- the line guide for the fishing rod is composed of a metal frame.
- the fishing rod itself is made of a prepreg in which reinforcing fibers such as carbon fibers are impregnated with a matrix resin such as a thermosetting resin. Since the line guide for the fishing rod and the fishing rod itself have different elastic moduli etc., the load is applied to the fishing rod and the end face of the mounting portion may bite into and damage the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod if the fishing rod is bent significantly. There was a possibility that abnormal noise such as stagnation noise might occur.
- a ceramic guide ring is mounted on a metal frame with resin intercalation, but if a large load is applied for a long period of time, aging will occur and the guide ring will fall off.
- the fishing rod line guide can also be manufactured by injection molding using a thermoplastic resin, but in this case the reinforced continuous long fibers are difficult to be introduced into the molded product, and the strength is not sufficient and the fishing rod line is There was a risk that it would be difficult to adopt as a guide.
- E In particular, in the top line guide, as shown in FIG.
- the metal leg (J) and the metal mounting pipe (M) are fixed by making the metal mounting pipe (M) tip flat (S) Since the tip of the ear tip (Aa) can not be inserted up to the tip of the metal mounting pipe (M), the tip end of the ear tip (Aa) is separated from the guide ring (R) by a considerable distance, and it is transmitted from the fishing line (L) to the guide ring (Oscillation) does not act in the direction intersecting with the tip of the tip (Aa), acts in the direction a considerable distance away from the tip of the tip to the tip, and as a result, only the couple moment acts on the tip, and metal legs (J), through the metal mounting pipe (P), etc., it is transmitted from the metal guide, which is a different material from the fishing spoon tip, to the tip made of the synthetic resin composite material, so that the same fish signal (vibration) There was a concern that was not transmitted.
- (F) Fixation to the tip (Aa) is carried out by inserting the tip of the tip (Aa) into the metal mounting pipe (M), but carbon fiber on which the fishing rod (A) tip (Aa) is usually formed Since the physical properties of the synthetic resin composite impregnated with the synthetic resin and the like and the metal pipe are largely different, problems such as breakage may occur at the connecting portion of the metal mounting pipe and the tip (Aa).
- the object of the present invention is lightweight when attached to a fishing rod, attached integrally to a fishing rod tip and difficult to be damaged, the fishing line is not easily entangled, and the guide ring is not easily detached even when an impact is applied.
- the point is to provide a fishing rod line guide (including a top line guide) and a fishing rod that conveys to the fisherman the true accurate message.
- the characterizing feature of the invention according to claim 1 comprises a ring holding portion provided with a guide ring forming a conduction hole for fishing line conduction, a mounting portion to be mounted and fixed on a housing, and the ring
- the holding portion and the leg portion positioned between the mounting and mounting portion are integrally formed of a high strength fiber prepreg, and the left and right side surfaces of the ring holding portion, the left and right side surfaces of the leg portion, and the mounting

- the line guide for the fishing rod is made of a high strength fiber prepreg, it is made of the same material as the fishing rod itself, and the elastic modulus etc. is not significantly different. When the fishing rod is bent significantly, there is little possibility that the end face of the mounting portion may bite into and damage the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod.
- the ceramic guide ring can be formed integrally with the prepreg line rod guide, it is not necessary to interpose resin when mounted on a metal frame as in the prior art. Furthermore, even if there is no intervening resin, the ring holder made of prepreg has better deformability compared to metal, so the guide ring can be used even when a large load is applied for a long period of time.

(A) A ceramic guide ring for guiding a fishing line is supported by a metal frame.

(F) In order to fix to the tip of the fishing-spoon tip, the tip of the tip was inserted into a metal mounting pipe and fixed by adhesion or the like.
(A) The line guide for the fishing rod is composed of a metal frame. On the other hand, the fishing rod itself is made of a prepreg in which reinforcing fibers such as carbon fibers are impregnated with a matrix resin such as a thermosetting resin.
(B) A ceramic guide ring is mounted on a metal frame with resin intercalation, but if a large load is applied for a long period of time, aging will occur and the guide ring will fall off. Also, there is a possibility that the guide ring may be damaged if it receives an impact load.
In addition, with respect to conventional fishing rod line guides, those holding and mounting metal guide rings are bent, bonded with an adhesive, or resin ceramic rings are attached with resin interposed. If a large load acts for a long time, the guide ring may fall off due to secular change, or the guide ring may be detached if it receives an impulsive load, the guide ring frame, metal The guide ring holding portion may be deformed or damaged.
(C) In order to form a metal frame, as described inPatent Document 1, one metal plate is subjected to punching and deep drawing processes using a press, or a plurality of parts are formed. Since the method of assembling by brazing etc. is adopted, many discontinuous parts are formed in the shape of a metal frame, and there was a problem that fishing line was easy to get caught in the discontinuous parts.
In addition, dimensional accuracy can not be obtained sufficiently for bending a metal, which causes great difficulty in stably producing a constant shape. Furthermore, since pressing is usually performed with a single metal plate, the rigidity of the base portion of the metal support leg can not be sufficiently high, and therefore, there has been a case where a load is applied at that portion to cause deformation.
(D) The fishing rod line guide can also be manufactured by injection molding using a thermoplastic resin, but in this case the reinforced continuous long fibers are difficult to be introduced into the molded product, and the strength is not sufficient and the fishing rod line is There was a risk that it would be difficult to adopt as a guide.
(E) In particular, in the top line guide, as shown in FIG. 36, the metal leg (J) and the metal mounting pipe (M) are fixed by making the metal mounting pipe (M) tip flat (S) Since the tip of the ear tip (Aa) can not be inserted up to the tip of the metal mounting pipe (M), the tip end of the ear tip (Aa) is separated from the guide ring (R) by a considerable distance, and it is transmitted from the fishing line (L) to the guide ring (Oscillation) does not act in the direction intersecting with the tip of the tip (Aa), acts in the direction a considerable distance away from the tip of the tip to the tip, and as a result, only the couple moment acts on the tip, and metal legs (J), through the metal mounting pipe (P), etc., it is transmitted from the metal guide, which is a different material from the fishing spoon tip, to the tip made of the synthetic resin composite material, so that the same fish signal (vibration) There was a concern that was not transmitted.
(F) Fixation to the tip (Aa) is carried out by inserting the tip of the tip (Aa) into the metal mounting pipe (M), but carbon fiber on which the fishing rod (A) tip (Aa) is usually formed Since the physical properties of the synthetic resin composite impregnated with the synthetic resin and the like and the metal pipe are largely different, problems such as breakage may occur at the connecting portion of the metal mounting pipe and the tip (Aa).
(G) Furthermore, when the line guide (including the top line guide) is fixed to the fishing rod main body, there is a possibility that the fishing line may be damaged or cut if the fishing line is entangled in the metal frame.

The object of the present invention is lightweight when attached to a fishing rod, attached integrally to a fishing rod tip and difficult to be damaged, the fishing line is not easily entangled, and the guide ring is not easily detached even when an impact is applied. The point is to provide a fishing rod line guide (including a top line guide) and a fishing rod that conveys to the fisherman the true accurate message.
The characterizing feature of the invention according to claim 1 comprises a ring holding portion provided with a guide ring forming a conduction hole for fishing line conduction, a mounting portion to be mounted and fixed on a housing, and the ring The holding portion and the leg portion positioned between the mounting and mounting portion are integrally formed of a high strength fiber prepreg, and the left and right side surfaces of the ring holding portion, the left and right side surfaces of the leg portion, and the mounting The left and right side surfaces of the mounting portion are formed as smooth side surfaces connected without steps, and the operation and effects are as follows.
(A) Since the line guide for the fishing rod is made of a high strength fiber prepreg, it is made of the same material as the fishing rod itself, and the elastic modulus etc. is not significantly different. When the fishing rod is bent significantly, there is little possibility that the end face of the mounting portion may bite into and damage the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod.
(B) Since the ceramic guide ring can be formed integrally with the prepreg line rod guide, it is not necessary to interpose resin when mounted on a metal frame as in the prior art. Furthermore, even if there is no intervening resin, the ring holder made of prepreg has better deformability compared to metal, so the guide ring can be used even when a large load is applied for a long period of time. There is little risk that the guide ring will be damaged even if it falls off or receives an impact load.
(C) In order to form a line guide for a fishing rod, since forming processing is performed using a high strength fiber prepreg, both left and right side surfaces of the ring holding portion, and left and right side surfaces of the leg portion, The left and right side surfaces of the mounting mounting portion can be formed as smooth side surfaces connected without any level difference, and the left and right side surfaces of the mounting mounting portion can be formed without any level difference on both side surfaces of the housing.
(D) The side surface shape as described above reduces the possibility that the fishing line may be damaged or cut due to entanglement.
Furthermore, it has become possible to provide a fishing rod line guide that is hard to be entangled with fishing line when attached to a fishing rod, and difficult to remove the guide ring even when impact is applied when attached to the fishing rod.

Furthermore, it has become possible to provide a fishing rod line guide that is hard to be entangled with fishing line when attached to a fishing rod, and difficult to remove the guide ring even when impact is applied when attached to the fishing rod.
In the characterizing feature of the invention according to claim 2, the guide ring is integrally fixed by a plate-like ring holding portion and a ring holding portion formed of a prepreg containing high-strength fibers outside the plate-like ring holding portion. It is in the line guide for fishing rods formed of this invention, The effect is as follows.
In addition to the function and effect of claim 1, a guide ring made of ceramic or the like is temporarily fixed by a plate-like ring holding portion, or a plate-like body is subjected to hole processing and ceramic holes are irradiated with ceramic, welded or coated, etc. Since the guide ring is integrally formed on the outside of the holding portion with a prepreg containing high-strength fibers, it is not necessary to intervene an adhesive or resin when mounting on a metal frame as in the prior art. In addition, even if there is no separately interposed resin, the ring holding portion integrally formed of the prepreg has better deformability as compared with the metal only, and a large load acts for a long time. Even if the guide ring falls off or receives an impulsive load, there is little risk of the guide ring being damaged.

It is in the line guide for fishing rods of Claim 1 or 2 which has a part, The effect is as follows.
In addition to the function and effect of claim 1, since the attachment portion to the tip is formed not by a metal pipe as in the prior art but by a synthetic resin composite material of the same quality as a commonly used fishing rod, joining of the metal pipe and the tip portion When it is attached to the tip without local stress in the vicinity of the part, no concentrated force is applied to the tip portion of the joint portion with the metal pipe, and breakage at the tip portion is also reduced. Also, since the tip end fixing hole is provided in the ring holding portion and the tip end is fixed in the hole portion, the vibration due to fish communication is transmitted to the metal pipe like the conventional top guide and then the tip end The fisherman can sense the correct message because it works in the direction to the tip of the ear tip instead of

As a structure of a leg part, by the structure which arrange | positions a side leg part on either side, it can arrange | position in the state which spaced apart the leg part left and right. As a result, even when a bending load or a twisting load is applied to the line guide for the fishing rod, the left and right side leg portions exert tread tension and endure sufficiently.
Moreover, by arranging the side legs left and right, it is possible to prevent the fishing line from being entangled by the smooth side surfaces of the side legs, and the line entanglement is effectively suppressed.

Inside the mounting mounting portion M1B, a metallic plate-like body M1Bc is integrally molded with the high strength fiber mounting mounting portion M1Q.
In terms of the material of the plate-like ring holding portion M1A made of metal, titanium, stainless steel, alumina or the like is mainly used. In particular, a composite of carbon fiber impregnated with an epoxy resin or the like (hereinafter referred to as a CFRP) and a metal are likely to cause an electric touch, and therefore, they need to be integrally molded inside the composite so as not to be exposed to seawater or air. .
Although a metal is used as the temporary fixing plate, if it is a plate-like one, it may not be metal as long as it has heat resistance and strength and rigidity at the time of molding. For example, a CFRP plate made of a thermosetting resin such as epoxy or phenol may be used as a plate.

The method of manufacturing the first fishing line guide M1 is as follows, as an example. The use of a sheet-like or rod-like prepreg impregnated with a thermosetting resin such as epoxy is the same as the first fishingrod line guide 1. The difference is that the ceramic ring or the like is fixed or temporarily fixed to the plate-like body. Next, the prepreg is cut into a predetermined line guide shape, and is attached so as to be in contact with the outer periphery of the guide ring. In the case of press molding method, insert the original shape of the line guide on which the prepreg is attached or a part of the shape of the line guide into a die-cut mold, press and heat it with a hot press, and apply compression molding Thus, the first fishing rod line guide M1 is integrally molded.
In the vacuum bag molding method, a protective film is placed on the surface of the tool, and the original shape of the line guide with the prepreg attached is set. A protective film is also placed on the upper surface, and a plate having a smooth, shaped depression is placed thereon. In some cases, the guide ring portions (M1A, M1P) are molded first, and then rotated about a 90 degree angle to mold the mounting attachment portions (M1B, M1Bc, M1Q) to the fishing rod.

Third Embodiment
The second fishingrod line guide 2 will be described. As shown in FIG. 7 (a) (b) and FIG. 19 (b) (b), the large difference from the first fishing rod guide line 1 is that the mounting mounting portion 2B extends back and forth centering on the ring holding portion 2A. It is a point that has been issued. In order to give the strength corresponding to the load applied to the main rod Ab, it is configured to be a large one as a line guide for a fishing rod, and the mounting mounting portion 2B is extended in the front and back direction to exert a stepping tension.

Therefore, the front and rear width of the leg portion 2C is also wider than the ring holding portion 2A in the front and rear direction, and is configured to correspond to bending strength and the like. Further, the leg portion 2C is composed of a left and right side leg portion 2e continuously extended downward from the left and right side ends of the ring holding portion 2A.
The guide ring 4 has a circular shape, and the ring holding portion 2A similarly has a circular shape and is narrowed at a portion of the leg portion 2B in the same manner as the first fishing rod line guide 1. Space 2c is formed in the front and back across wall part 2f which supports the lower end of guide ring 4, and leg 2B is provided with left and right side legs 2e described above on the left and right sides across space 2c. The purpose of providing the space 2 c in this manner is to reduce the weight of the second fishing rod line guide 2.
Both lateral side 2b and front and back 2a from the ring holding part 2A to the mounting part 2B through the leg 2C are curved without unevenness, and there is no discontinuous part, so the fishing line is hard to catch This is the same as the shape of the first fishing rod line guide 1.

First Alternative Embodiment of Third Embodiment
As shown in FIG. 6, in thering holding portion 2A, a hole 2d penetrating in the front-rear direction is formed between the lower end of the guide ring 4 and the upper end of the leg 2C. The purpose of reducing the weight of the second fishing rod line guide 2 is by forming the holes penetrating in the longitudinal direction in this manner. Further, side legs 2e are formed on both lateral sides of the penetrating hole 2d.

Second Another Embodiment of the Third Embodiment
Here, another embodiment of the second fishingrod line guide 2 will be described. As shown in FIG. 10, an annular recessed groove 4 a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the guide ring 4. The front and rear width in the direction along the axis X of the guide ring 4 in the ring holding portion 2A is formed to be slightly larger than that of the guide ring 4 and reaches the upper end of the leg 2C located below with this front and rear width. The width is maintained approximately the same. With such a configuration, when the second fishing rod line guide 2 is molded with the guide ring 4 inserted in the mold, the portion of the ring holding portion 2A in contact with the guide ring 4 is the annular recess of the guide ring 4 The coupling force between the ring holding portion 2A and the guide ring 4 is increased.
Second Another Embodiment of the Third Embodiment
Here, another embodiment of the second fishing
Thus, by forming the annular recessed groove 4a in the guide ring 4, the bondability between the guide ring 4 and the ring holding portion 2A becomes strong, and the front and rear width along the axis X of the ring holding portion 2A becomes a guide The guide ring 4 can be held stably even if the width of the guide ring 4 is a short width that slightly exceeds the outer diameter of the ring 4.
On the other hand, side legs 2e are formed on both lateral sides of the ring holding part 2A, and the side legs 2e are extended rearward from the rear facing surface of the ring holding part 2A, but the extensions The amount is almost non-existent at the upper end portion of the ring holding portion 2A, and is formed so as to project largely at the rear of the leg portion 2C located below the ring holding portion 2A, like the ring holding portion 2A. It is inclined to
Thus, as theside leg portion 2e is closer to the mounting / mounting portion 2B side, the front-rear width along the axis X is made wider than the upper end portion similarly to the leg portion 2C (FIG. 7, FIG. 10) In combination with the large leg portion 2C having a large front and rear width on the 2B side, even in the case where a large bending force or twisting force is applied, a strength sufficiently opposing them can be developed.
On the other hand,
Thus, as the
In addition, since the side legs 2e and the ring holding portion 2A are narrowed toward the upper end, the rear surface of the side legs 2e is an inclined surface even when fishing line is wound. In combination, the fishing line is easy to slip above the upper end of the ring holding portion 2A.

Fourth Embodiment
A second fishing rod guideline M2 will be described. As shown in FIG. 17 (a) (b), FIG. 18 (a) (b), FIG. 19, FIG. 22 and FIG. A mounting attachment portion M2B, which includes a portion M2Q and a metal plate M2Bc, extends forward and backward around the ring holding portion M2A. The front and rear width of the leg M2R is wider than the ring holding portions M2A and M2P in the front and rear direction, and the ring holding portions M2A and M2P extend continuously downward from the left and right ends of the ring holding portions M2A and M2P. The configuration consisting of the left and right side legs M2e, and these points are the same as the point second rodguide line guide 2. As shown in FIG. 19 (i) (ii), the guide ring 4 has a circular shape, and the ring holding portions M2A and M2P similarly have a circular shape and are narrowed narrowly at the legs M2C and M2R. The point is the same as that of the first fishing rod line guide M1. Although it is extended backward, the amount of extension is hardly formed at the upper end portion of the ring holding portion M2P, and is formed to largely project behind the leg portion M2R located below the ring holding portion M2P. Similarly to the ring holding portions M2A and M2P, they are inclined in the forwardly falling posture.
The third fishing rod line guide 5 will be described. As shown in FIG. 8 (i) (ii), the third fishing rod line guide 5 includes a ring holding portion 5A including a guide ring 4 in which a conduction hole 4A for fishing line conduction is formed, and a rod body. Mounting attachment part 5B which is externally fitted and fixed to the tip end of main stem Ab, and leg 5C located between ring holding part 5A and mounting attachment part 5B are integrally made of high strength fiber prepreg. It is formed.
The method of manufacturing the third fishing rod line guide 5 is as follows. A thermosetting resin such as epoxy is impregnated into a carbon fiber as high strength fiber which is drawn in one direction or crosswise and knitted, and is formed into a sheet-like or rod-like prepreg. The sheet-like or rod-like prepreg is put into a split mold and compression-molded to manufacture the third fishing rod line guide 5.
At the time of manufacturing the third fishingrod line guide 5, the guide ring 4 is also incorporated at the same time. The guide ring 4 can be integrally mounted in the ring holding portion 5A of the line guide by inserting the guide ring 4 into the split mold in a state of being externally fitted to the rod-shaped core.
Further, in order to form theinsertion attachment portion 5B, in order to form the insertion hole 5d into which the base collar Ab is to be inserted, a core corresponding to the insertion hole diameter is inserted into the mold to carry out mold formation.

A cylindrical portion is formed downward from the lower end portion of the leg portion 5C, and the mounting mounting portion 5B is configured.
Theleg portion 5C and the ring holding portion 5A are extended forward and upward from the front end of the mounting and mounting portion 5B so that the fishing line can be easily slipped even if it gets entangled.

The
Both lateral side surfaces 5b extending from the ring holding portion 5A to the mounting mounting portion 5B through the leg portions 5C are curved without unevenness, and there is no discontinuous portion, so that the fishing line is difficult to catch. Moreover, the rearward facing surface 5c of the leg portion 5C is formed so as to be connected without any level difference from the portion located on the ring holding portion side to the portion located on the mounting mounting portion side. This can easily eliminate yarn entanglement. In particular, the front portion of the ring holding portion has a width substantially the same as the width of the guide ring and is formed without a step (FIG. 8 (5A)), and the yarn relatedness is further improved. In this case, a groove is provided at the central portion in the width direction of the guide ring, and is integrally molded with a prepreg such as carbon fiber. The guide ring is firmly fixed to the ring holding portion by integral molding at the groove portion.
In the ring holding portion 5A to the leg portion 5C, the longitudinal width along the axis X of the conduction hole 4A for fishing line conduction is formed to gradually expand from the upper end of the ring holding portion 5A to the lower end of the leg portion 5C, The structure to improve bending strength etc. is adopted. The lateral width along the axis X in the mounting mounting portion 5B is not as wide as the leg portion 5C, but extends to a lower end with a substantially constant width.
In the ring holding portion 5A, the guide ring 4 is mounted at an inclination angle different from the inclination degree of the front surface or the rear surface of the ring holding portion 5A, and a configuration in which the guide ring 4 is difficult to be removed is adopted. Moreover, as a shape, you may form in a longitudinally long ellipse shape or rectangular shape. In the plane orthogonal to the axis X, since the ring holding portion 5A is slightly inclined forward, it becomes close to a circle.
[Another Embodiment of the Fifth Embodiment]
Here, another embodiment of the third fishingrod line guide 5 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, an annular recessed groove 4 a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the guide ring 4. The front and rear width in the direction along the axis X of the guide ring 4 in the guide holding portion 5A is formed to be slightly larger than the guide ring 4 and substantially the same from this front to rear end of the leg 2C. The width is maintained. With such a configuration, when the third fishing rod line guide 5 is molded with the guide ring 4 inserted in the mold, the portion of the ring holding portion 5A in contact with the guide ring 4 is the annular recess of the guide ring 4 The coupling force between the ring holding portion 5A and the guide ring 4 is increased.
[Another Embodiment of the Fifth Embodiment]
Here, another embodiment of the third fishing
Thus, by forming the annular recessed groove 4a in the guide ring 4, the bondability between the guide ring 4 and the ring holding portion 5A becomes strong, and the front and rear width along the axis X of the ring holding portion 5A is a guide The guide ring 4 can be held stably even if the width of the guide ring 4 is a short width that slightly exceeds the outer diameter of the ring 4.
On the other hand, side legs 5e are formed on both lateral sides of the ring holding part 5A, and the side legs 5e extend rearward from the rear facing surface of the ring holding part 5A, but the extensions The amount is almost non-existent at the upper end portion of the ring holding portion 5A, and is formed so as to project largely at the rear of the leg portion 5C located below the ring holding portion 5A. It is inclined.
Thus, as theside leg 5e is closer to the attachment / attachment portion 5B side, the front-rear width along the axis X is made wider than the upper end portion similarly to the leg 5C. In combination with the leg 5C, even in the case where a large bending force or twisting force is applied, a strength sufficiently opposing them can be developed.
On the other hand,
Thus, as the
In addition, since the side legs 5e and the ring holding part 5A are narrowed toward the upper end, the rear surface of the side legs 5e is an inclined surface even when fishing line is wound around. In combination, the fishing line is easily slipped above the upper end of the ring holding portion 5A.
Next, the mounting structure of the main rod Ab and the third fishingrod line guide 5 will be described in detail. A mounting seat for externally mounting the cylindrical mounting portion 5B of the third fishing rod line guide 5 is provided at the tip of the stem of the main rod Ab.
The mounting seat is formed in a stepped portion having a diameter smaller by one step than the outer peripheral surface of the base collar Ab.
In the state of being externally fitted to the step portion, the tip end of the third fishingrod line guide 5 and the tip end of the main rod Ab are flush with each other. Then, when the third fishing rod line guide 5 is integrally formed with the main shaft Ab, the following fusion phenomenon occurs.

That is, after firing the main rod Ab, the prepreg is compressed in a state in which the mold for forming the third fishing rod line guide 5 is externally fitted to the portion of the mounting seat described above, and the third fishing rod line guide 5 is obtained. When it is formed, the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical mounting portion 5B of the third fishing rod line guide 5 and the outer peripheral surface of the mounting seat of the main rod Ab fuse, and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical mounting portion 5B and the main rod Ab The boundary surface b between the outer peripheral surface of the mounting seat and the outer peripheral surface does not exist as shown by the dotted line, and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical mounting mounting portion 5B and the outer peripheral surface of the mounting seat of the main collar Ab are strongly coupled.

The method of manufacturing the third fishing rod line guide M5 is as follows. Ceramic or the like is sprayed, irradiated, coated or the like on the inner surface of the holed metal plate to form a threading portion of the guide ring portion. A thermosetting resin such as epoxy is impregnated into a carbon fiber as high-strength fiber which is drawn in one direction or crosswise and knitted, and is formed into a sheet-like or rod-like prepreg. By inserting the guide ring 4 into the split mold in a state of being externally fitted to the rod-shaped core, the leg portion and the mounting attachment portion to the fishing rod are integrally formed simultaneously as a line guide. Of course, in order to form an insertion hole M5d for inserting the main collar Ab, the mounting attachment portion M5B is molded by inserting a core corresponding to the insertion hole diameter into the mold.

Both lateral sides M5c from the ring holding parts M5A and M5P to the mounting part M5B via the legs M5C and M5R are curved without unevenness, and have no discontinuities, they are located on the ring holding part side The point where it is formed so as to be connected without a step by hanging from the part to the mounting mounting part side, the front part of the ring holding part has the same width shape as the guide ring width and the fishing line is hard to catch In the mounting attachment portion M5B, the longitudinal width along the axis X of the conduction hole 4A for fishing line conduction is formed so as to gradually expand from the upper end of the ring holding portion M5B to the lower end of the leg M5R. The width along the axis X extends to the lower end with a substantially constant width. The plate-like ring holding portion M5A made of metal and the leg portion M5C made of metal are formed by integral molding of high-strength fibers impregnated with carbon fibers, and the guide ring is firmly fixed.
In the ring holding portions M5A and M5P, theguide ring 4 may be mounted at an inclination angle different from the inclination degree of the front surface or the rear surface of the ring holding portions M5A and M5P, and the guide ring 4 may be configured to be hard to come off.
Moreover, as a shape, you may form in a longitudinally long ellipse shape or rectangular shape. In the plane orthogonal to the axis X, since the ring holding parts M5A and M5P are slightly inclined to the front, they become close to circular.

Another Embodiment of the Sixth Embodiment
Here, another embodiment of the third fishing rod line guide M5 will be described. As shown in FIG. 25, an annular recessedgroove 4 a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the guide ring 4. The front and rear width in the direction along the axis X of the guide ring 4 in the guide holding portions M5A and M5P is formed to be slightly larger than that of the guide ring 4, and the front and rear widths reach the upper ends of the legs M5C and M5R. The width is maintained approximately the same. With such a configuration, when the third hook rod line guide M5 is molded in a state where the guide ring 4 is inserted into the mold, the portion of the ring holding portions M5A and M5P that contacts the guide ring 4 is the guide ring 4 The coupling force between the ring holding portions M5A and M5P and the guide ring 4 is increased by entering the annular recessed groove 4a.

Side legs M5e are formed on both lateral sides of the ring holding parts M5A and M5P, and the side legs M5e extend rearward from the rear facing surface of the ring holding part M5P, but the extensions The amount is almost non-existent at the upper end portion of the ring holding portion M5P, and is formed so as to largely project rearward of the leg portion M5R located below the ring holding portion M5P, and similarly to the ring holding portions M5A and M5P It is inclined to the posture.
Further, since the side legs M5e and the ring holding portion M5P are narrowed in the front-rear width toward the upper end side, the rear surface of the side legs M5e is an inclined surface even when fishing line is wound In combination, the fishing line tends to slip above the upper end of the ring holding portion M5P.

The first fishing rod top line guide T1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 26, FIG. 27, FIG. 28 and FIG. 29, the first fishing rod top line guide T1 is made of a high strength fiber comprising a guide ring T1R forming a conduction hole T1A for fishing line conduction. A ring holding portion T1P impregnated and hardened, a mounting portion T1B hardened by impregnating a resin into the high strength fiber to be mounted and fixed on a tip weir Aa as a case, and a ring holding portion The high strength fiber located between T1P and the mounting portion attachment portion T1B is integrally formed with the leg portion T1C and the side leg portion T1L which are hardened by impregnating a resin with the resin, and the tip end of the ring holding portion T1P In the lower part of the direction, a tip fixing hole T1H for fixing the tip of the tip is provided.
The guide ring T1R is circular but may be elliptical.
For the guide ring, a material having a very hard surface hardness such as ceramic is used, silicon carbide, high alumina or the like is selected as a material, and a compound of metal and ceramic such as cermet is also used. Any material having high surface hardness and high abrasion resistance can be used. Ceramics and the like include those coated with a hard material such as thermal spraying, irradiation, or coating on the surface of a metal or the like.

The method of manufacturing the first fishing line guide T1 is as follows, as an example. A thermosetting resin such as epoxy is impregnated into a carbon fiber as high-strength fiber which is drawn in one direction or crosswise and woven to form a sheet-like or bulk-like prepreg. A ceramic ring or the like is fixed or temporarily fixed in a cavity of a mold having a top line guide shape. Next, the prepreg is cut into a predetermined top line guide shape, and is attached so as to be in contact with the outer periphery of the guide ring. In the case of the press molding method, the above-mentioned prepreg is inserted into a mold, pressed and heated by a hot press, and compression molded to integrally mold the first fishing rod line guide T1.
In the vacuum bag molding method, a protective film is placed on the surface of the tool, and the original shape of the top line guide with the prepreg attached is set. A protective film is also placed on the upper surface, and a plate having a smooth, shaped depression is placed thereon. In some cases, the guide ring portions (T1P, T1R) are molded first, and then the mounting attachment portion (T1B) to a fishing rod is molded.

In the top line guide T1, as shown in FIG. 26, the guide ring T1R is held by a synthetic resin composite material impregnated with a synthetic resin such as epoxy of high strength fiber such as a carbon layer fiber, and the high strength fiber The mounting / mounting part T1B, which is mounted and fixed to the tip part continuously with the leg T1C impregnated with resin and hardened, is at a constant angle (90 to 120 degrees) with the direction in which the guide ring is fixed. ), That is, formed in the same direction as the tip of the ear.
Further, in the top line guide T1, the mounting attachment portion T1B has a semicircular cross section, and a part of the tip end portion in the circumferential direction is adhesively fixed by its inner circumferential surface T1Bi, and is below the ring holding portion T1P. The tip end of the leg portion T1C is adhesively fixed to the tip fixing hole portion T1H of the leg portion T1C. That is, since the tip of the tip is fixed by the lower leg T1C of the ring holding portion 1P, the fish signal from the guide ring T1R is directly transmitted in the tip end direction (K direction) as shown in FIG. It is transmitted to the fishing rod grip from the ear tip.
In FIG. 27, the top line guide T1 is adhesively fixed to the tip fixing hole T1H of the leg T1C below the ring holding portion T1P at the tip of the tip, and the mounting mounting portion T1B of a semicircular cross section having a fixed length It shows a state of being adhesively fixed to the tip of the tip. The top line guide T1 can be firmly fixed to the tip end because the tip end portion and the fixed length from the tip end to the tip end portion can be adhesively fixed or the like. FIG. 29 shows a cross section in the case where the top line guide T1 is adhesively fixed to the tip portion.
In FIG. 28, when the top line guide T1 is adhered and fixed to the tip of the tip as it is, the tip of the tip and the semicircular synthetic resin composite are formed according to the thickness of the attaching portion T1B made of the semicircular synthetic resin composite. The mounting mounting portion T1B has a slight difference in level, so the level difference is filled with an epoxy resin paint or the like (Ap) having a relatively high viscosity as a coating to show the mounting state of the top line guide T1 without a level difference. .
The top line guide T2 is shown in FIG. The semicircular attachment / attachment portion T1B is shortened so that the lower portion of the side leg T1L doubles as an attachment, and is configured to have an attachment / attachment portion T2B, a leg T2C, and a side leg T2L. By forming the top line guide T2, it is possible to provide an extremely lightweight top line guide. The boundary between the top line guide and the tip portion is coated with a high viscosity epoxy paint (Ap) so as to fill the step, and the step is eliminated.
As another embodiment, a top line guide T3 is shown in FIG. The guide ring is further fixed by the ring holding portion T3P and the metal plate-like ring holding portion T3Pm.
The metal plate-like ring holding portion T3Pm of the top line guide T3 is mainly made of titanium, stainless steel, alumina or the like. In particular, composites (CFRP) in which a carbon fiber is impregnated with an epoxy resin and the like and metals tend to cause electric contact, so some metal materials need to be integrally molded inside the composite so as not to be exposed to seawater or air. In some cases. In FIG. 31, the metal plate-like ring holding portion T3Pm is exposed on the upper surface of the synthetic resin composite material ring holding portion T3P. The upper surface is a portion that is most likely to hit a rock or the like, and by being exposed to the upper surface, effective damage can be prevented.
Here, metal is used as the plate-like material, but if it is plate-like, it may not be metal as long as it has heat resistance and strength and rigidity at the time of molding. For example, a so-called CFRP board made of a thermosetting resin such as epoxy or phenol may be used as a plate-like body.

The metal plate-like ring holding portion T3Pm of the top line guide T3 is mainly made of titanium, stainless steel, alumina or the like. For example, a so-called CFRP board made of a thermosetting resin such as epoxy or phenol may be used as a plate-like body.
More specifically, the guide ring T3R is temporarily fixed to the plate-like ring holding portion T3Pm made of metal. A pre-preg having high strength fibers impregnated with an epoxy resin or the like is cut into a predetermined shape, and a prepreg is attached to the outer periphery of the metal ring holding portion T3Pm so as to be in contact with the guide ring. Insert the metal ring holding part T3Pm and the guide ring T3R in the state where the prepreg is attached to the split mold etc. or by sandwiching it with a protective film, and vacuum draw the ring part T3P of the guide ring T3R and the top line guide and the top line guide The metal ring holding portion T3Pm is integrally molded.
The ring holding portions T3P and T3Pm have a substantially circular outer shape to hold the guide ring T3R, and the plate-like portion is extended and formed in a state where the width of the lower half of the outer peripheral edge is narrowed slightly. There is. Further, by arranging the side leg portion T3L so as to be continuously extended downward to the left and right, it is possible to prevent the fishing line from being entangled by the side surface of the side leg portion, and yarn entangling is effectively suppressed. Even if the fishing line is entangled, it has a configuration that is easy to slip.
FIG. 32 shows the shape of the top line guide T4. In the top line guide T4, the attachment portion T4B has a pipe shape. Because it is in the shape of a pipe, the ear tip is firmly fixed, but its material is made of a synthetic resin composite material, is the same material as that of the fishing rod, and the rigidity is too high at the part where the ear is fixed. Instead, since the tip end of the tip end portion is inserted to the hole portion T4H of the ring holding portion, the fish signal from the guide ring portion is correctly transmitted. The rearward facing surface T4Lb of the side leg portion T4L is formed so as to be connected without any level difference from the upper portion of the ring holding portion T4P to the portion located on the pipe-like attachment portion T4Bp. As a result, the prevention of threading, the configuration that is easy to slip even if the fishing line is entangled, and the like are the same as the top line guide described above.
29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35, in the ring holding portion T1P to the side leg portion T1L, the front-rear width along the axis X of the conduction hole T1A for fishing line conduction is The ring holding portion T1P is formed so as to gradually expand from the upper end of the ring holding portion T1P to the lower end of the tip fixing hole portion T1H of the leg portion T1C below the ring holding portion T1P.
FIG. 33 shows a state in which the top line guide T2 is attached to the tip. For attachment to the tip, attach the top line guide in a shape that is continuously reduced in diameter from the large diameter part of the tip with the concave step formed in the tip and the top line guide T2 attached in advance. It is
In FIG. 34, for the ring portion T1R of the top line guide T1, the ring is made of metal or the like, and the portion where the fishing line conducts is coated, sprayed or irradiated with ceramic T1Rr to increase its surface hardness. It is intended to have the same effect as a ring or the like. In this case, the ring is not made of metal or the like, and may be formed of CFRP, for example, and only the fishing line conducting part may be coated with a ceramic to increase the surface hardness.
In FIG. 35, the above-mentioned attachment of the fishing rod line guide T1 to the tip Aa is attached and fixed by an attachment thread a wound around the outer peripheral surface.
The guide ring 4 and the ring holding portion (T1A to T4A, T2P to T4P) are connected by forming the annular recessed groove 4a for the guide rings T1R, T2R, T3R, T4R of the top line guide in the same manner as the line guide. Even if the front and rear width along the axis X of the ring holding portion is short enough to slightly exceed the outer diameter of the guide ring 4, the guide ring can be held stably.
The front and rear width of the ring holding portion (T1P to T4P) is such that the front and rear width along the axis X is wider than the upper end portion toward the attachment portion (T1B to T4B).
Further, as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 29, FIG. 30, and FIG. 31, side legs (T1L to T4L) are formed on both lateral sides of the ring holding portion (T1P to T4P). The part extends backward from the rear facing surface of the ring holding part (T1P to T4P), but the amount of extension is hardly at the upper end of the ring holding part (T1P to T4P), and is made of synthetic resin composite material It is formed to largely project rearward of the side legs (T1L to T4L) located below the ring holding portion, and is inclined to the forwardly inclined posture like the ring holding portion.
As described above, since the side legs (T1L to T4L) are wider at the attachment portion (T1B to T4B) than at the upper end portion along the axis X, the ring holding portion (T1P to T4P) In combination with the large side legs of the front and rear width, even in the case where a large bending force or twisting force is applied, the strength sufficiently opposing them can be developed.

In addition, since the side legs (T1L to T4L) and the ring holding parts (T1P to T4P) have a narrow front and rear width toward the upper end side, the rear surface of the side legs is the same even when fishing line is wound around. The fishing line is easily slipped upward from the upper end of the ring holding portion in combination with the sloped surface.
