Abstract

Das Patent beschreibt eine mehrphasige Hochleistungssyncron-Maschine, mit transversaler Flussführung mit am Rotor in Umfangsrichtung angeordneten Permanentmagneten entsprechend der Polzahl und mit einer Welle oder Hohlwelle, so dass die Magnete so angeordnet sind, das von 2 Phasen ein Magnetring genutzt wird und dabei 50% Magnetmaterial einspart wird wobei gleichzeitig eine Einsparung der Flussleitmaterials stattfindet durch die Magnetkonzentratoren. Die magnetischen Flussmaterialen können durch gespritzte MIM-Technologie als grüne Materialien und gesinderte Materialien eingesetzt werden.
