Abstract

This invention relates to a skills training aid. In particular, but not exclusively, this invention relates to a sports training aid for assisting a user to mentally prepare for a sporting activity. The invention also has a utility as a skills training aid for assisting a user to prepare for a wide range of other, non-sporting activities, including in the musical and educational fields. One sports training aid (10) that is disclosed comprises a structure (12) having a plurality of cells (14) in which a user of the training aid can stand. Each cell includes at least one zone (16) configured to receive and retain an information panel (17, 18, 20) for conveying training information to the user of the training aid standing inside the cell. The plurality of cells can be coupled together to form a structure of desired shape, appearance and/or dimensions.
