接受模块 30 , 用于接受用户对节目的选择; 播放模块 40 , 用于使用获取到的业务密钥播放用户选择的节目。 该实施例由于在终端接受用户对节目的选择播放节目之前预先获取业务 密钥, 解决了现有技术中进入播放的时间较长的问题, 从而保证了用户选择 节目进行播放时本地已经保存有有效的业务密钥, 加快了播放加密节目的响 应速率, 增强了用户体验。 优选地, 在上述的终端中, 还包括: 启动模块 10 , 用于启动电视业务; 其中, 业务密钥获取模块 20在启动模块 10启动电视业务的过程中获取 业务密钥。 该优选实施例的终端由于 4巴业务密钥的获取置前, 将获取业务密钥的步 骤放在电视业务的启动 (即初始化) 过程中, 解决了相关技术中进入播放的 时间较长的问题, 从而保证了播放时本地已经保存有有效的业务密钥, 加快 了播放加密节目的响应速率, 增强了用户体 -险。 或者, 优选地, 在上述的终端中, 还包括: 启动模块 10 , 用于启动电视业务。 其中, 业务密钥获取模块 20向业务平台获取业务密钥是在启动模块 10 启动电视业务之前。 该优选实施例的终端由于 4巴业务密钥的获取置前, 将获取业务密钥的步 骤放在启动电视业务之前, 解决了相关技术中进入播放的时间较长的问题, 从而保证了用户选择节目进行播放时本地已经保存有有效的业务密钥, 加快 了播放加密节目的响应速率, 增强了用户体验。 其中, 如图 3所示, 在上述的优选实施例中, 业务密钥获取模块 20 包 括: 第一获取单元 201 , 用于向业务平台获取用户的订购关系, 其中订购关 系包括业务密钥标识与业务密钥的对应关系; 第二获取单元 202 , 用于使用订购关系中的业务密钥标识向业务平台获 取业务密钥标识所对应的业务密钥; 保存单元 203 , 用于将获取到的业务密钥保存到本地。 该优选实施例提供了业务密钥获取模块在电视业务的初始化过程中, 终 端获取业务密钥的具体实施方案。 终端通过与业务平台的交互更新订购关系 表, 从而可以根据更新的订购关系表中的各电视节目套餐或各频道的电视节 目 (包括免费电视节目 ) 的业务密钥标识来获取到这些用户订购的以及免费 的电视节目的业务密钥。 其中, 第二获取单元 202包括: 发送子单元 2021 , 用于向业务平台发送业务密钥获取请求消息, 其中, 业务密钥获取请求消息中包含多个电视节目套餐和 /或免费电视节目的业务 密钥标识; 接收子单元 2022 , 用于接收业务平台返回的多个电视节目套餐和 /或免 费电视节目的业务密钥标识所对应的多个电视节目套餐和 /或免费电视节目 的业务密钥。 与相关技术中只能一次获取单个电视节目套餐或单个频道相比, 该优选 实施例中的业务密钥获取模块由于将业务密钥的获取步骤置前, 即预先获取 业务密钥, 可以同时把多个电视节目套餐 (包括免费频道)放在一条业务密 钥获取请求消息中一起进行请求, 因此终端能够一次同时获取到多个电视节 目套餐的业务密钥。 上述的终端可以是数据卡或上网笔记本电脑等, 也可以是移动终端, 如 手机等。 图 4示出了根据本发明实施例的终端的电视业务的播放方法, 包括以下 步骤: 步骤 S402, 终端向业务平台获取业务密钥; 步骤 S404, 终端接受用户对节目的选择; 步骤 S406, 终端使用获取到的业务密钥播放用户选择的节目。 该实施例由于在终端接受用户对节目的选择播放节目之前预先获取业务 密钥, 解决了现有技术中进入播放的时间较长的问题, 从而保证了用户选择 节目进行播放时本地已经保存有有效的业务密钥, 加快了播放加密节目的响 应速率, 增强了用户体验。 优选地, 步骤 S402 包括: 终端启动电视业务, 并在启动过程中获取业 务密钥。 该优选实施例由于把业务密钥的获取置前, 将获取业务密钥的步骤放在 电视业务的启动 (即初始化) 过程中, 解决了相关技术中进入播放的时间较 长的问题, 不影响播放响应时间, 从而保证了播放时本地已经保存有有效的 业务密钥, 加快了播放加密节目的响应速率, 增强了用户体验。 或者, 优选地, 步骤 S402 中终端向业务平台获取业务密钥是在终端启 动电视业务之前。 该优选实施例由于把业务密钥的获取置前, 将获取业务密钥的步骤放在 启动电视业务之前, 解决了相关技术中进入播放的时间较长的问题, 不影响 播放响应时间, 从而保证了用户选择节目进行播放时本地已经保存有有效的 业务密钥, 加快了播放加密节目的响应速率, 增强了用户体验。 此外, 该优 选实施例对电视业务的播放的其他流程没有影响, 用户体验更好。 其中, 在上述的方法中, 终端向业务平台获取业务密钥包括: 终端向业 务平台获取用户的订购关系, 其中订购关系包括业务密钥标识与业务密钥的 对应关系; 终端使用订购关系中的业务密钥标识向业务平台获取业务密钥标 识所对应的业务密钥; 终端将获取到的业务密钥保存到本地。 这样, 终端能够根据获取到的用户订购关系表中的各电视节目套餐或各 频道的电视节目 (包括免费电视节目 ) 的业务密钥标识来获取到这些用户订 购的以及免费的电视节目的业务密钥。 业务密钥的获取的准确性高。 其中, 终端接收到业务平台返回的业务密钥后需要将其保存更新到终端的智能卡或 集成模块中。 其中, 终端使用订购关系中的业务密钥标识向业务平台获取业务密钥标 识所对应的业务密钥包括: 终端向业务平台发送业务密钥获取请求消息, 其 中,业务密钥获取请求消息中包含多个电视节目套餐和 /或免费电视节目的业 务密钥标识; 终端接收业务平台返回的多个电视节目套餐和 /或免费电视节目 的业务密钥标识所对应的多个电视节目套餐和 /或免费电视节目的业务密钥。 该优选实施例中的业务密钥获取模块由于将业务密钥的获取步骤置前, 即预先获取业务密钥, 可以同时把多个电视节目套餐 (包括免费频道)放在 一条业务密钥获取请求消息中一起进行请求, 因此终端能够一次同时获取到 多个电视节目套餐的业务密钥。 从而解决了相关技术中只能一次获取单个电 视节目套餐或单个频道的问题。 优选地, 在终端将获取到的业务密钥保存到本地之后还包括: 对于获取 到的业务密钥中具有业务平台所标记的确认标记 (用于指示终端针对该业务 密钥向业务平台进行确认) 的业务密钥, 终端需要向业务平台发起确认流程 进行确认。 对于业务平台标记了需要确认的业务密钥, 终端接收并保存后需 要向业务平台发起确认流程进行确认。 图 5为本发明优选实施例一的电视业务的具体播放流程图, 4巴获取业务 密钥的流程放在了电视业务的初始化过程中, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S502 , 终端接收到用户通过操作生成的进入电视业务的指令后, 进 入电视业务 (如手机电视); 步骤 S504,在电视业务初始化过程中在组件模块后台发起获取业务密钥 请求。 具体地, 在电视业务初始化过程中获取到用户的订购关系后, 才艮据订 购关系中的业务密钥标识, 终端主动发起业务密钥获取流程, 并将获取到的 业务密钥保存到本地 (如: 保存更新到终端的智能卡或集成模块中); 其中, 对于业务平台标记了需要确认的业务密钥, 终端接收并保存后需 要向业务平台发起确认流程进行确认。 步骤 S506 , 用户选择节目进行播放; 步骤 S508 , 由于本地已经有有效的业务密钥, 直接进入播放流程, 能迅 速进行播放。 这样能有效地缩短进入播放所需的时间。 总之, 预先获取业务密钥, 能够很好地解决由于业务密钥无效, 要查询 订购关系后发起业务密钥获取流程而引起的进入播放响应慢的问题, 提高用 户体验。 图 6为本发明优选实施例二的电视业务的具体播放流程图, 4巴获取业务 密钥放在进入电视业务之前, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S602, 在手机上电开机后进入手机电视业务之前或者数据卡 /上网 本上电后进入电视业务之前, 终端先获取用户的订购关系, 才艮据订购关系中 的业务密钥标识在后台发起业务密钥获取请求, 并将获取到的业务密钥保存 到本地 (如: 保存更新到终端的智能卡或集成模块中); 其中, 对于业务平台标记了需要确认的业务密钥, 终端接收并保存后需 要向业务平台发起确认流程进行确认。 步骤 S604, 终端接收到用户通过操作生成的进入电视业务的指令后, 进 入电视业务; 步骤 S606, 用户选择播放节目; 步骤 S608, 由于本地已经有有效的业务密钥, 直接进入播放流程。 和上 述实施例一相比, 这种方案对其他流程没有影响, 用户体-险更好。 上述实施例一和实施例二由于预先获取业务密钥, 可以把多个电视节目 套餐和免费频道放在一起进行请求, 能同时获取多个套餐的业务密钥。 从而 能够同时获取到多个电视节目的业务密钥, 提高了业务密钥的获取效率, 进 一步缩短了获取业务密钥所需的时间。 解决了在相关技术的订购或播放中获 取的业务密钥只能是单个套餐或单个频道的问题。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果: ( 1 ) 保证了播放时本地已经保存有有效的业务密钥, 加快了播放加密 节目的响应速率, 增强了用户体 -险;
( 2 ) 能够同时获取到多个电视节目的业务密钥, 提高了业务密钥的获 取效率, 进一步缩短了获取业务密钥所需的时间。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端的电视业务的播放方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
终端向业务平台获取业务密钥;
所述终端接受用户对节目的选择;
所述终端使用所述获取到的业务密钥播放所述用户选择的所述节 目。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端向所述业务平台获 取所述业务密钥包括:
所述终端启动电视业务, 并在启动过程中获取所述业务密钥。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端向所述业务平台获 取所述业务密钥是在所述终端启动电视业务之前。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端向所述 业务平台获取所述业务密钥包括:
所述终端向所述业务平台获取所述用户的订购关系, 其中所述订购 关系包括业务密钥标识与业务密钥的对应关系;
所述终端使用所述订购关系中的业务密钥标识向所述业务平台获取 所述业务密钥标识所对应的业务密钥;
所述终端将获取到的业务密钥保存到本地。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端使用所述订购关系 中的业务密钥标识向所述业务平台获取所述业务密钥标识所对应的业务 密钥包括:
所述终端向所述业务平台发送业务密钥获取请求消息, 其中, 所述 业务密钥获取请求消息中包含多个电视节目套餐和 /或免费电视节目的 业务密钥标识;
所述终端接收所述业务平台返回的所述多个电视节目套餐和 /或免 费电视节目的业务密钥标识所对应的所述多个电视节目套餐和 /或免费 电视节目的业务密钥。
6. 居权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述终端将获取到的业务 密钥保存到本地之后, 所述方法还包括: 对于所述获取到的业务密钥中具有所述业务平台所标记的确认标记 的业务密钥, 所述终端向所述业务平台进行确认。
7. —种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
业务密钥获取模块, 用于向业务平台获取业务密钥;
接受模块, 用于接受用户对节目的选择;
播放模块, 用于使用所述获取到的业务密钥播放所述用户选择的所 述节目。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
启动模块, 用于启动电视业务;
其中, 所述业务密钥获取模块在所述启动模块启动电视业务的过程 中、 或者在向业务平台获取业务密钥是在所述启动模块启动电视业务之 前获取所述业务密钥。
9. 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述业务密钥获取模块 包括:
第一获取单元, 用于向所述业务平台获取所述用户的订购关系, 其 中所述订购关系包括业务密钥标识与业务密钥的对应关系;
第二获取单元, 用于使用所述订购关系中的业务密钥标识向所述业 务平台获取所述业务密钥标识所对应的业务密钥;
保存单元, 用于将获取到的业务密钥保存到本地。
10. 居权利要求 9所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述第二获取单元包括: 发送子单元, 用于向所述业务平台发送业务密钥获取请求消息, 其 中, 所述业务密钥获取请求消息中包含多个电视节目套餐和 /或免费电视 节目的业务密钥标识; 接收子单元, 用于接收所述业务平台返回的所述多个电视节目套餐 和 /或免费电视节目的业务密钥标识所对应的所述多个电视节目套餐和 / 或免费电视节目的业务密钥。
