Abstract

Verfahren zur Unterscheidung und Identifikation von Werkstücken aus ferromagnetischem Werkstoff, bei dem das Werkstück mittels einer Spule in ein magnetisches Wechselfeld gebracht wird, wodurch in einer zweiten Spule eine Spannung induziert und bezüglich ihrer Amplitude und Phase ausgewertet wird und das Prüfergebnis mit in einem vorher durchgeführten Kalibrierungsprozess festgelegten Sortiergrenzen für Prüfteile jeweils gleichen Werkstoffes und gleicher Wärmebehandlung verglichen wird, wobei die Kalibrierung mit festgelegten Prüfparametersätzen aus Erreger- und Messfrequenz vorgenommen und für jeden Prüfparametersatz das Antwortsignal nach Amplitude und Phase ausgewertet und Klassen zugeordnet wird. Dabei werden bei der Kalibrierung die Messergebnisse aller verwendeten Prüfparametersätze über einen multivariaten Optimierungsalgorithmus in einem 2xn-dimensionalen Raum (n: Anzahl der Prüfparametersätze und n>2) simultan bewertet und die Zugehörigkeit zu einer Klasse wird über eine aus den Messwerten errechneten n-1dimensiona!en Hyperfläche als Trennfläche zwischen den Klassen angezeigt.
