Abstract

본 발명은 관성 스위치 및 그 제조방법, 관성 스위치를 이용한 자동차 에어백 센서 및 포탄의 신관을 개시한다. 본 발명의 관성 스위치는 기판, 한 쌍의 전극들, 컨테이너, 볼과 플렉시블 도어로 구성되어 있다. 기판은 표면, 제1 방향과 제1 방향에 대하여 직교하는 제2 방향을 갖는다. 한 쌍의 전극들은 기판의 표면에 전기적으로 단절되도록 제2 방향을 따라 간격을 두고 배치되어 있다. 컨테이너는 기판의 표면에 제1 방향을 따라 배치되어 있고, 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 제1 방향을 따라 형성되어 있는 채널을 갖는다. 채널은 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 벗어나 있는 제1 영역과 한 쌍의 전극들이 배치되어 있는 제2 영역을 갖는다. 볼은 제1 영역에서 제2 영역으로 채널을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 채널에 수용되어 있고, 간격에 배치될 때 한 쌍의 전극들 사이의 정전용량을 변동시킨다. 플렉시블 도어는 제1 영역에서 제2 영역으로 볼이 이동되는 것을 구속할 수 있도록 채널에 배치되어 있으며, 볼이 관성력에 의하여 제1 영역에서 제2 영역으로 이동될 때 볼의 구속을 해제한다.

Description

관성 스위치 및 그 제조방법, 관성 스위치를 이용한 자동차 에어백 센서 및 포탄의 신관
본 발명은 관성 스위치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 관성 스위치 및 그 제조방법, 관성 스위치를 이용한 자동차 에어백 센서 및 포탄의 신관에 관한 것이다.
관성은 현재의 운동상태를 지속하게 하는 물체의 성질을 의미한다. 관성을 이용한 장치의 일례로 관성 스위치가 개발되어 있다. 관성 스위치는 에어백 시스템(Airbag system), 포탄 신관의 전원공급장치 등에 적용되고 있다.
한국 등록특허 제10-0910049호에는 미세 액체금속 액적을 이용한 관성 스위치 및 그 제작방법이 개시되어 있다. 이 특허문헌의 기술은 미세 액체금속 액적을 관성력 작동 물체로 이용하고 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 관성 스위치는 관성력이 커지면, 액적이 깨지는 현상(Scattering)이 발생되어 정확하게 작동되지 못하는 문제가 있었다. 관성 스위치가 에어백 시스템, 포탄 신관의 전원공급장치 등과 같이 오작동이 허용되지 않는 분야에 사용된다는 점에서 관성 스위치의 오작동은 관성 스위치의 사용에 많은 제약을 수반하는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 여러 가지 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은, 정전용량을 변동시킬 수 있는 볼을 사용하여 정확하게 작동하는 관성 스위치 및 그 제조방법, 관성 스위치를 이용한 자동차 에어백 센서 및 포탄의 신관을 제공함에 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 특징은, 표면, 제1 방향과 제1 방향에 대하여 직교하는 제2 방향을 갖는 기판과; 기판의 표면에 전기적으로 단절되도록 제2 방향을 따라 간격을 두고 배치되어 있는 한 쌍의 전극들과; 기판의 표면에 제1 방향을 따라 배치되어 있고, 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 제1 방향을 따라 형성되어 있는 채널을 가지며, 채널은 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 벗어나 있는 제1 영역과 한 쌍의 전극들이 배치되어 있는 제2 영역을 갖는 컨테이너와; 제1 영역에서 제2 영역으로 채널을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 채널에 수용되어 있고, 간격에 배치될 때 한 쌍의 전극들 사이의 정전용량을 변동시키는 볼과; 제1 영역에서 제2 영역으로 볼이 이동되는 것을 구속할 수 있도록 채널에 배치되어 있으며, 볼이 관성력에 의하여 제1 영역에서 제2 영역으로 이동될 때 볼의 구속을 해제하는 플렉시블 도어를 포함하는 관성 스위치에 있다.
본 발명의 다른 특징은, 표면, 제1 방향과 제1 방향과 직교하는 제2 방향을 갖는 기판을 준비하는 단계와; 기판의 표면에 전기적으로 단절되도록 제2 방향을 따라 간격을 두고 한 쌍의 전극들을 패터닝하는 단계와; 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 벗어나는 제1 영역과 한 쌍의 전극들에 배치되는 제2 영역을 갖는 채널이 형성되어 있고, 제1 영역과 제2 영역을 구획하는 플렉시블 도어가 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 컨테이너를 준비하는 단계와; 제1 영역이 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 벗어나고, 제2 영역이 한쌍의 전극들 위에 배치되도록 제1 방향을 따라 컨테이너를 기판의 표면에 배치하는 단계와; 제2 영역에서 제1 영역으로 관성력에 의하여 이동되어 한 쌍의 전극들의 정전용량을 변동시킬 수 있는 볼을 제1 영역에 수용하는 단계를 포함하는 관성 스위치의 제조방법에 있다.
본 발명에 따른 관성 스위치는 정전용량을 변동시킬 수 있는 볼의 사용에 의하여 정확하게 작동되어 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 구조가 비교적 단순하므로, 작은 크기로 제작할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 관성 스위치는 자동차 에어백 센서 또는 포탄의 신관 뿐만 아니라, 로봇의 이동 시스템, 휴대용 시스템 등과 같이 다양한 분야에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 관성 스위치를 첨부된 도면들에 의거하여 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저, 도 1과 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 관성 스위치는 기판(10)과 기판(10)의 표면에 배치되어 있는 한 쌍의 전극(20, 22)들을 구비한다. 기판(10)은 제1 방향(X)과 제1 방향(X)에 대하여 직교하는 제2 방향(Y)을 갖는다. 기판(10)은 얇은 유리 기판으로 구성될 수 있다.
한 쌍의 전극(20, 22)들은 기판(10)의 표면에 전기적으로 단절되도록 제2 방향(Y)을 따라 간격(24)을 두고 배치되어 있다. 전극(20, 22)들은 크롬 박막의 패터닝(Patterning)에 의하여 구성될 수 있다. 전극(20, 22)들의 두께는 대략 2000Å정도이다. 보호막(Protection film: 30)이 전극(20, 22)들을 보호하기 위하여 전극(20, 22)들 위에 형성되어 있다. 보호막(30)은 포토레지스트(Photoresist), 예를 들어 SU-8 2 레지스트(미국, MicroChem Corp., Product name)를 소재로 구성될 수 있다. 보호막(30)의 두께는 약 5㎛이다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 관성 스위치는 기판(10)의 표면에 제1 방향(X)을 따라 배치되어 있는 컨테이너(Container: 40)를 구비한다. 컨테이너(40)는 전극(20, 22)들로부터 제1 방향(X)을 따라 형성되어 있는 채널(Channel: 42)을 갖는다. 채널(42)은 보호막(30)의 상방에 배치되어 있다. 컨테이너(40)는 PDMS(Poly Dimethyl Siloxane)를 소재로 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 관성 스위치는 채널(42)을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 채널(42)에 수용되어 있는 볼(Ball: 50)을 구비한다. 볼(50)은 도전성을 갖는 금속으로 구성되어 있다. 전극(20, 22)들은 볼(50)이 그 위에 위치될 때 변화되는 정전용량에 의하여 스위칭 신호를 발생시킨다. 즉, 볼(50)이 전극(20, 22)들의 사이의 간격(24)에 배치될 때 전극(20, 22)들 사이의 정전용량이 변화되므로, 변화되는 정전용량을 스위칭 신호로 활용할 수 있다. 볼(50)은 보호막(30)의 표면에 접촉되어 채널(42)을 따라 이동되므로, 볼(50)과의 접촉에 의한 전극(20, 22)들의 손상이 방지된다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 관성 스위치는 채널(42)에 볼(50)의 이동을 단속하도록 배치되어 있는 플렉시블 도어(Flexible door: 60)를 구비한다. 플렉시블 도어(60)는 한 쌍의 플렉시블 게이트바(Flexible gate bar: 62, 64)들과 게이트웨이(Gateway; 66)로 구성되어 있다.
한 쌍의 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들은 채널(42)의 양측 벽면으로부터 채널(42)의 중앙을 향하여 연장되어 있고, PDMS를 소재로 컨테이너(40)와 일체형으로 구성되어 있다. 게이트웨이(66)는 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들 사이에 형성되어 있다.
도 3에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들의 초기 위치에서 게이트웨이(66)의 폭은 볼(50)의 직경보다 좁게 형성되어 있다. 따라서 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들의 초기 위치에서 볼(50)은 게이트웨이(66)를 통과하지 못한다. 도 4에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들이 변형되면, 게이트웨이(66)의 폭이 볼(50)의 직경보다 넓어져 볼(50)이 게이트웨이(66)를 통과하게 된다.
한 쌍의 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들은 채널(42)의 양측 벽면 중앙에 채널(42)을 제1 영역(44)과 제2 영역(46)으로 구획하도록 배치되어 있다. 제1 영역(44)은 전극(20, 22)들로부터 벗어나도록 배치되어 있다. 제2 영역(46)은 전극(20, 22)들이 배치되어 있다. 컨테이너(40)와 플렉시블 도어(60)의 소재는 PDMS 이외에 액상이 가능한 다양한 폴리머, 예를 들어 폴리이미드, UV 경화성 폴리머(UV curable polymer), PMMA(Poly Methyl Methacrylate) 등으로 구성될 수 있다.
도 1과 도 2를 참조하면, 커버(70)가 채널(42)로부터 볼(50)의 이탈을 방지하도록 컨테이너(40)의 상부에 장착되어 있다. 커버(70)는 채널(42)을 폐쇄하는 투명한 유리, PDMS 등을 소재로 구성될 수 있다. 커버(70)는 에폭시수지에 의하여 컨테이너(40)의 상면에 접착되어 있다. 도 1 내지 도 4에 한 쌍의 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들은 채널(42)의 양측 벽면 중앙에서 채널(42)의 중앙을 향하여 연장되어 있는 것을 도시하고 설명하였으나, 이는 예시적인 것으로 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들은 필요에 따라 커버(70)에 형성될 수 있다. 이 경우, 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들은 커버(70)를 컨테이너(40)에 결합하는 것에 의하여 채널(42)을 차단하도록 구성된다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 관성 스위치는 볼(50)의 이동을 안내하도록 채널(42) 안에 배치되어 있는 가이드(Guide: 80)를 더 구비한다. 가이드(80)는 볼(50)을 수용하여 안내하도록 형성되어 있는 가이드그루브(Guide groove: 82)를 갖는다. 가이드그루브(82)는 제1 영역(44)과 제2 영역(46)을 연결하도록 가이드(80)에 형성되어 있다. 가이드그루브(82)의 폭은 볼(50)의 직경보다 약간 넓게 형성되어 있으며, 깊이는 볼(50)의 하부만을 수용하도록 형성될 수 있다. 플렉시블 도어(60)는 가이드그루브(82)의 중앙에 배치되어 있다. 가이드(80)는 포토레지스트, 예를 들어 SU-8 100 레지스트(MicroChem Corp., Product name)로 구성될 수 있다. 본 실시예에 있어서 가이드(80)가 삭제되는 경우, 볼(50)의 이동을 정확하게 안내할 수 있도록 채널(42)의 폭은 가이드그루브(82)의 폭과 동일하게 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 관성 스위치의 작동을 살펴보면, 도 3에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 관성력이 가해지지 않는 초기 상태에서, 볼(50)은 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들에 저지되어 채널(42)의 제1 영역(44)에 배치되어 있게 된다. 이때, 전극(20, 22)들은 전기적으로 단절되어 있게 된다.
도 4에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 소정의 관성력이 볼(50)에 부여되면, 볼(50)은 가이드그루브(82)를 따라 제1 영역(44)에서 제2 영역(46)을 향하여 이동된다. 이동되는 볼(50)은 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들을 밀게 된다. 플렉시블 게이트바(62, 64)들은 볼(50)의 미는 힘에 의하여 변형되고, 게이트웨이(66)가 벌어진다. 볼(50)은 벌어진 게이트웨이(66)를 통하여 제1 영역(44)에서 제2 영역(46)으로 이동된다. 볼(50)이 제2 영역(46)에서 전극(20, 22)들 사이의 간격(24)에 배치되면, 전극(20, 22)들 사이의 정전용량이 변화되고, 스위칭 신호를 발생시킨다. 이러한 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 관성 스위치는 관성에 의한 작동과 고성능, 고정밀화 및 고집적 소형화가 요구되는 자동차 에어백 센서 또는 포탄의 신관 등에 장착되어 사용된다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 관성 스위치의 제조방법을 도 5 내지 도 17에 의거하여 설명한다.
도 5와 도 6에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 작업자는 기판(10)을 준비하고, 기판(10)의 표면에 한 쌍의 전극(20, 22)들을 형성한다. 전극(20, 22)들은 크롬 박막을 기판(10)으로 유리 기판의 표면에 증착한 후, 크롬 박막의 패터닝에 의하여 구성한다. 크롬 박막은 PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition), CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) 등의 박막증착(Thin film deposition)에 의하여 증착할 수 있다. 크롬 박막의 패터닝은 포토리소그래피(Photolithography)에 의하여 실시할 수 있다.
도 7에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 작업자는 전극(20, 22)들을 형성한 후, 전극(20, 22)들의 표면에 보호막(30)을 형성한다. 보호막(30)은 포토레지스트로 SU-8 2 레지스트 층(90)을 스핀코팅(Spin coating)에 의하여 도포한다. 스핀코팅은 스핀코터(Spin coater; 100)에 의하여 기판(10)을 회전시켜 SU-8 2 레지스트 층(90)을 기판(10)의 표면에 균일하게 도포한다. 도 8에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, SU-8 2 레지스트 층(90)의 도포 후, SU-8 2 레지스트 층(32)을 포토리소그래피에 의하여 패터닝하여 보호막(30)을 형성한다.
도 9 내지 도 11을 참조하면, 가이드(80)는 SU-8 100 레지스트 층(92)의 스핀코팅과 포토리소그래피에 의하여 형성한다. 보호막(30)이 형성되어 있는 기판(10)의 표면에 포토레지스트로 SU-8 100 레지스트 층(92)을 SU-8 2 레지스트 층(90)과 마찬가지로 스핀코터(100)를 이용하는 스핀코팅에 의하여 도포한다. SU-8 100 레지스트 층(92)의 도포 후, SU-8 2 레지스트 층(92)을 포토리소그래피에 의하여 패터닝하여 가이드그루브(82)를 갖는 가이드(80)를 형성한다.
도 12 내지 도 16을 참조하여 본 발명의 일실예에 따른 관성 스위치에서 컨테이너(40)와 플렉시블 도어(60)를 형성하는 방법을 설명한다. 도 12와 도 13을 참조하면, 컨테이너(40)의 형성을 위하여 베이스(Base: 110) 위에 몰드(Mold: 120)를 형성한다. 베이스(110)는 실리콘, 유리, 석영 등을 소재로 제작되어 있는 기판으로 구성될 수 있다. 베이스(110)의 표면에 포토레지스트로 SU-8 100 레지스트 층(94)를 스핀코팅에 의하여 도포한다. SU-8 100 레지스트 층(94)의 높이는 780㎛ 정도이다. 이러한 포토레지스트는 SU-8 레지스트들(SU-8 resists)(MicroChem Corp., Product name) 중에서 적절하게 선택하여 사용할 수 있다. 도 13에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, SU-8 100 레지스트 층(94)의 도포 후, SU-8 100 레지스트 층(94)을 포토리소그래피에 의하여 패터닝하여 컨테이너(40)와 플렉시블 도어(60)의 제작을 위한 몰드(120)를 형성한다.
도 14에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 몰드(120)의 형성 후, 몰드(120)의 외면에 PDMS 층(96)을 도포한다. 도 15와 도 16을 참조하면, PDMS 층(96)의 경화 후, 경화된 PDMS 층(96)을 베이스(110)와 몰드(120)로부터 분리하면, 플렉시블 도어(60)가 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 컨테이너(40)가 완성된다. 도 17에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 컨테이너(40)는 제2 영역(46)이 전극(20, 22)들 위에 배치되도록 기판(10)의 표면에 접합한다. 컨테이너(40)는 에폭시수지나 열융착(Hot melting)에 의하여 기판(10)에 접합될 수 있다.
도 1, 도 2와 도 17을 참조하면, 작업자는 컨테이너(40)가 기판(10)에 접합된 후, 제1 영역(46)에 볼(50)을 수용한다. 작업자는 채널(42)로부터 볼(50)의 이탈이 방지되도록 컨테이너(40)의 상면에 커버(70)를 장착한다. 커버(70)는 에폭시수지에 의하여 컨테이너(40)에 접합될 수 있다.
한편, 한 쌍의 전극(20, 22)들, 보호막(30), 컨테이너(40)와 플렉시블 도어(60)의 패터닝에는 필요에 따라 MEMS(Micro-electro mechanical systems)의 마이크로머시닝(Micromachining) 기술이 이용될 수 있다.
이상에서 설명된 실시예는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명한 것에 불과하고, 본 발명의 권리범위는 설명된 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상과 특허청구범위 내에서 이 분야의 당업자에 의하여 다양한 변경, 변형 또는 치환이 가능할 것이며, 그와 같은 실시예들은 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 표면, 제1 방향과 상기 제1 방향에 대하여 직교하는 제2 방향을 갖는 기판과;
    상기 기판의 표면에 전기적으로 단절되도록 상기 제2 방향을 따라 간격을 두고 배치되어 있는 한 쌍의 전극들과;
    상기 기판의 표면에 상기 제1 방향을 따라 배치되어 있고, 상기 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 상기 제1 방향을 따라 형성되어 있는 채널을 가지며, 상기 채널은 상기 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 벗어나 있는 제1 영역과 상기 한 쌍의 전극들이 배치되어 있는 제2 영역을 갖는 컨테이너와;
    상기 제1 영역에서 상기 제2 영역으로 상기 채널을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 상기 채널에 수용되어 있고, 상기 간격에 배치될 때 상기 한 쌍의 전극들 사이의 정전용량을 변동시키는 볼과;
    상기 제1 영역에서 상기 제2 영역으로 상기 볼이 이동되는 것을 구속할 수 있도록 상기 채널에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 볼이 관성력에 의하여 상기 제1 영역에서 상기 제2 영역으로 이동될 때 상기 볼의 구속을 해제하는 플렉시블 도어를 포함하는 관성 스위치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 채널에 상기 볼을 수용하여 상기 볼의 이동을 안내하는 가이드그루브를 갖는 가이드가 더 배치되어 있고, 상기 가이드그루브는 상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역을 연결하도록 상기 제1 방향을 따라 배치되어 있는 관성 스위치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플렉시블 도어는 상기 채널의 양측 벽면으로부터 상기 채널의 중앙을 향하여 연장되어 있고 상기 볼이 미는 힘에 의하여 변형될 수 있는 한 쌍의 플렉시블 게이트바들과 상기 한 쌍의 플렉시블 게이트바들 사이에 형성되어 있는 게이트웨이를 가지며, 상기 게이트웨이의 폭은 상기 볼의 직경보다 좁게 형성되어 있는 관성 스위치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 전극들을 보호할 수 있도록 상기 한 쌍의 전극들의 표면에 보호막이 더 배치되어 있고, 상기 채널은 상기 보호막의 상방에 배치되어 있는 관성 스위치.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 플렉시블 게이트바들은 상기 컨테이너와 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 관성 스위치.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 컨테이너와 상기 한 쌍의 플렉시블 게이트바들은 PMDS로 이루어지고, 상기 보호막은 포토레지스트로 이루어지는 관성 스위치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 채널로부터 상기 볼의 이탈이 방지되도록 상기 컨테이너의 표면에 커버가 더 장착되어 있는 관성 스위치.
  8. 표면, 제1 방향과 상기 제1 방향과 직교하는 제2 방향을 갖는 기판을 준비하는 단계와;
    상기 기판의 표면에 전기적으로 단절되도록 상기 제2 방향을 따라 간격을 두고 한 쌍의 전극들을 패터닝하는 단계와;
    상기 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 벗어나는 제1 영역과 상기 한 쌍의 전극들에 배치되는 제2 영역을 갖는 채널이 형성되어 있고, 상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역을 구획하는 플렉시블 도어가 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 컨테이너를 준비하는 단계와;
    상기 제1 영역이 상기 한 쌍의 전극들로부터 벗어나고, 상기 제2 영역이 상기 한쌍의 전극들 위에 배치되도록 상기 제1 방향을 따라 상기 컨테이너를 상기 기판의 표면에 배치하는 단계와;
    상기 제2 영역에서 상기 제1 영역으로 관성력에 의하여 이동되어 상기 한 쌍의 전극들의 정전용량을 변동시킬 수 있는 볼을 상기 제1 영역에 수용하는 단계를 포함하는 관성 스위치의 제조방법.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 컨테이너를 준비하는 단계는,
    베이스의 표면에 포토레지스트 층을 형성하는 단계와;
    상기 포토레지스트 층을 포토리소그래피에 의하여 패터닝하여 몰드를 형성하는 단계와;
    상기 몰드의 표면에 SPDM을 도포하여 상기 컨테이너를 형성하는 단계와;
    상기 베이스와 상기 몰드로부터 상기 컨테이너를 분리하는 단계로 이루어지는 관성 스위치의 제조방법.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 전극들을 패터닝한 후, 상기 한 쌍의 전극들을 보호할 수 있도록 상기 한 쌍의 전극들의 표면에 보호막을 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하는 관성 스위치의 제조방법.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 보호막을 배치한 후, 상기 채널에 상기 볼을 수용하여 상기 볼의 이동을 안내하는 가이드그루브를 갖는 가이드를 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 가이드그루브는 상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역을 연결하도록 상기 제1 방향을 따라 배치하는 관성 스위치의 제조방법.
  12. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 볼을 상기 제1 영역에 수용한 후, 상기 채널로부터 상기 볼의 이탈이 방지되도록 상기 컨테이너의 표면에 커버를 장착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 관성 스위치의 제조방법.
  13. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 관성 스위치를 포함하는 자동차 에어백 센서.
  14. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 관성 스위치를 포함하는 포탄의 신관.
