本文基于 GSM通用标准认证 SIM卡支持能力集( STK, Mobile Station Test Suite )测试的一个重要测试项, 以现有高通平台为例, 图 1为现有获 取网络状态信息的示意图, 如图 1 所示, 获取网络状态的过程大致包括: 高通 SIM卡支持能力集(GSTK )模块向移动性管理(MM )模块注册网络 状态, 当小区网络发生切换后, GSTK模块在移动性管理空闲(MM— IDLE ) 状态变化的地方处理网络状态命令, 然后调用高通接口通过 SIM模块, 将 变化后的网络状态写入 SIM卡。
而在实际网络环境中, 当小区状态发生变化后, GSTK模块在对应的 MM— IDLE状态变化的地方处理网络状态命令时, 接收不到网络状态的变 化,也就是说, 不能获取变化后的网络状态信息, 进而不能正确的驱动 SIM 模块将对应的网络状态写入 SIM卡中。
从现有技术的实现过程来看, 目前当小区状态发生变化后移动终端获 取网络状态信息的方法, 不能保证 GSTK模块获取正确的网络状态信息, 也不能将正确获知小区发生变化后的网络状态更新到对应的 SIM卡上。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种移动终端获取网络状态信 息的方法及装置, 能够获取正确的网络状态信息。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

所述 GSTK模块向 CM模块注册回调函数, 指令 CM模块在网络状态 发生变化时, 将变化后的网络状态通知给 GSTK模块。
7、 一种获取网络状态信息的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括 CM模块 和 GSTK模块; 其中,
GSTK模块, 用于向 CM模块注册网络状态通知, 接收来自 CM模块 的通知, 获得发生变化的网络状态信息;
CM模块, 用于在记录的网络状态发生变化时通知 GSTK模块。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置还包括网络模块, 用于在移动终端上电开机后, 接收来自 CM模块的注册回调函数; 当搜索 到小区所在的网络时, 存储当前的网络状态并通过回调函数通知 CM模块; 所述 CM模块, 进一步用于向网络模块发送注册回调函数; 接收来自 网络模块的通知。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 GSTK模块, 还用于存储获得的网络状态。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置还包括 SIM模 块;
所述 SIM模块,用于将来自 GSTK的网络状态信息通过 SIM模块接口 函数写入 SIM卡;
所述 GSTK模块, 具体用于将获取的网络状态类型修改为小区位置信 息改变类型, 调用高通 GSTK封装 Envelop命令处理函数, 将对应的网络 状态信息发送给 SIM模块。
