技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种空调器室内机结构, 具体是指一种个性化效果明显的空调器室内 机。 背景技术
通常, 空调器是利用空气冷却器、加热器或空气净化器来使房间凉爽、 温暖或空气净 化从而使内部环境更适宜的设备。 在这种空调器中设置通风装置、 空气冷却和加热装置以 及空气净化器, 所述通风装置使空气在室内强制循环, 吸入室内空气, 进行热交换, 或净 化空气, 然后将空气排到室内。 现有技术中, 人们对空调器不断地进行改进。 通常, 空调 器室内机包括有包围住空调器侧部和后部的后壳体以及位与前面并与后壳体紧密连接的 面板体, 所述后壳体和面板体围成空调器的内腔, 换热器、 控制元件、 风机部件均设置在 所述内腔中,所述面板体常用螺钉或卡扣方式固定在后壳体上; 随着空调市场的日益成熟, 消费者对空调的要求也越来越高, 商家花尽心思, 在空调面板上大做文章, 于是出现了带 彩板的面板, 带有装饰画的面板, 以及两层结构的面板。 该结构的室内机具有如下缺陷: 由于空调器的整体外轮廓及造型结构并没有变化, 空调器室内机的下部为带有棱角的长方 体或多面体结构, 因此上述改进方案对于改善空调器美观性方面并没有起到明显提高作 用。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于: 提供一种空调器室内机, 结构简单,与室内的整体环境协调一 致, 改变了空调器室内机外观上的装饰风格。
为达到上述目的, 本实用新型釆用了以下技术方案:
空调器室内机, 包括有: 包围住空调器侧部、 顶部用以安装前面板的面板体, 包围住 空调器后部的后壳体以及位于前面并与面板体紧密连接的前面板; 所述后壳体、 面板体和 前面板围成空调器的内腔, 换热器、 控制元件、 风机部件均设置在所述内腔中; 其中, 所 述后壳体安装在面板体的后部, 面板体的前下部与前面板的底部紧密拼接; 面板体的前下 部设置有凸台面, 前面板的底部、 导风板底部均放置在所述凸台面上, 并通过紧固机构将 前面板、 导风板固定在面板体上。
综上, 本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的空调器室内机, 由于后壳体安装在面板体的后部, 面板体的前下部与前 面板 1的底部及导风板底部紧密拼接; 面板体的前下部设置有凸台面, 前面板的底部、 导 风板底部均放置在所述凸台面上, 并通过紧固机构将前面板、 导风板固定在面板体上; 使 得空调器室内机整体的外轮廓配合紧密, 产生了独特的视觉效果, 成为一款个性化特征明 显的新机型, 对于改善空调器美观性方面起到明显提高作用。 附图说明

本实用新型公开了一种空调器室内机, 如图 1、 2、 4、 5 , 包括有: 包围住空调器侧部, 顶部用以安装前面板 1的面板体 2, 包围住空调器后部的后壳体以及位于前面并与面板体 2紧密连接的前面板 1 ; 所述后壳体、 面板体 2和前面板 1围成空调器的内腔, 换热器、 控制元件、 风机部件均设置在所述内腔中; 其中, 所述后壳体安装在面板体 2的后部, 面 板体 2的前下部与前面板 1的底部及导风板 3底部紧密拼接; 面板体 2的前下部设置有凸 台面 25 , 前面板 1的底部放置在所述凸台面 25上, 同时导风板 3底部也可以搭接在凸台 面上, 使得空调器外观是一个整体圆弧形, 更加美观, 通过紧固机构将前面板 1及导风板 3固定在面板体 2上。
所述紧固机构为卡口和卡槽连接机构。
优选地, 所述凸台面 25的宽度尺寸与前面板 1的厚度尺寸相等。
所述空调器室内机的侧面呈 "U"形结构, 空调器室内机下部的前、 后、 底表面包括有 一块以上的曲面围成。
所述前面板 1从最顶部往下依次包括有: 第一组合面 11、 第二组合面 12及第三组合 面 13; 所述第一组合面 11的截面型线为直线段或者曲率接近于 0的弧线; 第二组合面 12 的截面型线为曲线, 由上往下曲线曲率逐渐增大, 最大曲率小于或等于 0.025; 第三组合 面 13的截面型线为曲线, 由上往下曲线曲率逐渐减小, 最小曲率大于 0.0005。
所述面板体 2及后壳体组合由前端部往后依次括有: 第四组合面 21、 第五组合面 12、 第六组合面 23及第七组合面 24。
所述第四组合面 21、 第五组合面 22、 第六组合面 23及第七组合面 24的截面型线具 有各不相同的曲率。 使得空调器底部圆弧过渡结构。
如图 3 , 前面板 1覆盖在面板体 2的前面, 所述前面板 1的宽度尺寸大于面板体 2的 前部的宽度尺寸, 因而前面板 1和面板体 2的结合处至少一侧部形成前面板裙边结构 10; 如图 3、 6, 面板体 2包括有位于后部的后框架 29及左、 右两侧板 28 , 后框架 29至少一 侧凸出侧板 28外形成面板体裙边结构 20, 前面板裙边结构 10和面板体裙边结构 20相接 合形成 "U"形的空调器室内机侧部装饰边。
优选地, 前面板 1和面板体 2的结合处左右两侧部均形成裙边 10; 面板体 2左右两侧 均形成面板体裙边结构 20, 室内机左右两侧部均具有装饰边。
前面板 1和后框架 29的顶部高于后壳体及面板体左右侧板 28的顶面。
所述前面板裙边结构 10的宽度尺寸和面板体裙边结构 20的宽度尺寸 L2为 2至 8毫 米, 优选为 4毫米, 所述前面板裙边结构 10的高度尺寸 HI和面板体裙边结构 20的高度 尺寸 H2为 3至 10毫米, 优选为 8毫米。
如图 6, 面板体 2背部具有安装后壳体的开口 291 , 所述开口 291的下缘处, 设置有 后凸台 27。 空调器安装后, 所述后凸台 27顶住墙面致使后壳体和墙面之间具有排水管和 冷媒连接管的安装空间。
所述后凸台 27呈横向设置, 左右两端具有向上的折弯。
所述后凸台 27的水平方向的尺寸小于后框架 29的水平方向的尺寸。
上述所列具体实现方式为非限制性的, 对本领域的技术人员来说, 在不偏离本实用新 型范围内, 进行的各种改进和变化, 均属于本实用新型的保护范围。 例如, 前面板 1和面 板体 2的组合面的半径、 曲率变化和组合面的数量变化等。
Claims
1、 空调器室内机, 包括有: 包围住空调器侧部、 顶部用以安装前面板( 1 ) 的面板体 (2), 包围住空调器后部的后壳体以及位于前面并与面板体(2) 紧密连接的前面板(1); 所述后壳体、 面板体(2)和前面板(1) 围成空调器的内腔, 换热器、 控制元件、 风机部 件均设置在所述内腔中; 其特征在于: 所述后壳体安装在面板体(2)的后部, 面板体(2) 的前下部与前面板( 1) 的底部紧密拼接; 面板体(2) 的前下部设置有凸台面 (25), 前 面板(1 ) 的底部、 导风板底部均放置在所述凸台面 (25)上, 并通过紧固机构将前面板 ( 1 )及导风板固定在面板体( 2 )上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的空调器室内机, 其特征在于: 所述紧固机构为卡口和卡槽 连接机构。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的空调器室内机, 其特征在于: 所述凸台面 (25) 的宽 度尺寸与前面板( 1 ) 的厚度尺寸相等。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的空调器室内机, 其特征在于: 所述空调器室内机的侧 面呈 "U"形结构, 空调器室内机下部的前、 后、 底表面包括一块以上的曲面围成。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的空调器室内机, 其特征在于: 所述前面板( 1 )从最顶部往 下依次包括有: 第一组合面 (11)、 第二组合面 (12)及第三组合面 (13); 所述第一组合 面 (11) 的截面型线为直线段或者曲率接近于 0的弧线; 第二组合面 (12) 的截面型线为 曲线, 由上往下曲线曲率逐渐增大, 最大曲率小于或等于 0.025; 第三组合面 ( 13) 的截 面型线为曲线, 由上往下曲线曲率逐渐减小, 最小曲率大于 0.0005; 所述面板体(2)及 后壳体组合由前端部往后依次括有: 第四组合面(21 ),第五组合面(22)、第六组合面(23) 及第七组合面 (24)。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的空调器室内机, 其特征在于: 所述前面板( 1 )覆盖在 面板体(2) 的前面, 所述前面板( 1 ) 的宽度尺寸大于面板体 (2) 的前部的宽度尺寸, 因而前面板 ( 1 )和面板体(2) 的结合处至少一侧部形成前面板裙边结构 ( 10); 面板体
(2) 包括有位于后部的后框架(29)及左、 右两侧板(28), 后框架(29)至少一侧凸出 侧板(28)外形成面板体裙边结构 (20), 前面板裙边结构 (10)和面板体裙边结构 (20) 相接合形成" U"形的空调器室内机侧部装饰边。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的空调器室内机, 其特征在于: 所述前面板( 1 )和面板体(2) 的结合处左右两侧部均形成裙边( 10 ); 面板体( 2 )左右两侧均形成面板体裙边结构( 20 ), 室内机左右两侧部均具有装饰边。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的空调器室内机, 其特征在于: 所述面板体(2) 背部具 有安装后壳体的开口 (291), 所述开口 (291) 的下缘处, 设置有后凸台 (27)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的空调器室内机, 其特征在于: 所述后凸台 (27) 的水平方 向的尺寸小于后框架(29) 的水平方向的尺寸。
