Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un insert de forme allongée destiné à être intégré par CIC dans un conteneur métallique, comprenant des fils enduits liés entre eux, lesdits fils enduits étant formés de fibres céramiques enduites de métal. Il est caractérisé par le fait qu'il consiste à disposer les fils enduits côte à côte en un faisceau et à entraîner le faisceau de fibres à travers un élément conformateur de manière à le compacter transversalement tout en le mettant en forme avec une section déterminée. L'invention porte également sur la fabrication d'une pièce métallique incorporant un insert fibreux par la technique CIC.
