Abstract

The present invention relates to a combined muscular strength exerciser and foot warmer. According to the present invention, a mesh unit is replaceable to enable hygienic use, a footrest can be cooled to enable use throughout the four seasons, a rechargeable battery can be used with home electricity to enable easy portability, and the rotation frequency of a cooling fan is adjusted by a sensor to automatically adjust the degree of cooling, thereby improving convenience of use.
