Description

Clothing with cup
The present invention relates to a garment having a cup portion.
For clothing with a cup, such as a brassiere, it has a correction function that raises the breast that hangs down toward the front center, in order to raise the position of the bust top and to make the bust clear by clearing the cleavage. Various bras have been proposed. As an example, a method is proposed in which a cloth material having elasticity called a separation cup is provided on the skin side of the cup body so as to connect the cup lower side portion on the front center side and the shoulder strap, and the bust is lifted by the separation cup. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). 19 (a) to 19 (c) are schematic side views showing the difference in bust shape depending on the body shape. As shown in FIGS. 19 (b) and 19 (c), when the volume or sag of the bust is large, only the contact portion of the separation cup is deformed, and it is difficult to lift the bust as a whole. . In addition, the underbust part of the brassiere slipped from the barges line due to the bust of the wearer pushing down the entire cup in accordance with the wearer's movement (see FIG. 20). In order to prevent this sliding down, if the force pulled upward from the shoulder strap is increased, the underbust portion is likely to slide up with the movement of the wearer. Therefore, it was necessary to tighten the underbust part (back cloth) of the brassiere with a strong force, and the feeling of pressure during wearing was likely to increase.
In a conventional garment having a cup part, it is difficult to balance the lifting force by the shoulder strap and the tightening force of the underbust part (back cloth). As a result, both the pulling force and the tightening force tend to be large. For this reason, the shoulder strap is likely to bite into the shoulder and the undercloth portion of the back cloth, and the wearing feeling is not necessarily comfortable. An object of the present invention is to provide a garment having a cup portion that is excellent in bust moldability and is difficult to collapse despite being easily worn.
To achieve the above object, a garment having a cup portion of the present invention comprises a pair of cup portions, a shoulder strap for pulling up the cup portion, a support portion for supporting the cup portion, and a back cloth.
The support portion is provided on a lower edge of the pair of cup portions,
The back cloth is attached to the side of the support part,
The cup part has an outer cup and an inner cup,
The top of the exterior cup is attached to the shoulder strap;
A lower edge of the exterior cup is connected to the support,
The upper part of the inner cup is suspended from the shoulder strap,
A bust middle region in which the lower edge portion of the inner cup includes at least a region between the bust top position and the vicinity of the lowest point of the burse line among regions of a substantially central portion between the bust top position and the burse line. It is formed so that it may touch. Here, the barges line refers to the lower outline of the breast.
The clothing having the cup portion of the present invention is formed such that the inner cup portion is suspended from a shoulder strap and the lower edge portion of the inner cup is in contact with the bust middle region. As a result, the inner cup part is not easily pulled by the support part. For this reason, the bust middle region can be effectively lifted by the lifting force of the shoulder strap, and the position of the bust top can be kept high. Further, the force with which the shoulder strap pulls up the cup portion is hardly transmitted to the support portion, and the support portion can be prevented from being pulled up by the shoulder strap.

The garment having the cup portion of the present invention will be described with an example. However, the present invention is not limited or limited to the following examples.
(First embodiment)
1 to 3 show a brassiere 100 according to a first embodiment of a garment having a cup portion of the present invention. The brassiere 100 according to the present embodiment is a so-called 3/4 cup brassiere including a pair of cup portions 101, a pair of shoulder straps 102, a support portion 103, and a back cloth 104 as main components. In the present embodiment, the back cloth 104 has a detachable connection locking portion 105. When the wearer wears the brassiere of the present embodiment, the connection locking portion 105 is provided at a position near the center of the wearer's back. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the brassiere 100 of the present embodiment with the back cloth 104 locked, and FIG. 2 is a rear view of the brassiere 100 of the present embodiment with the back cloth 104 opened. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the cup portion 101 as viewed in the II direction in FIG. In the three figures, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. In the present embodiment, the support portion 103 has a base portion 103a, and the pair of cup portions 101 are connected by the base portion 103a. A wire 103b may be provided on the portion of the support portion 103 along the barges line, but it may be a non-wire. One end of a pair of back cloths 104 is attached to both ends of the base portion 103a. The other end of the pair of back cloths 104 is detachably attached with a connection locking portion 105. In the brassiere of this example, a hook (for example, hook and eye (hook hook)) is used as the connecting and locking portion 105, but other types of locking tools may be used. Moreover, the front hook type in which a back cloth does not have the connection latching | locking part 105, the type which does not have the connection latching part 105, and the type which ties and latches a back cloth may be sufficient. One end of the shoulder strap 102 is attached to the upper side of the cup portion 101. Then, the other end of the shoulder strap 102 is reversed through an annular locking device 106a attached to the upper side of the back cloth 104, and is introduced into a length adjuster 106b made of an eight ring, whereby the back cloth 104 is attached to the upper side. When the shoulder strap 102 is attached in this manner, the length of the shoulder strap 102 can be adjusted. The form of the shoulder strap 102 is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a so-called “holter neck” type attached so as to connect the upper portions of the pair of cup portions 101 to each other. In the case of a 3/4 cup brassiere, the attachment position of the shoulder strap 102 to the cup portion 101 is closer to the side than a full cup brassiere described later. By setting the mounting position to the side, it is possible to increase the closeness of the bust from the side, and to emphasize the feeling of bulge in the bust valleys and the upper part of the bust.
As the connection locking portion 105, a hook (for example, hook and eye (hook hook)), a gripper, a button, a string, a hook-and-loop fastener, or the like can be appropriately selected and used depending on the design and application. . In the case of using the hook and eye, gripper, or button, it is also preferable that a plurality of fastening positions are provided in advance so that the tightening degree can be finely adjusted. It should be noted that other types of locking tools other than those described above may be used.
The pair of cup portions 101 each have an outer cup 101a and an inner cup 101b. The outer cup 101 a has an upper portion attached to the shoulder strap 102 and a lower edge portion connected to the support portion 103. The upper portion of the inner cup 101b is suspended from the shoulder strap 102, and the lower edge portion is formed so as to contact the middle region A of the bust. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 3, the lower edge portion of the inner cup 101b is not joined to the outer cup 101a. Therefore, the inner cup 101b can be pulled up by the shoulder strap 102 independently of the exterior cup 101a. Here, the middle region A of the bust is a region including at least a region between the bust top position and the vicinity of the lowest point of the burse line among the regions of the substantially central portion between the bust top position and the burse line. It is. As shown in FIG. 4, the bust middle region A is preferably a region including a burse line similarity curve L ′ that crosses a substantially central portion in a direction from the bust top position T toward the burse line L. In the intermediate area A, the bust top position T can be kept high by lifting the inner cup 101b by the pulling force of the shoulder strap 102. In addition, since the inner cup 101b is not pulled by the support portion 103, the middle region A of the bust with which the inner cup 101b contacts can be effectively lifted. The garment having the cup portion of the present invention adopts a structure that suspends the inner cup 101b, so that even if the volume of the bust is slightly different, the inner cup 101b swings back and forth and is good for bust. To fit. Since the inner cup 101b is formed so as to wrap the bust, for example, even when the bust is soft and the drooping is progressing due to aging or the like, the bust is pulled upwards as a whole. Can do. The inner cup 101b is preferably formed so that the bulging portion of the bust including the bust top has a conical shape.
It is preferable that at least a part of the upper edge portion of the inner cup 101b is joined to the upper edge portion of the exterior cup 101a. By joining at least a part of the upper edge portion of the inner cup 101b to the upper edge portion of the exterior cup 101a, the attachment position of the inner cup 101b can be easily held constant. The joining can be performed by a method such as sewing and adhesion. In the present embodiment, the inner cup 101 b is joined to the outer cup 101 a in a region from the attachment position of the shoulder strap 102 to a position close to the side portion of the support portion 103. This makes it easier to keep the position when the inner cup 101b is worn more constant. The inner cup 101b may be attached to the exterior cup 101a only in a part of the region from the attachment position of the shoulder strap 102 to a position close to the side part of the support portion 103. Such a configuration is also preferable for keeping the position when the inner cup 101b is worn constant.
In the present embodiment, the end portion on the front center side of the inner cup 101b is connected to the support portion 103. In the 3/4 cup brassiere as in the present embodiment, the shoulder strap 102 is attached to the cup portion 101 side by side as described above. As described above, connecting the end portion on the front center side of the inner cup 101b to the support portion 103 has an advantage that the position of the inner cup 101b can be easily held at a predetermined position. The “front center” means a region between the left and right busts adjacent to the left and right busts.
For the inner cup 101b, a material used for a cup portion in a normal brassiere can be appropriately used. The material is preferably low in elasticity so that the middle region A of the bust can be effectively lifted. For example, thick nonwoven fabrics may be joined together, and in that case, the shape of the cup can be kept three-dimensional.
Here, the shoulder strap 102 only needs to suspend the cup portion 101 from the shoulder. It may be a string or cloth tape, or may be a so-called round type strap having a wide width like a tank top. In the case of the round type, the shoulder strap 102 may be formed of the same material as the exterior cup 101a. The form of the shoulder strap 102 is not limited to the form of attaching the pair of shoulder straps 102 to the upper part of the cup part and the back cloth 104 corresponding to the pair of cup parts 101, respectively. For example, like the shoulder strap of a sports-type brassiere, a mode in which the two shoulder straps 102 are integrally attached to the back cloth 104 on the back side may be employed. Further, a so-called “holter neck” type in which the shoulder strap 102 is attached only to the cup portion 101 may be used. The attachment position of the shoulder strap 102 can be determined by the shape of the cup part 101 and the design of the clothing having the cup part.
In the present embodiment, the inner cup 101b is not directly connected to the support portion 103 at a portion other than the end portion on the front center side, and has a gap. Here, it is preferable that a covering member 107 is stretched between the inner cup 101 b and the support portion 103. The covering member 107 is formed so as not to pull up the support portion 103 even when the inner cup 101 b is pulled up to the shoulder strap 102. As an example, the covering member 107 designed to be longer than the length of the gap by a preset length can be used. Here, the preset length is such a length that the support portion 103 does not pull the inner cup 101b through the covering member 107 when the inner cup 101b is pulled by the shoulder strap 102. It is. In this case, the covering member 107 may be made of the same material as the lining of the inner cup 101b, and the appearance design can be varied.
As another example, a material having higher elasticity than the inner cup 101b and the shoulder strap 102 can be used as the covering member 107. Examples of the highly stretchable material include a mesh material and a power net. When such a highly stretchable material is used as the covering member 107, the covering member 107 extends when the inner cup 101 b is pulled up to the shoulder strap 102, so that the supporting portion 103 is not pulled up. can do. In the present embodiment, when the covering member 107 is stretched over, the position when the inner cup 101b is worn can be more easily maintained, and for example, when the brassiere 100 is worn or washed. It is possible to prevent the loss of shape and the like. Further, when a mesh-like cloth material is used as the covering member 107, the air permeability around the barges line when worn is good. Moreover, when a mesh-like cloth material is used as the covering member 107, the skin slip of the bust around the barges line becomes good, so that a brassiere with a comfortable wearing feeling can be provided.
FIG. 5 shows a brassiere according to a first modification of the first embodiment. FIG. 5 (a) is a view of the vicinity of the cup portion of the brassiere of this example as seen from the back side, and FIG. 5 (b) is a cross-sectional view of the cup portion viewed in the II-II direction in FIG. FIG. In the present modification, the inner cup 101b further has a lift cloth 108. The lift cloth 108 is disposed along the peripheral edge from the bust intermediate region A of the inner cup 101b to the hanging portion with the shoulder strap 102 via the side portion. The lift cloth 108 is preferably made of a material having a lower elongation than the inner cup 101b. By providing a low elongation material at the peripheral edge of the inner cup 101b, the rigidity of the peripheral edge of the inner cup 101b can be increased, and the intermediate area A at the bottom of the bust can be more easily lifted when attached. The lift cloth 108 is preferably sewn only on the peripheral edge side of the inner cup 101b. Specifically, materials such as a power net, a satin net, and a triconette are more preferable, but not limited thereto. As the lift cloth 108, a tape material having low elasticity may be used. As shown in FIG. 5B, the lift cloth 108 is preferably provided on the outer side of the inner cup 101b (the outer cup 101a side) from the viewpoint of skin contact. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the lift cloth 108 may be provided inside the inner cup 101b (on the skin side when worn). In this embodiment, when the lift cloth 108 is sewn to the peripheral edge side of the inner cup 101b, the lower portion of the inner cup 101b is “squeezed” (a method of finely sewing the three-dimensionally so as to be three-dimensional). Therefore, the skin contact with the bust can be improved by slightly bulging inward, that is, the side in contact with the bust.
In the first modification of the first embodiment, an example in which the lift cloth 108 is provided on the inner cup 101b has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Instead of providing the lift cloth 108, the peripheral edge portion 101b-2 of the inner cup 101b may be formed to have a low elongation as shown in FIG. More specifically, a method of partially switching the elongation of the knitted fabric (knitting change), or the elongation of the peripheral edge portion 101b-2 of the inner cup 101b is lower than that of the other portion 101b-1 by resin impregnation. can do. In this case, the rigidity of the peripheral portion of the inner cup 101b can be increased without providing the lift cloth 108 separately.
Alternatively, the lift cloth 108 and the covering member 107 can be integrally formed of the same material. When the lift cloth 108 is formed of a material having a lower elongation than the inner cup 101b, the portion corresponding to the covering member 107 is longer than the length of the gap between the inner cup 101b and the support portion 103. It is better to keep it long. The length of the portion corresponding to the covering member 107 is such that the support portion 103 does not pull the inner cup 101b through the covering member 107 when the inner cup 101b is pulled by the shoulder strap 102. It is preferable to use a length.
FIG. 7 shows a view of the vicinity of the cup portion of the brassiere according to the second modification of the first embodiment as viewed from the back side. In the modification shown in FIG. 7A, the lift cloth 108 is formed wider at the side portion than at the front center side portion. Providing a wide width of the lift cloth 108 on the side side is preferable because the area where the lift cloth 108 is in contact with the side of the bust is widened, and the force for pushing up (scooping up) the bust on the side can be increased. By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the bust from flowing to the side. In the modification shown in FIG. 7B, the lift cloth 108 is formed in a wide range in the inner cup 101b from the side to the bottom of the bust. A mode as shown in FIG. 7 (b) is preferable because the lift cloth 108 can increase the area where the bust is pushed up (scooped up).
FIG. 8 shows a view of the vicinity of the cup portion of the brassiere according to the third modification of the first embodiment as viewed from the back side. In this modification, the inner cup 101b is formed separately from the side end of the outer cup 101a. Depending on the wearer's bust volume and the like, even if the inner cup 101b is formed separately from the side end of the exterior cup 101a, a sufficient effect can be obtained. In this case, the inner cup 101 b and the outer side edge of the outer cup 101 a can be connected via the covering member 107.
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a part corresponding to the part shown in FIG. 5B in the cup part of the brassiere according to the fourth modification of the first embodiment. In this example, the lift cloth 108 is formed by folding back one end side of the covering member 107 (having a wedge shape). The folded end portion of the covering member 107 is joined to the peripheral edge side of the inner cup 101 b, and the other end side of the covering member 107 is joined to the support portion 103. By forming the lift cloth 108 that requires a force to pull up the bust by making the covering member 107 difficult to stretch in the form of a wedge, the lift cloth 108 and the covering member 107 have different functions. Nevertheless, both functions can be realized with the same material. With this configuration, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
(Second embodiment)
Next, FIGS. 10 to 12 show a brassiere 200 according to a second embodiment of a garment having a cup portion of the present invention. The brassiere 200 according to the present embodiment is a so-called full cup brassiere having a pair of cup parts 201, a pair of shoulder straps 202, a support part 203, and a back cloth 204 as main components. In the present embodiment, the back cloth 204 has a detachable connection locking portion 205. When the wearer wears the brassiere of the present embodiment, the connection locking portion 205 is provided at a position near the center of the wearer's back. FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the brassiere 200 of the present embodiment with the back cloth 204 locked, and FIG. 11 is a rear view of the brassiere 200 of the present embodiment with the back cloth 204 opened. 12 is a cross-sectional view of the cup portion 201 as viewed in the III-III direction in FIG. In the three figures, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. In the present embodiment, the support portion 203 has a base portion 203a, and the pair of cup portions 201 are connected by the base portion 203a. A wire 203b may be provided on a portion of the support portion 203 along the barges line, but it may be a non-wire. One end of a pair of back cloths 204 is attached to both ends of the base portion 203a. A connection locking portion 205 is attached to the other end of the pair of back cloths 204 and is detachable. In the brassiere of this example, a hook (for example, hook and eye (ア イ hook)) is used as the coupling locking portion 205, but other types of locking tools may be used. Moreover, the front hook type in which the back cloth does not have the connection locking part 205, the type without the connection locking part 205, or the type in which the back cloth is tied and locked may be used. One end of the shoulder strap 202 is attached to the upper side of the cup portion 201. Then, the other end of the shoulder strap 202 is inverted through an annular locking member 206a attached to the upper side of the back cloth 204, and is introduced into a length adjuster 206b made of an eight ring, whereby the back cloth It is attached to the upper side of 204. When the shoulder strap 202 is attached in this way, the length of the shoulder stop 202 can be adjusted. The form of the shoulder strap 202 is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a so-called “holter neck” type attached so as to connect the upper portions of the pair of cup portions 201 to each other. In the case of a full cup brassiere, the attachment position of the shoulder strap 202 to the cup portion 201 is a portion closer to the center of the cup portion 201, and the shoulder strap 202 lifts the entire bust so that the center of gravity of the bust volume is raised. It is a configuration.
The pair of cup parts 201 each have an exterior cup 201a and an inner cup 201b. The outer cup 201 a has an upper portion attached to the shoulder strap 202 and a lower edge portion connected to the support portion 203. The upper portion of the inner cup 201b is suspended from the shoulder strap 202, and the lower edge portion is formed so as to contact the middle region A of the bust. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 12, the lower edge portion of the inner cup 201b is not joined to the outer cup 201a. Therefore, the inner cup 201b can be pulled up by the shoulder strap 202 independently of the exterior cup 201a. In the middle region A of the bust, the bust top position T can be kept high by lifting the inner cup 201b by the lifting force of the shoulder strap 202. In addition, since the inner cup 201b is not pulled by the support portion 203, the middle region A of the bust with which the inner cup 201b contacts can be effectively lifted. The garment having the cup portion of the present invention adopts a structure in which the inner cup 201b is suspended, so that even if the volume of the bust is slightly different, the inner cup 201b swings back and forth and is good for bust To fit. Since the inner cup 201b is formed so as to wrap the bust, for example, even when the meat quality of the bust becomes soft due to aging or the like and the drooping is progressing, the bust is pulled upwards as a whole. Can do. The inner cup 201b is preferably formed so that the bulging portion of the bust including the bust top has a conical shape.
It is preferable that at least a part of the upper edge portion of the inner cup 201b is joined to the upper edge portion of the exterior cup 201a. By joining at least a part of the upper edge of the inner cup 201b to the upper edge of the exterior cup 201a, the attachment position of the inner cup 201b can be easily held constant. The joining can be performed by a method such as sewing and adhesion. In this embodiment, the inner cup 201b has a joint portion in at least a part of a region from the attachment position of the shoulder strap 202 of the exterior cup 201a to a position close to the side portion of the support portion 203. It becomes easier to keep the position when the inner cup 201b is worn more constant. The inner cup 201b is not directly connected to the support portion 203 and has a gap, but a covering member 207 is hung between the inner cup 201b and the support portion 203. It is preferable that it is passed.
In addition, about the raw material of the said inner cup 201b in this embodiment, the said connection latching | locking part 205, the said shoulder strap 202, and the said coating | coated member 207, the inner cup 101b in the said 1st embodiment, the connection latching | locking part 105, Similar to the shoulder strap 102 and the covering member 107.
FIG. 13 shows a view of the vicinity of the cup portion of the brassiere according to the first modification of the second embodiment as seen from the back side. In this example, the inner cup 201b further has a lift cloth 208. The lift cloth 208 is disposed along the peripheral edge from the bust intermediate region A of the inner cup 201b to the hanging portion with the shoulder strap 202 via the side portion.
