Abstract

본 발명은 빌딩 및 아파트, 주택이나 상가 및 창고 등의 건축물 외벽에 방수와 단열 및 방음처리를 시행함에 있어, 상기의 벽체를 미려하게 마감하기 위한 패널에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 평판 형태로 된 금속판재의 단부를 1차 절곡하여 측면부만을 형성하여 된 표면체를 구비하고, 그 표면체의 측면부 내측면에는 "ㄱ"자 형태로 된 지지앵글을 밀착 고정하며, 상기 지지앵글을 이용하여 반복의 결속공을 갖는 고정판이 표면체 내에 삽입되도록 고정 형성하여 제작함으로써, 생산성이 매우 뛰어나 대량 생산에 매우 적합한 것이고, 제작 시간의 단축으로 인해 인건비의 절감이 가능한 것이며, 불량품이 거의 발생하지 아니하므로 자재 손실을 방지함은 물론 마감패널에 대한 고품질 상태가 안정적으로 유지될 수 있는 것이며, 고정판이 표면체로부터 돌출되거나 고정판의 측부가 외부로 드러나지 아니하므로 마감패널의 외관이 미려하면서도 매끄러운 측면으로 인해 취급 안전성이 매우 뛰어난 것이다.
