Abstract

Système et procédé d'évaluation d'un risque en capital encouru par une institution financière, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : recevoir des informations financières ; traiter les informations financières pour obtenir un scénario associé au risque en capital ; attribuer à l'institution financière une catégorie de notation parmi un certain nombre de catégories de notation prédéfinies, compte tenu du scénario ; appliquer un ou plusieurs filtres secondaires portant sur des risques supplémentaires sélectionnés par un organisme de réglementation gouvernemental afin d'ajuster la catégorie de notation attribuée ; et afficher le scénario et la catégorie de notation ajustée sur un dispositif d'affichage.
