Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de retenue à placer sur une couverture de toit et/ou pour retenir au moins un module de production énergétique, de préférence un module photovoltaïque, un collecteur solaire ou similaire. Il est possible que l'élément de retenue présente une section de base (10) à partir de laquelle s'étendent une première paroi latérale (20) et une deuxième paroi latérale (30), ce qui forme un passage (50) sur lequel on peut marcher. Il est également possible que l'élément de retenue comprenne au moins un moyen de retenue en forme de câble ou en forme de courroie ou en forme de chaîne, le moyen de retenue étant prévu pour être fixé à une partie de bâtiment, de préférence un comble ou d'autres parties du bâtiment et en particulier sans endommager la couverture de toit, l'élément de retenue pouvant ainsi être assuré contre un glissement et/ou un soulèvement dû à la force du vent. L'invention concerne également un système qui comprend une pluralité d'éléments de retenue.
