Description
本发明涉及一种沐浴器升降杆机构,尤其是涉及一种采用吸盘固定并能够进行位置调节以适配升降杆的升降杆机构。
传统的沐浴器升降杆机构,它包括墙座和升降杆,所述墙座通过机械方式(所述机械方式是指采用例如销钉能方式破坏墙的方式)固定在墙壁上,所述升降杆固定在墙座。由于传统升降杆机构中,墙座是采用机械方式固定在墙壁上,因此存在有如下不足:1、需要破坏墙壁,施工难度大,成本高,破坏墙壁的美观性;2、无法移动墙座,使得升降杆不能进行调节和改装。针对传统升降杆机构所存在的不足,有人提出了解决方案,如中国专利数据库公开的CN200420014590、CN200620057843、CN200620103238,所述升降杆机构包括吸盘机构和升降杆,所述吸盘机构能够通过负压方式吸附在墙壁上,所述吸盘机构包括一吸盘和一固接在吸盘的连接器,所述连接器固接在升降杆。由于吸盘机构是通过负压吸附方式固定在墙壁上,因此装配时无需破坏墙壁,克服了传统的升降杆机构所存在的不足。但是由于吸盘机构的连接器和吸盘之间是采用固定连接,因此存在有如下不足:1、装配时需要准确对齐升降杆和连接器才能进行装配;2、无法适用非直管式的升降杆。
本发明提供了沐浴器升降杆机构,其克服了背景技术中升降杆机构所存在的无法适用非直管式的升降杆的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
沐浴器升降杆机构,它包括一升降杆和一吸盘机构,所述吸盘机构,它包括:
一能够吸附在固定物上的吸盘;
一转动座,它能转动地装接在吸盘;及
一连接器,它和转动座之间构成能摆动连接关系,它设有一贯穿孔,所述贯穿孔固定套接升降杆。
一较佳实施之中:所述转动座之内装设有一连接销,所述连接销自内往外伸出并能摆动地连接在转动座前端,所述连接销固定连接器。
一较佳实施之中:所述转动座前端设置成球缺头,所述连接器后端面凹设成球缺凹槽,所述球缺凹槽和球缺头适配。
一较佳实施之中:所述球缺头中部凹设成装配槽,所述装配槽处固设有一限位环,所述限位环中间开设有一矩形通槽;所述球缺凹槽中部凸设有一限位部,所述限位部的宽度方向和限位环的矩形通槽的宽度方向适配,所述限位部的长度方向小于限位环的矩形通槽的长度方向;所述限位部适配套接于限位环。
一较佳实施之中:所述连接销后端固定连接限位部。
一较佳实施之中:所述转动座开设有一沿轴线并接通装配槽的装配孔,所述装配孔的接通装配槽的位置设置有一凸起,所述凸起的前侧面设置成球缺面;另配设一装配件,它后侧面设置成球缺;所述连接销后端穿过装配件、装配槽并锁接在限位部,并使得所述装配件的后侧面的球缺面适配装配孔的凸起的球缺面。
一较佳实施之中:所述贯穿孔的内回转面至少具有一大孔段和一连接大孔部由大变小的倾斜段;另配设一锁紧圈,它包括一螺接部和一固接螺接部的锁紧环,所述锁紧环环形陈列布置有若干沿轴线开设的缺口,所述螺接部螺接在贯穿孔的大孔段,所述锁紧环适配倾斜段。
一较佳实施之中:所述吸盘处枢设有一枢轴,所述枢轴固接转动座。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、由于转动座能够相对吸盘转动,连接器能够相对转动座摆动,也即是连接器能够相对吸盘转动和摆动,因此便于装配升降杆,能够适用非直管式升降杆,例如弧形升降杆;
2、连接销不但起到装接作用,而且还起到摆动作用,结构简单,零件少,成本低;
3、转动座的球缺头和连接器的球缺凹槽适配,保证摆动的稳定性和可靠性,便于装配;
4、限位部适配套接于限位环,则保证连接器相对转动座上下摆动;
5、连接销后端固定连接限位部,连接牢固,连接销长度短,降低用料;
6、装配件能够相对转动座作摆动,保证连接器和转动座之间的摆动连接的稳定性和少摩擦力;
7、结合锁紧环的弹性和倾斜段,则能够调节锁紧程度,便于装配,保证锁接性能。

请查阅图1至图5,沐浴器升降杆机构,它包括一吸盘机构100和一升降杆200。所述升降杆200的上端一般是固接在美式支臂上,所述升降杆200之上一般设置有一插接座,所述插接座用于供手持花洒插接,所述插接座能够上下调节地连接在升降杆200。
所述吸盘机构100,它包括一吸盘110、一枢轴120、一支撑座130、一转动座140、一销钉150、一装配件160、一限位环170和一连接器180。
请查阅图1至图5、图10,所述吸盘110能够通过负压吸附在墙壁之上,所述枢轴120一端转动装接在吸盘110,所述枢轴120轴线垂直吸盘110。所述支撑座130能转动套接在枢轴120并盖接吸盘110。
请查阅图1至图9,所述转动座140前端设置成球缺头144,所述球缺头144的中部凹设形成有一装配槽141;所述转动座140后端凹设形成有一装配孔142,所述装配孔142接通装配槽141,所述装配槽141和装配孔142沿转动座140轴线。所述装配孔142和装配槽141的接通处设置有一凸起143,所述凸起143的前侧面设置成球缺面。
所述装配件160后侧面设置成球缺面;所述销钉150后端穿过装配件160、装配槽141并伸出转动座140前端,所述销钉150前端靠接在装配件160,并使得所述装配件160的后侧面的球缺面适配装配孔142的凸起143的球缺面。
所述转动座140的装配孔142螺接固定在枢轴120,使得所述转动座140盖接在支撑座130,所述转动座140能够相对吸盘110转动,所述转动轴线垂直于吸盘110。
所述限位环170固设在装配槽,所述限位环170中间开设有一矩形通槽171。
所述连接器180后端面凹设成球缺凹槽181,所述球缺凹槽181和球缺头144适配。所述球缺凹槽181中部凸设有一限位部182,所述限位部182的宽度方向和限位环170的矩形通槽171的宽度方向适配,所述限位部182的长度方向小于限位环170的矩形通槽171的长度方向,以使得所述连接器180能够相对转动座140摆动,所述摆动角度受矩形通槽171和限位部182之间的间隙控制。
所述销钉150的后端螺接进连接器180的限位环182,使得所述连接器180的球缺凹槽181适配连接转动座140的球缺头144,使得所述限位部182适配套接于限位环170的矩形通槽171,使得所述连接器180和转动座140之间构成能摆动连接关系。
请查阅图11和图12,所述连接器180设有一贯穿孔183,所述贯穿孔183的内回转面至少具有一大孔段1831、一小孔段1833和一连接大孔部1831和小孔段1833的倾斜段1832,所述大孔段1831设置有内螺纹。另配设一锁紧圈300,它包括一螺接部310和一固接螺接部310的锁紧环320,所述锁紧环320环形陈列布置有若干沿轴线开设的缺口321,所述螺接部310螺接在贯穿孔183的大孔段1831,所述锁紧环320适配倾斜段1832。在锁接时,随着螺接的深入,所述锁紧环320受倾斜段1832作用变形变大,产生的锁紧力变大,使得所述贯穿孔固定套接升降杆。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明一种沐浴器升降杆机构,其转动座能够相对吸盘转动,连接器能够相对转动座摆动,也即是连接器能够相对吸盘转动和摆动,因此本发明便于装配升降杆,能够适用非直管式升降杆,具有良好的工业实用性。

- 沐浴器升降杆机构,它包括一升降杆和一吸盘机构,其特征在于:所述吸盘机构,它包括:一能够吸附在固定物上的吸盘;一转动座,它能转动地装接在吸盘;及一连接器,它和转动座之间构成能摆动连接关系,它设有一贯穿孔,所述贯穿孔固定套接升降杆。
- 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器升降杆机构,其特征在于:所述转动座之内装设有一连接销,所述连接销自内往外伸出并能摆动地连接在转动座前端,所述连接销固定连接器。
- 根据权利要求2所述的沐浴器升降杆机构,其特征在于:所述转动座前端设置成球缺头,所述连接器后端面凹设成球缺凹槽,所述球缺凹槽和球缺头适配。
- 根据权利要求3所述的沐浴器升降杆机构,其特征在于:所述球缺头中部凹设成装配槽,所述装配槽处固设有一限位环,所述限位环中间开设有一矩形通槽;所述球缺凹槽中部凸设有一限位部,所述限位部的宽度方向和限位环的矩形通槽的宽度方向适配,所述限位部的长度方向小于限位环的矩形通槽的长度方向;所述限位部适配套接于限位环。
- 根据权利要求4所述的沐浴器升降杆机构,其特征在于:所述连接销后端固定连接限位部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的沐浴器升降杆机构,其特征在于:所述转动座开设有一沿轴线并接通装配槽的装配孔,所述装配孔的接通装配槽的位置设置有一凸起,所述凸起的前侧面设置成球缺面;另配设一装配件,它后侧面设置成球缺;所述连接销后端穿过装配件、装配槽并锁接在限位部,并使得所述装配件的后侧面的球缺面适配装配孔的凸起的球缺面。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的沐浴器升降杆机构,其特征在于:所述贯穿孔的内回转面至少具有一大孔段和一连接大孔部由大变小的倾斜段;另配设一锁紧圈,它包括一螺接部和一固接螺接部的锁紧环,所述锁紧环环形陈列布置有若干沿轴线开设的缺口,所述螺接部螺接在贯穿孔的大孔段,所述锁紧环适配倾斜段。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的沐浴器升降杆机构,其特征在于:所述吸盘处枢设有一枢轴,所述枢轴固接转动座。
