图 1为本发明个人网络元素注册方法第一实施例的流程图,如图 1所示, 该个人网络元素注册方法包括:
步骤 101、 接收用户设备发送的携带用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识 的第一注册请求;
其中, 第一注册请求可以为 IP多媒体注册请求, 也可以为第三方注册请 求, 该个人网络元素注册方法中, 在步骤 101之后, 网络设备可以从 IP多媒 体请求中获取个人网络元素标识和用户设备标识, 具体可以包括以下请求: 情况一、 若所述第一注册请求为 IP多媒体注册请求, 则从所述 IP多媒 体注册请求的相关转向 (Referred-by ) 头域中获取所述个人网络元素标识, 从所述 IP多媒体注册请求的联系 (Contact ) 头域中获取用户设备标识; 情况二、 若所述第一注册请求为第三方注册请求, 则从所述第三方注册 请求的目的头域中获取所述个人网络元素标识, 从所述第三方注册请求的联 系头域中获取所述用户设备标识。
此外, 第一注册请求中还可以包括用户设备的 IP地址, 例如: 可以将用 户设备的 IP地址设置在 IP多媒体注册请求或第三方注册请求的联系头域。
步骤 102、 向个人网络管理应用服务器发送携带所述用户设备标识和个 人网络元素标识的第二注册请求, 指示所述个人网络管理应用服务器将个人 网络元素注册到个人区域网络中。 在具体实施例中, 第二注册请求可以是第 三方注册请求, 当然不限于此。
如果网络设备接收到的用户设备发送的第一注册请求中包括用户设备的
IP地址, 可以将用户设备的 IP地址与用户设备标识绑定并保存在网络设备 中, 然后网络设备在向个人网络管理应用服务器发送的第二注册请求中可以 不包括用户设备的 IP地址,但在第二注册请求的源头域中可以包括网络设备 标识或在第二注册请求的联系头域中设置网络设备的 IP地址,该第二注册请 求可以为一个第三方注册请求。
个人网络管理应用服务器接收到网络设备发送的携带用户设备标识和个 人网络元素标识的第三方注册请求后, 可以根据用户设备标识和个人网络元 素标识将个人网络元素注册到个人区域网络中。
本实施例可以将用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识发送给个人网络管理 应用服务器, 以使个人网络管理应用服务器可以将个人网络元素注册到个人 区域网络中。 个人网络管理应用服务器将个人网络元素注册到个人区域网络 中后, 能够根据个人网络元素标识对个人网络元素进行业务配置, 使得用户 能够充分利用具有不同能力的用户设备或个人网络元素, 提升业务体验。
图 2为本发明个人网络元素注册方法第二实施例的流程图,如图 2所示, 该个人网络元素注册方法包括:
步骤 201、 接收网络设备发送的携带用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识 的注册请求; 在具体实施例中, 此注册请求可以是第三方注册请求, 当然不 限于此。
个人网络管理应用服务器接收到网络设备发送的携带用户设备标识和个 人网络元素标识的注册请求后, 可以从注册请求中获取用户设备标识和个人 网络元素标识, 具体可以包括以下情况:
情况一、 从所述注册请求的相关转向头域获取所述个人网络元素标识, 从所述注册请求消息体中的联系头域获取所述用户设备标识;
如果网络设备接收到用户设备发送的注册请求为 IP多媒体注册请求,则 可以从该 IP多媒体注册请求的相关转向头域获取个人网络元素标识,从联系 头域获取用户设备标识和 IP地址。然后网络设备向个人网络管理应用服务器 发送的注册请求, 该注册请求可以为第三方注册请求, 该第三方注册请求中 可以包括携带个人网络元素标识的相关转向头域, 以及携带用户设备标识的 联系头域, 该第三方注册请求的源头域中还可以携带网络设备标识或联系头 域携带网络设备的 IP地址。个人网络管理应用服务器接收到该第三方注册请 求后, 可以从第三方注册请求的相关转向头域获取个人网络元素标识, 从消 息中的联系头域获取用户设备标识。
情况二、 从所述注册请求的目的头域获取所述个人网络元素标识, 从所 述注册请求的联系头域获取所述用户设备标识。
如果网络设备接收到用户设备发送的注册请求为第三方注册请求, 可以 从该第三方注册请求的目的头域中获取个人网络元素标识, 从联系头域中获 取用户设备标识和 IP地址。 然后, 网络设备向个人网络管理应用服务器发送 的注册请求, 该注册请求可以为第三方注册请求, 该第三方注册请求中可以 包括携带个人网络元素标识的目的头域,以及携带用户设备标识的联系头域。 个人网络管理应用服务器接收到该第三方注册请求后, 可以从第三方注册请 求的目的头域获取个人网络元素标识, 从消息体中的联系头域获取用户设备 标识。 步骤 202、 根据所述用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识, 将个人网络元 素注册到个人区域网络中。
个人网络管理应用服务器从第三方注册请求中获取用户设备标识和个人 网络元素标识后, 可以根据用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识, 将个人网络 元素注册到个人区域网络中, 具体方法包括:
建立所述用户设备标识与个人网络元素标识的关联关系;
将所述用户设备标识与个人网络元素标识的关联关系保存在个人网络管 理应用服务器。
本实施例个人网络管理应用服务器可以根据从网络设备接收到的用户设 备标识和个人网络元素标识, 将个人网络元素注册到个人区域网络中, 使个 人网络管理应用服务器能够根据个人网络元素标识对个人网络元素进行业务 配置, 使得用户能够充分利用具有不同能力的用户设备或个人网络元素, 提 升业务体验。
图 3为本发明个人网络元素注册方法第三实施例的信令流程图, 如图 3 所示, 在该实施例中, 假设第一注册请求为 IP 多媒体 ( IP Multimedia Subsystem; 简称: IMS) 注册请求, 第二注册请求为第三方注册请求, 该个 人网络元素注册方法具体可以包括:
步骤 301、 个人网络元素 (PNE)通过与用户设备 (UE) 间的私有接口例 如: 蓝牙、 红外等向 UE发送注册(Register )请求, 该注册请求中可以包括 PNE标识; 其中 PNE可以为与 UE有交互的 TE或 ME。

其中, 第一获取模块 55 , 用于若所述第一注册请求为 IP多媒体注册请 求,则从所述 IP多媒体注册请求的相关转向头域中获取所述个人网络元素标 识, 从所述 IP多媒体注册请求的目的头域中获取所述用户设备标识;
第二获取模块 57 , 用于若所述第一注册请求为第三方注册请求, 则从所 述第三方注册请求的目的头域中获取所述个人网络元素标识, 从所述第三方 注册请求的联系头域中获取所述用户设备标识。
本实施例网络设备的第一接收模块接收到用户设备发送的第一注册请求 后, 第一发送模块可以将其中的用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识通过第二 注册请求发送给个人网络管理应用服务器, 以使个人网络管理应用服务器可 以将个人网络元素注册到个人区域网络中, 从而使个人网络管理应用服务器 能够根据个人网络元素标识对个人网络元素进行业务配置, 使得用户能够充 分利用具有不同能力的用户设备或个人网络元素, 提升业务体验。 图 6为本发明应用服务器实施例的结构示意图, 如图 6所示, 该应用服 务器包括: 第二接收模块 61和注册模块 63。
其中, 第二接收模块 61 , 用于接收网络设备发送的携带用户设备标识和 个人网络元素标识的注册请求;

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的个人网络元素注册方法, 其特征在于, 所述方 法还包括:
若所述第一注册请求为 IP多媒体注册请求, 则从所述 IP多媒体注册请 求的相关转向头域中获取所述个人网络元素标识,从所述 IP多媒体注册请求 的联系头域中获取所述用户设备标识; 或
若所述第一注册请求为第三方注册请求, 则从所述第三方注册请求的目 的头域中获取所述个人网络元素标识, 从所述第三方注册请求的联系头域中 获取所述用户设备标识。
3、 一种个人网络元素注册方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收网络设备发送的携带用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识的注册请 求;
根据所述用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识, 将个人网络元素注册到个 人区域网络中。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的个人网络元素注册方法, 其特征在于, 所述根 据所述用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识, 将所述个人网络元素注册到个人 区域网络中, 包括:
建立所述用户设备标识与个人网络元素标识的关联关系;
将所述用户设备标识与个人网络元素标识的关联关系保存在个人网络管 理应用服务器。

6、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收用户设备发送的携带用户设备标识和个人网络 元素标识的第一注册请求;
第一发送模块, 用于向个人网络管理应用服务器发送携带所述用户设备 标识和个人网络元素标识的第二注册请求, 指示所述个人网络管理应用服务 器将个人网络元素注册到个人区域网络中。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的网络设备, 其特征在于, 所述第一注册请求为 IP多媒体注册请求或第三方注册请求, 所述网络设备还包括:
第一获取模块, 用于若所述第一注册请求为 IP多媒体注册请求, 则从所 述 IP多媒体注册请求的相关转向头域中获取所述个人网络元素标识,从所述 IP多媒体注册请求的联系头域中获取所述用户设备标识; 和 /或
第二获取模块, 用于若所述第一注册请求为第三方注册请求, 则从所述 第三方注册请求的目的头域中获取所述个人网络元素标识, 从所述第三方注 册请求的联系头域中获取所述用户设备标识。
8、 一种应用服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二接收模块, 用于接收网络设备发送的携带用户设备标识和个人网络 元素标识的注册请求;
注册模块, 用于根据所述用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识, 将个人网 络元素注册到个人区域网络中。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述注册模块包括: 建立子模块, 用于建立所述用户设备标识与个人网络元素标识的关联关 系;
保存子模块, 用于将所述用户设备标识与个人网络元素标识的关联关系 保存在所述应用服务器。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的应用服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第三获取模块, 用于从所述注册请求的相关转向头域获取所述个人网络 元素标识, 从所述注册请求的联系头域获取所述用户设备标识; 和 /或
第四获取模块, 用于从所述注册请求的目的头域获取所述个人网络元素 标识, 从所述注册请求的联系头域获取所述用户设备标识。
11、 一种个人网络元素注册系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备, 用于向网络设备发送携带用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识 的第一注册请求;
网络设备, 用于接收所述用户设备发送的所述第一注册请求; 向个人网 络管理应用服务器发送携带所述用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识的第二注 册请求;
个人网络管理应用服务器, 用于接收所述网络设备发送的所述第二注册 请求; 根据所述用户设备标识和个人网络元素标识, 将个人网络元素注册到 个人区域网络中。
