Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Vorrichtung zum Anschluss eines energiewandelnden Endgerätes an ein elektrisches Energieversorgungsnetz und zum Austausch von Daten über das Energieversorgungsnetz, wobei ein Netzanschluss zum Anschluss an das Energieversorgungsnetz, eine Kommunikationseinheit zum Empfang und zum Senden von Daten über das Energieversorgungsnetz, eine Logikeinheit zur Steuerung des Datenaustauschs und zur Leistungssteuerung oder -regelung des energiewandelnden Endgerätes, Sensoren und eine zugeordnete Signalaufbereitung zur Überwachung des energiewandelnden Endgeräts sowie ein Leistungsteil zur Steuerung des Energieflusses zu dem energiewandelnden Endgerät vorgesehen sind. Dabei ist es vorgesehen, dass der Netzanschluss, die Kommunikationseinheit, die Logikeinheit, eine Sensoreinheit mit Sensoren und der den Sensoren zugeordneten Signalaufbereitung und das Leistungsteil in einer anwendungsspezifischen integrierten Schaltung (ASIC) zusammengefasst sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine entsprechendes Verfahren. Vorrichtung und Verfahren ermöglichen einen kostengünstigen, Platz sparenden Anschluss von energiewandelnden Endgeräten an ein über Powerline geführtes Datennetzwerk.
