Abstract

The invention relates to a touch pen for use on a capacitive touch panel, comprising: a contact member (102) made of an elastic material, one end of which has a stopper flange (101), and which contacts the touch panel; a dielectric-filled unit (104) in which the contact member (102) is inserted, and which has a stopper portion (103) that protrudes such that the stopper flange (101) tightly contacts the stopper portion (103), and which has an outwardly exposed portion, and which is filled with dielectrics (1); sealing means arranged at the dielectric-charged unit (104) to prevent the dielectrics (1) from leaking to the outside and to regulate the pressure being applied to the dielectrics (1); and a handle unit (105) which is coupled to the dielectric-charged unit (104) and which can be held by the hand of a user.
