体两个不同位置上, 由此产生的视觉差使得人脑得以感知一个三维世界的深 度立体变化。 根据这种立体视觉原理, 人们已经通过技术的手段使平面图像 能够让人产生立体视觉效果。 由于通过两眼视觉差产生的更接近真实的立体 视觉效果大大优于平面图像运用光影、 虛实、 明暗对比来表现立体感的那种 视觉效果, 所以立体图像巳成为影视产品和有书显示屏的数码产品所追求的一 种潮流。 手机作为近年快速发展的通讯工具, 又是一种大部分人随身携带的 有显示屏数码产品, 其附加功能越来越多, 很自然已经有人提出将立体图像 的显示或播放功能引入到手机上的技术方案。
目前已有的将立体图像的显示或播放功能引入到手机上的技术方案, 大 多是构想采用手机传统结构的一个小屏幕上的图像来产生出立体视觉效果, 有如中国.专利申请第 200610072756. 2号的小窗口立体图像制作与显示方法, 就是在一个小屏幕上同时出现左右二幅有差别的并列或稍为交叉的图像, 但 这样会使到一个眼睛看到左右二幅图像, 造成视觉干扰, 为了避免视觉干扰, 可以用一个纵向设置的中间隔板来使左眼只看到左图像,右眼只看到右图像。 又有如中国专利第 200320104737. 5号一种用于手机的立体或动画彩色滤光 膜及一种手机, 是在一个小屏幕上设置有许多凹凸状条紋, 所有凹凸状条紋 在一个相同方向的面上共同显示一幅图像, 供一个眼睛观看, 所有凹凸状条 紋在另一个相同方向的面上共同显示另一幅有差别的图像, 供另一个眼睛观 看, 这种屏幕结构必须更为复杂、 价格更高, 两眼观看位置稍有不准, 便会 产生一个眼睛看到二个方向面上图像的视觉干扰。 也有人构想通过手机上的 二个小屏幕上的图像来产生出立体视觉效果, 有如中国专利第 20042004676
5. 0号的立体眼镜式手机, 是一个翻盖手机, 其主体和盖体上各有一小屏幕, 主体和盖体上各设一眼镜脚, 将手机象眼镜一样戴在眼睛前面, 二个眼睛各
看一个小屏幕, 二个小屏幕各显示一幅有差别的图像, 但是当液晶屏幕处在 象眼镜片那样与眼睛的相对位置上, 会因距离太近眼睛根本看不清楚液晶屏 幕, 所以这个技术方案不是一个可行的方案。
发明内容
为了克服现有利用二个屏幕上的图像来产生出立体视觉效果的手机所存 在的屏幕离眼睛太近, 造成眼睛看不清楚液晶屏幕, 如离远了会产生一个眼 睛看到二个屏幕图像的视觉干扰的缺陷, 本发明的目的是提供一种改进的可 观看立体图像的手机, 可以克服现有技术的缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是: 一种可观看立体图像的手 机, 其特征是: 一个直板手机主体, 其外侧的一个面上设有二个大致相同的 液晶屏幕, 手机主体上还连接有一支板和一镜板, 支板一侧端与手机主体铰 接其另一侧端与镜板一侧端铰接, 镜板上设有二个孔口, 二个孔口上分别装 设有二个放大型透镜, 支板竖起将镜板支撑在液晶屏幕上方能使二个放大型 透镜分别正对着二个液晶屏幕, 支板和镜板收合折叠在一起能贴靠在手机主 体的一个外侧面上。
上述技术方案的手机主体上一般应包括有按键、 扬声器、 麦克风、 充电 插座、 电路板、 电池等常规结构。
上述技术方案的所谓二个大致相同的液晶屏幕, 是指二个液晶屏幕的大 小、 形状、 规格基本相同。
上述技术方案的支板竖起将镜板支撑在液晶屏幕上方, 其较好方式是镜 板处于与液晶屏幕平行的状态。
上述技术方案的放大型透镜可以是凸透镜或放大型平板透镜, 凸透镜 可以是双凸透镜或者平凸透镜等, 放大型平板透镜可以是平板渐变形折 射率透镜或者菲涅耳 (Fre sne l ) 透镜等。
上述技术方案的二个液晶屏幕最好是作并列布置或者对称布置。
上述技术方案的支板和镜板收合折叠在一起贴靠手机主体, 最好是贴靠 在与液晶屏幕相对的手机主体背侧面上。
上述技术方案的支板或镜板上可以设有与手机主体相互吸紧、 卡紧、 扣 紧或锁紧的结构, 以利支板或镜板与手机主体之间相对位置的固定。
上述技术方案的二个液晶屏幕可以至少有一个采用触摸屏, 用以作手机
使用时, 通过触摸屏显示一个触摸或手写输入的软键盘之类。
本发明的有益效果: 由于釆用直板手机的主体, 其一个面上设有二个大 致相同的 晶屏幕, 通过二个液晶屏幕来显示或播放二个或二组有差别的图 像, 这样液晶屏幕、 电路以及手机整体都比较简单, 造价较低, 观看的信息 量是一个液晶屏幕的二倍; 由于手机主体上还连接有一支板和一镜板, 镜板 上设有二个放大型透镜, 支板竖起将镜板支撑在液晶屏幕上方时二个放大型 透镜分别正对着二个液晶屏幕, 通过二个放大型透镜来观看二个液晶屏幕, 这样就可以将观看者的眼睛与液晶屏幕的距离限定在设定距离上, 避免距离 过近看不清楚液晶屏幕或者距离过远会产生一个眼睛看到二个屏幕的图像视 觉干扰, 釆用放大型透镜不但可将液晶屏幕的图像看得更清楚, 更主要的是 将液晶屏幕放大后, 可使一个液晶屏幕上的图像占满一个眼睛的视觉空间, 让这个眼睛完全看不到另一个液晶屏幕上的图像, 这成为了设定眼睛与液晶 屏幕之间距离上的一个调节或互补手段, 使既能看清楚液晶屏幕又不会产生 视觉干扰的技术效果得以达到最佳; 由于支板和镜板收合折叠在一起可以贴 靠在手机主体的一个外侧面上, 特别是背侧面上, 所以支板和镜板的存在并 不影响手机整体结构的紧凑和常规使用功能; 本发明的另一个优点是将观看 立体图像的观看眼镜与手机合为一体, 解决了观看者随时需要携带观看眼镜 的问题。

具体实施方式
参照图 1〜图 3, 本可观看立体图像的手机, 其特征是: 一个直板的手机 主体 1 , 其外部顶侧面 2上设有二个大致相同的液晶屏幕 3和 4 , 手机主体 1 上还连接有一支板 5和一镜板 6,支板 5一侧端与手机主体 1通过铰接结构 7
进行铰接、 支板 5另一侧端通过铰接结构 8与镜板 6—侧端铰接, 镜板 6上 设有二个孔口 9和 10 , 二个孔口 9和 10上分别装设有二个凸透镜 11和 12 , 如图 3所示, 支板 5竖起将镜板 6支撑在液晶屏幕 3和 4上方能使二个凸透 镜 11和 12分别正对着二个液晶屏幕 3和 4 , 如图 1所示, 支板 5和镜板 6 收合折叠在一起能贴靠在手机主体 1的外部背侧面上。
另外, 二个液晶屏幕 3和 4在顶侧面 2上作并列布置; 其中液晶屏幕 4 釆用触摸屏, 作手机使用时, 液晶屏幕 4可以显示一个触摸或手写输入的软 键盘,液晶屏幕 3用于显示手机主要信息;手机主体 1外部还设有按键 13等、 扬声器孔 14、 麦克风孔 15、 充电插座 16、 耳机插座 17 , 以满足手机的常规 使用功能; 镜板 6外侧端中间还设有一配合鼻梁的缺口 18; 当观看立体图像 时, 将支板 5和镜板 6张开, 再支成图 3状态, 二个液晶屏幕 3和 4分别显 示或播放二个或二组图像, 使用者的眼睛可以贴近二个凸透镜 11和 12 , 鼻 梁配合在缺口 18上,二个眼睛分别从二个凸透镜 11和 12观看二个液晶屏幕 3和 4 , 便可看到二个液晶屏幕 3和 4图像并在使用者脑中合成的立体图像; 不观看立体图像时, 可如图 1所示, 将支板 5和镜板 6收合折叠在一起, 贴 靠到手机主体 1的外部背侧面上。

1、 一种可观看立体图像的手机, 其特征是: 一个直板手机主体, 其外侧的. 一个面上设有二个大致相同的液晶屏幕,手机主体上还连接有一支板和一镜板, 支板一侧端与手机主体铰接其另一侧端与镜板一侧端铰接, 镜板上设有二个孔 口, 二个孔口上分别装设有二个放大型透镜, 支板竖起将镜板支撑在液晶屏幕 上方能使二个放大型透镜分别正对着二个液晶屏幕, 支板和镜板收合折叠在一 起能贴靠在手机主体的一个外侧面上。
