Abstract

The invention relates to a web tension measuring device (1) having a fastening component (6) for fastening to a stationary reference surface (3), a roll bearing fastening component (7), an intermediate component (8) and strain measuring elements (11), in particular strain gages, which are designed to measure movements between the fastening component (6) and the roll bearing fastening component (7). The invention is characterized in that the intermediate component (8) is coupled to the roll bearing fastening component (7) by at least one first leg (9), preferably at least two first legs (9), and in that the intermediate component (8) is coupled to the fastening component (6) by at least one second leg (10), preferably at least two or four second legs (10), wherein at least one such strain measuring element (11) is arranged on or in at least one of the legs (9, 10). Alternatively, the invention is characterized in that the fastening component (6) and the roll bearing fastening component (7) are connected directly to each other via legs (9; 10) preferably arranged on mutually opposite sides of the roll bearing fastening component (7), wherein the fastening component (6) embraces the roll bearing fixing component (7) in the manner of a frame.
