Abstract

Nous avons synthétisé de la nano-hydroxyapatite par complexion organique-inorganique. Ledit produit a été injecté par voie intraveineuse à des rats après exposition de ces derniers à une DL50 d'un métal lourd toxique. La nano-hydroxyapatite préparée est parvenue à réparer l'ADN fragmenté dans les 48 heures ayant suivi l'injection d'une seule dose sans aucun effet secondaire. Les enzymes fonctionnelles du cœur, du foie et de la thyroïde ont également été étudiées et les résultats ont confirmé que ce produit est sans danger d'un point de vue biologique. En conséquence, la nano-hydroxyapatite ainsi préparée peut être utilisée sans risque par injection intraveineuse de doses adaptées pour le traitement de diverses maladies comme le cancer, les intoxications et l'ostéoporose.
