本发明涉及一种在数椐的转接处理的方法及系统, 具体地涉及金 融系统中利用银行卡支付系统来实现金融终端受理各类支付卡并进 行交易的方法犮系统。 背景技术
近年来, 随着市场需求的不断提升, 行业卡支付 (例如公交储值 卡、 各种消费卡等等) 已经成为行业支付领域的重要支付工具和支付 方式。 而行业卡的发行和使用具有以下特点: (1 )卡片标准多样化: 例如, 行业卡的卡介质包括磁奈卡、 IC卡、 条码卡等, 且同一卡介质 对卡片的技术标准也不尽相同, 因此, 各行业、 行业内不同地区发行 的行业卡标准缺乏统一性; (2 )应用封闭: 行业卡局限于某一地区 的某一行业使用, 各行业发卡机构自成体系在不做改造的情况下无法 做到互联互通; (3 ) 呈现跨地区、 跨行业发展趋势: 行业卡正在由 单一行业支付向跨行业、 跨地区受理发展, 典型的如公交卡, 除了传 统的公交、 地铁、 轮渡等领域, 也在向超市、 便利店等零售领域发展。
图 1是表示传统的行业卡的支付系统和银行卡支付系统及其相互 间关系的示意图。 如图 1 所示, 行业卡 10例如公交储值卡, 如杲持 卡人在交通线路上使用时, 行业卡 10通过公交行业终端机 1 1例如公 交车栽机受理后通过第 1受理方 12与行业卡机构 13进行支付交易, 如果持卡人在超市消费时行业卡 10则由超市行业终端 14受理后通过 第 2受理方 15与行业卡机构 13进行支付交易。 另一方面, 如杲持卡 人使用银行卡 20在超市消费时, 银行卡 20由金融终端 21 受理后通 过银行受理机构 22、 交换系统 23与银行发卡机构 24进行支付交易。

确认本 10, 而供行业卡使用的第 2行业终端 14也不能够受理银行卡 20。 而 且, 从图 1也可以看到, 超市为了能够受理行业卡 10和银行卡 20, 必须同时配置超市行业终端 14和金融终端 21 , 会造成 "一拒多机" 现象。
另外, 行业发卡机构为了推动跨行业、 跨地区发展, 投入了大量 资金进行技术改造和网络建设, 在银行卡支付领域建立与银行卡支付 系统并存的支付网络系统。 然而, 这一方法主要存在以下缺陷:
( 1 )改造成本高, 资源浪费: 目前在拓展过程中对于已经能够受 和建设系统, 而这些资源投入需要大量资金, 并且与其他终端形成上 面提到的 "一根多机" 现象, 造成资源浪费;
( 2 )跨地区资金划付: 行业卡交易资金在跨地区情况下势必需要 解决同城异地交易清分和资金划付问题, 因此需要行业发卡机构建设 行业卡支付交换系统, 而该系统的功能类似银行卡支付交换系统, 其 建设需要大量的人力、 物力, 绝大多数行业发卡机构无法独立完成; ( 3 )安全风险控制有待提升: 随着行业卡向非本行业内部支付领 域的拓展和受理市场规模的扩大, 其原有的行业卡支付网络安全和交 易风险监控势必无法满足需求, 而行业发卡机构往往缺乏这方面的技 术优势。
综合上述原因, 目前行业卡的特点和发展模式决定了行业卡很难 做到行业间、 跨地区的快速通用, 这也成为行业卡发展的最大瓶颈。 而多数行业卡的支付拓展领域主要集中在银行卡支付领域。 发明内容
鉴于上述问题, 为了节省资源, 避免金融受理系统重复建设和配 置, 本发明旨在提供一种利用银行卡支付系统实现金融终端受理行业 卡并进行交易转接处理的系统和方法。
本发明的交易转接处理系统能够受理银行卡和行业卡并且在银行 卡和银行发卡机构之间、 或行业卡和行业卡发行机构之间进行交易转 接处理, 包括:
金融终端, 在受理银行卡时获得银行卡号而在受理行业卡时将行 业卡的卡号转换成交易路由卡号, 提交包含银行卡号的交易报文或者 包含交易路由卡号的交易报文;
受理机构, 受理来自所述金融终端的包含银行卡号的交易报文或 者包含交易路由卡号的交易报文并提交交易请求;
交换系统, 从受理机构收到所迷交易请求后, 对上述有关行业卡 的交易请求或有关银行卡的交易请求进行转接处理;
清算系统, 接受由所述交换系统的转接处理后的有关银行卡的交 易请求并进行清算处理后发送至所述银行卡发卡机构; 以及
行业机构接入前置装置, 设置在所述行业卡发行机构和所述交换 系统之间, 接受由所述交换系统转接处理后的有关行业卡的交易请求 并且将包含交易路由卡号的交易信息报文转成行业卡发卡机构能够 处理的行业卡信息, 发送至所述行业卡发卡机构。
根据本发明的交易转接处理系统, 只需要对现有的金融终端进行 改进, 就能够利用银行卡支付交换系统资源受理各类行业卡。 这样, 利用一个金融终端就能够同时受理银行卡和行业卡, 能够避免 "一柜 多机" 的现象, 节省了资源。 而且, 行业发卡机构无需再建设受理网 络, 而只需增设与银行卡支付系统的接口即上述行业机构接入前置装 置, 就能够完成跨行业、 跨地区的受理行业卡。
优选地, 所述金融终端中预先储存有行业卡的特征信息与交易路 由卡号的对应关系表。
由此,能够将行业卡的卡号转换成与其一一对应的交易路由卡号。 优选地, 所述金融终端在所述包含交易路由卡号的交易报文中进 一步包含行业卡实际卡号和与行业卡交易相关的数据。
由此, 行业卡发卡机构能够根据行业卡卡号和与其相关的交易数 椐进行授权检查, 能够可靠地保证行业卡交易的安全性。 优选地, 所述交易路由卡号包舍行业卡的卡 BI 字段, 在所述行 业卡的卡 BIN 字段中写入保证每一交易路由卡号在银行交易系统的 唯一性的卡 BIN信息。
这里, 卡 BIN字段由银行组织管理分配, 确保行业卡的交易路由 卡号在银行卡系统的唯一性, 能够保证行业卡交易在银行卡支付系统 内的完成。
优选地, 所迷行业卡的特征信息包括行业卡的卡介质、 数据储存格 式、 卡号长度。
由此, 能够更进一步地保护交易的安全性。

由此, 通过简单地增加奈形码读入装置就能够利用银行卡支付交 换系统资源受理奈形码形式的行业卡。
本发明的交易转接处理的方法, 在银行卡和银行发卡机构之间、 以及行业卡和行业卡发行机构之间进行交易转接处理, 其特征在于, 受理转换步骤, 由金融终端受理银行卡或行业卡, 当判断为行业 交易报文中, 并且进一步将行业卡的实际卡号以及行业卡的信息填入 交易报文中并发起交易请求; 当判断为银行卡的情况下, 将银行卡的 实际卡号作为银行卡号填入交易报文中并发起交易请求报文;
交换转接步骤, 当在交易报文中作为银行卡号填入的是交易路由 卡号的情况下, 判断该笔交易为行业卡交易, 将行业发卡机构作为交 易接收机构转发交易请求报文; 当在交易报文中填入的是银行卡的实 际卡号的情况下, 将银行发卡机构作为交易接收机构转发交易请求报 文; 以及
授权步骤, 利用上述交换步骤在行业发卡机构收到交易请求报文 的情况下, 行业发卡机构进行检查, 确定是否授权,逐级反馈至所述金 融终端并完成交易; 利用上述交换步骤在银行发卡机构收到交易请求 报文的情况下, 银行发卡机构进行检查, 确定是否授权, 逐级反馈至 所述金融终端并完成交易。
根据本发明的交易转接处理方法, 只需要对现有的金融终端的软 件进行改进, 就能够利用银行卡支付交换系统资源受理各类行业卡。 这样, 利用一个金融终端就能够同时受理银行卡和行业卡, 能够避免 "一拒多机" 的现象, 节省了资源。
优选地, 在所述受理转换步骤中, 根据行业卡的特征信息与交易 路由卡号的对应关系表进行行业卡的卡号到交易路由卡号的转换。
优选地, 在所述受理转换步骤中, 当判断为行业卡的情况下, 在交 易请求报文中进一步增加行业卡实际卡号和与行业卡交易相关的数 据后提交。
优选地, 所述行业卡的特征信息包括行业卡的卡介质、 数据储存格 式、 卡号长度。
优选地, 所述交易路由卡号包含行业卡的卡 ΒίΝ字段, 在所述行 业卡的卡 BIN 字段中写入保证每一交易路由卡号在银行交易系统的 唯一性的卡 BIN信息。
优选地, 所述交易路由卡号进一步包含用于储存行业卡信息的保 留字段和校验码。
优选地, 所述行业卡为磁条卡、 IC卡(这里, IC卡按卡通讯方式 分为接触、 非接触, 按卡类型分为逻辑存储卡、 CPU卡) 中的任意一 种。
优选地, 所述行业卡为奈码卡, 在所述受理转换步骤之前进一步 具备用于将条形码转换成发行卡的卡号的条形码读入步骤。
综上所述, 本发明的该交易转接方法及系统, 能够充分利用具有 跨行业、 跨区域功能的银行卡支付交换系统资源, 减少资金的投入, 因此具有以下优点: ( 1 ) 行业发卡机构无需再建设受理网络而只需 与 艮行卡支付系统建立接口, 通过金融终端的技术改造就可以实现跨 行业、 跨地区的受理拓展; (2 ) 通过银行卡交易清算系统就可实现 行业卡交易跨行业、 跨地区的资金划付; (3 ) 对银行卡支付系统的 影响极小, 通过部分转换和扩充就可兼容行业卡交易。 附图说明

下面介绍的是本发明多个可能实施方式中的一些, 旨在提供对本发 明的基本了解, 并不旨在确认本发明的关键或决定性的要素或限定所要 保护的范围。
第一实施方式
图 2是表示本发明第一实施方式的交易转接处理的系统的结构示 意图。
如图 2所示, 在本发明中, 金融终端 100能够受理行业卡八、 B 以及银行卡(:。 在受理的卡是银行卡 C的情况下, 金融终端 100将交 易信息通过受理机构 200、 交换系统 200、 清算系统 500与银行卡发 行机构 600进行交易处理。 即, 进行一般的银行系统的交易处理。
另一方面, 当金融终端 100受理的卡是行业卡 A或 B的情况下, 金融终端 100获得行业卡信息, 依据金融终端 100内保存的可受理的 行业卡特征信息与分配给行业卡的交易路由卡号对应关系表找到该 行业卡的交易路由卡号。 随后使用该交易路由卡号作为该笔行业卡交 易的 "银行卡号" 进行信息组包, 生成银行卡支付系统可识别的 "银 行卡" 交易信息, 进行后续受理和转接处理。 当受理机构 200收到该 包含路由卡号的交易信息时, 发送给交换系统 300, 然后通过行业卡 接入前置机构 400将所述包含路由卡号的交易信息转换成行业卡发卡 机构能够处理的行业卡信息并发送至所述行业卡发卡机构 700或 800 进行结算处理。 这里, 行业卡发卡机构 700、 800分别是行业卡 A、 B 的发卡机构。 在银行卡支付系统当日进行日切时, 该笔交易进入清算 系统 500后交易资金通过行业卡发卡机构 700或 800指定的代理结算 行完成资金划付。
接着, 对于金融终端 100受理行业卡 A、 B时对行业卡分配路由 卡号的方式进行说明。
在银行交易系统中, 银行卡号作为银行卡的唯一识别码, 在银行 卡交易中是交易路由、 清算的核心要素。 银行卡卡号长度为 16至 19 字节, 其中前 6字节的卡 BIN由银行卡组织分配给发卡行, 以确保卡 号资源合理分配并保证每一张银行卡的卡号在银行卡支付系统中的 唯一性。
行业卡的卡号长度和分配原则由行业发卡机构自行定义, 因此, 如果金融终端支持行业卡交易且采用行业卡号作为交易路由、 清算的 依据, 则行业卡之间以及与银行卡之间存在卡号重复而导致交易异常 的风险。
为解决这一问题, 就需要为每一个行业发卡机构分配一个行业卡 交易路由卡号用于替换行业卡的实际卡号,将该卡号作为 "银行卡号" 填充于交易报文相应字段, 其格式如表 1所示: 行业卡交易路由卡号組成字段表

这里, 保留字段不影响交易路由结果, 可根据需要存放如行业卡 发卡地区信息等 (缺省状态下为全 0 ) 。 其次, 校验码是通过对字节 1至字节 18按照 CVN算法获得的。
其中, 行业卡卡 BIN信息由银行卡组织管理分配, 这样可以确保 行业卡的交易路由卡号在银行卡支付系统中的唯一性。 该交易路由卡 号可保证行业卡交易在银行卡支付系统内通过金融终端提交至行业 发卡机构, 从而完成交易的联机受理、 转接和授权。
每一种行业卡的卡号长度、 卡介质与绝大多数行业卡存在差异, 因此多数情况下金融终端可根据卡号长度、 卡介质自动判断该行业卡 由哪家行业发卡机构发行。 但是同时也存在卡号长度、 卡介质完全相 同的行业卡, 对于此类情况可由终端界面提示持卡人选择行业发卡机 构。 虽然在这种情况下存在交易的行业卡与持卡人所选行业卡类型不 一致的风险, 但是由于联机支付时需输入支付密码, 脱机交易时卡片 和终端内的安全认证模块需要进行身份认证, 因此交易的安全性可以 得到保证。
金融终端在获得行业卡信息后, 依据终端内保存的可受理的行业 卡特征信息与分配给行业卡的交易路由卡号对应关系表找到该行业 卡的交易路由卡号。 随后使用该交易路由卡号作为该笔行业卡交易的 "银行卡号"进行信息组包, 生成银行卡支付系统可识别的 "银行卡" 交易进行后续受理和转接处理。
为了能够对行业卡 A或 B分配行业卡的交易路由号, 必须要预先 在金融终端 10储存行业卡的交易路由卡号对应关系表。在下面的表 2

进一步地, 在表 2所示的交易路由卡号对应关系表中, 还可以如 下面的表 3所示进一步包舍行业卡卡号长度、 卡介质信息、 卡号信息 储存格式等的行业卡特征信息。

可见, 这里的行业卡可以是磁奈卡、 非接触式逻辑存储 1C卡、 接 触式 CPU卡中的任意一种。 号转换可以实现行业卡交易在银行卡支付系统的受理和转接。 但是, 当交易送达行业发卡机构 700或 800时, 行业发卡机构 700或 800也 需要根据真实的行业卡卡号进行授权检查。 因此, 当金融终端 100在 完成行业卡卡号转换后, 还需要将行业卡实际卡号和其他行业发卡机 构需要的与行业卡相关的交易数据在交易报文中一并提交行业卡发 卡机构 700或 800。
基于上述原因, 金融终端 100在交易报文中可以增加行业卡专用 数据域用来存放以上数据。 该行业卡专用数据域采用指定用法与自定 义用法组合。 其中, 指定用法要求该域第一个数据必须存放行业卡卡 号信息且采用 TLV ( Tag Length Value )格式, 后续自定义数据由行 业发卡机构根据需要自行定义。
基于以上内容, 通过行业卡卡号转换和增加行业卡专用数据域, 既可以实现各类行业卡在金融终端受理并按照 "银行卡" 交易报文转 发交易, 同时也能正确受理各类支付卡, 而且能够在行业卡支付安全 基础上提供基于银行卡支付系统的线路安全保障。
下面参照图 3、 4对于本发明的交易转接处理方法的各步骤进行具 体说明。
首先, 在金融终端 100受理支付卡 (包括行业卡和银行卡) 时, 在金融终端 1 10的界面显示支付选择菜单 (步骤 S10 ) , 然后, 提示 是否选择银行卡 (步骤 S 1 1 ) 当选择银行卡的情况下, 界面显示银行 卡交易类型选择莱单 (步骤 S13 ) , 然后选择联机消费进入连接消费 处理流程 (步骤 S14 ) 。
当步骤 S11 中选择非银行卡 (即行业卡) 时, 则在界面显示行业 卡交易类型选择菜单 (步骤 S12 ) , 接着, 选择联机消费进入连接消 费流程 (步骤 S15 ) 。
在步骤 S14和步骤 S15完成连接消费处理流程之后, 在界面显示 输入交易金额提示 (步骤 S16 ) , 接着, 在界面显示刷卡 /插卡等的提 示信息, 进入轮询状态(步骤 S16 )。 此后判断是否按 "取消"键(步 骤 S18 ),如果判断为按了 "取消 "键,则转至交易处理结束(步骤 S37 )。 如果判断为未按"取消"键,则接着判断是否是磁奈卡刷卡(步骤 S19 ), 如杲在判断为是磁条卡的情况下, 继续判断二磁道实际格式是否符合 银行卡格式要求 (步骤 S20 ) , 如果判断为符合银行卡的格式要求的 情况下, 则获取银行卡的磁道信息 (步骤 S21 ) , 随后跳至以下将说 明的步驟 S34 ~步骤 37。
如果在步驟 S20判断为不符合银行卡格式要求的情况下, 继续判 断是否根椐支持行业卡数据储存格式读取行业卡卡号信息是否成功 (步骤 S25 ) , 若判断为读取行业卡卡号信息不成功的情况下, 则转 至交易处理结束(步骤 S37 ); 若成功读取行业卡卡夸信息的情况下, 则跳转至以下将要说明的步骤 S27。
如果在步骤 S19中判断为非磁条的情况下, 接着继续判断其是否 为 IC卡 (步骤 S22 ) 。 如果在步骤 S22中判断为非 IC卡的情况下, 返回步骤 S18; 如杲在步驟 S22中判断为 IC卡的情况下,继续判断是 否是储存卡 (S23 ) , 如果在步骤 S23 中判断为是储存卡, 则调至上 述步骤 S25来判断根据支持行业卡数据储存格式读取行业卡卡号信息 是否成功, 若判断为读取行业卡卡号信息不成功的情况下, 则转至交 易并处理结束 (步骤 S37 ) ; 若成功读取行业卡卡号信息的情况下, 则跳转至以下将要说明的步骤 S27。
如果在步骤 S23中判断为非储存卡的情况下, 则判断使用支持的 银行卡应用名称选择 IC卡文件是否成功(步骤 S24 ) , 若判断为成功 使用支持的银行卡应用名称选择 IC卡文件, 则按照银行 IC卡处理流 程获取银行卡相关数据 (步骤 S33 ) , 然后跳转至以下将要说明的步 骤 S34; 若判断为使用支持的银行卡应用名称选择 IC卡文件不成功, 则继续判断使用支付的行业卡应用名称选择 IC卡支付文件是否成功 (步骤 S26 ) 。 如果在步驟 S26中判断不成功, 则转至交易处理结束 (步骤 S37 ) 。 支付文件, 则继续判断是否存在卡介质、 数据储存格式、 卡号长度相 同的多个类型的行业卡 (步骤 S27 ) , 如杲通过步骤 S27的判断确实 存在相同的多个类型的行业卡的情况下则在界面显示行业卡类型选 择菜单来进行选择(步骤 S28 ) , 通过选择获取行业卡卡号信息 (步 骤 S29 ) 。 而当在步骤 S27中判断为不存在相同的多个类型的行业卡 的情况下, 则直接进入步骤 S29获取行业卡卡号信息。
接着, 在步骤 S29后, 获取卡片保存的需要上送行业卡发卡机构 的其他收据 (S30 ) , 在行业卡交易路由卡号对应表中找到与所确定 的行业卡对应的行业卡交易路由卡号 (步驟 S31 ) , 接着, 将该行业 卡交易路由卡号作为 "银行卡号" 填入报文域中, 将行业卡卡号和其 他收据按照格式要求填入行业卡收据专用域内 (步骤 S32 ) 。
在步骤 S32之后, 在金融终端显示支付密码输入界面以获取支付 卡密码信息 (步骤 S34 ) , 然后获取其他交易要素信息, 例如交易曰 期、 终端号等信息填入报文中生成连接消费请求报文上送受理机构 (步骤 S35 ) 。 此后, 金融终端接受来自受理机构的应当报文并对交 易结果进行处理 (S36 ) , 此后交易处理结束(步骤 S37 ) 。
在图 3 - 4所示的各步骤中, 其中步骤 S10、 Sl l、 S12、 S15、 S23、
S25、 S26 ~ S3 i是为了能够受理行业卡而对金融终端 100作出的改进 步骤。 除此之外, 还需要对银行支付系统的受理机构 200、 交换系统 300的交易报文检查模块和交换系统 300的路由处理模块进行相应改 进。
当从金融终端 100收到交易报文时, 受理机构 200需要检查上述 卡 BIN的合法性, 由于行业卡卡 BIN是新增的 BIN, 因此, 需要交易 报文检查模块将行业卡卡 BIN录入卡 BIN白名单中确保卡 BIN检查 通过。 其次, 交易报文检查模块还需要对交易报文中的行业卡专用数 据域进行格式检查。
交换系统 300的路由处理模块根据卡 BIN和为行业卡发卡机构分 配的机构号间建立关联表, 由路由处理模块根据卡 BIN找到接收交易 的行业卡机构号, 从而按机构号检索到行业卡机构的接口, 完成交易 路由转发处理。 这里, 以行业卡发卡机构 700发行的行业卡 A为磁条卡的情况下 进行联机消费交易处理为例, 进一步以下说明:
首先, 持卡人在金融终端茱单上选择行业卡交易进入行业卡交易 菜单, 然后选择消费交易并提示输入支付金额, 刷卡后金融终端根据 卡介质、 数据格式和卡号长度确定该卡为行业卡发卡机构 700发行的 行业卡 A, 随后终端提示持卡人输入支付密码。 金融终端 100在收集 到行业卡特征信息、 行业卡卡号、 交易金额、 支付密码等交易信息和 完成相应的检查后, 在交易信息组包时将交易类型信息设置为消费, 并自动根据行业卡特征信息找到对应的行业卡交易路由卡号作为 "银 行卡号" 填于交易报文中, 行业卡的实际卡号以及其他行业卡特殊信 息按格式要求填于行业卡专用数据域完成组包并发起交易请求;
接着, 通过上述步骤的处理, 对于受理机构 200而言该交易完全 已经被转换成一笔银行卡交易, 受理机构 200在收到交易请求后, 对 交易报文格式进行检查, 并提交交换系统 300;
接着, 交换系统 300在收到交易请求后, 根据路由卡号得知该笔 交易是行业卡交易, 通过行业卡接入前置机构 400将该行业发卡机构 700作为交易接收机构转发交易请求报文;
接着, 行业发卡机构 700收到交易请求报文后进行检查并确定是 否授权, 并返回应答报文给交换系统 300;
接着, 交换系统 300完成报文检查后, 转发应答报文给受理机构
200;
接着, 受理机构 200完成报文检查后, 转发应答报文给金融终端
100;
最后, 金融终端 100收到应答报文后, 根据授权结果作出不同的 提示。
以上对本发明的第一实施方式交易转接处理的系统的结构及其交 易转接处理方法进行了具体描述。 利用本发明的交易转接处理的系统 及其交易转接处理方法, 在金融终端受理各类行业卡并进行交易信息 组包时, 通过将行业卡的卡号转换成 "交易路由卡号" 作为银行支付 系统中的 "银行卡号" , 而将行业卡的实际卡号使用行业卡专用数据 域进行储存并且将交易信息报文发给响应的行业卡发卡机构进行处 理, 能够解决行业卡标准与银行卡标准不一致而无法在银行支付系统 受理行业卡的问题, 从而仅利用一台金融终端就能够受理各类支付 卡, 充分利用了银行支付系统庞大的网络资源, 避免了受理系统的重 复建设。 第二实施方式
图 4是表示本发明第二实施方式的交易转接处理的系统的结构示 意图。 本发明第二实施方式的交易转接处理的系统是在与图 2所示的 本发明第一实施方式的交易转接处理的系统的基础上, 进一步增加设 置了条形码读入装置 90和行业卡发行机构 900。该实施方式的交易转 接处理的系统除了可以受理行业卡 A、 B、 银行卡 C之外, 还可以进 一步受理由行业卡发行机构 900发行的条形码形式的行业卡 D。
如图 4所示,在金融终端 100的接收端之前设置条形码读入装置 90, 当受理的支付卡为奈形码形式的行业卡 D的情况下, 通过该条形 码读入装置 90将条形码转换成行业卡的卡号。 此后, 按照与第一实 施方式相同的处理方式进行处理, 即: 金融终端 100获得行业卡号, 依椐金融终端 100内保存的可受理的行业卡特征信息与分配给行业卡 的交易路由卡号对应关系表找到该行业卡的交易路由卡号, 随后使用 该交易路由卡号作为该笔行业卡交易的 "银行卡号" 进行信息组包, 生成银行卡支付系统可识别的 "银行卡" 交易信息, 进行后续受理和 转接处理。 当受理机构 200收到该包含路由卡号的交易信息时, 发送 给交换系统 300, 然后通过行业卡接入前置机构 400将所述包含路由 卡号的交易信息转换成行业卡发卡机构能够处理的行业卡信息并发 送至所述行业卡发卡机构 900进行结算处理。 在银行卡支付系统当曰 机构 900指定的代理结算行完成资金划付。
在本发明第二实施方式的交易转接系统进行的处理方法中, 在将 条形码转换成行业卡的卡号之后的各步骤基本与参照图 3、 4 已经说 明的本发明第一实施方式的交易转接处理方法的各步骤相同, 这里省 略具体说明。
利用本发明第二实施方式交易转接处理的系统及其方法, 在本发 明第一实施方式的基础上, 通过仅增加奈形码读入装置就能够进一步 受理条形码形式的行业卡。
最后应当说明的是, 以上各具体实施方式仅用以说明本发明的技 术方案而非对其进行限制。 尽管参照上述具体实施方式对本发明进行 了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 依然可以对本发明 的具体实施方式进行修改或对部分技术特征进行等同替换, 而在不脱 离本发明的技术方案的精神下, 其均应涵盖在本发明请求保护的技术 方案范围当中。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种交易转接处理系统, 所述系统能够受理银行卡和行业卡并 且在银行卡和银行发卡机构之间、 或行业卡和行业卡发行机构之间进 行交易转接处理, 包括:
金融终端 ( 100 ) , 在受理银行卡时获得银行卡号而在受理行业 卡时将行业卡的卡号转换成交易路由卡号, 提交包含银行卡号的交易 报文或者包含交易路由卡号的交易报文;
受理机构 ( 200 ) , 受理来自所述金融终端 (100 ) 的包含银行卡 号的交易报文或者包舍交易路由卡号的交易报文并提交交易请求; 交换系统 ( 300 ) , 从受理机构 (200 ) 收到所述交易请求后, 对 上述有关行业卡的交易请求或有关银行卡的交易请求进行转接处理; 清算系统( 500 ) , 接受由所迷交换系统 (300 ) 的转接处理后的 有关银行卡的交易请求并进行清算处理后发送至所述银行卡发卡机 构; 以及
行业机构接入前置装置 (400 ) , 设置在所述行业卡发行机构和 所述交换系统 ( 300 )之间, 接受由所述交换系统( 300 ) 转接处理后 的有关行业卡的交易请求并且将包含交易路由卡号的交易信息报文 转成行业卡发卡机构能够处理的行业卡信息, 发送至所述行业卡发卡 机构。
2.如权利要求 1所述的交易转接处理的系统, 其特征在于, 所述金融终端 ( 100 ) 中预先储存有行业卡的特征信息与交易路 由卡号的对应关系表。
3.如权利要求 1所述的交易转接处理的系统, 其特征在于, 所述金融终端 ( 100 )在所述包含交易路由卡号的交易报文中进 一步包含行业卡实际卡号和与行业卡交易相关的数椐。
4.如权利要求 2所述的交易转接处理的系统, 其特征在于, 所述交易路由卡号包含行业卡的卡 BIN字段,在所述行业卡的卡 BIN字段中写入保证每一交易路由卡号在银行交易系统的唯一性的卡 BIN信息。
5.如权利要求 2所迷的交易转接处理的系统, 其特征在于, 所述行业卡的特征信息包括行业卡的卡介质、 数据储存格式、 卡 号长度。
6.如权利要求 3所述的交易转接处理的系统, 其特征在于, 所述交易路由卡号进一步包含用于储存行业卡信息的保留字段和 校验码。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的交易转接处理的系统, 其特征在于, 所述行业卡为磁条卡、 IC卡中的任意一种。
8. 如权利要求 1 ~ 6所述的交易转接处理的系统, 其特征在于, 所迷行业卡为条码卡,
在所述金融终端( 100 )的接入端前进一步设置用于将条形码转换 成行业卡的卡号的条形码读入装置。
9. 一种交易转接处理的方法, 在银行卡和银行发卡机构之间、 以 及行业卡和行业卡发行机构之间进行交易转接处理, 其特征在于 > 受理转换步骤, 由金融终端受理银行卡或行业卡, 当判断为行业 交易报文中, 并且进一步将行业卡的实际卡号以及行业卡的信息填入 交易报文中并发起交易请求; 当判断为银行卡的情况下, 将银行卡的 实际卡号作为银行卡号填入交易报文中并发起交易请求报文;
交换转接步骤, 当在交易报文中作为银行卡号填入的是交易路由 卡号的情况下, 判断该笔交易为行业卡交易, 将行业发卡机构作为交 易接收机构转发交易请求报文; 当在交易报文中填入的是银行卡的实 际卡号的情况下, 将银行发卡机构作为交易接收机构转发交易请求报 文; 以及
授权步骤, 利用上述交换步驟在行业发卡机构收到交易请求报文 的情况下, 行业发卡机构进行检查, 确定是否授权,逐级反馈至所述金 融终端并完成交易; 利用上述交换步骤在银行发卡机构收到交易请求 报文的情况下, 银行发卡机构进行检查, 确定是否授权, 逐级反馈至 所述金融终端并完成交易。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的交易转接处理的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述受理转换步骤中, 根据行业卡的特征信息与交易路由卡号 的对应关系表进行行业卡的卡号到交易路由卡号的转换。
1 1.如权利要求 9所述的交易转接处理的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述受理转换步骤中, 当判断为行业卡的情况下, 在交易请求 报文中进一步增加行业卡实际卡号和与行业卡交易相关的数据后提 交。
12. 如权利要求 10所述的交易转接处理的方法, 其特征在于, 所迷行业卡的特征信息包括行业卡的卡介质、 数据储存格式、 卡 号长度。
13. 如权利要求 9所述的交易转接处理的方法, 其特征在于, 所述交易路由卡号包含行业卡的卡 BIN字段, 在所迷行业卡的卡 BIN字段中写入保证每一交易路由卡号在银行交易系统的唯一性的卡 BIN信息。
14. 如权利要求 Π所述的交易转接处理的方法, 其特征在于, 所述交易路由卡号进一步包含用于储存行业卡信息的保留字段和 校验码。
15. 如权利要求 10所述的交易转接处理的方法, 其特征在于, 所述行业卡为磁条卡、 IC卡中的任意一种。
16. 如权利要求 9 ~ 14所述的交易转接处理的方法, 其特征在于, 所述行业卡为条码卡,
在所述受理转换步骤之前进一步具备用于将条形码转换成发行 卡的卡号的条形码读入步骤。
