Abstract

Another option is the one raised in the US patent 6.61 1 .961, which discloses the use of a plastic pick-up glove that allows the animal's fecal matter to be collected in a single action because the glove is inverted to form a bag and throw it away. This invention is expensive because the glove is disposable and fails to avoid the unpleasant sensation of coming into contact with an undesirable object, soft texture and warm temperature.

In order to improve the collection system to avoid contact of the user's hand with the excrement or undesirable object, some devices or devices for excrement or undesirable objects have been developed in the state of the art.

Among them have been reported bell catchers with clamp, which manages to avoid the user's contact with feces but that requires an assembly process prior to its use, requires the use of rubbers to be able to perform the action of collecting the excrement, It has a limitation on the size of the object that is capable of collecting, its closing form does not ensure that the excrement does not leave the bag used for its deposit and on numerous occasions there is a risk of ending up by hiding the site since the pressure It is not exercised at ground level. Considering the above information, it is clear that although in the state of the art there were devices to collect excreta or objects, it was still necessary to have an already armed device, which in addition to avoiding the indirect contact of the user with the excrements or objects, is easy to operate, be useful to collect droppings or objects of different sizes, have a closing mechanism that ensures a safer and more efficient collection, is resistant to falls and can be easily transported by the pet, allowing its agile and comfortable movement, in instead of being carried by the master, who can count on both hands to control his pet or perform other activities while walking with his animal.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The applicant has managed to develop a collection collar for excrement or other objects, which comprises a flexible body consisting of two cables or guides (1 a and 1 b) that form a perpendicular arc (1), in which the two cables (1 a and 1 b) remain connected by one or more clamps (10), these cables (1 a and 1 b) are inserted together inside a cylinder (3) through it from end to end and separate at the outlet end forming a structure ovoid (2) that consolidates when joining the two cables separated (1 a and 1 b) to a clamp (10) which in turn is connected to the two cables (1 a and 1 b) at its opposite end.

Thus, as the arc (1) is introduced into the cylinder (3), the ovoid structure (2) expands to adapt to the size of the object or excrement to be collected and is then introduced into a plastic bag (12). To release the bag (12) with its contents in a trash can or bin, the user reintroduces the bow (1) into the cylinder (3) to open the ovoid structure (2) allowing the bag with its undesirable content to fall by gravity at the place of waste collection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
