Abstract

본 발명은, 응축기로부터 유입되는 냉매를 교축시켜서 증발기에 공급하고, 증발기로부터 유입되어 압축기로 유출되는 냉매에 의하여 개도가 제어되는 차량의 공기조화장치용 팽창밸브에 있어서, 하면에 응축기로부터 냉매가 유입되는 제1포트, 제1측면에 형성되며 교축된 냉매가 증발기로 공급되는 제2포트를 구비하며, 내부에는 제1포트로 유입된 냉매가 교축되는 교축유로와, 교축유로와 일렬로 형성되고 제1포트와 연통되어 제1포트로 유입된 냉매를 상기 교축유로로 유출하는 내부유로가 형성된 밸브본체를 포함하는 차량의 공기조화장치용 팽창밸브를 제공한다. 따라서, 밸브본체의 가공성을 용이하게 하였기 때문에 제조가 간편하고 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
