Le procédé selon l'invention comprend les étapes suivantes : quand un équipement d'utilisateur est autorisé à faire usage d'un certain volume d'utilisation de services à un coût différent du coût initial et/ou gratuitement, le procédé consiste à envoyer une demande de données de facturation à un système de facturation hors ligne par l'intermédiaire d'une cellule dotée d'une entité de fonction d'application de politique et de facturation (PCEF), la demande de données de facturation contenant des informations relatives à un certain volume d'utilisation de services. La solution technique de la présente invention permet d'exécuter une facturation dans un cas où un fournisseur de services tiers ou un gestionnaire d'opérations tiers permet à l'utilisateur de faire usage d'un certain volume d'utilisation de services à un coût différent du coût initial et/ou gratuitement.
