Le procédé de mesure inclut les étapes suivantes consistant à : recevoir des informations d'indication transmises par un dispositif côté réseau, et les informations d'indication indiquant des porteuses d'élément qui appartiennent à la cellule d'agrégation de porteuses où l'équipement utilisateur est situé et ne sont pas configurées pour l'équipement utilisateur ; pour les porteuses d'élément que les informations d'indication indiquent comme n'étant pas configurées pour l'équipement utilisateur, exécuter une évaluation de mesure et envoyer le rapport de mesure, et le mode permettant d'exécuter l'évaluation de mesure et d'envoyer le rapport de mesure pour les porteuses d'élément que les informations d'indication indiquent comme n'étant pas configurées pour l'équipement utilisateur est différent du mode permettant d'exécuter l'évaluation de mesure et d'envoyer le rapport de mesure pour une cellule adjacente de la cellule d'agrégation de porteuses où l'équipement utilisateur est situé. Le mode de réalisation de l'invention permet, dans le processus de mesure, un traitement différent pour les porteuses d'élément qui appartiennent à la cellule d'agrégation de porteuses où l'équipement utilisateur est situé et ne sont pas configurées pour l'équipement utilisateur, évitant ainsi la nécessité d'envoyer le rapport de mesure pour les porteuses d'élément qui appartiennent à la même cellule d'agrégation de porteuses et ne sont pas configurées pour l'équipement utilisateur, et économisant des ressources d'interface radio pour l'envoi du rapport de mesure.
