背景技术
目前国际、 国内市场上流行的固体木粒取暧炉及其它传统的壁炉 等, 一旦长时间地加热取暖, 会导致该空间内的空气过分干燥, 并使 人感到浑身燥热不适。 而市场上所流行的用来湿润室内空气的超声波 加湿器 (雾化器) 由于缺少将其水源加温的功能, 通常其水箱所加的 水温总是会滞后于室温的上升, 往往需要很长一段时间才能接近室温, 加之雾化又有一个物理冷却的过程, 当雾气的温度低于室内环境的温 度, 如果该空间并无其它增强空气对流装置, 低温雾气往下走., 热空 气则上扬, 早晨起来会发现加湿器周围会有一些积水, 加湿的目的并 不能完美达到。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种带加湿功能的取暖炉, 其水雾发 生器箱体内的水源能持续地受热于炉体, 因此氷温高于室温, 让所喷 出雾气的温度接近于取暖炉的排风管出口的热气。 温度接近的雾气和 热气能很好地混合在一起, 随取暖炉的暖风系统运到室内的^ "个角落, 达到取暖保湿的完美功能。
本发明是通过下述技术方案解决上述技术问题的: 带加湿功能的 取暖炉, 包括炉体, 所述炉体内设有一加热炉腔, 所述加热炉腔后方 设有排风管, 所述排风管的进风端设有一排风电机, 所述排风管与加 热炉腔之间设有导热板, 所述炉体内还设有一水雾发生器, 所述水雾 发生器包括一采用导热材料制成的箱体, 所述箱体上连有进风管和喷 雾管。

作为优选, 所述加热炉腔内设有木粒燃烧装置和排烟管, 所述排 烟管一端设有排烟电机。
作为优选, 所述箱体内设有储水腔, 所述储水腔的底部设有液位 控制开关, 所述储水腔的下方设有水雾发生腔, 所述储水腔与水雾发 生腔通过一节流管连接, 所述进风管一端设置在水雾发生腔内, 所述 喷雾管一端设置在水雾发生腔内, 所述喷雾管另一端伸出箱体外, 所 述水雾发生腔的下方设有超声波换能器。
所述带加湿功能的取暖炉还带有一控制装置、 一点火装置和一加 料器, 所述控制装置包括主控制板和控制幵关, 所述主控制板与电源 通过导线连接; 所述控制开关与主控制板电连接, 所述控制开关与水 雾发生器电连接; 所述排风电机与主控制板电连接; 所述点火装置与 主控制板电连接; 所述加料器与主控制板电连接; 所述排烟电机与主 控制板电连接。
采用本技术方案的发明其有益效果如下:
1. 所述水雾发生器的箱体采用导热材料制成, 并且箱体被设置在 炉体内, 由于炉体内的温度远远高于室内温度, 因此箱体内的水温较 高, 经雾化后从喷雾管喷出的雾气温度与排风管排出的热气温度较为 接近, 可有效防止冷凝现象发生, 使雾气和热气能很好地混合在一起, 随取暖炉的暖风系统运到室内的各个角落。 所述的导热材料通常可采 用铁、 铜、 铝或者具有较好导热性能的合金材料和高分子材料等。 并 且箱体水温是通过炉体内的热量加热, 充分利用炉体内的热量, 因此 更加节能、 环保。
2. 普通的水雾发生器通常需要单独为进风管配置一个劲风电机, 本发明采用将进风管一端与排风管相连通, 利用排风电机为进风管送 风, 大大降低了带加湿功能的取暖炉的制造成本; 另外由于排风管内 的空气温度较高, 因此使得雾气温度能更加接近排风管排出的热气温 度。
3. 本发明提供的带加湿功能的取暖炉还带有一控制装置, 利用固 体木粒取暖炉的全自动化的控制程序, 将水雾发生器技术加入到该取 暖炉的自动化控制程序中去, 让其温度和湿度控制一体化, 让所要被 加热的环境更加宜居。
