本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种小区系统信息的获取方法和装 置。
背景技术
在用户设备( User Equipment , UE )切换到私有网络中的限定用 户组( Closed Subscriber Group , CSG ) 小区的过程中, UE需要获取 待接入的 CSG小区的系统信息。
现有技术提供的 UE获取 CSG小区系统信息的方法可以包括: 在 UE根据指纹信息或者网络配置进行 CSG小区检测, 确定待 接入的目标 CSG小区以后, UE获取所述目标 CSG小区的主同步码 ( Primary Synchronization Code , PSC )或物理小区标识( Physical Cell Identity, PCI ); UE将所述 CSG小区的 PSC或 PCI与指纹信息中存 储的 CSG小区的 PSC或 PCI进行比较, 判断所述 CSG小区是否为 指纹信息中存储的 CSG小区,即判断所述 CSG小区是否为 UE签约 的成员 CSG小区; UE向网络侧发送测量报告, 该测量报告包含所 述 CSG小区的 PSC或 PCI以及所述 CSG小区是否为成员 CSG小区 的指示标识; 网络侧根据所述 CSG小区是否为成员 CSG小区的指 示标识向 UE发送测量控制信息,该测量控制信息包含指示 UE是否 获取所述 CSG小区系统信息的信息; 当指示 UE是否获取所述 CSG 小区系统信息的信息为获取所述 CSG小区系统信息时, UE获取所 述 CSG小区的系统信息, 否则, UE不获取所述 CSG小区的系统信 息。
CSG小区的 PSC或 PCI是由网络侧配置的, 可能会发生变化。 例 如: 当 CSG小区所属的家庭基站(Home NodeB , HNB )进行开关机操 作时,会导致该 CSG小区的 PSC或 PCI发生变化。 当 CSG小区的 PSC 或 PCI 发生变化时, 采用现有技术提供的方法可能无法正常获取成员 CSG小区的系统信息,造成 UE无法接入成员 CSG小区, UE进行 CSG 小区切换失败等问题。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种小区系统信息的获取方法和装置,以使 得在成员闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识发生变化以后, 用户 设备仍然能够正常获取该成员闭合小区的系统信息。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供的技术方案包括: 一种小区系统信息的获取方法包括: 确定目标闭合小区; 获取所 述目标闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识; 若所述目标闭合小区 的主同步码或物理小区标识和存储的主同步码或物理小区标识不 同, 启动定时器, 如果所述定时器的定时时间到达时, 仍然检测到 所述目标闭合小区, 向网络侧发送第一测量报告, 所述第一测量报 告包含所述目标闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识; 接收网络侧 发送的测量控制信息, 所述测量控制信息指示获取所述目标闭合小 区的系统信息; 根据所述测量控制信息获取所述目标闭合小区的系 统信息。
一种小区系统信息的获取方法包括:接收用户设备发送的第一测 量报告, 所述第一测量报告包含所述用户设备确定的目标闭合小区 的主同步码或物理小区标识和签约指示标识, 所述签约指示标识用 于指示所述目标闭合小区是否为所述用户设备签约的成员闭合小 区; 如果所述签约指示标识指示所述目标闭合小区不是所述用户设 备签约的成员闭合小区, 启动定时器; 当所述定时器的定时时间到 达后, 如果接收到所述用户设备为所述目标小区发送的第二测量报 告, 向所述用户设备发送测量控制信息, 所述测量控制信息指示获 取所述目标闭合小区的系统信息。
一种用户设备包括:

本发明实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法和装置,当判断出目 标闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识和存储的主同步码或物理小区 标识不同时, 启动定时器, 如果所述定时器的定时时间到达时, 仍然 检测到该目标闭合小区, 则获取该目标小区的系统信息, 使得本发明 实施例提供的技术方案在成员闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识发 生变化以后, 用户设备仍然能够正常获取该成员闭合小区的系统信息, 解决了现有技术无法在闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识发生变化 以后, 正常获取成员闭合小区系统信息的问题, 由于本发明实施例提 供的技术方案中用户设备能够正常获取成员闭合小区的系统信息, 所 以保证了用户设备能够正常切换到闭合小区。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一 部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领 域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实 施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
为了解决现有技术无法在闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识 发生变化以后, 正常获取成员闭合小区系统信息的问题, 本发明实 施例提供一种小区系统信息的获取方法、 装置和系统。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法, 可 以包括:
步骤 101, 确定目标闭合小区。
步骤 102, 获取目标闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI。
在本实施例及以下的实施例中, 闭合小区为采用限定接入模式, 只允许签约用户接入的私有小区, 或者采用混合接入模式, 既允许 签约用户接入又允许非签约用户切入, 签约用户的服务质量高于非 签约用户服务质量的私有小区, 例如闭合小区可以为 CSG小区等。 当目标闭合小区采用的技术机制 ( RAT ) 为通用移动通信系统 ( Universal Mobile Telecommunication System , UTMS )时, 步骤 102 获取目标小区的 PSC; 当目标闭合小区采用 RAT为 LTE 时, 步骤 102获取目标小区的 PCI。
步骤 103, 若目标闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI, 和存储的闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI不相同, 启动定时器, 如果定时器的定时时间到达后, 仍然检测到目标闭合小区, 向网络侧发送第一测量报告, 该第一测 量报告包含目标闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI。
在本实施例中, 闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI存储在指纹信息中, 指 纹信息包括 UE 为曾经接入过的闭合小区记录的相关信息。 在指纹 信息中记录的每个闭合小区的相关信息例如可以包括以下之一或其 任意组合: 闭合小区的绝对物理位置 (例如通过 GPS定位方法获得 的物理位置)、 闭合小区所处的无线环境(如闭合小区相邻的宏小区 等)、 闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI或者闭合小区使用的频率等。
在本实施例中,步骤 103在定时器的定时时间内可以周期性的检 测 PSC或 PCI, 和存储的闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI不相同的目标闭合 小区, 如果定时时间到达后, 仍然能够检测到该目标闭合小区, 则 向网络侧发送第一测量报告; 如果在定时器的定时时间内, 检测不 到该目标闭合小区, 则停止后续流程。
在本实施例中, 定时器的定时时间可以是由网络侧, 具体可以为 网络侧的月良务无线网络控制器 ( Serving Radio Network Controller , SRNC ) , 通过测量控制消息或者系统信息广播设定的; 也可以是预 先设置的默认值, 例如可以预先设置定时器的计时时间为 6分钟等, 当然, 在实际的使用过程中, 定时器的定时时间还可以通过其他方 式设定, 此处不做赘述。
步骤 104, 接收网络侧基于第一测量报告发送的测量控制信息, 该测量控制信息指示获取目标闭合小区的系统信息;
步骤 105, 根据步骤 104接收到的测量控制信息获取目标闭合小 区的系统信息。
在本实施例中, 当目标闭合小区的 PSC 或 PCI, 与存储的闭合 小区的 PSC或 PCI相同,或者目标闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI与存储的 闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI不同, 但在计时器的计时时间到达时仍然能 够检测到该目标闭合小区时, 可以进一步确定目标闭合小区是 UE 签约的成员闭合小区; 否则, 目标闭合小区不是 UE 签约的成员闭 合小区。
可选地, 当目标闭合小区不是 UE签约的成员闭合小区时, 还可 以包括向网络侧发送第二测量报告, 该第二测量报告包含目标闭合 小区的 PSC或 PCI, 和签约指示标识, 该签约指示标识指示目标闭 合小区不是 UE签约的成员闭合小区的标识的步骤, 通过向网络侧 发送第二测量报告, 可以使网络侧在接收到步骤 103发送的第一测 量报告时判断出目标闭合小区可能为 UE签约的成员闭合小区, 从 而使网络侧能够指示 UE获取该目标闭合小区的系统信息, 避免由 于 PSC或 PCI发生变化而是 UE无法接入成员闭合小区的问题。
在本实施例中, 当判断出目标闭合小区是 UE签约的成员闭合小 区时, UE可以直接向网络侧发送包含目标闭合小区的 PSC 或 PCI 的测量报告, 并根据网络侧发送的测量控制信息获取该目标小区的 系统信息; 可选地, UE 直接向网络侧发送的包含目标闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI的测量报告中也可以包含指示目标闭合小区是 UE签约 的成员闭合小区的标识。
在本实施例中, 如果定时器的定时时间到达时, 没有再检测到目 标小区, 则停止后续流程。
本发明实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法,当判断出目标闭 合小区的 PSC或 PCI,与存储的 PSC或 PCI不相同时,启动定时器, 如果定时器的定时时间到达时, 仍然检测到该目标闭合小区, 则获 取该目标小区的系统信息, 使得本发明实施例提供的技术方案在成 员闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI发生变化以后, UE仍然能够正常获取该 成员闭合小区的系统信息, 由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案中 UE 能够正常获取成员闭合小区的系统信息, 所以保证了 UE 能够正常 切换到闭合小区; 由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案能够有选择性 的获取目标闭合小区的系统信息, 从而节省了获取目标闭合小区系 统信息所占用的网络资源, 降低了获取目标小区系统信息过程中, 信令和数据丟失的概率, 并且能够有效降低设备的耗电量。
如图 2所示,本发明另一实施例还提供一种小区系统信息的获取 方法, 包括:
步骤 201, 接收 UE发送的第一测量报告, 该第一测量报告包含 UE的目标闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI, 和签约指示标识, 所述签约指示 标识用于指示目标闭合小区是否为 U E签约的成员闭合小区的标识; 在本实施例中, 当目标闭合小区是 UE签约的成员闭合小区时, 所述指示目标闭合小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭合小区的标识为 likely; 当目标闭合小区不是 UE签约的成员闭合小区时, 所述指示 目标闭合小区是否为 UE签约的成员闭合小区的标识为 unlikely。
本发明实施例不对指示目标闭合小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭 合小区的标识的具体表现形式进行限定, 在实际的使用过程中, 还 可以为其他标识, 此处不做赘述。
步骤 202, 如果步骤 201 中获取的签约指示标识指示目标闭合小 区不是 UE签约的成员闭合小区 (即为步骤 201 中所述的 unlikely 标识 ), 启动定时器;
步骤 203, 当定时器的定时时间到达后, 如果接收到 UE为所述 目标小区发送的第二测量报告, 向 UE发送测量控制信息, 该测量 控制信息指示获取所述目标闭合小区的系统信息。
可选地, 第二测量报告还可以携带指示目标闭合小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭合小区的标识 ( likely或者 unlikely )。
本发明实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法, 当根据 UE发送 的第一测量报告包含的指示目标闭合小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭 合小区的标识判断出目标小区不是 UE 签约的成员小区时, 启动定 时器, 如果所述定时器的定时时间到达时, 接收到 UE 为目标小区 发送的第二测量报告, 则向 UE 发送测量控制信息, 从过该测量控 制信息指示 UE 获取该目标小区的系统信息, 使得本发明实施例提 供的技术方案在成员闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI发生变化以后, UE仍 然能够正常获取该成员闭合小区的系统信息, 解决了现有技术无法 在闭合小区的主 PSC或 PCI发生变化以后, 正常获取成员闭合小区 系统信息的问题, 由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案中 UE 能够正 常获取成员闭合小区的系统信息, 所以保证了 UE 能够正常切换到 闭合小区; 由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案能够有选择性的获取 目标闭合小区的系统信息, 从而节省了获取目标闭合小区系统信息 所占用的网络资源, 降低了获取目标小区系统信息过程中, 信令和 数据丟失的概率, 并且能够有效降低设备的耗电量。 为了使本领域技术人员能够更加清楚地理解本发明实施例提供 的技术方案, 下面以本发明实施例应用在 UMTS技术机制下为例, 对本发明实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法进行详细说明。
如图 3 所示, 本发明又一实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方 法, 可以包括:
步骤 301, SRNC向 UE发送第一测量控制信息, 该第一测量控 制信息包含指示 UE开启自动搜索闭合小区功能的信息。
步骤 302, UE第一测量控制信息中包含的开启自动搜索闭合小 区功能的指示, 开启自动搜索闭合小区功能, 检测是否进入预先存 储的指纹信息记录的闭合小区范围内。
在本实施例中,指纹信息记录了 UE曾经接入过的闭合小区的相 关信息, 在指纹信息中记录的每个闭合小区的相关信息可以包括: 闭合小区的绝对物理位置 (通过 GPS 定位方法获得的物理位置)、 闭合小区所处的无线环境(如闭合小区归属的宏小区等)、 闭合小区 使用的 PSC或 PCI或者闭合小区使用的频率等。
在本实施例中, U E可以通过 G P S定位获取当前的物理位置信息, 将该当前物理位置信息与指纹信息记录的闭合小区的绝对物理位置 进行比较, 根据比较结果检测是否进入预先存储的指纹信息记录的 闭合小区范围内。
当然, 在实际的使用过程中, UE也可以通过其他方式检测是否 进入预先存储的指纹信息记录的闭合小区范围内, 例如: UE可以通 过检测周围的无线环境检测是否进入预先存储的指纹信息记录的闭 合小区范围内, 此处不对每种情况进行——赘述。
步骤 303, 当进入指纹信息记录的闭合小区范围内时, UE 向 SRNC发送接近指示信息,该接近指示信息包含 UE期望接入的闭合 小区的频率和或或技术机制等。
在本实施例中, UE期望接入的闭合小区的技术机制为 UMTS。 步骤 304, SRNC获取满足 UE期望接入的闭合小区的频率和 /或 技术机制的闭合小区的 PSC, 向 UE发送第二测量控制信息, 该第 二测量控制信息包含所述满足 U E期望接入的闭合小区的频率和 /或 技术机制的闭合小区的 PSC。
步骤 305, UE对相邻闭合小区进行检测, 获取检测到的相邻闭 合小区的 PSC, 判断该 PSC与第二测量控制信息包含的满足 UE期 望接入的闭合小区的频率和 /或技术机制的闭合小区的 PSC 是否相 同, 并判断所述相邻闭合小区的信号质量是否达到预先设置的门限 值。
在本实施例中, 预先设置的门限值可以为 SRNC 通过第一测量 控制信息下发的门限值, 该门限值用于对 UE 检测到的相邻闭合小 区中信号质量不好的闭合小区进行过滤。
步骤 306, 当 UE确定与第二测量控制信息包含的满足 UE期望 接入的闭合小区的频率和 /或技术机制的闭合小区具有相同 PSC, 且 该信号质量达到预先设置的门限值的相邻闭合小区为目标闭合小 区。
步骤 307, UE将目标闭合小区的 PSC与指纹信息记录的闭合小 区的 PSC进行比较, 如果目标闭合小区的 PSC与指纹信息记录的闭 合小区的 PSC相同, 执行步骤 309, 否则, 执行步骤 308。
步骤 308, UE启动定时器, 判断在定时器计时到达时是否还能 检测到目标闭合小区,当能够检测到目标闭合小区时,执行步骤 309, 否则结束流程。
在本实施例中, 定时器的定时时间可以由 SRNC 通过测量控制 消息或者系统信息广播设定; 也可以是预先设置的默认值, 例如可 以预先设置定时器的计时时间为 6分钟等; 当定时器的定时时间由 SRNC 通过测量控制消息设定时, 该定时器的定时时间可以设置为 T1 , 否则, 该定时器的定时时间可以设置为 T2 ; 当然, 在实际的使 用过程中, 定时器的定时时间还可以通过其他方式设定, 此处不做 赘述。
在步骤 308 中, UE能够检测到目标闭合小区是指, UE能够检 测到目标闭合小区的信号, 且该目标闭合小区的信号质量达到步骤 305中所述的门限值。
步骤 309, UE向 SRNC发送测量报告, 该测量报告包含目标闭 合小区的 PSC。
步骤 310, SRNC向 UE发送第三测量控制信息, 该第三测量控 制信息指示 UE获取目标闭合小区的系统信息。
步骤 311, UE根据第三测量控制信息获取目标闭合小区的系统 信息。
本发明实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法, 当 UE判断出目 标闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI, 和指纹信息记录的 PSC或 PCI不同时, 启动定时器, 如果定时器的定时时间到达时, 仍然检测到该目标闭 合小区, 则获取该目标小区的系统信息, 使得本发明实施例提供的 技术方案在成员闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI发生变化以后, UE仍然能 够正常获取该成员闭合小区的系统信息, 由于本发明实施例提供的 技术方案中 UE 能够正常获取成员闭合小区的系统信息, 所以保证 了 UE 能够正常切换到闭合小区; 由于本发明实施例提供的技术方 案能够有选择性的获取目标闭合小区的系统信息, 从而节省了获取 目标闭合小区系统信息所占用的网络资源, 降低了获取目标小区系 统信息过程中, 信令和数据丟失的概率, 并且能够有效降低设备的 耗电量。
如图 4所示,本发明再一实施例还提供一种小区系统信息的获取 方法, 可以包括:
步骤 401 -406与如图 3所示的步骤 301 -306基本相同, 此处不再 赘述。
步骤 407, UE将目标闭合小区的 PSC与指纹信息记录的闭合小 区的 PSC进行比较, 判断目标闭合小区是否为 UE签约的成员闭合 小区, 向 SRNC发送第一测量报告, 该第一测量报告包含目标闭合 小区的 PSC和指示目标闭合小区是否为 UE签约的成员闭合小区的 标识。
在本实施例中, 当目标闭合小区是 UE签约的成员闭合小区时, 所述指示目标闭合小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭合小区的标识为 likely; 当目标闭合小区不是 UE签约的成员闭合小区时, 所述指示 目标闭合小区是否为 UE签约的成员闭合小区的标识为 unlikely。
本发明实施例不对指示目标闭合小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭 合小区的标识的具体表现形式进行限定, 在实际的使用过程中, 还 可以为其他标识, 此处不做赘述。
步骤 408, 当步骤 407判断出目标闭合小区不是 UE签约的成员 闭合小区时, UE启动定时器, 判断在定时器计时达时, 是否还能够 检测到目标闭合小区, 当能够检测到目标闭合小区时, UE向 SRNC 发送第二测量报告, 该第二测量报告包含目标闭合小区的 PSC, 否 则, 结束后续流程。
在本实施例中,第二测量报告可以包含指示目标闭合小区是否为
UE签约的成员闭合小区的标识,也可以不包含。在定时器计时达时, 如果 UE还能够检测到目标闭合小区,则 UE可以将该目标闭合小区 判断为 UE 签约的成员闭合小区, 当第二测量报告包含指示目标闭 合小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭合小区的标识时, 该指示目标闭合 小区是否为 UE签约的成员闭合小区的标识为 likely在此过程中有一 个将 unlikely转换为 likely的过程。
步骤 409, SRNC根据第二测量报告, 向 UE发送第三测量控制 信息, 该第三测量控制信息指示 UE获取目标闭合小区的系统信息。
步骤 410, UE根据第三测量控制信息获取目标闭合小区的系统 信息。
可选地, 在步骤 408 中, 当步骤 407判断出目标闭合小区不是 UE签约的成员闭合小区时, UE可以不启动定时器, 继续检测目标 闭合小区信号, 当目标闭合小区信号质量达到预先设置的门限值时, 向 SRNC发送第二测量报告, 该第二测量报告包含目标闭合小区的 PSC 和指示目标闭合小区不是 UE 签约的成员闭合小区的标识 ( unlikely ); 在步骤 409中, SRNC判断步骤 407中 UE发送的第一 测量报告包含指示目标闭合小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭合小区的 标识是否为 unlikely, 如果是, 则 SRNC启动定时器, 判断在定时器 计时到达时, 是否接收到 UE发送的第二测量报告, 如果接收到 UE 发送的第二测量报告, 则向 UE 发送第三测量控制信息, 否则, 停 止后续流程。
本发明实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法, UE可以根据目 标闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI判断出该目标闭合小区是否为签约的成员 闭合小区, 并在向 SRNC发送的第一测量报告中包含指示目标闭合 小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭合小区的标识, 当目标闭合小区不是 签约的成员闭合小区时, 启动定时器, 如果定时器预先设置的定时 时间到达时, 仍然检测到该目标闭合小区, 则向 SRNC发送第二测 量报告, SRNC根据该第二测量报告向 UE发送获取目标小区的系统 信息的指示, UE根据该指示获取目标闭合小区的系统信息, 使得本 发明实施例提供的技术方案在成员闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI发生变化 以后, UE仍然能够正常获取该成员闭合小区的系统信息, 由于本发 明实施例提供的技术方案中 UE 能够正常获取成员闭合小区的系统 信息, 所以保证了 UE 能够正常切换到闭合小区; 由于本发明实施 例提供的技术方案能够有选择性的获取目标闭合小区的系统信息, 节省了获取目标闭合小区系统信息所占用的网络资源, 降低了获取 目标小区系统信息过程中, 信令和数据丟失的概率, 并且能够有效 降低 UE的耗电量。
本发明实施例应用在 LTE技术机制下的方案与上述图 3和图 4 所示的基本相同, 其区别点在于, 将闭合小区的 PSC更换为 PCI。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种用户设备 500, 包括: 确定模块 501, 用于确定目标闭合小区;
第一获取模块 502, 用于获取确定模块 501确定的目标闭合小区 的主同步码或物理小区标识;
第一计时模块 503, 用于若第一获取模块 502获取的目标闭合小 区的主同步码或物理小区标识, 和指纹信息记录的主同步码或物理 小区标识不同, 启动定时器;
第一发送模块 504, 用于如果所述第一计时模块 504的定时器的 定时时间到达后, 仍然检测到所述目标闭合小区, 向网络侧发送第 一测量报告, 该第一测量报告包含所述目标闭合小区的主同步码或 物理小区标识;
接收模块 505, 用于接收网络侧基于第一测量报告发送的测量控 制信息, 该测量控制信息指示获取所述目标闭合小区的系统信息; 第二获取模块 506, 用于根据接收模块 505接收的测量控制信息 获取目标闭合小区的系统信息。
进一步地, 如图 6所示, 本发明实施例提供的用户设备 500还可 以包括:
第二发送模块 507,用若第一获取模块 502获取的目标闭合小区 的主同步码或物理小区标识, 和指纹信息记录的主同步码或物理小 区标识不同, 向网络侧发送第二测量报告, 该第二测量报告包含所 述目标闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识, 和指示所述目标闭合 小区不是所述用户设备签约的成员闭合小区的标识。
进一步地, 第一发送模块 504, 用于如果第一计时模块 503启动 的定时器的定时时间到达后, 仍检测到所述目标闭合小区, 向网络 侧发送第一测量报告, 所述第一测量报告包含所述目标小区的主同 步码或物理小区标识, 以及签约指示标识, 其中所述签约指示标识 指示所述目标闭合小区是所述用户设备签约的成员闭合小区。
本发明实施例提供的用户设备的具体实现方法可以参见本发明 实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法处相关描述, 此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 在实际的使用过程中, 以上如图 5和图 6所示的 本发明实施例提供的用户设备划分的多个模块, 也可以通过一个与 所述多个模块具有类似功能的模块或者功能单元实现, 此处不作赘 述。
本发明实施例提供的用户设备, 当判断出目标闭合小区的 PSC 或 PCI与指纹信息中存储的 PSC或 PCI相同时, 启动定时器, 如果 定时器预先设置的定时时间到达时, 仍然检测到该目标闭合小区, 则获取该目标小区的系统信息, 使得本发明实施例提供的技术方案 在成员闭合小区的 PSC或 PCI发生变化以后, UE仍然能够正常获 取该成员闭合小区的系统信息, 由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案 中 UE能够正常获取成员闭合小区的系统信息,所以保证了 UE能够 正常切换到闭合小区; 由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案能够有选 择性的获取目标闭合小区的系统信息, 节省了获取目标闭合小区系 统信息所占用的网络资源, 降低了获取目标小区系统信息过程中, 信令和数据丟失的概率, 并且能够有效降低耗电量。
如图 7所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种无线网络控制器, 包括: 接收模块 701, 用于接收用户设备发送的第一测量报告, 该第一 测量报告包含所述用户设备确定的目标闭合小区的主同步码或物理 小区标识, 和签约指示标识, 所述签约指示标识用于指示所述目标 闭合小区是否为所述用户设备签约的成员闭合小区的标识;
计时模块 702, 用于如果接收模块 701接收的签约指示标识指示 目标闭合小区不是户设备签约的成员闭合小区, 启动定时器;
发送模块 703,用于当计时模块 702的定时器的定时时间到达后, 如果接收到用户设备为目标小区发送的第二测量报告, 向用户设备 发送测量控制信息, 测量控制信息指示获取所述目标闭合小区的系 统信息。 本发明实施例提供的服务无线网络控制器的具体实现方法可以 参见本发明实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法处相关描述, 此 处不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 在实际的使用过程中, 以上如图 7所示的本发明 实施例提供的服务无线网络控制器划分的多个模块, 也可以通过一 个与所述多个模块具有类似功能的模块或者功能单元实现, 此处不 作赘述。
本发明实施例提供的服务无线网络控制器, 当根据 UE发送的第 一测量报告包含的指示目标闭合小区是否为 UE 签约的成员闭合小 区的标识判断出目标小区不是 U E签约的成员小区时, 启动定时器, 如果所述定时器预先设置的定时时间到达时, 接收到 UE 为目标小 区发送的第二测量报告, 则向 UE 发送测量控制信息, 从过该测量 控制信息指示 UE 获取该目标小区的系统信息, 使得本发明实施例 提供的技术方案在成员闭合小区的 PSC 或 PCI发生变化以后, UE 仍然能够正常获取该成员闭合小区的系统信息, 解决了现有技术无 法在闭合小区的主 PSC或 PCI发生变化以后, 正常获取成员闭合小 区系统信息的问题, 由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案中 UE 能够 正常获取成员闭合小区的系统信息, 所以保证了 UE 能够正常切换 到闭合小区; 由于本发明实施例提供的技术方案能够有选择性的获 取目标闭合小区的系统信息, 节省了获取目标闭合小区系统信息所 占用的网络资源, 降低了获取目标小区系统信息过程中, 信令和数 据丟失的概率, 并且能够有效降低用户设备的耗电量。
本发明实施例提供的小区系统信息的获取方法和装置,可以应用 在 UE切换到闭合小区的过程中。
结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的步骤可以直接用硬 件、 处理器执行的软件模块, 或者二者的结合来实施。 软件模块可以置于 随机存储器 (RAM )、 内存、 只读存储器 (ROM )、 电可编程 ROM、 电可 擦除可编程 ROM、 寄存器、 硬盘、 可移动磁盘、 CD-ROM、 或技术领域内 所公知的任意其它形式的存储介质中。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围 内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求 书
1、 一种小区系统信息的获取方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 确定目标闭合小区;
获取所述目标闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识;
若所述目标闭合小区的主同步码和存储的主同步码不同, 或所述 目标闭合小区的物理小区标识和存储的物理小区标识不同, 启动定时 器;
如果所述定时器的定时时间到达后, 检测到所述目标闭合小区, 向网络发送第一测量报告, 所述第一测量报告包含所述目标闭合小区 的主同步码或物理小区标识;
接收网络基于所述第一测量报告发送的测量控制信息, 所述测量 控制信息用于指示获取所述目标闭合小区的系统信息;
根据所述测量控制信息获取所述目标闭合小区的系统信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一测量报 告还包含签约指示标识, 所述签约指示标识用于指示所述目标闭合小 区是用户设备签约的成员闭合小区。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述定时器的定 时时间由网络通过测量控制消息或者系统信息广播设定, 或者为预先 设置的默认值。
4、 一种小区系统信息的获取方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收用户设备发送的第一测量报告, 所述第一测量报告包含所述 用户设备确定的目标闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标识, 并还包括 签约指示标识, 所述签约指示标识用于指示所述目标闭合小区是否为 所述用户设备签约的成员闭合小区;
如果所述签约指示标识指示所述目标闭合小区不是所述用户设备 签约的成员闭合小区, 启动定时器;
当所述定时器的定时时间到达后, 如果接收到所述用户设备为所 述目标小区发送的第二测量报告, 向所述用户设备发送测量控制信 息, 所述测量控制信息用于指示获取所述目标闭合小区的系统信息。
5、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定模块, 用于确定目标闭合小区;
第一获取模块, 用于获取所述确定模块确定的目标闭合小区的主 同步码或物理小区标识;
第一计时模块, 用于若所述第一获取模块获取的目标闭合小区的 主同步码和存储的主同步码不同, 或所述目标闭合小区的物理小区标 识和存储的物理小区标识不同, 启动定时器;
第一发送模块, 用于如果所述第一计时模块启动的定时器的定时 时间到达后, 检测到所述目标闭合小区, 向网络发送第一测量报告, 所述第一测量报告包含所述目标闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区标 识;
接收模块, 用于接收网络基于所述第一测量报告发送的测量控制 信息, 所述测量控制信息用于指示获取所述目标闭合小区的系统信 息;
第二获取模块, 用于根据所述接收模块接收的测量控制信息获取 所述目标闭合小区的系统信息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的用户设备, 其特征在于,
所述第一发送模块, 用于如果所述第一计时模块启动的定时器的 定时时间到达后, 仍检测到所述目标闭合小区, 向网络侧发送第一测 量报告, 所述第一测量报告包含所述目标小区的主同步码或物理小区 标识以及签约指示标识, 其中所述签约指示标识指示所述目标闭合小 区是所述用户设备签约的成员闭合小区。
7、 一种无线网络控制器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户设备发送的第一测量报告, 所述第一测 量报告包含所述用户设备确定的目标闭合小区的主同步码或物理小区 标识, 并还包括签约指示标识, 所述签约指示标识用于指示所述目标 闭合小区是否为所述用户设备签约的成员闭合小区;
计时模块, 用于如果所述接收模块接收的签约指示标识指示所述 目标闭合小区不是所述用户设备签约的成员闭合小区, 启动定时器; 发送模块, 用于当所述计时模块的定时器的定时时间到达后, 如果 接收到所述用户设备为所述目标小区发送的第二测量报告, 向所述用户 设备发送测量控制信息, 所述测量控制信息用于指示获取所述目标闭合 小区的系统信息。
