IPTV (Internet Protocol Television , 网络电视) 业务是一个融合了电信网 通信安全、 广电网信息内容和互联网网络特点的全新业务, 在 ί司一连接中同 时提供语音、 数据、 视频业务, 也就是说, 基于同一物理连接就可以打电话、 上网和看电视, 而且还可以享受更多的数据、 语音和视频的融合 ik务。
IPTV 是以 "电视机-机顶盒"为主要终端设备, 为家庭用户提供包括传 统电视节目在内的互动多媒体服务的宽带增值业务。 随着 IPTV 的建设及发 展, IPTV用户越来越多, 点播内容也越来越受用户的青睐, 但收费模式单一 (用户必须去营业厅交付)、 收看方式单一。
现有技术在数字电视 DTV ( Digitan¾levisio 数字电视) 领域, 由于受 限于 HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial, 光纤同轴电缆混合网)单向网络的限制, 用 户通过 STB ( Set Top Box, 机顶盒) 只能收看到下行的节目, 无法实现用户 的互动。 因此, 为了弥补单向网络的不足, 在 DTV中借用电话或手机短信实 现点播请求, 即^户通过打电话或发短信给广电呼叫中心, 申请点播节目, 当运维人员接收到短信或电话 I吋, 在 DTV~SMS ( Subscriber Management Subsystem, 订户管理子系统) 中进行订购。 然后, DTV系统根据用户请求向 ^户下发点播流信息, 费用扣除在 DTV系统的用户账户中。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现, 现有技术至少存在以下不足: 现有 技术仅在数字电视领域中把短信作为数字电视用户点播的互动回传通道, 只 有用户自己为自己点播, 且费用扣除在数字电视系统的个人账户上。 由于只 为用户提供单向数字网络点播的通道, 存在点播方式单一、 收费模式单一、

本发明实施例提供了一种网络电视 IPTV的点播方法。

本发明实施例采用短信方式实现了 IPTV 点播, 并通过移动通信终端付 费, 解决了当前 IPTV付费方式单一问题; 本发明实施例增加了 IPTV点播的 扣费方式, 增强了用户进行 IPTV点播时的交费灵活性, 极大地促进了运营商 业务的推广及新营销方式的开展。 本发明实施例的技术方案可适用于数字电 视领域, 并可把业务扩展到直播节目点播、 增值业务点播内容等方面。
本发明实施例还提供了一种网络电视 IPTV的点播系统。图 2为本发明实 施例系统的组网架构图。 该点播系统包括了 IPTV系统 20的以及移动系统 21 的设备, 本实施例的点播系统主要包括: 短信网关 211、 业务网关 201、 IPTV 媒体娱乐管理中间件 IPTV-MEM202以及计费装置 (如 BOSS) 212; 业务网 关 201连接短信网关 211 以及 IPTV-MEM202; 短信网关 211连接计费装置 212。
首先对 IPTV系统 20和移动系统 21的基本功能进行详细说明。
IPTV系统 20的主要功能是: 为 STB用户提供直播、 点播、 增值业务等 流媒体服务。 具体地, STB204, 用于通过 EPG (电视节目指南) 203页面向 用户展示影片的内容、 描述、 提示等信息; EPG203 , 用于接收 STB204的用 户对感兴趣或期望点播的影片的选择, 并将 STB204 的点播请求发送到 IPTV-MEM (Media Entertainment Management, 媒体娱乐管理中间件) 202; IPTV-MEM202 , 用于接收 EPG203发送的点播请求, 并进行用户鉴权、 内容 鉴权、计算需要扣除的费用等业务处理, 当 IPTV-MEM202对用户及点播影片 内容鉴权通过后, 向 IPTV用户的 STB204发送点播的影片, 使 IPTV用户可 以在 STB204上收看点播的影片。 移动系统 21的主要功能是:提供手机用户话音、短信、彩信等移动服务。 具体地,移动通信终端 213,用于接收用户指令,向移动系统的 ISMG (Internet Short Message Gateway, 互联网短信网关) 发送短信、 彩信或增强型短信。
ISMG211 , 用于接收用户通过移动通信终端发送的短信, 并根据用户发送的 号码进行短信的转发; BOSS系统用于实现移动终端的计费等功能。
为了增加点播的支付方便性及扩大 ^户点播的适应性, 从而提升用户的 A PU值, 本实施例的系统增加一个 IPTV业务网关来完成 ΐΡΊΎ系统与移动 短信平台的对接。 在实际应用中, 业务网关 201可以位于 IPTV系统 20中或 移动系统 21中, 或者为这两个系统之外的一个独立设备。 通过该 IPTV业务 网关, 用户能够通过短信息向自己或好友推荐点播影片, 并可以从用户的手 机账户中扣费。本实施例的系统增加了用户 IPTV点播的灵活性及娱乐性, 并 实现了 IPTV点播内容的差异化运营。
下面详细描述增加了业务网关之后, 本实施例系统各个部分的功能。 本实施例的业务网关 201,用于从短信网关 211接收移动通信终端 213发 送的点播请求; 将该点播请求发送给 IPTV-MEM202, 以触发 IPTV-MEM202 对该点播请求进行鉴权; 若鉴权通过, 接收 IPTV-MEM202 发送的对该移动 通信终端 213的扣费请求; 将该扣费请求通过短信网关 211发送至计费装置 212;从短信网关 211接收计费装置 212发送的对应于该扣费请求的扣费响应; 若扣费成功, 通知 IPTV-MEM202 根据该点播请求将点播的媒体流推送至目 标机顶盒 204。
本实施例的短信网关 211,用于将移动通信终端 213的点播请求转发给业 务网关 201 ; 将业务网关 201发送的扣费请求转发给计费装置 212; 并将计费 装置 212发送的扣费响应转发给业务网关 201。
IPTV-MEM202,用于对点播请求进行鉴权;若鉴权通过, 向业务网关 201 发送扣费请求; 接收扣费响应; 若扣费成功, 则根据点播请求将点播的媒体 流推送至目标机顶盒 204。 可选地, 本实施例的 IPTV-MEM202 , 还用于在鉴权通过之后, 向目标机 顶盒发送点播媒体流的提示信息; 接收目标机顶盒根据提示信息发送的确认 收看响应; 如果确认收看, 则向业务网关发送扣费请求。
图 3为本实施例的业务网关的功能框图。 图 3显示了业务网关的内部结 构及其与外部系统的连接关系。
如图 3所示, IPTV业务网关包括: 接口适配层和逻辑应用层。
IPTV业务网关把对外接口封闭在一个接口适配层中, 便于后续的扩展及 开放。 上述对外接口可以包括例如与短信网关、 彩信网关、 增强短信网关的 接口, 也可以包括与 IPTV系统之间的内部协议接口。 即上述接口依次为处于 接口适配层中的: SMS ( Short Messaging Service , 短信服务) 接口、 MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service , 多媒体信息月艮务) 接口、 EMS (Enhanced Message Service, 增强型短消息服务) 接口和 IPTV接口。
IPTV业务网关与短信网关之间采用标准的 SMS协议进行互联、 与彩信 网关之间采用标准的 MMS协议进行互联、与增强 ISMG网关之间采用标准的 EMS协议进行互联, 完成信息系统的短信、 彩信、 EMS的信息接收与发送。 业务网关与 IPTV-MEM 之间采用短信点播 SOAP ( Simple Object Access Protocol, 简单对象访问协议) 协议互联, 完成点播请求信息、 扣费请求信息 的转发。
IPTV业务网关对外接口中的 IPTV接口为 SOAP接口, 其包括:
1、 点播请求接口
接口方式: 业务网关至 MEM, 异歩消息;
请求输入: 序列号、 手机号码、 用户 ID [允许为空]、 内容 ID;
响应: 消息发送结果;
2、 扣费请求接口
接口方式: MEM至业务网关, 同歩消息;
请求输入: 序列号、 手机号码、 用户 ID [允许为空]、 内容 ID、 费用; 响应: 扣费结果、 序列号、 手机号码、 扣费金额;
3、 对账接口
接口方式: SOAP+FTP (File Transfer Protocol, 文件传输协议); 请求输入: 开始序列号、 结束序列号、 文件名称、 总笔数、 总金额; 响应: 对账结果、 不平笔数。
对账接口,主要用于实现 IPTV系统与移动系统之间的对账过程。对账时, 可能存在不平 (不一致) 的账务信息, 故需明确不一致的笔数, 两边确认后 的不一致的信息被提取出来, 即 IPTV-MEM生成的账单与 BOSS系统的扣费 记录进行对比, 看两个系统对费用处理是否一致, 如不一致, 则将不一致的 信息提取出来以进行单独人工处理。
逻辑应用层包括: 消息通讯模块, 用于完成标准协议与私有协议的通讯 处理, 标准协议指 SMS协议、 MMS协议和 EMS协议, 私有协议指 SOAP协 议; 消息管理模块, 用于完成对外与对内消息队列的管理, 防止消息的丢失 及异常; 对账管理模块, 用于完成用户点播的对账处理, 包括对 IPTV系统内 部用户的点播记录与移动系统之间的扣费记录进行对账处理。
以下对本实施例的一种网络电视 IPTV的点播系统的工作过程进行说明: 当用户用手机向指定号码发送点播短信时, ISMG接受到用户的点播短 信, 根据发送号码把点播信息转发给本发明实施例的 IPTV业务网关, IPTV 业务网关调用 "点播请求接口"请求 IPTV-MEM进行点播用户、 点播内容的 合法性检查, 例如, 检查用户是否存在、 用户状态是否正常, 内容是否存在、 内容状态是否正常等, 如果合法, 则 IPTV-MEM通过 EPG向用户提示点播确 认信息。 当 IPTV用户在 STB上确认点播收看时, IPTV-MEM调用 "扣费请 求接口" 申请从上述手机上扣除此次点播的费用。
IPTV业务网关根据 IPTV-MEM发送的扣费请求,令移动 ISMG根据签订 的协议, 向移动 BOSS发送点播扣费请求, 从发送点播请求的用户手机账户 中扣除本次点播的费用。 当 IPTV-MEM获知移动 BOSS扣费成功后, 则通过 EPG向 IPTV用户推 送点播的媒体流。
本实施例的系统, 通过采用短信方式实现了 IPTV点播, 并通过采用移动 通信终端付费, 解决了当前 IPTV交付方式单一问题; 同时, 本发明实施例拓 展了 IPTV的点播方式, 实现了 IPTV跨用户点播, 可以扩展到 IPTV用户之 间的 STB点播, 不仅能为自己点播, 也能为别人点播; 由于采用了以上技术 方案, 本发明实施例 2增加了 IPTV实现点播的扣费方式, 增强了用户进行 IPTV点播时的交费灵活性, 极大地促进了运营商业务的推广及新营销方式的 开展。
本实施例还提供了一种网络电视 IPTV的点播方法。该方法实现了跨用户 点播。 图 4为本实施例的一种网络电视 IPTV的点播方法的流程图。如图 4所 示, 该方法包括:
S40K 从短信网关 211接收移动通信终端 213发送的点播请求, 该点播 请求中包含了需要点播的内容标识和对方的机顶盒标识;

本实施例的方法, 增加了 IPTV点播的扣费方式的多样性, 增强了 IPTV 点播交费的灵活性, 实现了跨用户点播。
本实施例还提供了一种网络电视 IPTV的点播方法。该方法实现了自己为 自己点播。 图 6为本实施的又一种网络电视 IPTV的点播方法的流程图。如图 6所示, 该方法包括:
S60K 从短信网关 211接收移动通信终端 213发送的点播请求, 该点播 请求中包含了需要点播的内容标识;
5602、 将该点播请求发送给 IPTV-MEM201 , 以触发 IPTV-MEM 201对 该点播请求进行鉴权;
5603、 若鉴权通过, 接收 IPTV-MEM201发送的对移动通信终端 213 的 扣费请求;
5604、将该扣费请求通过短信网关 211发送至计费装置 212 (运营支撑系 统 BOSS) ;
5605、 从短信网关 211接收计费装置 212发送的对应于该扣费请求的扣 费响应;
S606、 若扣费成功, 通知 IPTV-MEM2202向移动通信终端对应的机顶盒 推送该内容标识对应的媒体流。
以下举例详细说明依据本实施例自己为自己点播方法的详细流程。 图 7 为本实施例的 IPTV点播方法的又一流程图。 如图 7所示, 该方法包括:
S70K STB用户通过 EPG浏览 VOD信息;
S702、 EPG 203根据影片信息, 向用户提示可以通过 IPTV支付, 也可以 过发送短信来支付点播费用; 5703、 移动通信终端 213根据 EPG203 的提示信息, 向指定号码发送点 播内容标识;
5704、短信网关 211根据该指定号码, 将用户点播请求转发给 IPTV业务 网关 201 ;
S705、 IPTV业务网关 201把该点播请求转发给 IPTV-MEM 202;
5706, IPTV-MEM 202根据登记的手机号码查询对应的 STB用户, 并检 查 STB用户及点播内容的合法性; 如果存在多个 STB用户, 则向多个 STB 用户均推送点播消息, 由 STB选择是否播放;
5707, IPTV-MEM 202向 STB用户推送提示信息;
例如为, "您的 ***精彩内容点播, 是否确认收看"。
5708, STB用户确认采用手机扣费收看;
5709, IPTV业务网关 201向短信网关 211发送短信扣费请求;
5710, 短信网关 211将该短信扣费请求转发给 BOSS 212;
S71 若 BOSS 212对移动通信终端 213扣费成功, 向短信网关 211发送 成功扣费响应, 以通知 IPTV-MEM 202向用户推送点播的媒体信息流;
5712、 短信网关 211将该成功扣费响应发送至 IPTV业务网关 201 ;
5713、 IPTV业务网关 201将该成功扣费响应发送至 IPTV-MEM 202;

本实施例的方法, 增加了 IPTV点播的扣费方式的多样性, 增强了 IPTV 点播交费的灵活性。
可选地, 本实施例的方法还可以同时支持实现自己为自己点播以及跨用 户点播。 对于这种情况, 点播请求中至少包含需要点播的内容标识和对方的 机顶盒标识; IPTV-MEM 需要向移动通信终端对应的机顶盒以及对方的机顶 盒标识对应的机顶盒推送该内容标识对应的媒体流。 由于自己为自己点播的 流程以及跨用户点播的流程已经在前述实施例中详细介绍, 同时支持这两种 点播模式的情况, 可以参照上述两个流程进行, 此处不再详细说明。
可选地,在本实施例中都可以包含 IPTV系统 20与移动系统 21的对帐过 程。 可选地, 本实施例的方法可以在扣费成功后进行对账, 或者是在媒体流 推送之后进行对账。
图 8为本发明实施例的对帐方法流程图。 如图 8所示, 该方法包括:
5801、 IPTV业务网关 201通过短信网关 211向 BOSS 212发送对账请求;
5802、 接收 BOSS 212根据该对账请求发送的扣费记录文件;
5803、 业务网关 201提取本地账单记录;
5804、 业务网关进 201行根据扣费记录文件和本地账单进行账务比对;
5805、 业务网关 201 记录对账结果, 如对账结果为不一致时, 提交日志 以触发手动平账。
本实施例还提供了一种网络电视 IPTV的点播装置。
图 9为本实施例装置的整体功能框图。 如图 9所示, 该装置 90包括: 点播请求接收单元 901,用于从短信网关接收移动通信终端发送的点播请 求;
点播请求发送单元 902, 用于将点播请求发送给 IPTV-MEM , 以触发 IPTV-MEM对点播请求进行鉴权;
扣费请求接收单元 903, 用于若鉴权通过, 接收 IPTV-MEM发送的对移 动通信终端的扣费请求;
扣费请求发送单元 904,用于将该扣费请求经由短信网关发送至计费装置 (如运营支撑系统 BOSS ) ;
扣费响应接收单元 905,用于从短信网关接收计费装置发送的对应于该扣 费请求的扣费响应; 点播通知发送单元 906, 用于若扣费成功, 通知 IPTV-MEM根据该点播 请求将点播的媒体流推送至目标机顶盒。
可选地, 点播请求中至少包含需要点播的内容标识; 点播通知发送单元 106,用于通知 IPTV-MEM向该移动通信终端对应的机顶盒推送该内容标识对 应的媒体流。
可选地, 点播请求中至少包含需要点播的内容标识和对方的机顶盒标识, 点播通知发送单元 106, 用于通知 IPTV-MEM向移动通信终端对应的机顶盒 和对方的机顶盒标识对应的机顶盒推送内容标识对应的媒体流; 或者, 通知 IPTV-MEM向对方的机顶盒标识对应的机顶盒推送内容标识对应的媒体流。
图 10为本实施例的装置的具体功能框图。 如图 10所示, 该装置 100还 可以进一歩包括:
对账请求发送单元 1007, 用于通过短信网关向计费装置发送对账请求; 扣费记录接收单元 1008, 用于接收计费装置根据该对账请求发送的扣费 记录文件;
账单记录提取单元 1009, 用于提取本地账单记录;
账务比对单元 1010, 用于根据扣费记录文件和本地账单记录进行账务比 对。
可选地, 本实施例的装置 100还包括:
手动平账触发单元 1011, 用于若账务比对的结果不一致, 提交日志以触 发手动平账。
可选地, 点播装置与短信网关之间的接口为短信服务协议 SMS接口、 多 媒体信息服务 MMS 接口或增强型短消息服务 EMS 接口; 点播装置与 IPTV-MEM之间的接口为简单对象访问协议 SOAP接口。
本实施例装置的工作过程已在前述实施例中详述, 故在此不赘述。
本实施例的装置, 通过采用短信方式实现了 IPTV点播, 并通过采用移动 通信终端付费, 解决了当前 IPTV交付方式单一问题; 同时, 本实施例拓展了 IPTV的点播方式, 实现了 IPTV跨用户点播, 可以扩展到 IPTV用户之间的 STB点播, 不仅能为自己点播, 也能为别人点播; 由于采用了以上技术方案, 本实施例增加了 IPTV实现点播的扣费方式, 增强了用户进行 IPTV点播时的 交费灵活性, 极大地促进了运营商业务的推广及新营销方式的开展。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM) 或随机存储记忆体 (Random Access Memory, RAM) 等。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明实施例的技术方案, 而非对其限制; 尽管 参照前述实施例对本发明实施例进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员 应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对 其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方 案的本质脱离本发明实施例各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种网络电视 IPTV的点播方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 从短信网关接收移动通信终端发送的点播请求;
将所述点播请求发送给 IPTV媒体娱乐管理中间件 IPTV-MEM, 以触发 所述 IPTV-MEM对所述点播请求进行鉴权;
若鉴权通过,接收所述 IPTV-MEM发送的对所述移动通信终端的扣费请求; 将所述扣费请求通过所述短信网关发送至计费装置;
从所述短信网关接收所述计费装置发送的对应于所述扣费请求的扣费响应; 若扣费成功, 通知所述 IPTV-MEM根据所述点播请求将点播的媒体流推 送至目标机顶盒。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述点播请求中至少包含 需要点播的内容标识; 通知所述 IPTV-MEM根据所述点播请求将点播的媒体 流推送至目标机顶盒包括:
通知所述 IPTV-MEM向所述移动通信终端对应的机顶盒推送所述内容标 识对应的媒体流。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述点播请求中至少包含 需要点播的内容标识和对方的机顶盒标识; 通知所述 IPTV-MEM根据所述点 播请求将点播的媒体流推送至目标机顶盒包括:
通知所述 IPTV-MEM向所述移动通信终端对应的机顶盒和所述对方的机 顶盒标识对应的机顶盒推送所述内容标识对应的媒体流; 或者,
通知所述 IPTV-MEM向所述对方的机顶盒标识对应的机顶盒推送所述内 容标识对应的媒体流。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 通过所述短信网关向所述计费装置发送对账请求;
接收所述计费装置根据所述对账请求发送的扣费记录文件; 提取本地账单记录;
根据所述扣费记录文件和所述本地账单记录进行账务比对。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 若所述账务比对的结果不一致, 提交日志以触发手动对账。
6、 一种网络电视 IPTV的点播装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 点播请求接收单元, 用于从短信网关接收移动通信终端发送的点播请求; 点播请求发送单元,用于将所述点播请求发送给 IPTV媒体娱乐管理中间 件 IPTV-MEM, 以触发所述 IPTV-MEM对所述点播请求进行鉴权;
扣费请求接收单元, 用于若鉴权通过, 接收所述 IPTV-MEM发送的对所 述移动通信终端的扣费请求;
扣费请求发送单元, 用于将所述扣费请求通过所述短信网关发送至计费 装置;
扣费响应接收单元, 用于从所述短信网关接收所述计费装置发送的对应 于所述扣费请求的扣费响应;
点播通知发送单元, 用于若扣费成功, 通知所述 IPTV-MEM根据所述点 播请求将点播的媒体流推送至目标机顶盒。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述点播请求中至少包含 需要点播的内容标识;
所述点播通知发送单元, 用于通知所述 IPTV-MEM向所述移动通信终端 对应的机顶盒推送所述内容标识对应的媒体流。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述点播请求中至少包含 需要点播的内容标识和对方的机顶盒标识;
所述点播通知发送单元, 用于通知所述 IPTV-MEM向所述移动通信终端 对应的机顶盒和所述对方的机顶盒标识对应的机顶盒推送所述内容标识对应 的媒体流; 或者, 通知所述 IPTV-MEM向所述对方的机顶盒标识对应的机顶 盒推送所述内容标识对应的媒体流。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 对账请求发送单元, 用于通过所述短信网关向所述计费装置发送对账请求; 扣费记录接收单元, 用于接收所述计费装置根据所述对账请求发送的扣 费记录文件;
账单记录提取单元, 用于提取本地账单记录;
账务比对单元, 用于根据所述扣费记录文件和所述本地账单记录进行账 务比对。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 手动平账触发单元, 用于若所述账务比对的结果不一致, 提交日志以触 发手动对账。
11、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述点播装置与所述短信网关之间的接口为短信服务协议 SMS接口、 多 媒体信息服务 MMS接口或增强型短消息服务 EMS接口 ·'
所述点播装置与所述 IPTV-MEM之间的接口为简单对象访问协议 SOAP 接口。
12、 一种网络电视 IPTV的点播系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 短信 网关、 业务网关、 IPTV媒体娱乐管理中间件 IPTV-MEM 以及计费装置; 所 述业务网关连接所述短信网关以及所述 IPTV-MEM; 所述短信网关连接所述 计费装置;
所述业务网关, 用于从短信网关接收所述移动通信终端发送的点播请求; 将所述点播请求发送给所述 IPTV-MEM, 以触发所述 IPTV-MEM对所述点播 请求进行鉴权; 若鉴权通过, 接收所述 IPTV-MEM发送的对所述移动通信终 端的扣费请求; 将所述扣费请求通过所述短信网关发送至计费装置; 从所述 短信网关接收所述计费装置发送的对应于所述扣费请求的扣费响应; 若扣费 成功, 通知所述 IPTV-MEM根据所述点播请求将点播的媒体流推送至目标机 顶盒; 所述短信网关, 用于将所述移动通信终端的点播请求转发给所述业务网 关; 将所述业务网关发送的所述扣费请求转发给所述计费装置; 并将所述计 费装置发送的所述扣费响应转发给所述业务网关;
所述 IPTV-MEM, 用于对所述点播请求进行鉴权; 若鉴权通过, 向所述 业务网关发送所述扣费请求; 接收所述扣费响应; 若扣费成功, 则根据所述 点播请求将点播的媒体流推送至目标机顶盒。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述 IPTV-MEM, 还用于在鉴权通过之后, 向目标机顶盒发送所述点播 媒体流的提示信息; 接收所述目标机顶盒根据所述提示信息发送的确认收看 响应; 如果确认收看, 则向所述业务网关发送所述扣费请求。
