Description

DESCRIPTION
JIG-SAW PUZZLE EMBODIMENT WHICH COULD BE ABLE TO MOVE ON EACH OTHER BY MEANS OF THE VARIABLE AND CONSTANT MAGNETIC FORCES
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention is a jig-saw puzzle, used as a toy like the "Detection of the couple", the "Fall of the flagship", the "Decision Ball", the "Platform game", the "Mastermind cube to be achieved by the imprinting or serigraphy on the surfaces", brain development tool, training tools and equipment, refrigerator magnet, various physiological products which entertains the individual like "cigarette quitting ball", collection, three dimensional jig-saw puzzle or cross word puzzle, decoration or promotion material, is composed of the closed volume slices which can move on each other relatively by means of the variable and constant forces created by the magnets which are available inside of the puzzle, and are in the form of the sphere with parts, plain octagonal face, prism, bar or plain hexagonal face.
The invention, specifically by the magnets installed within itself which create the magnetic area and magnetic forces within the closed volumes, by the interaction created by the rubbing each other from the point and surface and other types of contact as if they shall complete their movement via their axial movements relatively and by these activities the structuring of the jig-saw puzzle in the form of the sphere consist of parts, plain octagonal faced, prism or bar type which are made up of volumes which have contacts in the form of point or surface.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The most of the structuring within the existing techniques are the structuring which has been aimed to develop the brains of the children. In these structuring, the magnets could be detected from the outside.
In the existing technique, the magnets which have been installed within the toys, played mostly by the children, are naturally contains the metallic materials. As a matter of fact, it shall be hazardous criteria for the children who are holding them with their bare hands and even take these toys to their mouths. The metal has the risk of being rusted since they have the property of being oxidized. This property of the metal shall be a matter of threat on the health of the children.
The magnets which have been installed within the toys of previous technique, as the time proceeds shall create the metallic powder as a result of the contact implemented on each other. In case of the breathing of this metallic powder or the absorption of the powder through the oral way shall be seriously harmful to the human health.
In the existing technique, the similar structured toys which don't have any magnet installed could not be able to complete their axial movements. Since the toys like the intelligence cube have mechanical components, the toy has the problem of being hitched while they are implementing the desired movements. It has been observed that, the toys could have been broken, destroyed and could not be utilized again since they have the risk of being in difficulty due to their problem of being hitched The depreciation rate of the product is high but on the contrary the utilization rate is low. The user shall be exhausted, since the possibility of being return to the beginning is not be possible, even the product creates the will of returning to the beginning. The product is not convenient to create its algorithm. The assembly and the dis-assembly of the product are rather hard. It could be easily breakable; even it is not going to be fall apart easily. The principle of the product is based on the memory; even they are the structures in order to develop the brain. The products are not open to the solutions which are out of the solution algorithms known other then the memorization.
One of the inventions which have been made related with the subject technique is being described in the application for the patent for the invention no. TR 2007 05912 is the foldable parts type multiple jig-saw puzzle. The above mentioned foldable jig- saw puzzle, is created by the utilization of the parts image available on the handle squares which exist on both of the two surfaces of the bottom squares and the handles which are completely existed on the playing plane, in order to desired image to be created on the playing plane by the utilization of the foldable jig-saw puzzle as being folded right-left or down-up by the handles which the one end to be fixed.
One of the other developments is the three dimensional jig-saw puzzles, which has been declared on one of the European Patent that is the No. EP1371401 B1. Above mentioned jig-saw puzzle is consisted of the intricate parts and the intricate of the every neighbor part, fit to each other completely. Every part is a tangential segment of a sphere, accordingly when all of the parts are going to be joined; a sphere is going to be achieved. In the text of the patent No. EP1524014B1 , which has been developed by the same inventor and being the continuation of the above explained patent, the spherical jigsaw puzzle which has no internal rubber has been described. This invention has contain multi equivalent parts and is related with the three dimensional and the spherical jig-saw puzzle and the every part has a thickness which is going to be described by means of the lower and upper counters. On one of the diameters of the spherical jig-saw puzzle shall be passed from both the lower and the upper counters and the thickness of the part is slimming down as it's going to be proceeded towards the end. The number of the surfaces of the every part is going to be odd and every surface is going to have the same shape of the other surfaces.
In one of the other European patent No. EP159926 B1 , one another cubical logical puzzle has been defined. The existing invention, is related with the geometrical center of the central object which are going to be matched with the three dimensional rectangular Cartesian coordinates system and has the N number of the layer for every direction of the system and is a normal geometrical form and to a large extent related with the production of the three dimensional logic toys.
The three dimensional geometrical jig-saw puzzles which has been described in the patent no. WO 8301203 A1 is related with the famous "Rubik Cube". In this invention, instead of describing a plain cube, a head and a surface which has been carved a figure of the world or another definition have been created. Additionally, the above mentioned three dimensional geometrical jig-saw puzzles, has provided the correct positioning of the individual cube parts because of the utilization of them due to their individual structure, instead of the utilization of the conjugate colors of the surfaces of the cube. Additional to the above, in this invention instead of the internal spider web nets of the Rubik cube, a new functional structure has been provided. In this design, a structure which is being fixed through the fictitious spherical surface, by the tying up of the elements of the male and the female dovetail parts.
However, the above mentioned magnet of the already developed implementations has been installed in order the user to access easily. But since the magnets have been manufactured from the metal, they have the property of being oxidized and naturally this property of the magnets is being a specific risk for the health of the children.
In order to avoid the above risk, as it has been explained in the application of the international patent no. TR 2006 06690 by MUSTAFA KURSAT AY, it has been modified to be the invention of the "Magnet origin, plug and eject type and could be set by the rotation of the elements cubic puzzle". However the magnets which have been included in this invention are in-mobile both in their axes and the surfaces that they are in contact, the necessary powerful magnetic areas and the magnetic forces could not be created. Accordingly, the movements of the elements which are moving on each other are not being in good order.
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the above explained matters, a jig-saw embodiment which has been designed to have the multi-functional advantages when compared with their similar equivalents, shall provide the important technical requirements.
