Since the tip is linear, when applying the cosmetic tip in point contact with the skin, the cosmetic tip can be tilted so that one corner of the linear portion of the tip contacts the skin, When drawing, draw the line with the intended thickness between the thickness of the tip of the linear part and the width by making contact with the skin over the entire width of the tip of the straight part and pulling in that direction in that state. Abstract

To draw a double-width line with an eyeshadow using a conventional makeup tip, the line should be repeatedly drawn or the eyeshadow runs off from the double-width line in some cases. To put an eyeshadow on the inner corner of the eye, the line sometimes becomes too thick even in the case of using the forefront of a makeup tip. To put an eyeshadow along the eye rim, a makeup tip should be delicately handled. In this case, however, a clear line can be hardly drawn along the eye rim and the line frequently becomes uneven. To paint the eyelid with an eyeshadow while looking into a mirror, the area to be painted can be hardly seen in the mirror, which makes it difficult to paint the eyelid without fail. Under these circumstances, provided is a makeup tip wherein the edge part at the forefront of a coating part is linear or planar, preferably the edge part being in a planar shape having a width of 5-12 mm and a thickness of 1-8 mm, and the coating part may comprise a base material and a film layer formed on the surface thereof.

Description

Makeup tips
The present invention relates to a chip for applying cosmetics.
Cosmetic chips are known as cosmetic tools used for applying powdery lame, eye shadow, and the like. During eye makeup, the eye shadow is applied to the entire upper and lower eyelids of the eye or to the double width using a tip, or the applied eye shadow is blurred using the tip, creating a gradation. .
There are several examples of the shape of the cosmetic chip used at this time.
For example, the chip described in Patent Document 1 has a substantially spindle-shaped application portion formed of urethane or the like at the tip of a substrate, and has a shape in which a spindle-shaped convex end is formed at the tip. .
The cosmetic chip described in Patent Document 2 has an application part having the same shape as the application part of the chip described in Patent Document 1 at one end and a massive application part at the other end.
The cosmetic swabs described in Patent Documents 3 and 4 are biased so as to be flat toward the tip portion, and the tip portion is formed in an arc shape.
After applying eye shadow etc. to the application surface of such a cosmetic chip, make it by contacting it with the eyelid or double width part and applying or spreading eye shadow etc. Yes.
For such makeup, it is required to carefully apply fine parts such as eyelids and double widths. However, a substantially spindle-shaped application surface or an arc-shaped application surface as described in Patent Documents 1 to 4 is required. Since the tip of the cosmetic tip having the tip has a convex end, when the double width is applied, the tip is in point contact with the skin surface. If the width to be applied matches the width of the point-contacting tip, it is possible to apply precisely to such a fine area, otherwise to apply a double width It will be applied many times at the tip of the chip, and the spread of the cosmetics will be worse.
In addition, when coating is performed using the substantially spindle-shaped body of the chip, it is necessary to forcibly tilt the body of the chip so as to fit the double width, and it is flexible with respect to the double width that varies depending on the location. In response to the above, it was difficult to apply accurately without protruding.
Such inconveniences are the same when applying makeup to the eyes, and the chip described in Patent Document 1 has such inconveniences.
In addition, Patent Document 5 describes a tip for a cosmetic treatment having a spherical or cylindrical tip. This tip removes aging skin on the skin surface and dirt attached to the skin surface (peeling treatment). Therefore, it has a different use from the so-called cosmetic chip described in Patent Documents 1 to 4.

By using a cosmetic chip having a substantially spindle-shaped coating surface described in Patent Documents 1 to 4 described above, or a cosmetic chip having a coating part having a circular arc at the tip, for example, an eyelid or double When an eye shadow or the like is applied to the width of the tip to spread the tip, the tip of the tip is a convex portion, so that it makes point contact with the skin. Then, when applying to a double width, it may be necessary to apply several times depending on the case, and it is difficult to adjust to the required application width. Shadows sometimes protrude, and when applied to the eyes, a thick line may be formed even at the tip of the chip.
In addition, it is required to finely manipulate the tip when applying the eye, but when applying only using the center of the tip of the tip, the tip cannot be seen. As a result, the operability deteriorates, so it is difficult to draw a clean line at the eyes, and since the contact part is the tip of the tip, the extension of the cosmetic is insufficient, causing unevenness. It was.
When applying to the eyelid, it is applied using the body surface rather than the tip of the substantially spindle-shaped application surface. However, if the tip is point-contacted for the purpose of applying to the details such as the top of the eye, and the environment where the tip is used while looking at the mirror, if the tip shape is too thick, the application part will become a mirror. It becomes difficult to be reflected and difficult to apply reliably. Then, since it is difficult to increase the area of the body surface of the application surface so much, it has been necessary to slide the chip over the surface many times in order to apply to the eyelid.
As a result of intensive studies by the inventor in order to solve the above problems, it has been found that the above problems can be solved by employing the following means.
The edge at the tip of the coating part is linear or flat, preferably the edge is a flat surface having a width of 1 to 3 mm and a length of 4 to 8 mm, and the coating part is formed of a base material and a coating layer formed on the surface thereof. Cosmetic tip that may be.
The present invention makes the tip of the cosmetic chip linear, and by changing the tip from a convex part that makes point contact with the skin to a tip part having a line or surface that can contact the line or surface, the eyelid or double width, It is intended to ensure that it can be applied as intended to places where fine coating is required, such as the eyes.
Can do. Also, the tip of the straight part has a wider application surface than the conventional point-contact tip, and the amount of cosmetic to be carried is large, so that the elongation of the cosmetic when drawing a line is good, and a more uniform and smooth line Can be drawn. For this reason, for example, when applied to a double width or close to the eyes, it is possible to accurately apply the color to the width with good color.
Furthermore, the conventional spindle having a convex portion with a convex portion that makes point contact with the skin has a tip width and thickness that decrease toward the tip, but the tip of the cosmetic tip of the present invention has a straight tip. Since the tip width is not so small that the tip is in point contact with the skin even at the tip, the cosmetic tip of the present invention eventually has an area of the application surface of the body portion of the application portion at the tip. Since the width does not become smaller, it is wider than the application surface of the body portion of the conventional cosmetic chip. Then, for example, when the body part of the cosmetic chip is used to apply a relatively wide area such as the eyelid, the body of the application part of the cosmetic chip of the present invention is more suitable than the conventional one. By sliding the part once on the skin surface, a wider range can be applied uniformly, so that labor and time for makeup can be saved.

(Structure of cosmetic chip of the present invention)
The cosmetic chip of the present invention has a support 2 and a cosmetic application part 1 at one end thereof, as in the known cosmetic chip. And the application part 1 has the base material 5, The film layer 6 which comprises the coating surface for impregnating or carrying | supporting cosmetics on the base material surface may be provided, and the film layer 6 is provided. The surface of the substrate may constitute the coating surface without any problem.
The present invention is particularly characterized by the shape of the application part in order to obtain a cosmetic chip having a specific shape, and the shape is attached to a support and the end edge 4 serving as the tip forms an apex. Instead, it forms a straight line or a plane.
When the tip of the cosmetic tip forms a vertex, as in the tip 3 of the conventional cosmetic tip applicator 1 with the front view shown in FIG. 1a and the side view shown in FIG. The tip end of the tip makes point contact with the skin, resulting in the above various disadvantageous results. However, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the edge portion 4 which is the tip of the application portion of the cosmetic tip is a line. Alternatively, in the case of forming a flat surface, it is possible to exert the above-described effects because the contact with the skin is not a point contact but a line or a surface at the time of use.
However, since the base material 5 and the coating layer 6 have a certain degree of flexibility, and the skin itself for makeup has a flexible surface, the edge 4 forms an accurate straight line or plane. Even if it is not, it is sufficient that the flexibility allows the skin to be sufficiently contacted with a line or a surface during use. Of course, even in the case of point contact with the above-described conventional chip, the contact mode is not a minimum point but a point having a certain size. Are clearly different contact states.
As shown in FIG. 2, when the edge part 4 of the cosmetic chip of the present invention forms a straight line or a flat surface, the cosmetic chip has a so-called linear shape with a flat edge part as viewed from the front. Presents.
The shape of the tip may be a straight line as shown in FIGS. 2A to 2C, and the shape of the application part 1 may be various shapes as shown in FIGS. 2A to 2C.
When the cosmetic chip of the present invention has the coating layer 6, it is desirable that the coating layer 6 is porous or flocked so that it can be impregnated with or supported by the cosmetic. The porosity in the case of being porous may be the same level as that of a normal cosmetic chip, and is appropriately determined according to the type of cosmetic used, the viscosity, the site to be used, the area and thickness of the coated surface, etc. From the viewpoint of usability such as the amount of impregnation and the amount of support, it is necessary to achieve porosity.
Even in the case where the film layer 6 is a layer in which hair is planted, the density and hair length of the skin layer 6 can be studied to obtain the desired amount of impregnation or loading of the cosmetic.
In the present invention, when the surface of the base material is a coated surface without providing the coating layer 6, it is necessary to adjust the porosity so that the base material itself has an appropriate porosity.
FIG. 3 is a side view of the cosmetic chip of the present invention. In particular, the edge 4 of the coating part as shown by a may be thick, or it may be thin as shown by b. The thinner one can draw a finer line when applying the eye, and the double-width eye can be applied more pinpointly.
Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the base material may be provided by being bonded to one end of the support 2, or may be provided by performing outsert molding on one end of the support 2. Further, it can be integrated by other known means.
The support 2 is a member for supporting the application part of the cosmetic chip at one end and holding it with a finger after connecting directly or further with a supporting member. At the other end of the support 2, for example, a tool used during makeup such as a makeup brush can be provided, or both ends of the support 2 can be used as application portions.
The support 2 may or may not have elasticity, but it is preferable in that it has a certain degree of elasticity so that the application part 1 can be brought into close contact with the skin surface during application. The support 2 preferably has no liquid absorbency, and if it has liquid absorbency, the liquid cosmetic is absorbed, and the properties such as elasticity of the support itself change, so that the handling property and the application of the cosmetic May be inferior.
(Structure in the case where the coating part 1 of the cosmetic chip of the present invention has the coating layer 6)
About the membrane | film | coat layer 6 which comprises the application part 1 surface, it is possible to set it as the porous layer or flocking layer which can impregnate or carry cosmetics.
And when the membrane | film | coat layer 6 is a porous layer, it is also possible to set it as the porous layer used for a well-known cosmetic chip | tip as the porous layer, but from the slice sheet formed by the following method It is preferable to use a porous layer.
As a specific method, a slice sheet obtained by slicing open-cell sponge with a slicing blade to have a thickness of 0.2 to 2.0 mm, more preferably 0.2 to 1.0 mm, and both sides are sliced. Get a layer. The slicing is performed for the purpose of adjusting the amount of the cosmetic material or the like impregnated during use by removing the dense layer existing on the sponge surface, that is, the skin layer, and adjusting the thickness. It is difficult to make the thickness of the slice sheet layer less than 0.2 mm, and a thickness of 2.0 mm or more is not preferable because it is not useful for adjusting the amount of impregnation. Moreover, if it is not an open cell, it will become difficult to fully impregnate and hold cosmetics etc.
The surface of the slice sheet has large irregularities that are generated when the bubbles of the open-cell sponge are cut by the slice blade as described above. It is larger than the irregularities due to the bubbles that it has.
And, one surface of the slice sheet formed by slicing the open-cell sponge forms an application surface, and the other surface of the slice sheet is a recess formed by roughening the surface by the slice blade, and the foam originally possessed by the open-cell sponge A coating layer may be provided in close contact with a recess formed by combining two types of recesses formed by cutting the recesses in the shape of the inner surface thereof. In this case, the surface of the slice sheet on the coating layer forming side is adhered to the surface of the substrate so that the coated surface side of the slice sheet faces the surface.
As the coating layer, as described above, the coating layer is a layer that functions in close contact with the concave shape existing on the surface of the slice sheet. Therefore, the coating layer that exists in the concave portion is thick and the coating layer that exists in the convex portion. Is formed relatively thin. The thickness of the coating layer is 2 to 50 μm, more preferably 2 to 20 μm, but this thickness is an average thickness when the coating layer is formed on the base film through the release layer before thermal transfer. It is the same thickness as the thickness.
As a result of the coating layer being formed so as to be in close contact with the concave shape, the concave portion is filled with a passage communicating with the slice sheet, and is not in a state of communicating with the bubbles. And, when used, cosmetics or the like impregnated into the surface layer formed from the slice sheet does not reach the concave portion, so that it does not stay in the concave portion and is determined by the thickness of the slice sheet And it becomes possible to apply | coat correctly according to the scheduled application amount. At the same time, it is possible to prevent excessive cosmetics from being absorbed, to produce sound during use, and to prevent wrinkles on the coated surface as it is used.
As a component of the film to be used as the thermal transfer layer provided on the release layer, an impermeable film is formed in close contact with the unevenness. The flexible resin film component is preferably a polyester urethane resin having a tensile fracture strength of 45 to 60 MPa and a tensile fracture strain of 500 to 700%.
A more preferred tensile fracture force is 48 to 53 MPa, and a more preferred tensile fracture strain is 550 to 650%. If the tensile fracture force and tensile fracture strain are smaller than this range, the film is easily torn, and if it is larger, the adhesion is poor and the slice sheet cannot be fully covered with the concave portion. I can't do it. In order to form a thermal transfer layer made of the polyester urethane resin having a thickness of 2 to 50 μm, the resin is dissolved in a solvent and applied to the surface of the release layer on the substrate sheet.
(Structure when the application part of the cosmetic chip of the present invention has no coating layer)
When the coating part 1 is made of a base material and does not have a coating layer, the base material may be formed by molding fibers like the tip of a foam or a cotton swab. It is necessary to adjust the foaming density and the fiber density in consideration of the amount of impregnation and loading of the material. In the case of a foam, it is necessary to consider whether it is an open cell or a closed cell.
(Size of application part of cosmetic chip of the present invention)
In the cosmetic chip of the present invention, the width of the edge of the application part 1 is 5 to 12 mm, preferably 7 to 10 mm in consideration of the usability during application, the amount of impregnation or loading of the cosmetic, and the elongation of the cosmetic. And the thickness is in the range of 1 to 8 mm, preferably 3 to 7 mm. Furthermore, an appropriate width and thickness can be selected in consideration of the double width size and fine wrinkles of the user. In particular, if it matches the double width, the double width from the top of the eye to the corner of the eye can be applied evenly by a single application.
Further, the maximum width of the application part 1 is 10 to 20 mm, preferably 12 to 15 mm in consideration of the amount of cosmetic necessary for applying to the eyelid, the amount impregnated or supported by the applicator, and the size of the eyelid. It is. This width can also be set to an arbitrary width in consideration of the usage method of the user.
(Material of each member constituting the cosmetic chip of the present invention)
The coating layer 6 used in the coating part 1 constituting the cosmetic chip of the present invention is preferably a known porous body made of a synthetic resin such as urethane resin or polyolefin resin, or a natural resin, and the coating part 1 forms the coating layer 6. The base material in the case of having it may be a porous body made of these materials, or may be a molded body of rubber or resin that is not a porous body.
Also, once used cosmetic chips, there are resident bacteria on the skin attached during use. For example, when a water-based cosmetic or the like is attached to a cosmetic chip, an odor is generated by propagation of the resident bacteria. In addition, cosmetic chips that have been washed after use and contain moisture will similarly generate odors due to the propagation of varicella and the like present in the moisture. However, if an antibacterial agent is contained in the coating layer, the antibacterial agent gradually diffuses into the cosmetic chip and can prevent or sterilize the growth of resident bacteria and chickenpox, etc. Can be prevented.
Antibacterial agents that can be used for such applications may be arbitrarily selected from known antibacterial agents such as silver-based antibacterial agents such as silver zeolite and silver-containing glass, and antibacterial agents that can be used for cosmetics. it can. Among these, silver-based antibacterial agents are preferable from the viewpoint of antibacterial properties, chemical stability, and safety to the human body, such as not irritating the skin.
In addition, the coating layer 6 and the base material 5 may contain known resin additives such as fragrances, colorants, fillers, and the like, if necessary. It is possible to change the color depending on the surface and to draw a pattern or the like on the cosmetic chip surface.
(Method of using cosmetic chip of the present invention)
Although an example of the usage method of the cosmetic chip | tip of this invention is shown below, it is not limited to this usage method, A user can use it by arbitrary methods.
FIG. 5 is a view in which cosmetics are applied in a double width by using only the edge part 4 of the application part 1 of the cosmetic chip of the present invention. After impregnating or carrying a predetermined amount of cosmetic material on the edge 4, the corner of the edge 4 of the cosmetic chip is placed on the eyes in a state where the double width is widened with the eyelids slightly closed as shown in a. Then, as shown in b, the cosmetic chip is moved in the direction of the outer corner of the eye, while the moving direction and the width direction of the tip of the cosmetic chip are adjusted so as to match the changing double width. Apply as follows. By this method, it is possible to put a relatively thin line on the top of the eye, and it is possible to apply while adjusting the width of the line to be applied to the double width, so that it does not protrude from the double width. It can apply | coat so that it may become a color density.
Although not shown in the figure, when applying the makeup of the eyes, the width direction of the edge 4 of the cosmetic chip is applied along the eyelashes, and then the cosmetic is applied by drawing a line from the eyes to the corners of the eyes. In this case, since the cosmetic chip is drawn in the width direction of the edge 4, a smooth line can be drawn, and a clear color can be produced without blurring.
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a method of applying cosmetics to the eyelid using the cosmetic chip of the present invention. The side of the application part 1 of the cosmetic chip is applied to the eyelid portion of the eyelid, and the eyelid is applied while pulling the cosmetic chip in the direction of the corner of the eye. At this time, since the cosmetic chip of the present invention has a width at the edge portion 4 and has a large area on its side surface, the area that can be applied by one application is large, and the entire eyelid is applied and spread. Even in this case, it is possible to apply uniformly and quickly without taking time and effort.
Hereinafter, the effects of the cosmetic chip of the present invention will be described based on examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The cosmetic material is attached to two cosmetic chips of the present invention (the edge 4 of the application part 1 is wide and the tip width is 6 mm and the thickness is 5 mm) and two conventional cosmetic chips (thick chips), FIG. 7 shows the result of drawing each cosmetic line by drawing each on the paper.
Referring to FIG. 7, it is clear that the two lines of the cosmetic chip of the present invention can be drawn longer than the conventional cosmetic chip, and a substantial portion of the drawn length is In contrast to the fact that the line density could be drawn without any change, in the case of the conventional cosmetic chip, it is clear that the line density becomes light immediately after the line starts to be drawn.
Therefore, according to the cosmetic chip of the present invention, the amount of the cosmetic to be impregnated or supported is large, the cosmetic can be uniformly applied to the skin, and a smooth line can be drawn.
Three people applied the eye shadow to one eye using the cosmetic chip of the present invention and applied the conventional cosmetic chip to the other eye. At this time, the cosmetic was placed on the cosmetic chip at least three times for each color, and the required coating time was measured so that the finished shades of the left and right eye shadows were the same.
Both the cosmetic chip of the present invention and the conventional cosmetic chip used are 12 mm in the widest part, and the cosmetic chip of the present invention has a wide edge 4 of the application part 1 and a wide tip. The conventional cosmetic chip is 6 mm and 5 mm thick, and the tip 3 of the application part forms a vertex.

As shown in Table 1, although the time required varies depending on the person, when all of the users used the cosmetic chip of the present invention, the eye shadow could be applied in a shorter time.
This result is due to the fact that the cosmetic chip of the present invention has a larger coating area, so that the amount impregnated or supported at one time is larger, and the color development is better.
Further, by reducing the thickness of the tip of the cosmetic chip applicator of the present invention, it is not necessary to prepare and change a plurality of cosmetic chips of different thicknesses.
