  • the financial score calculated during the transition state provides an indication of suitability of developing a product at a particular global location. Accordingly, the financial analysis module 1 12 generates a final list of products from the products 1 18 that may be right-sourced to a particular global location. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the financial score may be savings associated with relocating a particular product to a new destination. Higher the value of the savings associated with a product greater is the probability of developing the product at a new destination. In another embodiment, the step of calculating the financial score includes generating graphs, reports, or any other visual representation for identifying the products suitable for developing at a new global location.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé informatique permettant d'identifier des produits convenant à l'externalisation adaptée. Le procédé consiste é recevoir un ensemble de données concernant un certain nombre de produits. L'ensemble de données comprend des attributs techniques et financiers concernant chaque produit. Le procédé consiste ensuite à calculer une note technique pour chaque produit en utilisant les attributs techniques concernant ce produit. En fonction de la note technique, les produits sont assemblés dans une liste ordonnée, et un ensemble de produits est identifié à partir de la liste ordonnée en fonction d'un niveau seuil. Le procédé consiste également à calculer une note financière pour chaque produit de l'ensemble identifié de produits en utilisant les attributs financiers associés à ce produit. La note financière permet d'établir la pertinence des produits en vue de l'externalisation adaptée.
