一种紧急呼叫回呼方法、 装置和系统 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信领域,尤其涉及一种紧急呼叫回呼方法、装置和系统。 背景技术
紧急呼叫是在紧急情况下向某个处理中心发出的呼叫, 例如,在中国拨打 的 110、 119, 在美国拨打的 911等等。 在某些情况下, 需要紧急呼叫中心支持 回呼, 譬如, 当处理中心忙或处理中心需要进行某些调度时, 需要紧急呼叫中 心在忙完之后或调度完成之后再主动联络用户。
紧急呼叫中心的回呼,需要处理中心能够通过该用户的电话号码等用户标 识识别用户。在无线系统中, 只有通过网络的安全认证的用户才能被网络识别 并提供服务。 现有的无线网络中, 用户通过安全认证后, 网络会给用户设备
( UE, User Equipment )分配一个临时标识, 以后通过这个临时标识来识别该 用户 (例如, 寻呼该用户 )。 同时, 该用户会拥有一个在开户时确定的永久标 识(例如, 该用户的电话号码) , 其他用户可以用这个永久标识呼叫该用户。 紧急呼叫系统在回呼时,提供用户的永久标识给无线网络, 无线网络查找这个 用户当前使用的临时标识, 并使用这个临时标识寻呼用户, 实现回呼功能。
由于紧急呼叫的重要性,网络往往也需要允许未通过安全认证的用户发起 紧急呼叫。 然而, 上述现有技术提供的紧急呼叫回呼是以 UE通过网络安全认 证为前提的, 如果由于某种原因导致 UE无法通过网络的安全认证(例如, 手 机等 UE没有 SIM卡或者用户处于没有签订漫游协议的其他网络等等 ), 则这 类用户的紧急呼叫回呼便无法实现。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种紧急呼叫回呼方法、装置和系统, 以实现对没有通 过网络安全认证的用户实现紧急呼叫回呼。
本发明实施例提供一种紧急呼叫回呼方法, 包括: 为用户设备分配第一临 时标识和与所述第一临时标识相应的第二临时标识;将所述第二临时标识发送 至紧急呼叫中心; 当所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,接收所述紧急呼 叫中心发送的所述第二临时标识;根据所述第二临时标识查询所述第一临时标 识; 使用所述第一临时标识回呼所述用户设备。
本发明另一实施例提供一种紧急呼叫回呼方法, 包括: 用户设备接收并保 存网络侧设备分配的第一临时标识,所述第一临时标识包括第一临时标识第一 部分和第一临时标识第二部分;所述用户设备接受网络侧设备通过所述第一临 时标识第一部分发起的紧急呼叫回呼,并根据所述第一临时标识第一部分查找 所述第一临时标识第二部分;所述用户设备向所述网络侧设备上报所述第一临 时标识第二部分,以使得所述网络侧设备根据所述第一临时标识第二部分确认 所述用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备进而建立与所述用户设备的通 话连接。
本发明另一实施例提供一种紧急呼叫回呼方法, 包括: 用户设备接收并保 存网络侧设备分配的第一临时标识和与所述第一临时标识相应的第三临时标 识; 所述用户设备接受网络侧设备通过所述第一临时标识发起的紧急呼叫回 呼; 所述用户设备根据所述第一临时标识查找所述第三临时标识; 所述用户设 备向所述网络侧设备上报所述第三临时标识 ,以使得所述网络侧设备根据所述 第三临时标识确认所述用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备进而建立与 所述用户设备的通话连接。
本发明实施例提供一种紧急呼叫回呼装置, 包括: 分配模块, 用于为用户 设备分配第一临时标识和与所述第一临时标识相应的第二临时标识; 收发模 块,用于将所述分配模块分配的所述第二临时标识发送至紧急呼叫中心, 以及 在所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,接收所述紧急呼叫中心发送的所述 第二临时标识; 查询模块, 用于在所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时, 根 据所述收发模块接收的第二临时标识查询所述第一临时标识; 回呼模块, 用于 使用所述查询模块查询到的所述第一临时标识回呼所述用户设备。

本发明实施例提供一种紧急呼叫回呼系统,所述紧急呼叫回呼系统包括紧 急呼叫回呼装置和紧急呼叫中心;
紧急呼叫回呼装置,用于为用户设备分配第一临时标识和与所述第一临时 标识相应的第二临时标识,将所述第二临时标识发送至所述紧急呼叫中心,在 所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,接收所述紧急呼叫中心发送的所述第 二临时标识,根据接收的所述第二临时标识查询所述第一临时标识,使用第一 临时标识回呼所述用户设备;
紧急呼叫中心, 用于接收所述用户设备的紧急呼叫,在发起紧急呼叫回呼 时, 向所述紧急呼叫回呼装置发送所述第二临时标识。
从上述本发明实施例可知,由于为发起紧急呼叫的用户设备分配了两个互 相对应的临时标识,将其中一个临时标识发送至紧急呼叫中心, 并且使用安全 性更高的临时标识回呼该发起紧急呼叫的用户设备。 因此, 与现有技术相比, 即使由于某种原因导致发起紧急呼叫的用户设备没有通过网络安全认证,本发 明实施例提供的方法仍然可以识别发起紧急呼叫的用户设备,从而实现紧急呼 叫的回呼。 附图说明

本发明实施例提供了一种紧急呼叫回呼方法、装置和系统, 以实现对没有 通过网络安全认证的用户实现紧急呼叫回呼。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅附图 1 , 是本发明实施例提供的紧急呼叫回呼方法流程示意图, 该 方法的执行主体可以是网络侧设备,例如,网络侧设备的移动交换中心(Mobile
Switching Center, MSC )或移动管理实体( Mobile Management Entity , MME ) 等核心网网元, 主要包括步骤:
S101 ,为用户设备分配第一临时标识和与该第一临时标识相应的第二临时 标识。
需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 用户设备 ( UE, User Equipment )是 指由于某种原因而未通过安全认证的用户设备。当这类用户设备发起紧急呼叫 时,网络侧设备为其分配第一临时标识和与该第一临时标识相应的第二临时标 识。 为发起紧急呼叫的 UE分配的第二临时标识可以是一个普通的 11位手机号 码, 由网络侧设备从数据库中挑选出来。 第二临时标识与第一临时标识相应是 指网络侧设备获知第一临时标识便可获知第二临时标识, 或者反之, 获知第二 临时标识便可获知第一临时标识。 因此,对为用户设备分配第一临时标识和所 述第二临时标识的网络侧设备而言,第一临时标识和第二临时标识也可以是同 一个临时标识而不加区分。此外,本发明实施例提供的第一临时标识和第二临 时标识均唯一标识一个发起紧急呼叫的用户设备。
可以理解,当为发起紧急呼叫的用户设备分配第一临时标识和与该第一临 时标识相应的第二临时标识时,网络侧设备保存了第一临时标识和第二临时标 识的对应关系。
5102, 将第二临时标识发送至紧急呼叫中心。
将第二临时标识发送至紧急呼叫中心,其目的是方便紧急呼叫中心在回呼 时可以识别曾经发起紧急呼叫的用户设备。
5103 , 当所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,接收紧急呼叫中心发送 的第二临时标识。
当紧急呼叫中心回呼曾经发起紧急呼叫的用户设备时,该紧急呼叫中心将 网络侧设备为该用户设备分配的第二临时标识发送至网络侧设备。
S104, 根据第二临时标识查询第一临时标识。
如前所述,由于网络侧设备为用户设备分配第一临时标识和第二临时标识 并保存了第一临时标识和第二临时标识的对应关系, 因此, 网络侧设备可以根 据第二临时标识查询到第一临时标识。
S105, 使用第一临时标识回呼用户设备。
由于第一临时标识是由网络侧设备分配的,在分配过程中具有严格的加密 保护机制, 不容易泄露至第三方(或者即使泄漏至第三方, 在短期内也很难解 密), 也没有主动提供给第三方, 例如, 在本发明实施例中, 没有将第一临时 标识提供给紧急呼叫中心。 因此,使用第一临时标识回呼发起紧急呼叫的用户 设备, 其安全性更高。 在本发明提供的实施例中, 使用第一临时标识回呼发起 紧急呼叫的用户设备, 目的是为发起紧急呼叫的用户设备建立通话连接。
从上述本发明实施例可知,由于为发起紧急呼叫的用户设备分配了两个互 相对应的临时标识,将其中一个临时标识发送至紧急呼叫中心, 并且使用安全 性更高的临时标识回呼该发起紧急呼叫的用户设备。 因此, 与现有技术相比, 即使由于某种原因导致发起紧急呼叫的用户设备没有通过网络安全认证,本发 明实施例提供的方法仍然可以识别发起紧急呼叫的用户设备,从而实现紧急呼 叫的回呼。
作为本发明另一实施例,上述为用户设备分配的第一临时标识可以包括两 部分, 例如, 第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分。 相应地, 在网 络侧设备接收紧急呼叫中心发送的第二临时标识之前,网络侧设备可以向用户 设备发送第一临时标识, 以使得用户设备保存第一临时标识第一部分、第一临 时标识第二部分以及第一临时标识第一部分、第一临时标识第二部分的对应关 系。在本实施例中, 第一临时标识第二部分是第一临时标识第一部分的附加部 分, 用于对用户设备进行鉴权。 例如, 若第一临时标识第一部分是若干位数字 时, 第一临时标识第二部分可以是英文字母、位数比第一临时标识第一部分位 数少的若干位数字或其他符号等等。可以理解的是, 网络侧设备为用户设备分 配第一临时标识时, 保存了第一临时标识, 或者, 在保存第一临时标识第一部 分和第一临时标识第二部分时,即保存了第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标 识第二部分的对应关系。 上述网络侧设备使用第一临时标识回呼用户设备时, 可以是使用第一临时标识第一部分回呼用户设备。
由于第一临时标识第二部分具有验证功能,在网络侧设备使用第一临时标 识第一部分回呼用户设备之后,可以验证上报第一临时标识第二部分的用户设 备是否为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备, 从而增加了网络安全性。 例如, 由于 用户设备保存了第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分的对应关系, 可以根据第一临时标识第一部分查找并上报第一临时标识第二部分,网络侧设 备接收用户设备上报的第一临时标识第二部分;网络侧设备将接收到的第一临 时标识第二部分与之前分配且保存于本端的第一临时标识第二部分相比较,若 两者相同,则确认上报第一临时标识第二部分的用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫 的用户设备, 建立与该用户设备的通话连接。
作为本发明又一实施例,上述网络侧设备为用户设备分配第一临时标识和 第二临时标识时,还可以为该用户设备分配与第一临时标识相应的第三临时标 识, 其中, 第三临时标识与前述实施例中第一临时标识第二部分的功能类似, 可以用于网络侧设备对用户设备进行鉴权, 并且,在网络侧设备接收紧急呼叫 中心发送的第二临时标识之前, 网络侧设备向用户设备发送第三临时标识, 以 使得用户设备保存第一临时标识、第三临时标识以及第一临时标识、第三临时 标识的对应关系。可以理解的是, 网络侧设备为发起紧急呼叫的用户设备分配 第二临时标识和第三临时标识时,保存了第二临时标识和第三临时标识及其对 应关系。
由于第三临时标识具有验证功能,在网络侧设备使用第一临时标识回呼发 起紧急呼叫的用户设备后,可以验证上报第一临时标识第二部分的用户设备是 否为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备, 从而增加了网络安全性。 例如, 由于用户 设备保存了第一临时标识和第三临时标识的对应关系,可以根据第一临时标识 查找第三临时标识并上报第三临时标识至网络侧设备,网络侧设备接收用户设 备上报的第三临时标识;网络侧设备将接收到的第三临时标识与之前分配并保 存于本端的第三临时标识相比较, 若两者相同, 则确认此时上报第三临时标识 的用户设备是之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备, 建立与该用户设备的通话连接。
本发明实施例通过为发用户设备分配第三临时标识或者第一临时标识包 括第一临时标识第二部分, 可以实现对用户设备的鉴权, 从而提高安全性。
在本发明实施例中,可以采用多种算法生成本发明实施例提供的第一临时 标识、 第二临时标识和第三临时标识, 例如, 使用国际移动设备标识(IMEI, International Mobile Station Equipment Identity )、 接入小区全局标识、 分配接入 小区全局标识的核心网元全局标识、 顺序编号、 随机编号和时间戳( Time Stamp ) 中的一种或多种组合生成这些临时标识。 例如, 对于第一临时标识, 可以使用 8比特的移动管理实体码( MMEC, Mobility Management Entity Code ) 与 8比特的时间戳、 8比特的随机编号以及经过哈希(Hash )运算所得的 16比特 MEI组合而成; 又如, 对于第三临时标识或者第一临时标识第二部分, 可以将 第一临时标识经过哈希(Hash )运算所得 24比特信息后与 8比特的时间戳组合 而成。
需要说明的是,由于第一临时标识和第二临时标识只是临时为用户设备分 配, 并且, 这些标识都是有限的网络资源。 为了不让这种网络资源被耗尽, 这 些标识不宜为一个用户设备长期占用, 因此, 可选地, 网络侧设备还可以为分 配的上述临时标识配置有效生命期, 该有效生命期表明临时标识的有效时间。 一般而言, 有效时间一过, 这些标识都不再发挥作用。 临时标识的有效时间可 以固定化,也可以由网络侧设备临时决定并在分配这些临时标识时发送至紧急 呼叫中心和 /或发起紧急呼叫的用户设备。
例如,在回呼应用场景中,同一个用户设备可能再次或多次发起紧急呼叫, 此时, 可选地, 可以在 UE每次发起紧急呼叫时为该 UE分配新的第一临时标识 和新的第二临时标识,相应的呼叫流程及临时标识使用方法可参照上述实施例 中描述, 在此不再赞述。 当网络侧多次为该 UE分配第一临时标识和第二临时 标识时, UE可以保存每次更新的全部第一临时标识和第二临时标识, 只要这 些第一临时标识和第二临时标识在有效生命期内。 当然, UE也可以只保留最 近一次新分配的第一临时标识和第二临时标识, 即,将新分配的第一临时标识 和第二临时标识覆盖旧有的第一临时标识和第二临时标识。可选地,还可以在
UE每次发起紧急呼叫时延长已为该 UE分配的第一临时标识和第二临时标识 的有效生命期。
请参阅附图 2,是本发明另一实施例提供的紧急呼叫回呼方法流程示意图, 能够实现与上述网络侧方法实施例相对应的用户设备侧的方法流程,主要包括 步骤:
S201 ,用户设备接收并保存网络侧设备分配的第一临时标识,所述第一临 时标识包括第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分。
该用户设备可以为由于某种原因而未通过安全认证的用户设备。当这类用 户设备发起紧急呼叫时,网络侧设备可以为其分配第一临时标识和与该第一临 时标识相应的第二临时标识。其中, 第二临时标识需提供给紧急呼叫中心用于 回呼该用户设备的。 具体可参见 S101~S103中的描述, 在此不再赘述。 上述第 一临时标识的第一部分可以用来回呼该用户设备,第一临时标识第二部分可以 用于对用户设备进行鉴权, 具体如下:
5202,用户设备接受网络侧设备通过所述第一临时标识第一部分发起的紧 急呼叫回呼,并根据所述第一临时标识第一部分查找所述第一临时标识第二部 分。
5203 ,用户设备向所述网络侧设备上报所述第一临时标识第二部分, 以使 得所述网络侧设备根据所述第一临时标识第二部分确认所述用户设备为之前 发起紧急呼叫的用户设备进而建立与所述用户设备的通话连接。
由于第一临时标识第二部分具有验证功能,在网络侧设备使用第一临时标 识第一部分回呼用户设备之后,可以验证上报第一临时标识第二部分的用户设 备是否为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备, 从而增强了网络安全性。 例如, 网络 侧设备将用户设备上报的第一临时标识第二部分与之前分配且保存于本端的 第一临时标识第二部分相比较, 若两者相同, 则确认上报第一临时标识第二部 分的用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备, 建立与该用户设备的通话连 接。
可选地, 为了节省有限的网络资源,避免一个用户设备长期占用某个临时 标识,网络侧设备还可以为分配的第一临时标识配置有效生命期。在此情况下, 如果用户设备再次或多次发起紧急呼叫,则可能接收到网络侧设备针对每次紧 急呼叫分配的新的第一临时标识, 相应的方法流程与图 2所示的该用户设备进 行紧急呼叫的流程一致。

该用户设备可以为由于某种原因而未通过安全认证的用户设备。当这类用 户设备发起紧急呼叫时,网络侧设备可以为其分配第一临时标识和与该第一临 时标识相应的第二临时标识及第三临时标识。其中, 第二临时标识需提供给紧 急呼叫中心用于回呼该用户设备的。 具体可参见 S101~S103中的描述, 在此不 再赘述。 第三临时标识与前述实施例中第一临时标识第二部分的功能类似。

请参阅附图 4, 是本发明实施例提供的一种紧急呼叫回呼装置逻辑结构示 意图, 能够实现图 1所示实施例提供的紧急呼叫回呼方法。 为了便于说明, 仅 仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。 附图 2示例的呼叫控制装置可以是第二 代移动通信系统(2G, the 2nd Generation )、 第三代移动通信系统( 3G, the 3rd Generation )或长期演进系统 ( LTE, Long Term Evolution ) 中的网络侧设备, 例如 MSC或 MME等, 包括分配模块 401、 收发模块 402、 查询模块 403和回呼模 块 404, 其中:
分配模块 401 , 用于为用户设备分配第一临时标识和与所述第一临时标识 相应的第二临时标识;
收发模块 402,用于将所述分配模块 401分配的第二临时标识发送至紧急呼 叫中心, 以及在所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,接收所述紧急呼叫中 心发送的所述第二临时标识;
查询模块 403 , 用于以所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时, 根据所述 收发模块 402接收的第二临时标识查询第一临时标识;
回呼模块 404 ,用于使用所述查询模块 403查询到的所述第一临时标识回呼 用户设备。
需要说明的是, 以上紧急呼叫回呼装置的实施方式中,各功能模块的划分 仅是举例说明, 实际应用中可以根据需要, 例如相应硬件的配置要求或者软件 的实现的便利考虑, 而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成, 即将所述呼叫 控制装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分 功能。 而且, 实际应用中, 本实施例中的相应的功能模块可以是由相应的硬件 实现, 也可以由相应的硬件执行相应的软件完成, 例如, 前述的分配模块, 可 以是具有执行前述为发起紧急呼叫的用户设备分配第一临时标识和与所述第 一临时标识相应的第二临时标识的硬件, 例如分配器,也可以是能够执行相应 计算机程序从而完成前述功能的一般处理器或者其他硬件设备;再如前述的收 发模块, 可以是具有执行前述将分配模块(或分配器)分配的第二临时标识发 送至紧急呼叫中心以及在所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,接收所述紧 急呼叫中心发送的所述第二临时标识功能的硬件,如收发器,也可以是能够执 行相应计算机程序从而完成前述功能的一般处理器或者其他硬件设备。
作为本发明另一实施例,附图 4示例的分配模块 401分配的第一临时标识可 以包括第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分, 此时, 回呼模块 404 具体用于使用所述第一临时标识第一部分回呼所述用户设备, 收发模块 402还 用于将所述分配模块 401分配的所述第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第 二部分发送至所述用户设备,以使得所述用户设备保存所述第一临时标识第一 部分与所述第一临时标识第二部分, 以及在所述回呼模块 404使用所述第一临 时标识第一部分回呼所述用户设备后,接收所述用户设备根据所述第一临时标 识第一部分查找并上报的所述第一临时标识第二部分。
相应地, 附图 4示例的紧急呼叫回呼装置还可以进一步包括第一处理模块 501 ,如附图 5所示本发明另一实施例提供的紧急呼叫回呼装置。 第一处理模块 501用于比较收发模块 402接收的所述第一临时标识第二部分与所述分配模块 401分配的第一临时标识第二部分是否相同; 若相同, 则确认上报所述第一临 时标识第二部分的用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备,建立与所述用户 设备的通话连接。
作为本发明又一实施例,附图 4示例的分配模块 401还可以用于为用户设备 分配与所述第一临时标识相应的第三临时标识, 此时, 收发模块 402还用于将 所述分配模块 401分配的所述第一临时标识和所述第三临时标识发送至所述用 户设备, 以使得所述用户设备保存所述第一临时标识与所述第三临时标识; 以 及在所述回呼模块 404使用所述第一临时标识回呼所述用户设备后, 接收所述 用户设备根据所述第一临时标识查找并上报的所述第三临时标识。
相应地, 附图 4示例的紧急呼叫回呼装置也可以进一步包括第二处理模块 601 ,如附图 6所示本发明另一实施例提供的紧急呼叫回呼装置。 第二处理模块 601用于比较所述收发模块 402接收的所述第三临时标识与所述分配模块 401分 配的第三临时标识是否相同, 若相同, 则确认上报所述第三临时标识的用户设 备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备, 建立与所述用户设备的通话连接。
在附图 4至附图 6任一实施例中, 分配模块 401还用于为所述第一临时标识 和第二临时标识配置有效生命期, 若所述回呼模块 404使用所述第一临时标识 回呼所述用户设备之前, 所述用户设备再次或多次发起紧急呼叫, 则所述分配 模块 401还用于为所述用户设备分配新的第一临时标识和第二临时标识, 或者 延长最近一次为所述用户设备分配的第一临时标识和第二临时标识的有效生 命期,或者保留最近一次为所述用户设备分配且在有效生命期之内的第一临时 标识和第二临时标识。
请参阅附图 7, 是本发明实施例提供的用户设备逻辑结构示意图, 能够实 现图 2所示实施例提供的紧急呼叫回呼方法, 该用户设备包括第三接收模块 701、 第三处理模块 702和第三上报模块 704, 其中: 第三接收模块 701 ,用于接收网络侧设备为用户设备分配的第一临时标识, 所述第一临时标识包括第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分;
第三处理模块 702,用于保存所述第三接收模块 701接收的所述第一临时标 识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分;接受网络侧设备通过所述第一临时标识 第一部分发起的紧急呼叫回呼,并根据所述第一临时标识第一部分查找所述第 一临时标识第二部分;
第三上报模块 703 ,用于向所述网络侧设备上报所述第三处理模块 702查找 的所述第一临时标识第二部分,以使得所述网络侧设备根据所述第一临时标识 第二部分确认所述用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备进而建立与所述 用户设备的通话连接。
请参阅附图 8, 是本发明另一实施例提供的用户设备逻辑结构示意图, 能 够实现图 3所示实施例提供的紧急呼叫回呼方法, 该用户设备包括第四接收模 块 801、 第四处理模块 802和第四上报模块 804, 其中:
第四接收模块 801 , 用于接收网络侧设备为用户设备分配的第一临时标识 和与所述第一临时标识相应的第三临时标识;
第四处理模块 802,用于保存所述第四接收模块 801接收的所述第一临时标 识和第三临时标识;接受网络侧设备通过所述第一临时标识发起的紧急呼叫回 呼, 并根据所述第一临时标识查找所述第三临时标识;
第四上报模块 803 ,用于向所述网络侧设备上报所述第四处理模块 802查找 的所述第三临时标识,以使得所述网络侧设备根据所述第三临时标识确认所述 用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备进而建立与所述用户设备的通话连 接。
请参阅附图 9, 是本发明实施例提供的紧急呼叫系统逻辑结构示意图, 能 够实现上述实施例提供的紧急呼叫回呼方法, 包括紧急呼叫中心 902和附图 4 至附图 6任一实施例的紧急呼叫回呼装置 901 , 其中:
紧急呼叫回呼装置 901 , 用于为用户设备分配第一临时标识和与所述第一 临时标识相应的第二临时标识,将所述第二临时标识发送至所述紧急呼叫中心 902,在所述紧急呼叫中心 902回呼所述用户设备时,接收所述紧急呼叫中心 902 发送的所述第二临时标识 ,根据接收的所述第二临时标识查询所述第一临时标 识, 使用第一临时标识回呼所述用户设备;
紧急呼叫中心 902, 用于接收所述用户设备的紧急呼叫, 在发起紧急呼叫 回呼时, 向所述紧急呼叫回呼装置 901发送所述第二临时标识。
需要说明的是, 上述装置各模块 /单元之间的信息交互、 执行过程等内容, 由于与本发明方法实施例基于同一构思,其带来的技术效果与本发明方法实施 例相同, 具体内容可参见本发明方法实施例中的叙述, 此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读 存储介质中, 存储介质可以包括: 只读存储器(ROM, Read Only Memory )、 随机存取存储器(RAM, Random Access Memory ) 、 磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例提供的一种紧急呼叫回呼方法、装置和系统进行了详 细介绍, 本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述, 以上 实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时,对于本领 域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有 改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种紧急呼叫回呼方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
为用户设备分配第一临时标识和与所述第一临时标识相应的第二临时标 识;
将所述第二临时标识发送至紧急呼叫中心;
当所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,接收所述紧急呼叫中心发送的 所述第二临时标识;
根据所述第二临时标识查询所述第一临时标识;
使用所述第一临时标识回呼所述用户设备。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一临时标识包括第一临 时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分;
在所述接收所述紧急呼叫中心发送的所述第二临时标识之前, 还包括: 向所述用户设备发送所述第一临时标识,以使得所述用户设备保存所述第 一临时标识第一部分及所述第一临时标识第二部分;
所述使用所述第一临时标识回呼所述用户设备包括:使用所述第一临时标 识第一部分回呼所述用户设备;
在所述使用所述第一临时标识第一部分回呼所述用户设备之后, 还包括: 接收所述用户设备根据所述第一临时标识第一部分查找并上报的所述第 一临时标识第二部分;
比较所述用户设备上报的所述第一临时标识第二部分与为所述用户设备 分配的第一临时标识第二部分是否相同;
若相同,则确认上报所述第一临时标识第二部分的用户设备为之前发起紧 急呼叫的用户设备, 建立与所述用户设备的通话连接。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在将所述第二临时标识发送至 紧急呼叫中心之前, 还包括:
为所述用户设备分配与所述第一临时标识相应的第三临时标识; 在所述接收所述紧急呼叫中心发送的所述第二临时标识之前, 还包括: 向所述用户设备发送所述第三临时标识及所述第一临时标识,以使得所述 用户设备保存所述第三临时标识及所述第一临时标识;
在所述使用所述第一临时标识回呼所述用户设备之后, 还包括: 接收所述用户设备根据所述第一临时标识查找并上报的所述第三临时标 识;
比较所述用户设备上报的所述第三临时标识与为所述用户设备分配的第 三临时标识是否相同;
若相同,则确认上报所述第三临时标识的用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的 用户设备, 建立与所述用户设备的通话连接。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括:
为所述分配的第一临时标识和第二临时标识配置有效生命期。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若使用所述第一临时标识回呼 所述用户设备之前, 所述用户设备再次或多次发起紧急呼叫, 则为所述用户设 备分配新的第一临时标识和第二临时标识; 或者
延长最近一次为所述用户设备分配的第一临时标识和第二临时标识的有 效生命期。
6、 一种紧急呼叫回呼方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
用户设备接收并保存网络侧设备分配的第一临时标识,所述第一临时标识 包括第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分;
所述用户设备接受网络侧设备通过所述第一临时标识第一部分发起的紧 急呼叫回呼,并根据所述第一临时标识第一部分查找所述第一临时标识第二部 分;
所述用户设备向所述网络侧设备上报所述第一临时标识第二部分,以使得 所述网络侧设备根据所述第一临时标识第二部分确认所述用户设备为之前发 起紧急呼叫的用户设备进而建立与所述用户设备的通话连接。
7、 一种紧急呼叫回呼方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
用户设备接收并保存网络侧设备分配的第一临时标识和与所述第一临时 标识相应的第三临时标识; 所述用户设备接受网络侧设备通过所述第一临时标识发起的紧急呼叫回 呼;
所述用户设备根据所述第一临时标识查找所述第三临时标识;
所述用户设备向所述网络侧设备上报所述第三临时标识,以使得所述网络 侧设备根据所述第三临时标识确认所述用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户 设备进而建立与所述用户设备的通话连接。
8、 一种紧急呼叫回呼装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
分配模块,用于为用户设备分配第一临时标识和与所述第一临时标识相应 的第二临时标识;
收发模块,用于将所述分配模块分配的所述第二临时标识发送至紧急呼叫 中心; 以及在所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,接收所述紧急呼叫中心 发送的所述第二临时标识;
查询模块, 用于在所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,根据所述收发 模块接收的第二临时标识查询所述第一临时标识;
回呼模块,用于使用所述查询模块查询到的所述第一临时标识回呼所述用 户设备。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述分配模块分配的第一临时 标识包括第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分;
所述回呼模块具体用于使用所述第一临时标识第一部分回呼所述用户设 备;
所述收发模块还用于:将所述分配模块分配的所述第一临时标识第一部分 和第一临时标识第二部分发送至所述用户设备,以使得所述用户设备保存所述 第一临时标识第一部分与所述第一临时标识第二部分;以及在所述回呼模块使 用所述第一临时标识第一部分回呼所述用户设备后,接收所述用户设备根据所 述第一临时标识第一部分查找并上报的所述第一临时标识第二部分;
所述装置进一步包括:
第一处理模块,用于比较所述收发模块接收的所述第一临时标识第二部分 与所述分配模块分配的第一临时标识第二部分是否相同; 若相同, 则确认上报 所述第一临时标识第二部分的用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备,建立 与所述用户设备的通话连接。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述分配模块还用于为所述 用户设备分配与所述第一临时标识相应的第三临时标识;
所述收发模块还用于:将所述分配模块分配的所述第一临时标识和所述第 三临时标识发送至所述用户设备,以使得所述用户设备保存所述第一临时标识 与所述第三临时标识;以及在所述回呼模块使用所述第一临时标识回呼所述用 户设备后,接收所述用户设备根据所述第一临时标识查找并上报的所述第三临 时标识;
所述装置进一步包括:
第二处理模块,用于比较所述收发模块接收的所述第三临时标识与所述分 配模块分配的第三临时标识是否相同; 若相同, 则确认上报所述第三临时标识 的用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备, 建立与所述用户设备的通话连 接。
11、 如权利要求 9或 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述分配模块还用于为 所述第一临时标识和第二临时标识配置有效生命期。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 若所述回呼模块使用所述第 一临时标识回呼所述用户设备之前, 所述用户设备再次或多次发起紧急呼叫, 则所述分配模块还用于:
为所述用户设备分配新的第一临时标识和第二临时标识; 或者
延长最近一次为所述用户设备分配的第一临时标识和第二临时标识的有 效生命期。
13、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备包括:
第三接收模块, 用于接收网络侧设备为用户设备分配的第一临时标识, 所 述第一临时标识包括第一临时标识第一部分和第一临时标识第二部分;
第三处理模块,用于保存所述第三接收模块接收的所述第一临时标识第一 部分和第一临时标识第二部分;接受网络侧设备通过所述第一临时标识第一部 分发起的紧急呼叫回呼,并根据所述第一临时标识第一部分查找所述第一临时 标识第二部分;
第三上报模块,用于向所述网络侧设备上报所述第三处理模块查找的所述 第一临时标识第二部分,以使得所述网络侧设备根据所述第一临时标识第二部 分确认所述用户设备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备进而建立与所述用户设 备的通话连接。
14、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备包括:
第四接收模块,用于接收网络侧设备为用户设备分配的第一临时标识和与 所述第一临时标识相应的第三临时标识;
第四处理模块,用于保存所述第四接收模块接收的所述第一临时标识和第 三临时标识;接受网络侧设备通过所述第一临时标识发起的紧急呼叫回呼, 并 根据所述第一临时标识查找所述第三临时标识;
第四上报模块,用于向所述网络侧设备上报所述第四处理模块查找的所述 第三临时标识,以使得所述网络侧设备根据所述第三临时标识确认所述用户设 备为之前发起紧急呼叫的用户设备进而建立与所述用户设备的通话连接。
15、 一种紧急呼叫系统, 其特征在于, 所述紧急呼叫系统包括紧急呼叫回 呼装置和紧急呼叫中心;
所述紧急呼叫回呼装置,用于为用户设备分配第一临时标识和与所述第一 临时标识相应的第二临时标识, 将所述第二临时标识发送至所述紧急呼叫中 心,在所述紧急呼叫中心回呼所述用户设备时,接收所述紧急呼叫中心发送的 所述第二临时标识,根据接收的所述第二临时标识查询所述第一临时标识,使 用第一临时标识回呼所述用户设备;
所述紧急呼叫中心, 用于接收所述用户设备的紧急呼叫,在发起紧急呼叫 回呼时, 向所述紧急呼叫回呼装置发送所述第二临时标识。
