Abstract
Disclosed is a counting chamber for fixed quantity fine particles, for providing a constant volume, and a sample image analyzing apparatus using the same. The counting chamber for fixed quantity fine particles according to the present invention comprises: a first plate; and a second plate coupled to the first plate so as to form a channel for containing a solution for counting fine particles, wherein said first plate comprises a channel cover portion; a first joining portion spaced apart by a predetermined distance from an outer circumference of the channel cover portion; and a tension generating and connecting portion which interconnects the channel cover portion and the first joining portion such that the channel cover portion elastically and tightly contacts a channel forming region of the second plate when the first plate and the second plate are coupled with each other. According to the present invention, the channel cover portion of the first plate elastically and tightly contacts a support wall of the second plate by the tension generating and connecting portion, thus maintaining air-tightness between the channel cover portion and the support wall, and thereby preventing leakage of the solution contained in the channel.
