Abstract

The present invention relates to a solar sensor device able to measure the azimuth angle and elevation angle of the sun, and the solar sensor device according to the present invention comprises: a structural body in the form of a polyhedron which consists of a flat upper surface and surfaces continuing on from the upper surface and consists of a plurality of inclined surfaces at respectively different angles of inclination from the upper surface; a plurality of solar sensors which are provided in the upper surface and the plurality of inclined surfaces of the structural body and which sense sunlight and output signals which accord with the angle of incidence of the sunlight; and a control unit which is provided inside the structural body, is electrically connected to the solar sensors, and estimates the position of the sun by selecting two or more composite signals in sequence from the highest output sensitivity, from among the plurality of solar sensors.
