如图 14所示, 包括如下步骤: 步骤 1101、 基站给中继站发送包括 Un子帧重配置信息的消息, 该消息 可以是 RRC重配消息, 并在上述的 Un子帧重配置信息中携带某个指示或者 是特定的 IE, 以使得中继站能够判断出是一个同步的重配过程, 即配置信息 中的新配置不会立刻生效;
步骤 1102、 中继站在接收到上述的消息后, 由于携带了指示信息, 因此 新配置不会立即生效, 但中继站会回复配置完成消息给基站, 并在上述消息 中携带新配置的执行时间, 即在下一个或者是下二个系统消息修改周期的边 界执行 (中继站 BCCH的下一个或下两个的修改周期的起始端); 同时中继站 也会根据当前系统消息修改周期所剩余的时间长度, 确定是在当前中继站系 统消息修改周期, 还是下一个中继站系统消息修改周期内通过 Paging消息通 知中继站下属的用户设备。 另外本步骤中的新配置的执行时间可以通过 SFN (系统帧号 system frame number ), 或者是其他的整数型类型来表示, 也可以 是相对时间或决定时间的方式来表示;
步骤 1103、 在到达上述的执行时间后, 即在下一个或者是下第二个系统 消息修改周期的起始端, UE也会在该时刻对应的 BCCH的调度周期上接收 新信息, 另外基站和中继站同步执行 Un子帧重配置。
本发明具体实施例中, 针对具有多个中继站 (RNs)的情况, 如果基站知道 RNs的系统消息修改周期时, 具体包括如下的情况:
1 )各个 RNs的修改周期一致(修改周期相同 ), 可以通过隐式方式执行 Un子帧配置, 即 RNs获得 Un子帧配置信息, RN在收到该信息的下第 X个 或者下第 (X+1)个修改周期, 执行 Un subframe配置, 如实施例图 8, 9, 10, 11所示的实施例;或者通过显示方式执行 Un子帧配置,如图 14和图 7所示的 实施例。
2 ) RNs 的修改周期不一致(修改周期不相同): 也可以通过显示方式, 如图 7和图 14所示的实施例。
如果基站不需知道 RN的修改周期时, 具体包括如下的情况:
1 ) RNs的修改周期一致(修改周期相同):
可以通过隐式方式执行 Un子帧配置,即 RNs 可以获得基站的修改周期, 当基站发送 RRC消息给 RN ( s ), RN在 (N+X)/(N+X+1)执行 Un subframe重 配置, 如图实施例 12、 13所示的实施例, 对于这种方式, 此时 RNs可以和基 站的修改周期保持一致, 此时 RNS与基站的修改周期相同;或
RNs 与基站的修改周期是默认一个倍数关系,如基站修改周期是 1000ms, 而 RNs是 250ms;或基站给出一个倍数,如基站的 x=0.5倍为 RNs的修改周期, 该 X可以灵活调整,基站能够给 RN提供这个倍数信息。
也可以通过显示方式执行 Un子帧配置,即 RNs 各自反馈一个执行时间, 基站再由此反馈一个共同的激活时间; RNs 各自反馈一个执行时间, 各自依 据该执行时间执行配置, 具体可参见图 7和图 14所示的实施例。
2 ) RNs的修改周期不一致(可以适用于单个 RN与基站的同步执行, 即 不同的 RN其 Un子帧配置不同), 可以通过隐式方式执行 Un子帧配置, 即 RNs可以获得基站的修改周期,而且 R N s不需要与基站的修改周期是有倍数 关系的,因为 Un子帧在基站侧, 基站不需要进行系统更新, 所以基站执行 U n子帧配置不需要考虑基站的修改周期。也可以通过显示方式执行 Un子帧配 置, 如图 14 和图 7 , 可适用于单个 RN与基站的同步执行; 但是不仅仅限于上述所举情况。
总之, 本发明上述实施例以一个中继站的情况为例说明了实施方案, 当 然本发明提供的方法也适用于多个中继站的情况, 在此不过多列举。
本发明实施例还提供一种接口间配置处理方法, 图 15为本发明接口间配 置处理方法实施例的流程示意图, 如图 15所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 1201、 接收包括接口间配置信息的消息, 所述接口间配置信息为影 响 Uu口和 Un口配置的配置信息;
步骤 1202、 在接收到包括接口间配置信息的消息的第 N个中继站系统消 息修改周期, 向用户设备发送接口间配置更新指示消息, N为正整数;
步骤 1203、 在发送所述接口间配置配置更新指示消息的下一个中继站系 统消息修改周期执行与基站同步的接口间配置。
本发明上述实施例提供的接口间配置处理方法, 具体的可以是针对影响 Un和 Uu口之间信息配置的方法, 具体可参见本发明对系统消息修改周期和 Un子帧进行配置配置的各个实施例,
另外还有一种在基站和中继站之间异步配置的技术方案, 如图 16所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 1301、基站给中继站发送 RRC重配置消息, 在该消息中包括了中继 子帧重配置信息;
步骤 1302、 中继站在接收到上述的 RRC重配置消息后立刻生效, 进行 Un子帧重配置。 同时可回复 RRC重配完成消息。 同时, 中继站可根据目前 修改周期的所剩余的时间长度, 决定是在本修改周期还是下一个修改周期内 通过 paging通知中继站下的终端系统消息的改变。 本步骤中在 Uu口新配置 未生效时, 基站和中继站需要根据旧配置的情况, 分别协调对中继站和用户 设备的调度来过渡, 即 Un口只在新、 旧配置的补集的交集子帧对中继站进行 调度; 如老配置中 Un的子帧是(7 , 6 , 8 ), 新配置是(3 , 6 , 8 , 1 ), 则在 过渡期, 只有 (0 , 2 , 4 , 5 , 9 )用于 Uu的子帧 subframe的调度。
本实施例提供实现 Un子帧配置的方法, 可减少 Un子帧配置在 Un接口 上执行的时延。
本发明实施例中, 以中继站接收到 Un子帧配置信息为时间点(例如实施 例中, 中继站接收到 Un子帧配置信息的当前周期的下第 X个周期或者下第 ( X+1 )个周期与基站同步执行 Un子帧配置等等)详细说明中继站和基站同 步执行 Un子帧配置过程和执行时间。 当然也可以某一个激活消息为时间点, 该消息不一定包含 Un子帧配置, 也就是说不一定以获得包含 Un子帧配置信 息消息为时间点来预先配置同步执行的时间。 例如以中继站发送或者接收到 某个一个消息 (如 RRC消息 )为激活 Un配置时间点 (例如中继站发送或者 接收该消息的当前周期的下第 X个周期或者下第 (X+1 )个周期与基站同步 执行 Un子帧配置等等)。
图 23为本发明提供的 Un子帧配置处理方法的另一个实施例的流程示意 图, 包括:
步骤 1401 : 基站向中继站发送包括中继子帧重配置信息的无线资源控制
RRC重配置消息。
步骤 1402 : 中继站收到所述无线资源控制 RRC重配置消息后, 立即进行 Un子帧重配置。
步骤 1403 : 中继站根据旧配置, 对用户设备进行调度。
步骤 1404: 中继站向所述基站回复 RRC重配置完成消息。 在本实施例中 , 中继站还可通过寻呼 paging消息将系统消息的改变通知 该中继站下的用户设备。
可选地, 其中, 步骤 1402中, 中继站收到所述无线资源控制 RRC重配 置消息后立即进行 Un子帧重配置, 是在 Uu口新配置未生效时(生效前), 立即进行 Un子帧重配置。 步骤 1403中, 中继站根据旧配置, 对用户设备进 行调度指, 是在 Uu口新配置未生效时(生效前 )根据旧配置对用户设备进行 调度。
需要说明的是, 上述与图 23对应的实施例仅仅是一个示例, 用于方便本 领域技术人员理解, 实际应用中, 各步骤间的顺序可进行适当的调整。 例如, 步骤 1404可在步骤 1402之前执行, 也即是可以先由中继站回复 RRC重配置 完成消息再进行 Un子帧的配置。 或者, 步骤 1403与 1404间的顺序也可进行 适当调整, 但这样的适应性调整并不脱离本发明的精神与实质。
与上述方法相应地, 图 24为本发明的另一个中继站的实施例的结构示意 图, 包括:
接收模块 51 , 用于接收基站发送的无线资源控制 RRC重配置消息, 在该
RRC重配置消息中包括中继子帧重配置信息;
配置模块 52 , 用于在所述接收模块接收到所述 RRC重配置消息后, 立刻 生效, 进行 Un子帧重配置。
进一步地, 该中继站还可包括: 调度模块 53 , 用于向所述基站回复 RRC 重配置完成消息。
上述中继站通过执行所述 Un子帧配置方法实现 Un子帧的配置。
图 25为本发明提供的一种对基站天线端口进行配置处理的方法的实施例 的流程示意图, 包括:
步骤 2501 : 中继站接收基站发送的无线资源控制 RRC信令, 在该 RRC 信令中包括基站的传输天线端口数信息;
步骤 2502: 所述中继站在接收到所述 RRC信令后, 立即根据该基站的传 输天线端口数信息进行基站的传输天线端口数的配置更新。
可选地, 中继站可向所述基站回复 RRC重配置完成消息, 指示中继站完 成配置过程。
在一种实现方式中, 基站发送给中继站的 RRC重配置消息可包括中继子 帧重配置信息和基站的传输天线端口数信息, 使得中继站在接收到所述 RRC 重配置消息后, 立即执行进行 Un子帧重配置, 具体 Un子帧重配置过程可参 见之前的介绍。 此外, 中继站能够进一步根据该 RRC重配置消息中携带的传 输天线端口数信息执行对基站的传输天线端口数的配置更新, 即通过同一 RRC重配置消息, 既实现 Un子帧重配置, 又完成基站的传输天线端口数配 置更新, 节省信令开销, 而且中继站可在接收到所述 RRC重配置消息后立即 执行配置操作, 减少配置的延时。
图 26为本发明提供的利用 RRC重配置消息进行配置处理的方法的另一 个实施例的流程示意图, 包括:
步骤 2601 : 基站向中继站发送包括中继子帧重配置信息的无线资源控制
RRC 重配置消息, 在该消息中还包括了基站的传输天线端口数(Number of transmit antenna ports at eNodeB/DeNB或者 Number of transmit antenna ports used by eNodeB/DeNB ) 的信息, 用于通知中继站该基站的传输天线数目。
所述数目可为 1根, 2根还是 4根, 或者是更多。 进一步地, 可以利用比 特位来表示基站的传输天线端口数。 例如以 2个比特为例, 01表示基站的传 输天线个数是 1根天线, 10表示基站的传输天线个数是 2根天线, 11表示基 站的传输天线个数 4根天线, 如下表 1所示。

步骤 2602: 中继站在收到所述无线资源控制 RRC重配置消息后, 立即进 行 Un子帧重配置,并立即根据该基站的传输天线端口数信息进行基站传输天 线端口数的配置更新。
步骤 2603 : 中继站向所述基站回复 RRC重配置完成消息。 该步骤为可选 步骤。 本实施例提供了一种实现中继站获得基站的传输天线端口数的方法。 在 现有技术中, 终端获取基站的传输天线端口数的过程包括: 终端在接收物理 广播信道( hysical broadcast channel, PBCH )的 MIB( Master Information Block, 主信息块), 通过检测获得该 MIB中所使用的 CRC mask ( cyclic redundancy check mask, 循环冗余校验掩码), 从而隐性地获得基站所使用的传输天线端 口数。 具体地, 现有技术中提供 3种 CRC mask, 用于表示 3种不同天线的端 口数。 例如如果终端检测到该 CRC使用的是第一种 CRC mask, 那么代表了 基站所使用的传输天线端口数是 1; 如果终端检测到该 CRC使用的是第二种 CRC mask, 代表了基站所使用的传输天线端口数是 2; 如果是第三种 CRC mask, 那么代表了基站所使用的传输天线端口数是 4。
而在中继网络中, 中继站在作为一个站点为其下面的终端提供服务时, 中继站不可能接收到基站发送的系统消息(如 MIB ), 因此基站的更新信息通 过特定的消息来通知中继站。 因此基站可以通过 RRC消息来通知中继站该基 站使用的传输天线端口数的更新。
图 27为本发明的另一个中继站的实施例的结构示意图, 本实施例中继站 与图 24中的中继站类似地, 包括接收模块 71、 第一配置模块 72和调度模块 73 , 这 3个模块分别具有图 24中的接收模块 51、 配置模块 52和调度模块 53 的功能, 但与图 24的区别在于, 本实施例中接收模块 71接收到的 RRC重配 置消息中还包括基站的传输天线端口数信息, 并且中继站进一步包括: 第二 配置模块 74, 用于在收到该 RRC重配置消息后, 立即根据所述基站的传输天 线端口数信息进行基站传输天线端口数的配置更新。
与本发明上述 Un子帧重配置处理方法实施例对应的,本发明还提供了相 应的基站和中继站, 图 17为本发明基站实施例的结构示意图, 如图 17所示, 上述的基站包括获取模块 11和配置模块 12, 其中获取模块 11用于获取中继 站系统消息修改周期信息; 配置模块 12用于根据所述中继站系统消息修改周 期信息的指示, 执行与中继站同步的 Un子帧配置。
本发明上述实施例中提供的基站, 通过获取中继站系统消息修改周期信 息, 并使得基站根据上述获取的中继站系统消息修改周期与中继站同步执行 Un子帧配置, 不仅实现了基站与中继站之间在 Un子帧配置处理上的同步, 也能够进一步的提高通信质量。 如图 18 所示, 在具体的实施例中, 本发明上述实施例中的获取模块 11 可以具体的包括第一配置单元 111或第一接收单元 112,其中上述的第一配置 单元 111用于为中继站配置中继站系统消息修改周期信息; 第一接收单元 112 用于接收 OAM/ 0&M为中继站配置的中继站系统消息修改周期信息,即上述 的实施例分别对应由基站配置中继站系统消息^ ί'爹改周期和由 ΟΑΜ/0&Μ配置 中继站系统消息修改周期信息两种情况。 但上述的两种情况下, 都属于基站 早于中继站获取到中继站系统消息修改周期信息的情形, 因此在基站还需要 包括第一发送模块 13 ,该第一发送模块 13用于向中继站发送包括所述中继站 系统消息修改周期信息的消息。
在本发明的具体实施过程中, 还可以是由基站和中继站协商确定中继站 系统消息修改周期信息,即基站的获取模块 11进一步包括第二接收单元 113 , 该单元用于接收中继站发送的包括新中继站系统消息修改周期信息的消息, 所述新中继站系统消息修改周期由中继站根据中继站下属用户设备数目或业 务量信息确定。

与上述的中继站实施例对应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种中继站, 图 20为本发明中继站实施例一的结构示意图, 如图 20所示, 该中继站包括获取 模块 21和配置模块 22,其中获取模块 21用于获取中继站系统消息修改周期, 所述中继站系统消息修改周期信息由基站配置生成、 OAM/0&M配置生成或 中继站配置生成; 另外在所述中继站系统消息修改周期信息由中继站配置生 成时或由 OAM/0&M配置生成后发送给中继站时, 向基站发送包括所述中继 站系统消息修改周期信息的消息; 在所述中继站系统消息修改周期信息由基 站配置生成或由 OAM/0&M配置生成后发送给基站时, 接收基站发送的包括 中继站系统消息修改周期信息的消息; 配置模块 22用于接收包括 Un子帧配 置信息的消息, 并根据所述中继站系统消息修改周期信息的指示, 执行与基 站同步的 Un子帧配置。
本实施例中是通过基站配置生成中继站系统消息修改周期信息, 或者是 中继站配置生成上述的中继站系统消息修改周期信息后, 将其发送给基站, 或者是 OAM/0&M 通知给中继站, 中继站将其发送给基站, 或者是 OAM/0&M通知给基站, 基站将其发送给中继站等情况, 都能够使基站和中 继站根据中继站系统消息修改周期预设执行 Un子帧配置的时间,或者是接收 中继站指示的在某个中继站系统消息修改周期进行 Un子帧配置的消息,从而 使得中继站接收基站发送的 Un子帧配置信息后, 与基站同步执行 Un子帧配 置。
本发明上述实施例中是由基站将中继站系统消息修改周期信息发送给中 继站, 或者是由中继站将中继站系统消息修改周期信息发送给基站, 两个网 元默认执行即可, 另外还可以包括协商的过程, 即上述的中继站将中继站系 统消息修改周期信息发送给基站后, 进一步的中继站的获取模块还用于接收 基站发送的携带有新中继站系统消息修改周期信息的消息, 所述新中继站系 统消息修改周期信息由基站在接收到携带有中继站系统消息修改周期信息的 消息后, 根据中继站所属用户设备的数目和 /或业务量信息确定。
或者是在获取模块还用于在接收到中继站系统消息修改周期信息的消息 后, 根据中继站所属用户设备的数目和 /或业务量信息确定新中继站系统消息 修改周期信息, 并将所述新中继站系统消息修改周期信息发送给基站。
在图 20所示的实施例的基础上, 上述的配置模块 22可以具体的包括第 一配置单元 221或第二配置单元 222,其中第一配置单元 221用于在接收到包 括 Un子帧配置信息的消息的第 N个中继站系统消息修改周期, 向用户设备 发送 Un子帧配置更新指示消息, N为正整数; 在发送所述 Un子帧配置更新 指示消息的下一个中继站系统消息修改周期内执行与基站同步的 Un 子帧配 置。

本发明上述实施例中, 中继站通过将其系统消息修改周期配置为与基站 系统消息修改周期一致, 从而使得在基站侧和中继站侧都能够根据中继站系 统消息修改周期(也即基站系统消息修改周期)预设执行 Un子帧配置的时间, 或者是接收中继站指示的在某个中继站系统消息修改周期 (也即基站系统消 息修改周期)进行 Un子帧配置消息, 从而使得中继站接收基站发送的 Un子 帧配置信息后, 能够与基站同步执行 Un子帧配置。
在图 21所示实施例的基础上, 其中的配置模块 34可以进一步包括第一 配置单元、 第二配置单元或第三配置单元, 其中第一配置单元用于在接收基 站发送的包括 Un 子帧配置信息的消息后的下一个中继站系统消息修改周期 执行 Un子帧配置时, 接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息; 并在接收到发送包 括 Un子帧配置信息的消息的当前中继站系统消息修改周期,向用户设备发送 Un子帧配置更新指示消息; 以及在下一个中继站系统消息修改周期执行与基 站同步的 Un子帧配置;

本发明实施例还提供了另一种中继站实施例, 在该实施例中, 通过中继 站在接收到 Un 子帧配置信息后, 向基站发送包括配置执行时间信息的消息 后, 以使得中继站和基站能够同步执行 Un子帧配置。 图 22为本发明中继站 实施例三的结构示意图, 如图 22所示, 该中继站包括接收模块 41、 第一发送 模块 42和配置执行模块 43 , 其中接收模块 41用于接收包括 Un子帧配置信 息的消息; 第一发送模块 42用于向基站发送包括配置执行时间信息的消息, 所述包括配置执行时间信息的消息用于指示基站进行 Un子帧配置;配置执行 模块 43用于根据所述配置执行时间信息执行与基站同步的 Un子帧配置。 本发明上述实施例中, 通过中继站向基站发送包括配置执行时间信息的 指示消息, 可以携带在现有的一个消息中, RN沿用现有流程中的某个步骤和 消息, 通过中继站给基站发送该消息, 携带了包括配置执行时间信息的指示 消息, 当然上述指示消息也可以是新消息。 本实施例提供的上述基站, 能够 执行图 7以及图 14所示的实施例。
本发明实施例还提供了一种通信系统, 该通信系统包括图 17-图 19所示 的基站以及图 20所示的中继站, 在该通信系统中, 通过在基站和中继站间相 互知中继站系统消息修改周期的方式, 相互告知中继站系统消息修改周期, 以使中继站和基站根据上述的系统消息修改周期进行协调, 达到同步执行 Un 子帧配置。
本发明实施例提供的通信系统, 还可以是包括上述图 21实施例所示的中 继站的通信系统。 通过将基站和中继站的系统消息修改周期配置为与基站系 统消息修改周期一致, 从而使得在基站侧和中继站侧都能够根据中继站系统 消息修改周期 (也即基站系统消息修改周期)预设执行 Un子帧配置的时间, 或者是接收中继站指示的在某个中继站系统消息修改周期 (也即基站系统消 息修改周期)进行 Un子帧配置消息, 从而使得中继站接收基站发送的 Un子 帧配置信息后, 能够与基站同步执行 Un子帧配置。
本发明实施例提供的通信系统, 还可以是包括上述图 22实施例所示的中 继站的通信系统。 通过中继站向基站发送包括配置执行时间信息的指示消息, 实现基站与中继站之间的同步 Un子帧配置。 可以携带在现有的一个消息中, RN沿用现有流程中的某个步骤和消息, 通过中继站给基站发送该消息, 携带 了包括配置执行时间信息的指示消息, 当然上述指示消息也可以是新消息。

第一发送模块, 用于在接收模块接收包括基站系统消息修改周期信息的 消息的当前或下一个中继站系统消息修改周期向用户设备发送包括中继站系 统消息更新指示的消息;
第二发送模块, 用于在发送包括中继站系统消更新指示的消息后的下一 个中继站系统消息修改周期向用户设备发送包括调整后的中继站系统消息修 改周期的消息, 所述调整后的中继站系统消息修改周期与基站系统消息修改 周期一致; 配置模块, 用于在接收到包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息后, 执行与基站同 步的 Un子帧配置。
38、 一种中继站, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收包括 Un子帧配置信息的消息;
第一发送模块, 用于向基站发送包括配置执行时间信息的消息, 所述包 括配置执行时间信息的消息用于指示基站进行 Un子帧配置;
配置执行模块,用于根据所述配置执行时间信息执行与基站同步的 Un子 帧配置。
