一种字幕远程控制方法和系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种字幕远程控制方法和系统。 背景技术 在会议电视系统中, 字幕功能往往被分为以下几种: 横幅、 横滚字幕、 纵滚字幕、 终端名称、 短消息等, 这些字幕的属性又包含字体大小, 字体颜 色, 透明度, 滚动模式, 显示偏移等。 其中, 横幅、 横滚字幕、 纵滚字幕、 终端名称主要用于给本端发送字幕, 其中本端具体是指与控制装置直接相连 的终端; 短消息主要用于在会议中给与会终端发送消息。 如果想给本端发送 字幕, 传统的做法就是: 会议电视系统中, 终端在会议室中未加以集中管理, 用户通过遥控器来对终端进行字幕控制。 其中, 该会议电视系统的结构图如 图 1所示。 下面基于该系统结构图对传统的字幕远程控制方法进行阐述, 具 体控制流程如图 2所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S201、 用户通过遥控器对终端发起发送字幕请求。 步骤 S202、 终端的红外模块收到该消息后先解析出具体的指令。 步骤 S203、 终端的红外模块将解析出的指令转给终端内部的主控。 步骤 S204、 终端主控发送请求给字幕叠加模块。 步骤 S205、 字幕叠加模块将该字幕叠加到本端的视频图像上输出。 即, 传统做法是通过遥控器在终端的 GUI ( Graphical User Interface, 图 形用户接口) 上输入要发送的内容然后发送字幕显示请求, 这样字幕会叠加 在本端的图像上输出; 若在会议进行时, 想给其他与会终端发送字幕, 则可 以通过发送短消息的方式, 其具体实现原理与本端字幕叠加基本一致, 不同 之处在于字幕内容通过短消息发送至收端, 进而在收端完成字幕的叠加。 然而,现有技术中通过遥控器实现对字幕的控制存在以下两个缺点:一、 因为遥控器的遥控距离限制, 会议电视终端必须离使用者很近, 使用者才能 通过遥控器控制, 但现在会议电视系统中很多情况下终端都被集中管理, 人 机距离较远, 这种情况下无法通过遥控器实现字幕控制。 二、 会议电视系统 中终端往往不止一个, 并且为了方便管理终端在物理位置上比较集中, 因为 遥控器是通用的, 若通过遥控器实现某个终端的字幕控制时会千扰到其他的 终端的会议控制状态, 给用户带来不便。 发明内容 本发明提供一种字幕远程控制方法和系统, 用以解决现有技术中不能艮 好的实现远距离控制字幕叠加的方式的问题。 本发明提供的一种字幕远程控制方法, 包括: 终端接收字幕叠加控制台 发送的字幕叠加请求消息, 并将所述请求消息转发至字幕叠加模块; 所述字 幕叠加模块解析所述字幕叠加请求消息, 获取待叠加字幕信息, 将字幕叠加 到视频图像上输出。 其中, 所述终端接收字幕叠加控制台发送的字幕叠加请求消息的步骤包 括: 所述终端接收字幕叠加控制台通过套接字发送的字幕叠加请求消息。 进一步地, 所述字幕叠加模块包括: 本端终端的字幕叠加模块和远端终 端字幕叠加模块。 基于上述技术特征, 所述终端接收字幕叠加控制台发送的字幕叠加请求 消息, 并将所述请求消息转发至字幕叠加模块的步骤包括: 终端接收所述字 幕叠加请求消息, 在识别出该请求消息的目的地址为远端终端时, 将所述字 幕叠加请求消息发送至与所述终端相连的 MCU ( Multipointor Control Unit, 多点控制单元;),通过所述 MCU将所述字幕叠加请求消息发送至目的地址对 应的远端终端字幕叠加模块。 进一步地, 所述方法还包括: 字幕叠加模块输出的视频图像通过视频矩 阵设备分配到相应的一个或多个显示设备上进行显示。 更进一步地, 在所述字幕叠加模块解析所述字幕叠加请求消息, 获取待 叠加字幕信息, 将字幕叠加到视频图像上输出的步骤之后还包括: 所述字幕 叠加模块向所述终端反馈字幕叠加结果信息; 所述终端将所述字幕叠加结果 信息按预设格式封装后发送至所述字幕叠加控制台; 所述字幕叠加控制台将 所述字幕叠加结果信息呈现给操作人员。 本发明所述方法中, 所述字幕叠加请求消息包括: 字幕类型、 字幕内容 和字幕属性; 其中, 所述字幕类型包括下述类型中的一种或多种: 横幅、 横 滚字幕、 纵滚字幕、 终端名称和短消息; 所述字幕属性包括下述属性中的一 种或多种: 字体大小, 字体颜色, 透明度, 滚动模式和显示偏移。 本发明还提供一种字幕远程控制系统, 包括: 字幕叠加控制台、 至少一 个终端; 其中, 所述字幕叠加控制台, 用于向终端发送字幕叠加请求消息; 所述终端, 包括: 主控模块和字幕叠加模块; 所述主控模块, 用于接收字幕 叠加请求消息, 并将所述请求消息转发至本端的字幕叠加模块或远端终端的 字幕叠加模块; 所述字幕叠加模块, 用于解析所述字幕叠加请求消息, 获取 待叠加字幕信息后, 将字幕叠加到视频图像上输出。 进一步地, 所述字幕远程控制系统还包括至少一个多点控制单元 MCU; 所述 MCU, 与一个或多个终端相连, 用于当所述主控模块将所述请求消息 转发至远端终端的字幕叠加模块时, 由所述 MCU接收所述主控模块发送的 所述字幕叠加请求消息, 并将所述请求消息转发至所述远端终端的字幕叠加 模块。 其中, 所述字幕叠加控制台通过套接字将字幕叠加请求消息发送至所述 终端。 更进一步地, 所述系统还包括: 视频矩阵设备, 用于将所述字幕叠加模 块输出的视频图像分配到相应的一个或多个显示设备上进行显示。 与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下有益效果: 本发明提供的字幕远程控制方法, 通过控制信令实现字幕的叠加, 与现 有技术中釆用红外遥控器方式相比控制更加快捷, 尤其对远距离终端进行字 幕叠加控制, 提供了较好的解决方案。 另外, 本发明所述方法操作时不要求终端物理位置及摆放方式, 控制一 个终端时不会影响到其他终端, 极大的提高了用户体验。 附图说明 为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案, 下面将对实 施例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作一简单地介绍, 显而易见地, 下 面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动性的前提下, 还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。 图 1为现有技术中会议电视系统的结构图; 图 2为现有技术中字幕远程控制方法流程图; 图 3为本发明提供的字幕远程控制方法的流程图; 图 4为本发明提供的字幕远程控制方法应用的系统结构图; 图 5为本发明实施例一提供的字幕远程控制方法的流程图; 图 6为本发明实施例二提供的字幕远程控制方法的流程图。 具体实施方式 下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。 为了解决现有技术中, 不能很好的实现远距离控制字幕叠加的方式的问 题, 本发明提供一种字幕远程控制方法和系统。 如图 3所示, 为本发明提供的一种字幕远程控制方法的流程图, 具体包 括以下步 4聚: 步骤 S301、 字幕叠加控制台向对应终端发送字幕叠加请求消息。 字幕叠加控制台在接收到相关的触发指令时, 向对应终端发送消息。 字 幕叠加控制台可以设置于专用的控制室中, 也可以根据实际情况设置于任意 适当的位置, 用以实现对终端的控制, 如发送字幕叠加请求消息请求终端进 行字幕叠加, 接收终端返回的消息等等。 字幕叠加控制台可以通过 PC控制 台实现其功能, 也可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况使用适当设置以实现 其功能。 字幕叠加请求消息可以釆用协议消息的形式实现, 通过对消息形式适当 设置, 实现请求终端进行字幕叠加的功能。 优选的, 字幕叠加控制台通过套接字将字幕叠加请求消息发送至所述终 端。 所述字幕叠加请求消息包括: 字幕类型、 字幕内容和字幕属性; 其中, 字幕类型包括下述类型中的一种或多种: 横幅、 横滚字幕、 纵滚字幕、 终端 名称和短消息; 字幕属性包括下述属性中的一种或多种: 字体大小, 字体颜 色, 透明度, 滚动模式和显示偏移。 步骤 S302、 终端接收字幕叠加请求消息, 并将该请求消息发送至对应的 字幕叠加模块。 其中, 字幕叠加模块可以是本端的字幕叠加模块也可以是远端终端的字 幕叠加模块。 具体发送至本端的还是远端的字幕叠加模块通常可以 居请求 消息的目的地址来决定。 步骤 S303、 字幕叠加模块解析字幕叠加请求消息, 获取待叠加字幕信息 后, 将字幕叠加到视频图像上输出。 其中, 获取的待叠加字幕信息与请求消息中包含的信息相对应, 具体包 括字幕类型、 字幕内容和字幕属性。 下面根据图 4〜图 6给出本发明一个较佳的实施例, 并结合对实施例的 描述, 进一步给出本发明的技术细节, 使其能够更好地说明本发明的提供的 方法的具体实现过程。 实施例一: 如图 4所示, 为本发明提供的字幕远程控制方法应用的系统结构图。 具 体的, 该系统从物理布局来看, 主要包括: 控制室、 机房以及多个会议室。 其中, 控制室, 包括字幕叠加控制台, 为用户执行会议控制的直接接口; 在具体实现时, 该字幕叠加控制台可通过 PC控制台来实现其功能, 下述实 施例均釆用 PC控制台来实现。 优选的, 该控制室内还设有视频矩阵设备, 用于对控制室内终端输出的 视频图像分配到对应的一个或多个会议室内进行视频显示。 机房, 包括一个或多个 MCU, 以及与所述 MCU连接的若千终端。 其中, 终端, 用于与 PC控制台进行信令交互, 处理来自 PC控制台的请 求。 具体的, 所述终端包括主控模块和字幕叠加模块, 其中: 主控模块, 用于接收字幕叠加请求消息, 并基于该消息的目的地址, 将 所述请求消息发送至对应的本端字幕叠加模块或远端的字幕叠加模块; 字幕叠加模块, 用于解析所述字幕叠加请求消息, 获取待叠加字幕信息 后, 将字幕叠加到视频图像上输出。
MCU, 实现会议电视系统中类似服务器的功能, 管理和控制包括来自终 端的音视频数据流, 并对会议控制信令进行相应的转发处理, 包括: 将接收 到的字幕叠加请求消息发送至相应的远端终端, 以及接收远端终端返回的字 幕叠加结果信息等。 会议室内设有显示器, 用于会议电视系统中图像的输出。 基于上述系统结构图, 下面对本发明提供的字幕远程控制方法的流程进 行阐述, 该方法实现了本端的字幕叠加控制。 如图 5所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S501、 操作人员通过控制室内的 PC控制台向对应终端的主控模块 发送字幕叠加请求消息。 其中, 对应的终端是指与 PC控制台直接连接并通信的本端终端。 该步骤具体实现过程如下: 操作人员在 PC控制台上选择要发送的字幕 类型, 编辑要发送的字幕内容及属性; PC控制台应用程序 居用户在界面上 操作, 封装成终端主控模块可以识别的消息, 并将该消息发送给终端主控模 块。 其中, PC控制台优选的通过套接字将请求消息发送给终端主控模块。 步骤 S502、 终端主控模块通过套接口接收到 PC控制台发送的字幕叠加 请求消息, 并在识别出该消息的目的地址为本地时, 将字幕叠加请求消息下 发给本地的字幕叠加模块。 步骤 S503、 本地的字幕叠加模块接收主控模块发送的字幕叠加请求消 息, 解析该字幕叠加请求消息, 获取字幕类型, 属性及内容后, 控制编解码 模块在输出视频图像上进行相应的字幕叠加。 进一步地, 终端将输出的视频图像通过视频矩阵设备分配到相应的一个 或多个会议室的显示设备上进行显示。 优选地, 本发明所提供的方法进一步包括信息反馈步骤: 步骤 S504、 本端的字幕叠加模块返回字幕叠加结果信息给终端主控模 块。 其中, 字幕叠加结果信息包括字幕叠加成功响应信息和字幕叠加失败响 应信息。 步骤 S505、 终端主控模块接收字幕叠加模块的字幕叠加结果信息后, 封 装成 PC控制台可以识别的消息, 并通过套接字发送给 PC控制台。 步骤 S506、 PC控制台将接收到的字幕叠加结果信息显示给操作人员。 实施例二 本实施例提供字幕远程控制的方法, 通过该方法实现远端终端的字幕叠 加。 该方法所基于的系统结构图与图 4相同, 下面详细阐述该方法的具体实 现过程, 如图 6所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S601、 操作人员通过控制室内的 PC控制台向对应终端主控模块发 送字幕叠加请求消息。 该步骤具体为: 操作人员在 PC控制台上选择要发送的字幕类型, 编辑 要发送的字幕内容及属性; PC控制台应用程序根据用户在界面上操作,封装 成终端主控模块可以识别的消息, 并将该消息发送给终端主控模块。 其中, PC控制台优选的通过套接字将请求消息发送给终端主控模块。 步骤 S602、 终端主控模块通过套接口接收到 PC控制台发送的字幕叠加 请求消息, 并在识别出该消息的目的地址为远端终端时, 将字幕叠加请求消 息下发给与本终端连接的 MCU。 其中, 远端终端是指除当前与 PC控制台进行信息交互的其他终端。 步骤 S603、 MCU接收到本地终端主控模块发送的字幕叠加请求消息后, 将该请求消息发送至相应的远端终端的字幕叠加模块。 步骤 S604、 远端终端的字幕叠加模块接收字幕叠加请求消息, 解析该字 幕叠加请求消息, 获取字幕类型, 属性及内容后, 控制编解码模块在输出视 频图像上进行相应的字幕叠加。 进一步地, 终端将输出的视频图像通过视频矩阵设备分配到相应的一个 或多个会议室的显示设备上进行显示。 优选地, 本发明所提供的方法进一步包括信息反馈步骤: 步骤 S605、远端字幕叠加模块通过远端终端的主控模块返回字幕叠加结 果信息给 MCU。 其中, 字幕叠加结果信息包括字幕叠加成功响应信息和字幕叠加失败响 应信息。 步骤 S606、 MCU将接收到的字幕叠加结果信息发送至本端的终端主控 模块。 步骤 S607、 终端主控模块接收字幕叠加结果信息后, 封装成 PC控制台 可以识别的消息, 并通过套接字发送给 PC控制台。 步骤 S608、 PC控制台将接收到的字幕叠加结果信息显示给操作人员。 本发明提供的字幕远程控制方法, 通过控制信令实现字幕的叠加, 与现 有技术中釆用红外遥控器方式相比控制更加快捷, 尤其对远距离终端进行字 幕叠加控制, 提供了较好的解决方案。 另外, 本发明所述方法操作时不要求终端物理位置及摆放方式, 控制一 个终端时不会影响到其他终端, 极大的提高了用户体验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1. 一种字幕远程控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
终端接收字幕叠加控制台发送的字幕叠加请求消息, 并将所述请求 消息转发至字幕叠加模块;
所述字幕叠加模块解析所述字幕叠加请求消息, 获取待叠加字幕信 息, 将字幕叠加到视频图像上输出。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的字幕远程控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端接收字 幕叠加控制台发送的字幕叠加请求消息的步骤包括:
所述终端接收所述字幕叠加控制台通过套接字发送的字幕叠加请求 消息。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的字幕远程控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述字幕叠加模 块包括: 本端终端的字幕叠加模块和远端终端字幕叠加模块。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的字幕远程控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端接收字 幕叠加控制台发送的字幕叠加请求消息, 并将所述请求消息转发至字幕 叠加模块的步骤包括:
所述终端接收所述字幕叠加请求消息, 在识别出该请求消息的目的 地址为远端终端时, 将所述字幕叠加请求消息发送至与所述终端相连的 多点控制单元 MCU, 通过所述 MCU将所述字幕叠加请求消息发送至目 的地址对应的远端终端字幕叠加模块。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的字幕远程控制方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述字 幕叠加模块输出的视频图像通过视频矩阵设备分配到相应的一个或多个 显示设备上进行显示。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的字幕远程控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所述字幕叠加 模块解析所述字幕叠加请求消息, 获取待叠加字幕信息, 将字幕叠加到 视频图像上输出的步骤之后还包括:
所述字幕叠加模块向所述终端反馈字幕叠加结果信息; 所述终端将所述字幕叠加结果信息按预设格式封装后发送至所述字 幕叠加控制台;
所述字幕叠加控制台将所述字幕叠加结果信息呈现给操作人员。
7. 如权利要求 1至 6任意一项所述的字幕远程控制方法, 其特征在于, 所 述字幕叠加请求消息包括: 字幕类型、 字幕内容和字幕属性; 其中, 所述字幕类型包括下述类型中的一种或多种: 横幅、 横滚字幕、 纵 滚字幕、 终端名称和短消息;
所述字幕属性包括下述属性中的一种或多种: 字体大小, 字体颜色, 透明度, 滚动模式和显示偏移。
8. —种字幕远程控制系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 字幕叠加控制台、 至少一 个终端; 其中, 所述字幕叠加控制台, 用于向终端发送字幕叠加请求消息; 所述终端, 包括: 主控模块和字幕叠加模块;
所述主控模块, 用于接收字幕叠加请求消息, 并将所述请求消息转 发至本端的字幕叠加模块或远端终端的字幕叠加模块;
所述字幕叠加模块, 用于解析所述字幕叠加请求消息, 获取待叠加 字幕信息后, 将字幕叠加到视频图像上输出。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的字幕远程控制系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 至少一 个多点控制单元 MCU;
所述 MCU, 与一个或多个终端相连, 用于当所述主控模块将所述请 求消息转发至远端终端的字幕叠加模块时, 由所述 MCU接收所述主控 模块发送的所述字幕叠加请求消息, 并将所述请求消息转发至所述远端 终端的字幕叠加模块。
10. 如权利要求 8或 9所述的字幕远程控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述字幕叠 加控制台通过套接字将字幕叠加请求消息发送至所述终端。
11. 如权利要求 8或 9所述的字幕远程控制系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 视频矩阵设备, 用于将所述字幕叠加模块输出的视频图像分配到相 应的一个或多个显示设备上进行显示。
