Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein System für die automatische, schnelle und dynamische Vermittlung von biologischen Zellen für die Transplantation, Therapie oder Forschungszwecke für Register von Patienten mit unterschiedlichen Indikationen zwischen Entnahmezentren oder Banken (Lagerstätten) und Kliniken, Transplantationszentren oder Forschungsreinrichtungen, Dienstleistern (Diagnose, Weiterverarbeitung der Präparate und Logistik) sowie die Überwachung und Unterstützung der Prozesse von der Anforderungsübermittlung, Integration von Diagnose-Technologien und Techniken, über die Weiterverarbeitung, bis zur Auslieferung und Bezahlung eines für die allogene Transplantation geeigneten Zellpräparates oder anderen biologischen Präparates, über die Anwendung der vermittelten Präparate bis zur Nachverfolgung der Ergebnisse im Patienten und die Bereitstellung dieser Daten für statistische und andere Zwecke. Das System ist erstmalig in der Lage, online und automatisch vollständige Lösungsvorschläge für spezifisch gelagerte Transplantationen für individuelle Patienten in umfangreichen Registern von Patienten vorzuschlagen und dabei priorisierte Lagerstätten zu berücksichtigen und medizinisch und logistisch vorteilhafte Lösungsvorschläge bei der Bestellung auch von mehreren Präparaten zu erstellen. Das System ist zudem erstmalig in der Lage in den Prozess eingebundene Dienstleister, wie Logistik-Unternehmen und Weiterverarbeiter der benötigten Präparate, automatisiert in den Prozess einzubinden und zu koordinieren und kann als zentrales Werkzeug (Plattform) alle Prozesse und finanziellen Transaktionen führen.
