具体实施方式
图2是本发明的多功能LED显示装置的第一实施例的结构示意图。如图2所示,本发明的多功能LED显示装置包括PCB板3,设置在所述PCB板3上并受所述PCB板3控制发光和熄灭的多个LED灯1以及设置在所述LED灯1的前方的显示面板4,所述显示面板4上设有多个时间显示符号,每个时间显示符号包括多个笔划10,每个笔划10由至少一个LED灯1照亮。其中所述PCB板3上进一步包括:用于生成时钟信号的时钟电路31和从所述时钟电路接收时钟信号并基于所述时钟信号控制所述LED灯1发光和熄灭以显示时间的时间显示控制单元32。在本发明的,PCB板3还进一步包括用于接收照明触发信号并基于接收到的所述照明触发信号控制至少一个在所述时间显示控制单元的控制下熄灭的LED灯1发光的照明控制单元33。
在本发明的优选实施例中,每个笔划1可以由多个LED灯1照亮,这几个LED灯1同时点亮或熄灭。在本发明的可选实施例中,这些LED灯的颜色可以相同,也可不同。
在本发明的一个实施例中,该笔划可以是如图2中所示的透明槽,也可以包括至少一组透光孔20,其中所述至少一个所述LED灯1发出光透过所述至少一组透光孔20透射出来(参见图7)。
在正常情况下,各个LED灯1的发光顺序和发光时间均可由时间显示控制单元32加以控制,从而显示时间。比如,当前时刻为12:30时,在时间显示控制单元32的控制下,只有一部分笔划对应的LED才会发光,而另一部分笔划对应的LED不会发光。但如果此时照明控制单元33受到触发,那么除了表示12:30的笔划外的至少一个其他笔划所对应的LED灯也会立刻发光。在本发明的优选实施例中,所有的笔划对应的LED灯都会发光。
在本发明的可选实施例中,可以在该多功能LED显示装置上设置一个照明触发按键,当用户触发该按键时,照明控制单元33受到触发开始照明操作。在本发明的优选实施例中,可以在该多功能LED显示装置上设置一个振动感应装置,当人拿起该多功能LED显示装置时,即可触发,照明控制单元33。在本发明的其他优选实施例中,还可以采用其他的方式和装置来触发照明控制单元33。本发明不受其触发方式和装置的限制。
在本发明的另一优选实施例中,每个笔划10可分别对应多个LED灯。整个时间显示符号由多个LED灯构成。且在该多个LED灯的正前方设置有有色透光件。在该有色透光件可以是玻璃或塑料板,其紧贴该多个LED灯的灯头设置,也可以是玻璃或塑料膜,可以粘贴在该多个LED灯的灯头上。在本发明的其他可选实施例中,该有色透光件也可以是涂敷在该LED灯表面的胶状物或液体。其中该有色透光件可以是各种需要的颜色。在本发明的另一可选实施例中,该有色透光件可以包括一种或一种以上的颜色。在本发明的再一可选实施例中,所述有色透光件是可拆卸的。
图3是本发明的多功能LED显示装置的第二实施例的结构示意图。图3中示出的多功能LED显示装置和图2中基本类似,其区别在于,在图3示出的实施例中,所述LED灯1包括高亮度部分11和低亮度部分12。所述低亮度部分11设置在PCB板3上面向显示面板4的第一侧34以受所述时间显示控制单元32控制以低亮度显示时间。所述高亮度部分12设置在所述PCB板3上与所述的第一侧34相对的第二侧35以受所述照明控制单元33控制以高亮度照明。这样设计是由于在晚上观看时间的时候,一般不希望LED灯的亮度较高,因此,在观看时间的时候可以选用亮度较小的低亮度部分12防止晃眼,而在需要将其用来照明的时候,可以选用高亮度部分11,更有利于夜间照明。
在本发明的另一优选实施例中,所述高亮度部分11和所述低亮度部分12的亮度分别可调。在此,所述高亮度和低亮度意指两个部分的亮度可以肉眼分别,其中高亮度明显高于低亮度。本领域技术人员可以按照实际需要自行设定所述高低亮度。在本发明的再一优选实施例中,所述高亮度部分为LED灯的灯头,低亮度部分为LED灯的灯尾。在本发明的其他实施例中,也可将所述高亮度部分设置为LED灯的灯尾,低亮度部分设置为LED灯的灯头。
图4是本发明的多功能LED显示装置的第三实施例的显示数字笔划部分的详细示意图。该显示数字笔划部分的设计可以用于本发明中所有的多功能LED显示装置和LED时钟。如图4所示,所述每个笔划10和所述至少一个LED灯1之间设置由至少一组导光束6。在本发明的一个实施例中,这一组导光束6可以是光纤排线;所述显示面板上对应时间显示符号的各个笔划的部分,均匀设有多个横排凹形槽。在图4示出的实施例中,所述每一组导光束6中包括多根导光纤维7,所述多根导光纤维7的一端捆扎成束并固定在所述至少一个LED灯1的正前方,另一端彼此等距排列以构成所述时间显示符号的笔划10。
图5是本发明的多功能LED显示装置的第四实施例的显示数字笔划部分的详细示意图。该显示数字笔划部分的设计可以用于本发明中所有的多功能LED显示装置和LED时钟。如图5所示,所述多功能LED显示装置中进一步包括至少一个导光束支架8。所述导光束支架8包括设置在所述至少一个LED灯1的正前方的锥形部13和设置在所述时间显示符号处的框架部9,其中所述多根导光纤维7的一端捆扎成束并固定在所述锥形部13中,所述框架部9的形状与所述时间显示符号的形状相匹配且包括多个孔,每根导光纤维7分别固定在一个孔中。
在本发明的另一优选实施例中所述导光束支架8进一步包括设置在所述锥形部10和框架部9之间的通道部,所述通道部包括多个通道,每一个通道分别从所述锥形部10通向框架部9的各个孔,所述多根导光纤维7的另一端分别固定在一个孔中。
图6是本发明的多功能LED显示装置的第五实施例的结构示意图。图6示出的实施例可以与上述图1-5示出的实施例相同,其区别在于,该多功能LED显示装置进一步包括一个投影装置18。该投影装置18设置在LED灯1的前方,用以将LED灯1显示的时间投影到投影屏幕19上。所述投影装置18可以采用已知的任何投影器材。
当将该多功能LED显示装置应用到温度检测装置时,所述PCB板3中可包括用于感应外界温度并生成温度感应信号的温度感应装置和从所述温度感应装置接收所述温度感应信号并将所述温度感应信号转换成控制所述LED灯1发光的电信号的第二控制单元。所述第二控制单元发出的电信号可控制各个LED灯的发光顺序和发光时间,就可显示出环境温度变化。
当将该多功能LED显示装置应用到调频检测装置时,所述PCB板3包括用于接收FM调频信号并将所述FM调频信号转换成调频感应信号的调频装置和从所述调频装置接收所述调频感应信号并将所述调频感应信号转换成控制所述LED灯1发光的电信号的第三控制单元。所述第三控制单元发出的电信号可控制各个LED灯的发光顺序和发光时间,从而显示出频率变化。
本领域技术人员非常熟悉并能够采用各种控制方法。在此就不再累述了,已知的各种控制方法都可以用于本发明。
图7是本发明的LED时钟的第一实施例的结构示意图。如图7所示,本发明的LED时钟包括灯泡状的罩壳2,多功能LED显示装置中设置在所述罩壳2内部,并通过变压器21连接到供电电源。该多功能LED显示装置包括PCB板3,设置在所述PCB板3上并受所述PCB板3控制发光和熄灭的多个LED灯1以及设置在所述LED灯1的前方的显示面板4,所述显示面板4上设有多个时间显示符号,每个时间显示符号包括多个笔划10,每个笔划10由至少一个LED灯1照亮。其中所述PCB板3上进一步包括:用于生成时钟信号的时钟电路31和从所述时钟电路接收时钟信号并基于所述时钟信号控制所述LED灯1发光和熄灭以显示时间的时间显示控制单元32。在本发明的,PCB板3还进一步包括用于接收照明触发信号并基于接收到的所述照明触发信号控制至少一个在所述时间显示控制单元的控制下熄灭的LED灯1发光的照明控制单元33。
在本发明的各个实施例中,该多功能LED显示装置可以选用图1-6中公开的各种多功能LED显示装置。
在本实施例中,供电电源可以包括内置电池22和灯头23。该灯头23可以是旋转或卡式标准灯头,其可以直接旋入或卡接到家用的标准灯座中。在本发明的一个优选实施例中,当该LED时钟接入标准灯座时,由市电为其供电,且其可以用作LED时钟以显示时间。当LED时钟被从标准灯座上取下时,照明控制单元33被触发,该LED时钟可以用来照明,此时可以由内置的电池22供电。在本发明的其他实施例中,该内置电池可以是蓄电池,当将该LED时钟直接旋入或卡接到家用的标准灯座中时,可以通过市电对其充电。
在本发明的另一可选实施例中,电池和变压器可以外置在灯座上。本发明的灯泡形LED时钟可以与外界灯座一起共同使用。
在图7示出的实施例中,罩壳2是透明的,并且是固定的。多功能LED显示装置显示的时间和用来照明时发射出来的光都可通过透明的罩壳2发射出来。
在本发明的其他优选实施例中,如图8示出的实施例,该罩壳2可以包括透明的第一部分28和半透明的第二部分29,所述第一部分28和第二部分29的位置可以互换。也就是说,该罩壳2是可以旋转的。因此,当直接采用LED灯显示时间时,可以通过不透明的部分来观看时间。当将其用来照明时,可以选择透明部分,这样的话,可以直接采用亮度加高的LED灯就可以达到图3中示出的采用具有两个亮度部分的LED灯就能达到的效果。
图9是本发明的LED时钟的第三实施例的结构示意图。如图9所示,本发明的LED时钟包括筒状罩壳2,多功能LED显示装置中设置在所述筒状罩壳2内部,并通过变压器21连接到供电电源。在本实施例中,供电电源可以包括内置电池22和灯头23。该灯头23可以是旋转或卡式标准灯头,其可以直接旋入或卡接到家用的标准灯座中。在本发明的一个优选实施例中,当该LED时钟接入标准灯座时,由市电为其供电,且其可以用作LED时钟以显示时间。当LED时钟被从标准灯座上取下时,照明控制单元33被触发,该LED时钟可以用来照明,此时可以由内置的电池22供电。在本发明的其他实施例中,该内置电池可以是蓄电池,当将该LED时钟直接旋入或卡接到家用的标准灯座中时,可以通过市电对其充电。
在本发明的另一可选实施例中,电池和变压器可以外置在灯座上。本发明的筒形LED时钟可以与外界灯座一起共同使用。
在本发明的各个实施例中,该多功能LED显示装置可以选用图1-6中公开的各种多功能LED显示装置。
如图9所示的筒状罩壳也可包括透明部分和不透明部分,在此可以参见图8的描述。在本发明的其他优选实施例中,罩壳也可以做成各种各样的形状,并配合适应各种各样的供电装置。
图10是本发明的LED时钟的第四实施例的结构示意图。图11是图10示出的LED时钟的多功能LED显示装置部分的详细示意图。如图10所示,该LED时钟可包括风扇的扇叶24。所述多功能LED显示装置中设置在所述扇叶24内 ,并通过设置在风扇的机箱25内部的变压器21连接到供电电源。在图10示出的实施例中,该供电电源可以是内置电池22,也可以是外界电源26。供电电源给风扇的电机供电,并同时通过变压器21给该多功能LED显示装置供电。
       如图11所示,该时间显示符号可以关于风扇的转轴28对称设置。该多功能LED显示装置包括PCB板3,设置在所述PCB板3上并受所述PCB板3控制发光和熄灭的多个LED灯1以及设置在所述LED灯1的前方的扇叶24。所述扇叶24上设有多个时间显示符号,每个时间显示符号包括多个笔划10,每个笔划10由至少一个LED灯1照亮。其中所述PCB板3上进一步包括:用于生成时钟信号的时钟电路31和从所述时钟电路接收时钟信号并基于所述时钟信号控制所述LED灯1发光和熄灭以显示时间的时间显示控制单元32。在本发明的,PCB板3还进一步包括用于接收照明触发信号并基于接收到的所述照明触发信号控制至少一个在所述时间显示控制单元的控制下熄灭的LED灯1发光的照明控制单元33。
在本发明的其他各个实施例中,该多功能LED显示装置可以选用图1-6中公开的各种多功能LED显示装置。根据本发明的教导,本领域技术人员熟悉并能应用这些多功能LED显示装置。
本领域技术人员知悉,虽然本发明在此以实施例的方式示出灯泡状、筒状和风扇状的LED时钟,但是本发明的多功能LED显示装置还可以用于其他形状、设计、构造的LED时钟,在此本发明的LED时钟的钟体的具体形状的限制。
此外,本发明的多功能LED显示装置可以应用到各个领域,比如LED温度测量装置的温度显示,以及LED调频装置的频率显示等等。此外,本领域技术人员知悉,除了用于上述LED时钟、LED温度测量装置和LED调频装置外,本发明的多功能LED显示装置还可用于其他需要采用LED显示变化的数字或图标的领域,比如一个将温度、时间显示集合在一起的LED时钟温度装置或者是LED湿度装置等等。根据本发明的教导,本领域技术人员能够了解并能将本发明的多功能LED显示装置应用到各个领域中。
本发明是根据特定实施例进行描述的,但本领域的技术人员应明白在不脱离本发明范围时,可进行各种变化和等同替换。此外,为适应本发明技术的特定场合或材料,可对本发明进行诸多修改而不脱离其保护范围。因此,本发明并不限于在此公开的特定实施例,而包括所有落入到权利要求保护范围的实施例。

Claims (11)

1、一种多功能LED显示装置,其特征在于,包括PCB板(3),设置在所述PCB板(3)上并受所述PCB板(3)控制发光和熄灭的多个LED灯(1)以及设置在所述LED灯(1)的前方的显示面板(4),所述显示面板(4)上设有多个时间显示符号,每个时间显示符号包括多个笔划(10),每个笔划(10)由至少一个LED灯(1)照亮,其中,所述PCB板(3)上进一步包括:用于生成时钟信号的时钟电路(31)和从所述时钟电路接收时钟信号并基于所述时钟信号控制所述LED灯(1)发光和熄灭以显示时间的时间显示控制单元(32);和用于接收照明触发信号并基于接收到的所述照明触发信号控制至少一个在所述时间显示控制单元的控制下熄灭的LED灯(1)发光的照明控制单元(33)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能LED显示装置,其特征在于,所述LED灯(1)包括高亮度部分(11)和低亮度部分(12),所述低亮度部分(11)设置在PCB板(3)上面向显示面板(4)的第一侧(34)以受所述时间显示控制单元(32)控制以低亮度显示时间,所述高亮度部分(12)设置在所述PCB板(3)上与所述的第一侧(34)相对的第二侧(35)以受所述照明控制单元(33)控制以高亮度照明。
3、根据权利要求1所述的多功能LED显示装置,其特征在于,所述每个笔划(10)至少一组透光孔(20),其中所述至少一个所述LED灯(1)发出光透过所述至少一组透光孔(20)透射出来。
4、根据权利要求1所述的多功能LED显示装置,其特征在于,所述每个笔划(10)和所述至少一个LED灯(1)之间设置由至少一组导光束(6)。
5、根据权利要求4所述的多功能LED显示装置,其特征在于,所述每一组导光束(6)中包括多根导光纤维(7),所述多根导光纤维(7)的一端捆扎成束并固定在所述至少一个LED灯(1)的正前方,另一端彼此等距排列以构成所述时间显示符号的笔划(10)。
6、根据权利要求5所述的多功能LED显示装置,其特征在于,所述多功能LED显示装置中进一步包括至少一个导光束支架(8),所述导光束支架(8)包括设置在所述至少一个LED灯(1)的正前方的锥形部(13)和设置在所述时间显示符号处的框架部(9),其中所述多根导光纤维(7)的一端捆扎成束并固定在所述锥形部(13)中,所述框架部(9)的形状与所述时间显示符号的形状相匹配且包括多个孔,每根导光纤维(7)分别固定在一个孔中。
7、根据权利要求1所述的多功能LED显示装置,其特征在于,所述LED(1)的正前方设置有有色透光件。
8、一种LED时钟,其特征在于,包括钟体和如权利要求1-7中任一权利要求所述的多功能LED显示装置中。
9、根据权利要求8所述的LED时钟,其特征在于,所述钟体包括罩壳(2),所述多功能LED显示装置中设置在所述罩壳(2)内部,并通过变压器(21)连接到供电电源。
10、根据权利要求9所述的LED时钟,其特征在于,所述罩壳(2)包括透明的第一部分(28)和半透明的第二部分(29),所述第一部分(28)和第二部分(29)的位置可以互换。
11、根据权利要求8所述的LED时钟,其特征在于,所述钟体包括风扇的扇叶(24),所述多功能LED显示装置中设置在所述扇叶(24)内,并通过设置在风扇的机箱(25)内部的变压器(21)连接到供电电源。
