本发明的目的即在于提供一种用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮杯,主要 是由可相对转动的一置杯座以及一分离式冲煮杯所组成;将该浸出式饮料冲煮杯 以旋转扣合方式扣合于冲煮头的一止漏垫圈下方时,仅由该分离式冲煮杯与该软 质止漏垫圈接触, 且因二者间的摩擦阻力较大, 使二者间无相对转动情形, 而仅 有置杯座以及分离式冲煮杯间相对转动。 由此可见, 在旋转扣合过程中, 该软质 止漏垫圈实质上并不承受旋转摩擦作用力, 而有不易摩损以及使用寿命长等优 占。
本发明的又一目的是在于提供一种用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮杯, 其中一个置杯座可搭配使用数个分离式冲煮杯,可满足不同茶品或不同容量的萃 取需求。该分离式设计方式,不但操作方便快速、设备购置成本低、收藏空间小, 同时不需要依据使用者的经验进行调整, 可提供更为稳定的饮料成品质量。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图 1及图 2,本发明所提供的用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮 杯, 主要包括有可相对转动的一置杯座 10以及一分离式冲煮杯 20。 该置杯座 10 包括有一镂空箍环 11、一位于该镂空箍环 11内壁面的环形凹槽 12、至少二个自该 镂空箍环 11外壁面向外延伸的扣合突耳 13以及垂直连设于该镂空箍环 11外侧壁 面上的握柄 14, 并在该环形凹槽 12内容置有一迫紧弹簧 15。 该分离式冲煮杯 20 实质上为一顶端开口 25的盛装容器, 其外径微小于该镂空箍环 11的内径, 该分离 式冲煮杯 20的顶端为一向外呈弧形弯折的环形裙部 24,并于其接近顶端适当距离 的外壁面上设有一环形凸缘 21, 而其底端则连接设置有一弹性止水装置 40。组装 时, 将该分离式冲煮杯 20由上向下放入该镂空箍环 11内, 并略微施力使其环形凸 缘 21挤过该置杯座 10的迫紧弹簧 15,直至该分离式冲煮杯 20的环形裙部 24跨置于 该镂空箍环 11的顶缘 16为止; 通过该迫紧弹簧 15提供的弹性迫紧作用力, 施加于 该分离式冲煮杯 20的外壁面, 以将分离式冲煮杯 20固定于该镂空箍环 11内, 即可 组装成可供冲煮饮料的浸出式饮料冲煮杯。其中, 该分离式冲煮杯 20与置杯座 10 间是利用迫紧弹簧 15弹性迫紧固定, 使二者间得以相对转动。
请参阅图 3, 该弹性止水装置 40是利用一滤网座 30, 而被连接于该分离式冲 煮杯 20的底端。 该滤网座 30的截面大致呈 T字形, 其较大直径的盘形顶部 39, 是 以紧配合方式容置于该分离式冲煮杯 20底端由一环形垂直壁面 22所界定的缩小 直径容室内, 而该滤网座 30的缩小直径的下半部为一螺纹部 37, 其自该分离式冲 煮杯 20的底部开口 23向外伸出至分离式冲煮杯 20下方;该滤网座 30上半部外壁面 设有一容置一 O形环 32的环形凹槽 31, 该 O形环 32与分离式冲煮杯 20的环形垂直 壁面 22紧密接触, 提供一止漏效果; 该滤网座 30设有一中央螺孔 34, 配合一螺栓 35将一滤网 36锁固于该滤网座 30, 提供一过滤茶渣或其它食材的效果; 该滤网座 30内还设有至少一个可供该分离式冲煮杯 20内的饮料通过的水流通孔 33,各水流 通孔 33连通至该滤网座 30底端作为水流出口的一锥形阀座 38。
如图 3所示, 该弹性止水装置 40主要包括有一本体 46、 一压缩弹簧 44以及一 锥形阀体 45。其中,该本体 46实质上为一两端开口的管状物品,其刻有内螺纹 41, 以将该本体 46旋转螺合于该滤网座 30的螺纹部 37上;本体 46内部形成一容纳该压 缩弹簧 44及锥形阀体 45的容室 47,并于该容室 47底端通过改变直径形成一作为弹 簧座的水平环面 43, 该水平环面 43的中央通孔连通至该本体 46底端的饮料出口 42。请配合参阅图 4 , 当该弹性止水装置 40被旋紧接合于该滤网座 30的螺纹部 37 上, 该压缩弹簧 44的底端压着于该水平环面 43上, 而其顶端则施加一弹性作用力 于该锥形阀体 45上, 使其具有一向上移动并紧密封闭该锥形阀座 38的弹性趋势。
请同时参阅图 4及图 5, 进行饮料冲煮程序时, 预先将待冲煮食材 (例如袋茶、 茶叶等)放置于该分离式冲煮杯 20内, 并利用该置杯座 10的扣合突耳 13以旋转扣 合方式扣合于该饮料制备机械的冲煮头的一止漏垫圈 (图未示出)下方, 随后启动 该饮料制备机械, 使控制温度及流量的热水经由冲煮头流入该分离式冲煮杯 20 内。
如图 4 所示者, 当例如该饮料制备机械启动初期或暂时停止供应热水时, 进入该分离式冲煮杯 20内的热水水量较少,其水压不足以克服该压缩弹簧 44的弹 性作用力,使该锥形阀体 45因承受该压缩弹簧 44的弹性作用力而紧密压着于该滤 网座 30的锥形阀座 38上, 以封闭该滤网座 30的各水流通孔 33, 使热水停留于该分 离式冲煮杯 20内, 并与预置的茶叶等食材相互浸泡。
如图 5所示, 当例如该饮料制备机械持续供应热水时, 进入该分离式冲煮杯 20内的热水水量持续增加至其水压大于该压缩弹簧 44的弹性作用力,通过较大的 水压推动该锥形阀体 45向下移动, 并与该滤网座 30的锥形阀座 38分离, 此时, 与 食材浸泡一适当时间后的热水饮品, 依图 5中箭头所示方向, 经由各水流通孔 33、 被开启的锥形阀座 38、容室 47, 并由该弹性止水装置 40的饮料出口 42流出至一饮 料容器内, 完成饮料制备程序。
通过更换不同弹性系数的压缩弹簧 44和 I或改变该饮料制备机械的热水供 应方式 (例如热水供应流量、 暂停供应热水的时间及间隔等), 即可适当调整热水 停留于该分离式冲煮杯 20内并与食材相互浸泡的时间,以制备最佳口感的饮料制

请同时参阅图 6及图 7,本发明所提供的用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮 杯第二实施例,其主要构造与图 1至图 5所示的第一实施例大致相同, 下文中仅就 两者间不同处加以说明; 未说明者, 其构成特征即与第一实施例相同, 恕不重复 说明。在第二实施例中, 该滤网座 70的尺寸被加大, 使其较大直径的盘形顶部 79 是以紧配合方式被容置于该分离式冲煮杯 60的内壁面 65 ;该滤网座 70的缩小直径 螺纹部 77, 则自该分离式冲煮杯 60的底部开口 63伸出至分离式冲煮杯 60下方, 并 通过一螺帽 90锁固该滤网座 70于设定位置上;该弹性止水装置 80再被螺合于该螺 帽 90下方的螺纹部 77上。如图 6及图 7所示, 该滤网座 70的盘形顶部 79与该分离式 冲煮杯 60的底面 66间, 预留有一间隙, 并以至少一个垫圈 91填满该间隙。通过改 变该间隙及填充垫圈 91数目, 可以调整该滤网座 70的设置高度, 亦即可以调整该 分离式冲煮杯 60位于该滤网座 70上方用以容纳热水的体积,使该分离式冲煮杯 60 可供冲煮不同容量的饮料。
本发明所提供的用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮杯,与现有技术相互比 较时, 更具有下列之优点: 1. 本发明提供的浸出式饮料冲煮杯, 主要是由可相对转动的一置杯座以及 一分离式冲煮杯所组成;将该浸出式饮料冲煮杯以旋转扣合方式扣合于饮料制备 机械冲煮头的一止漏垫圈下方时, 仅由该分离式冲煮杯与该软质止漏垫圈接触, 且因二者间的摩擦阻力较大, 使二者间无相对转动情形, 而仅有置杯座以及分离 式冲煮杯间相对转动。 由此可见, 在旋转扣合过程中, 该软质止漏垫圈实质上并 不承受旋转摩擦作用力, 而有不易摩损以及使用寿命长等优点。
2. 本发明提供的浸出式饮料冲煮杯, 一个置杯座可搭配使用数个分离式冲 煮杯, 可满足不同茶品或不同容量的萃取需求。 该分离式设计方式, 不但操作方 便快速、设备购置成本低、收藏空间小,同时不需要依据使用者的经验进行调整, 可提供更为稳定的饮料成品质量。
3. 更换固定尺寸的垫片改变冲煮容积, 操作者有一定标准可使用, 冲煮的 饮品质量也较稳定。
4. 通过一弹性止水装置, 使热水短暂停留于该分离式冲煮杯内, 并与预置 的茶叶等食材相互浸泡一适当时间后,直至水压大于弹性止水装置的弹性作用力 后, 才流出至一容器内储存; 经由适当时间浸泡后, 可提升饮料成品的口感。
上列详细说明系针对本发明的一可行实施例的具体说明,惟该实施例并非用 以限制本发明之专利范围, 凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所为额等效实施或变更, 均 应包含于本案的专利范围中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮杯, 其特征在于, 包括:
一置杯座, 其具有一镂空箍环以及一向外延伸的握柄, 该镂空箍环内壁容置有 一迫紧弹簧;
一可被置入于该镂空箍环内的分离式冲煮杯,其具有一顶端开口及一底部开口, 通过该迫紧弹簧使该分离式冲煮杯以可相对转动方式固定于该镂空箍环内; 以 及
一被连接固定于该分离式冲煮杯下方的弹性止水装置, 其具有一封闭该分离式 冲煮杯的底部开口的弹性作用力; 当该分离式冲煮杯内部盛水的水压大于该弹 性作用力时, 即可开启该弹性止水装置, 使该分离式冲煮杯内部的盛水流出。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮杯, 其特征在于, 其 中该分离式冲煮杯具有一位于顶端并向外呈弧形弯折的环形裙部以及一位于该 环形裙部下方的环形凸缘, 该迫紧弹簧系被夹置于该环形裙部与该环形凸缘之 间。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮杯, 其特征在于, 还 包括有一滤网座, 其具有一滤网并被组装于该分离式冲煮杯的底部开口; 该弹 性止水装置被锁固于该滤网座上。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮杯, 其特征在于, 其 中该滤网座包括有一扩大直径的盘形顶部以及一缩小直径的螺纹部, 该盘形顶 部以紧配合方式固定于该分离式冲煮杯内壁面, 而该螺纹部则由该分离式冲煮 杯的底部开口向外伸出; 该滤网座还设有至少一个可供该分离式冲煮杯内部盛 水通过的水流通孔, 各水流通孔连通至该滤网座底端作为水流出口的一锥形阀 座。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮杯, 其特征在于, 其 中该弹性止水装置包括有一被组装于该滤网座的螺纹部上的本体, 该本体底端 为一饮料出口, 其内部形成一可容置一压缩弹簧以及一锥形阀体的容室, 该压 缩弹簧对该锥形阀体施加一弹性作用力, 使其压着于该滤网座的锥形阀座上, 以封闭该滤网座的水流通孔者。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的用于饮料制备机械的浸出式饮料冲煮杯, 其特征在于, 其 中该滤网座的盘形顶部与该分离式冲煮杯的底面之间, 垫置有至少一个垫圈。
